It gave you very definitive, long-term predictions and calibrations on this conflict. You’ll see that they are holding true to this day, despite some wanting to ignite the big war, as a step-up to world war.

Note that due to the madness and volatility out there, and due to the fact that timeline shifts have become extremely fast and drastic, I will now qualify my predictions that they are for the next year or two, or whatever the term I see.

4 Main Reasons Trump Recognized Golan Heights as Part of Israel
I am posting this update mainly to tell you why Trump made this globally unpopular move now. I see four somewhat related reasons, working in unison.
Some Facts
Trump made a move to recognize the disputed Golan Heights as part of Israel. This generated a storm of protests all over the world, including from the US vassals and allies in Europe. This decision violates the UN resolution, but Bibi and Israel are happy.

Note that Golan Heights, a seemingly small and inconsequential piece of arid rocky land, has significant strategic importance for both Israel and Syria. For Syria: it’s located a mere 60 miles away from capital Damascus, and in clear weather one can easily observe the movements all over Damascus and much of southern Syria from the Golan Heights. This has helped Israel to spy on Syria for a long period of time. For Israel, the Golan Heights supply 1/3 of the fresh water from the mountain runoffs, and the nearby See of Galilee is the main reservoir of fresh water, hard to come by in this desert region.
I won’t describe the whole spread related to Golan Heights. I’ll just say that the dispute over this small but strategically very important area has been ongoing between Syria and Israel since the very formation of Israel in 1949. My Multidimensional Approach
In a higher-dimensional reality these two countries should make an effort to cooperate and manage this important region together. But higher consciousness is hard to come by; conflict, greed, fear, distrust and other lower energies dominate the mentality.
As you know, and I want to emphasize this yet again, I am non-partisan and I am neutral to any political persuasions. I look at all world’s politicians, geopolitical developments and social events from the following points of view: 1. How good is it for the Earth Shift and the development of human consciousness; 2. Does it lead to a better future and outcome, or not, for everyone involved; 3. Does a person/country have the best or worst intentions; 4. What calibrations are involved.
Why did Trump do it? Why now?
I am posting this update to tell you why Trump made this globally unpopular move now. I see four main reasons:
1. Netanyahu has elections soon. To be re-elected he needs some good news, and he also needs to have support of the ‘Big Brother’ across the big pond. Trump is happy to provide it.
2. The US elections are in 2020, but make no mistake! Trump is already rallying the troops! He needs to convince the GOP that he is the best candidate. This also makes it easier to survive the rest of the first term unharmed, despite all allegations and scandals. GOP and neocons are in complete agreement with Trump’s approach. This is how he earns stripes with them: in other words, as predicted in ESR16 and ESW1, Trump has become a good team player and part of the establishment. He makes deals left and right that benefit HIM, and he has gotten all cozy and comfy with his ‘straitjacket.’ Who said anything about draining the ‘swamp?’
HOWEVER! Trump appears to know he needs to continue throwing crumbs to his original electoral base: this is why all this talk about the Mexican wall, ban on certain immigration, annulling NAFTA/TTIP, demands for more money from allies and bigger NATO contributions from EU, etc. He learned to maneuver around the Washington minefield – he’s a natural.
He also throws major bones to the Pentagon and US military – just look at the ballooning budget! He knows he needs the military in his corner.
I have told you this before, and I’ll say it again: I see striking parallels with the pre-collapse USSR, and all this reeks of desperation. Trump is the US Gorby.

New Russian tank Armata: costs seem to vary between discounted preview price of under $4mln to $7-8mln, according to some Western ‘experts,’ but then we know how believable and ‘Russia-friendly’ those are.

Average tank from various world manufacturers costs anywhere between $3.5mln and $8+mln. The upper end can be as high as $12+mln. The cost efficiency to quality ratio seems to be by far the highest in Russian and Israeli tanks.
Heavy US M1 Abrams, a whooping 68 tons in weight – per the video below, tends to get stuck in the mud due to being seriously overweight, lol. Who needs that maneuverability, right? As long as the military-industrial complex gets to make more money!

Russian MoD CONFIRMS: S-300s Already in Operation in #Syria, SAA Troops in Accelerated Training!
How funny! The news of Russia supplying S-300s to Syrian army stopped cold turkey the bombings and threats to bomb Syria by Israel, US and their cronies. Russia tried very hard to work with Western ‘partners,’ as Putin calls them, only to see backstabbing in return.
US/Israel tried to find out how to outsmart S-300s, through Kiev’s new betrayal of Russia, by buying old Soviet S-300s from Ukraine. Kiev eagerly assisted by welcoming Israel/US pilots and jets to test how S-300s work in Ukraine. All this trouble, only to find out that those are NOT at all the same S-300s Syria is getting today. The secret is in electronics and control systems, where the new Russian designs are light years ahead.
The training of Syrian army specialists in accelerated. For the time being, the S-300s in operation already are manned by Iranian specialists, under Russian army instructors’ supervision.

Exactly As Predicted: Russia in Syria Developments

I said that 1: Israel is very interested in having Russia on her good side, and it’s crucial for Israel to have a rapport with Russia. 2. Russia will be covering the skies above Syria, especially around Russia’s interests, which is most of Syria, and 100 km radius around Syria. This means no-fly zones and S-400s.
And after I said all that, this is what comes out of the Russian corridors of power today:
URGENT! Israel Responsible for Downing of Russian Il-20 Jet in Syria? Lada Ray’s Major Analysis & Predictions!
I wasn’t planning this post, but it became a must, due to the major breaking news! This is a big report, which I wrote as a direct response to the developing situation in Syria and Israel! This is my early analysis/predictions/overview, plus urgent alert, all rolled into one!

MY SUMMARY
As of this writing, the situation is still developing, and there will be more info coming out soon, which I may not know at this point. I’ll summarize for you in short everything I know, and give you my initial opinion and predictions.
In short, and based on the first data, Israel warned Russian airforce of its impending attack on what they call ‘Iranian’ forces in Syria just ONE minute before the strike, in direct violation of the intelligence sharing agreement. At least hours of warning are customarily given. That was the time when Israel knew very well that Russian jets were returning from sorties to land on their base. Moreover, Israeli command knew exactly that the Russian Il-20, with 15 people on board, was landing at that very moment.

Four Israeli jets delivered a guided bomb attack against Syrian facilities in Latakia province. What’s important is that Israeli jets, in case of such attacks, come in from the Mediterranean and fall short of entering Syrian territory. In this specific case, after the bombing, the Israeli jet(s) deliberately hid behind the Russian Il-20, which was coming into the landing, with 15 Russian military people on board. You can see on the video thumbnail above what and how it happened!
When Syrian S-200 guided anti-aircraft missile was fired, it hit the Russian Il-20, the aircraft 10 times bigger than the Israeli F-16, giving out a much larger reflective surface signature. Shoigu and Russian MoD conclude that Israeli pilots knew exactly what would happen and deliberately set up the Russian jet.

This tragedy constitutes one of the biggest, of not the biggest, Russian army’s one time loss throughout the entire Syrian campaign.
MY ANALYSIS
Here’s the clincher! This provocation comes directly after three major Earth Shifting events!
1 Russia – China Mass drills, Vostok-2018, where the might of the Russian army and the coordination with the Chinese army were demonstrated. These drills completely rattled the US and Dark State. See my previous FT posts.
2 The Eastern Forum in Vladivostok, where major strides were made for the cooperation in Asia, and a major step was made to ditch the dollar! Participants: Russia, China, Japan, S. Korea and Mongolia. Huge problem for the US/West/Dark State, whose power is slipping away! See my previous FT posts.
3 Putin and Erdogan met yesterday to develop a strategy for Idlib and N. Syria. The compromise was reached, and it did NOT include the US!
All these factors, when put together, tell us one thing: US Dark State – globalist neocon/neolib tandem is set to send a warning to Russia and retaliate against all the moves I described above.
You’ll recall that Turkey’s downing of the Russian Su in Syria a few years back happened also after major Russian victories and in order to put a rift between the budding alliance between Russia and Turkey (Read ESR5, ESR7 and ESR13).
This provocation is in the same vein. It is a set up, designed to rattle and broadside Russia in Syria, to derail the fragile agreements between Russia and Israel, and to see if Russia would act rashly in response. If Russia acts rashly, those dark forces who are behind this provocation will attempt to start a big invasion of Syria and a new world war.
So far Putin and Russia managed to keep the situation in Syria under control. But we all know who itches to bomb and to legitimize their presence in Syria: USA, UK and France, plus Israel, for its own purposes. These are the countries who are itching to start a full-scale invasion of Syria.
Russia managed to have a decent rapport with Israel, despite differences, until now. This was necessary and continues being necessary to keep the fragile balance in the region, which otherwise would plunge into a full-scale war. It is clear what forces want that war, and therefore, these are the forces who are behind this Israeli provocation. I want to emphasize that such Dark State forces exist in the US and Israel, but there are also forces that want better relations with Russia in Israel. How much US and American Zionist lobby leaned on Israel — we’ll know soon, or never.
The important thing is that what happened is against Israeli interests in the region, as I wrote many times on Patreon and above linked ESRs. Israel needs Russia on its good side, this is a fact of life, and this provocation basically annuls everything the previous agreements affirmed.
Therefore, it is beneficial to those forces who want to accomplish three things: 1. Plunge the region and the world into hot World War III; 2. Destroy any cooperation agreements achieved previously, in order to invade Syria; 3. Weaken Russia and Russia’s control of Syria. I want to remind everyone that ONLY RUSSIA (plus Iran) is in Syria legitimately, by the invitation of the Syrian government. Everyone else are classified as aggressors and invaders.
Russia will have to respond, as already stated by Shoigu.
Let’s recall that after the downing of the Russian SU and killing of the Russian pilot, Turkey paid a heavy price, including ban on Turkish flights over Syria. Russia also brought into Syria S-400s, which it refrained from doing before that, by Turkish request. S-400s Russia installed are capable of covering any Turkish jets on takeoff at their own bases, rendering any Turkish airforce activity near Syria obsolete.
But Turkey also paid a heavy political and economic price. After the downing, Russia downgraded relations with Turkey, canceled all civilian flights to Turkey and stopped tourism. Turkish citizens were deported from Russia, Turkish exports banned. This sent Turkish economy into a tailspin.
It was my prediction (came true) that the attempted military coup and attempted Erdogan’s assassination (see ESR13) were the result of the weakened position of Erdogan after Russia’s multi-step retaliation. It was only Putin’s stellar master-chess moves that saved Erdogan, and then restored Turkey-Russia relations – all in ESR13.
And remember, only one person died that time! It is 15 this time. The stakes are much higher!
There are some initial proposals how to respond to this new provocation from Israel. They range from bombing Israeli airports to severing diplomatic relations.
PREDICTIONS
I can tell you that Putin and Shoigu will NOT act rashly, but they’ll think it through very well, as always.
I do think Russia and Israel are interested in decent working relations to keep a modicum of stability in the region. But there are forces in Israel and beyond, who want war. Therefore, like in the case of Turkey, Putin will act in such a way that the intentions of the dark forces will be neutralized and better yet, turned around!
Oh, don’t get me wrong, there will be hell to pay. Israel will have to pay a price politically and economically, and no question, militarily! What will it be? We’ll find out soon, after Russians do their strategizing to see what benefits Russia most and what doesn’t!
I also have to point out that Israel announced that there will be no response to what happened, because of Jewish holidays. The real reason: they have no idea what to say and how to react. They are frantically searching for the right way to respond and they are buying time. It has come to my attention that Russian MSM tried to get comments from Israeli experts and political figures, and they are all hiding out, unwilling to go on record. This speaks volumes as to the chaos happening now in Israel.
There will be hell to pay one way or another. Heads will definitely roll. The ‘mistake’ which was in fact a provocation, will cause chock waves.
At this point, I can tell you one thing that WILL happen for sure, as one of Russia’s first steps. This is purely my prediction; nothing like that has been announced yet.
Russia didn’t supply S-300s and especially S-400s, to Syrian army at the persistent requests of Israel, who maintained that this would disrupt the fragile balance of power in the region and put Israeli jets in danger on their own territory. This is why Syrian army is still using the older S-200s, with a much smaller range.
Russia also agreed to keep Iran at bay — I explained everything in great deatail in ESR20 and in my recent articles on Patreon. In exchange for Russian cooperation, Israel agreed to curb its appetites regarding Syria and exchange intel. This incident may sever all previous agreements. One of the things that may happen is that Russia will stop curbing Iran’s ambitions for developing bases next to Israel! And that will be a HUGE problem; I’d say, this may end up in disaster for Israel.
There is practically no doubt that after what happened, Russia will supply S-300s and possibly also S-400s to Syrian army in central/southern Syria, in order to cover the skies over Syria down to Israeli bases. This effectively will shut down Syrian airspace for Israeli jets, like it previously did for Turkish jets. The Lebanese airspace may be included in the no-fly zone.
Forgot to mention one thing! US/UK also are itching to retailate against the fact that Russia completely exposed their plan to create another false flag chemical attack in Idlib. Not to mention, Russia exposing the Skripal hoax AND the latest Russian data on the MH-17 downing by Ukraine. All this helped trigger this retaliation! See my previous FT posts on all these events!
In conclusion, I also will predict that this time Russia will be forced to be much tougher on the proposed US/UK missile strike against Syria, with possible participation of Germany and France. US/UK are trying to drag more countries into this, because they need to be all tied by blood. The situation is again extremely dangerous, as I wrote recently on Patreon!
Will the strike happen to help UK Govt and May to distract the public from the failed Brexit and to help Trump/neocons win midterm elections?
My view at this point, their underpinning, which through false flags and provocations they’ve been trying to build for months, is falling apart at the seems. Russia is very expertly destroying all of their false flag constructs: Skripals, Idlib chemical attack, MH-17 downing. All these lies are being exposed one by one.
They may still do it, because they have been building the case for it for months and can’t backtrack.
This is why this new Israeli provocation was desprately needed! I again have to refer to the infamous downing of the Russian SU-24 by Turkey – a very strong resonance indeed!
Will they succeed? If they still go ahead with the missile attack against Syria, despite all of their false flag constructs falling apart, who knows what may happen. By then Syrian army may be well-equipped with S-400s. And it’s anyone’s guess what those SYRIAN missiles might hit in response… A US or UK aircraft… A US carrier… An Israeli airport… Who knows?
A very good time to supply those S-400s, I think.
We don’t want and don’t need war, and I am sure Putin and his team will find the right way out of this situation. But if all the initial data checks out, the response, and a strong one, is needed!

I wasn’t planning on this surprise installment, since the power duo’s international tour was a complete surprise to everyone. However, this tour is a direct extension and logical follow-up to Helsinki & Putin’s billion-dollar gifts to Trump and the West. As such, it must be addressed.
On July 24 Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, together with Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces and first Deputy Defence Minister, Gen. Valery Gerasimov, made an unusual tour of Europe and Israel. They jointly met first with PM Netanyahu in Israel, then with Chancellor Merkel in Germany, followed by President Macron in France.

The fact that the tour happened directly after the historic Putin-Trump Summit in Helsinki, and after Putin made what I call his ‘billion-dollar gifts’ to Trump, is especially significant.
All parties to the secret talks are very tight-lipped. The public information is very limited: it is only known for a fact that the topics discussed were Ukraine and Syria. Russian sources also specifically emphasized that Syria was discussed first and foremost, Ukraine being an additional topic. The Ukraine topic centered around Minsk agreements. This is the majority of the direct info about this mystery tour, but I have a few more leaks – read on.
It has been recently confirmed by the Russian Defence Ministry that it never before discussed Minsk Agreements internationally. Also, it’s historically highly unusual for the Russian military to combine efforts with Russian diplomacy.
From the above we can easily make a conclusion that such visit by the Lavrov-Gersaimov tandem is unprecedented, although a symbiosis of Russian military and diplomacy on the international arena has been highly recommended and is very logical.
This is because Lavrov/diplomacy has the channels of communication, while Russian Army holds the real technological and logistical power. If we are talking the sore spots, such as Syria and Ukraine, it makes perfect sense to combine the efforts. Not the least because the military of the West lately doesn’t listen, and often does the opposite of what diplomacy agrees upon. This, for instance, happened previously with Kerry and Pentagon contradicting each other during and after negotiations with Lavrov on Syria.
Another moment that comes to mind: it turns out, the leaders of major Western countries don’t get accurate information from their military and intelligence, and moreover, they are lied to by their ‘allies,’ big and small. Merkel, Macron, EU and US are fed constant lies and manipulative messages by small European countries with their own agenda, such as Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Moldova, Romania, Georgia, and now also Ukraine. Of course, EU/US leaders should be smart enough to be able to tell a manipulative lie, but it’s just too convenient for them to surround Russia with Russophobic neighbors. Therefore, if they are deceived, it is because they are allowing it to happen. But even that has to end at some point, and this point may be now.
It’s a separate discussion, which perhaps we’ll have in the future. Suffice it to say that it wasn’t by accident that Trump recently called the brand spanking new member of NATO, Montenegro (aka, Chernogoria, a splintered off part of Serbia), quote: ‘a small, but vicious country.’ Trump reportedly said it in response to Russophobic president of Montenegro trying to compel NATO/US into an escalation of conflict against Russia. This, per my intel, was intended by Trump as a warning for all other ‘new Europeans.’ It’s just possible that Trump, whose wife is Slovenian, knows a little more about the true history and current situation in Montenegro than a usual American president would (Slovenia is also ex-Yugoslavia and Montenegro’s close neighbor and relative).
Along with others, Ukraine has been lying and deliberately misleading EU/Merkel/Macron and others about the true situation in Donbass. This couldn’t continue forever. The reality check appeared well overdue.
An interesting detail, which has thrown the EU/German MSM into a new bout of hysterics, is that Gen. Gerasimov is under EU sanctions, and is banned from travel to the EU. The very fact of him traveling freely around the EU and meeting with Merkel and Macron confirms what a farce these sanctions are. It also, sadly, confirms how irrational, lost in translation, and powerless the EU ‘leaders’ are. German government explained that since the conversation was about Ukraine and Donbass, such trip was allowed.
MYSTERY REVEALED: WHAT WAS DISCUSSED
Putin and Russians were not kidding at Helsinki. As I revealed to you in previous ESR23 Installment #4, Putin skillfully used the podium of the Helsinki Summit to advertise Russia’s new initiatives and make a public call for action on Ukraine/Donbass and Syria!
UKRAINE: MINSK-2 and DONBASS REFERENDUM
Russian military never discussed Minsk agreements with anyone previously. But Russian Army is the best source of military intelligence and surveillance to help coordinate efforts to stop the war in Donbass. Therefore, the first logical thing to surmise is that if Gerasimov was there in addition to Lavrov, the conversation was about Russian military’s proof of Kiev’s non-compliance with Minsk agreements. Russians have ample proofs that Kiev is slowly taking over villages in the neutral gray zone – in direct non-compliance with Minsk-2.
Nothing Putin-Macron-Merkel have tried with Poroshenko and Kiev worked. It is clear that everyone’s tired of the ‘black hole’ Poroshenko. But Poroshenko just steamrolls over everyone and everything. There appears no way for anyone to reason with him, while, as I mentioned, the intel the West gets for Donbass and Ukraine is either biased or a direct lie.
The fact that there are no more Normandy format meetings that include Poroshenko or Ukraine FM, should speak volumes to Kiev. Putin simply refuses to meet with him, never mind the presence of his babyseaters, Merkel and Macron — and this should tip him off as to his future. But neither Poroshenko nor his Kiev junta cronies seem to get it. It actually appears quite difficult for the junta to digest that yet again Ukraine’s future is being decided outside of Ukraine; and it will continue to be so, until Kiev stops behaving like a prostitute.
As explained in previous ESR23 installments: post-Helsinki, Pompeo and others in the US denied that there was a proposal of the Donbass referendum. This was one of Putin’s gifts to Trump, allowing him to insert himself and USA into Ukraine negotiating process, and to help remold the situation in Ukraine, if he was really serious about changing the status quo.
Russians took USA’s denial to mean that they aren’t interested, and quickly took their Donbass referendum proposal to Merkel and Macron, which takes us back to Minsk agreements. Gerasimov, with maps, numbers and tangible proofs, can demonstrate to Germany/France that Kiev/Poroshenko lie to them, that the Ukraine army takes over the gray zone villages and continues to bomb Donetsk and Lugansk.
The next problem is that Kiev continues threatening to blow up the Crimean Bridge, invade Crimea, start a full-scale war against Russia, and in addition, Ukraine has been harassing and taking hostage Russian fishermen in Azov Sea. After a Crimean shipping vessel was detained and its crew put on trial, Russia had to respond and now all Ukrainian ships and boats coming to and from Azov Sea are being detained and searched.
The issue to ponder for Merkel and Macron is what to do with Poroshenko. This would be beyond the scope of Gerasimov’s and Lavrov’s agenda, but as a result of the visit, I’m sure both leaders of the EU would have to think long and hard what kind of monster they have helped create in Ukraine and what to do with this monster going forward.
The main thing discussed during these mystery meetings would have been the Russian proposal of the Donbass referendum, which is part of Lavrov’s task. And this visit also serves a role of creating a competition between US and EU in terms of Ukraine – a good move on Russia’s part.
RUSSIAN SYRIA REFUGEE PROPOSAL: EU, MERKEL & MACRON BENEFIT GREATLY!
And here’s another huge bonus for everyone involved. The reason Syria and Ukraine were bundled together is this: Russia is proposing a refugee solution for Syria, which benefits the EU greatly, while just maybe EU can do something for Russia. The resettlement back in Syria of Syrian refugees will spectacularly solve the migrant problem in the EU. It is another multi-billion dollar Putin’s gift we have discussed in previous installments.
It appears Merkel and Macron were paying attention to the Putin-Trump Summit. And this is why Lavrov and Gerasimov are there. Gerasimov can demonstrate with secret maps, numbers and tangible proofs the true situation with the liberation of Syria by Syrian and Russian armies (90% of the territory liberated, and the process is accelerating). As mentioned above: it is a fair bet that neither Merkel nor Macron have accurate intel on what’s really going on in Syria.
However, Putin’s refugee return proposal is something they would be very interested in. Something crossed my wires recently: EU/Merkel’s proposal to pay 6,000 euros for each refugee who returns home. It occurs to me that this isn’t a bad way for the Russian Army to make some extra cash.
SYRIA-UKRAINE RECIPROCITY AND COOPERATION SWAP
And here’s the best part: if all goes well, Russia can swap her help with returning Syrian refugees back home, thus alleviating EU migrant crisis, for Merkel/Macron’s cooperation on Ukraine and Donbass.
Of course, we have to be realistic. Merkel and Macron are still parts of the same EU and globalist neoliberal-neocon elites. They still cannot be trusted. They will still get lots of pressure from the Dark State and they are still confined by their outdated ideology.
However, with Trump’s and Earth Shift’s help, they are in dire straits on many fronts. The EU, yet again, confirms my original scenario of the Inverted Collapse. The pressure on both to resolve the EU refugee crisis is tremendous, while Ukraine (as discussed in earlier installments) is a suitcase without a handle they don’t know how to get rid of without losing face.
All this combined makes for a perfect storm, which gives Russia the Great Balancer a great deal of room for maneuver. This is why the Lavrov/Gerasimov tour is a brilliant initiative, and some results will come out of it.
No wonder Poroshenko and his cronies are extremely worried, watching with dated breath what will happen next. I’ll return to Ukraine in my future writings, but it is clear that Poroshenko is considered spent material, and next elections in 2019 may see a big change in Ukraine. Meanwhile, challengers and pretenders, such a Yulia Timoshenko, are out, and trying to recruit supporters in the EU.
HOW DO ISRAEL AND NETANYAHU FIT IN?

There are more moving parts, such as Israel, Iran, Lebanon and Hezbollah, plus Turkey.

In short, this is the close-up of Lavrov/Gerasimov secret talks with Merkel, Macron and Netanyahu. What needs to be stressed is that the Lavrov/Gerasimov’s 3-country/3-leader tour was organized very quickly, as a response to and continuation of the Helsinki Summit. This tour signals practical steps to the implementation of both Syrian and Ukrainian plans. Gen. Gerasimov is a man of action, which means that Russia is trying to steer the West, first US, and now EU, into action. Since both diplomacy and military are involved, plans revolve around complex negotiations, intel and humanitarian missions at the time of war.

However, there are some Iran/US/Israel-related developments I need to cover. This is the new PART 3 of the PATEON EXPOSE, which will now consist of 6 PARTS!
This PART 3 builds on PART 2 PREDICTIONS & ANALYSIS: Israel’s War vs. Iran and Syria. What is Russia’s Position? This new part serves as PART 2 addendum!
In addition to all the clandestine geopolitical goings-on I revealed to you in PART 2, there are several more important developments and considerations.
I told you in PART 2 that Russia, Turkey and Iran formed a loose, but effective alliance of convenience in Syria and the Middle East in general. It serves as a great and effective counterweight to Israel and US/West in the region. It also balances out diverging interests, and the only way this alliance works is because Putin and Russia make it work. Without Russia, this kind of alliance is simply unimaginable and would fall apart right away.
It is also a pain in the neck for the US/NATO. Turkey is a member of NATO, and it aligning with not only Russia, but also with Iran, is very damaging to this Western alliance.
More than anything, this alliance however tentative and loose, is a major win for Russia the Great Balancer. Such things strengthen Russia greatly, and conversely, they by default weaken the US empire/globalists.
Of course, this alliance is also an additional support for Iran.
These are 3 mega-reasons why from the US perspective the Russia-Iran-Turkey axis has to be broken up at all cost. From Israel’s perspective, as well. In this, both are united.
Turkey is being approached secretly with additional perks all the time, and it’s possible that eventually Turkey will succumb to either bribes or threats. Likely bribes, because threatening Erdogan so far backfired. So far Putin/Russia are managing the situation well, and the likelihood is that Erdogan learned his lesson sufficiently, and won’t succumb to pressure.
And YES, as I told you in PART 2, Iran is a more difficult partner than Turkey! This is direct intel from the highest and best informed Russian circles!
(I had someone under PARTS 1 and 2 doubting what I was saying about Trump and regarding how difficult Iran is for Russia to work with, and citing another person as an example of what they wanted to hear. I am not that person – I am Lada Ray, and you’ve come here, presumably, to hear MY perspective, not someone else’s. I am also not interested in arguing with any of my readers. I will give you all the info and messages I believe you all need to hear, and even more, I’ll give you my love and care – but that is all I can do for you. It’s pointless for globalists/Dark State to try to either bribe or threaten Iran. This won’t work. However, it is possible to generate a discord between Russia and Iran, and that would damage the alliance, as Russia is the glue that keeps it together!
This is why Israel’s accusations about Iran’s nuclear ambitions fall on very fertile soil in the US.
The new US push to leave the Iran nuclear disarmament agreement and to restart sanctions against Iran is due to pressure from Israel, as well as USA’s own considerations.
The biggest USA’s consideration is that US cannot allow Russia the Great Balancer to get stronger. The entire package of anti-Russian events from 2008 till today is to try and push Russia back into the ditch in which Russia was in the ’90s and from which she climbed out during Putin’s reign. Georgia/S. Ossetia war 2008 and ensuing sanctions, Ukraine gas wars, Ukraine 2014 coup, 2014-18 sanctions, ruble attacks, trying to tank the price of oil, vilification of Putin and Russia, Skripal, chemical false flags, and more sanctions — all this is to keep Russia down.
Russia’s successes in Syria, building of Nord Stream 2 and Turkish Stream, rebuilding of Russian economy, Crimean success story, the growing China-Russia alliance, as well as the new Iran-Turkey-Russia axis — all these are undermining the US/globalist-centric world. Therefore, it is crucial to break it up.
Trump is preparing to exit the Iran deal. If he does, over the objections of Russia and the EU, he has to do it before May 12, which is his last window of opportunity to do so legally. Of course, the US may forsake the international law, as it has done many a time. This move will hurt French (example: French oil giant Total) and other European companies who are doing business with Iran. Israel dreams about such move due to its need for revenge and weakening of Iran (read PART 2 where everything is explained in detail).

UPDATE! By the time this article was published, Trump has indeed pulled out of the Iran deal, with major objections and criticism on the part of the UK/France/Germany, and their promise to adhere to the Iran agreement in defiance of Trump. Now, let’s see how long it takes US/Trump to break their resistance and make them toe the line! Judging by the past, such as anti-Russian sanctions, not very long. If, by some miracle, EU holds on to their sovereignty and economic interests against the US pressure (I’d like to see that happen, really), then Russia has a long-awaited ally in the EU against globalists and Dark State. It’s interesting that Germany has already found a bit of a backbone due to the construction of Nord Stream 2 they desperately need! Either way, this would be interesting to see the evolution…

The biggest prize, should Trump decide to pull out of Iran agreement, is that Russia – Iran relations may suffer in 2 ways: economic and geopolitical. Russian sales to Iran, not huge but lucrative enough, may suffer. Considering everything I told you about Iran in PART 2, Russia and Putin will be in a very difficult position as to how much to support Iran in its new crisis against US/Israel.
It is clear that US may try to threaten Iran with war and/or restart new sanctions. I told you in PART 1: EXCLUSIVE TRUMP/DEEP STATE REPORT: Why Trump Was Exonerated of ‘Collusion with Russia’? that this is a very brilliant dark tactic of the US/West: threaten and try to ignite a conflict in one country, then move on to another, and another, and another. N. Korea didn’t work, Syria strike was a failure – Iran is next on the menu…

Putin Makes Surprise Visit to Syria in the Company of Su-30 Jets to Declare Victory and the End of Op
Russian President Vladimir Putin paid surprise visit to Khmeimim Airbase in Syria’s Latakia province on Monday, December 11. As he prepared to land, he was met by an escort of Su-30SM fighter jets.
During this unannounced visit Putin met with Syrian president Assad and made an important announcement regarding partial withdrawal of Russian troops from Syria following the defeat of ISIS. Putin added that if terrorists reappeared in Syria, Russian troops would be back.
Russia’s Enormous Victory & End of ISIS
Russian Syria op is one of the most successful military ops of all time. As a result of Russian BKC (Russian joint military-space forces) involvement along with Syrian ground troops, ISIS has been squeezed out of all cities in Syria, leaving only some straggling groups in the country, with which Syrian army is still dealing on the ground. Syrian government today controls most of the country’s territory. When Russia got involved in Syria 2 years ago, Assad and Syrian army controlled 14% of the country’s territory, rebels were located as close as 8 kilometers from Assad’s palace, Syrian army was on its last legs with deserters leaving in droves. It was expected that any day Assad would lose power and Syria would be torn to pieces by warring factions and foreign powers.
The task the Russian Army had in Syria seemed insurmountable and extremely complex. Not only it was of a military nature, but it was diplomatic, moderating and peacemaking as well.
During the past 2 years of Syrian involvement, in military operations Russia hasn’t lost a single jet, except the Turkish provocation with the downing of the Russian Su. One single flying regiment took part in operations; overall Russian troops in Syria numbered no more than 4-5 thousand. This relatively small number of troops managed to make 30,000 flights and destroy most of the ISIS top commanders, and most of the Islamic State terrorists’ infrastructure, including arms depots, training camps, factories, oil transports and money laundering rings. Estimated combined ISIS losses are 32,000 troops. Russian instructors re-trained and turned around the demoralized Syrian army in such a way that it began winning. The most important Syrian army operations were developed and executed under the command of Russian higher officers. The result of such operations was the liberation of all major Syrian cities, securing of oil fields and the majority of the country’s territory.
The political, diplomatic and peacemaking results have been equally impressive. Only Russia managed to sit down at one table the seemingly irreconcilable enemies, including Iran, Turkey, Syrian government and opposition/ rebels/ various factions. Political process is taking place and elections are coming, which was unimaginable just recently. Syria today is day and night compared to what it was just two years ago.
All this is especially impressive if you compare it to the staggering fiasco of the US/EU/NATO’s involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as Syria. Incidentally, it has been brought to my attention that following Russia’s astounding victory in Syria, US and France are trying to steal this victory, declaring it theirs and ignoring the reality. This is also nothing new — remember WWI and WWII and the re-writing of history!

Of course, this is far from being the end. The new strategy for securing the rest of the country, maintaining peace and squeezing US out of Syria has to be implemented, political changes have to take place. But the active military phase is over.
After the surprise Syria stop-over, where he thanked the troops, met with Assad and declared the end of Syria op, Putin in the same day visited Egypt and Turkey.
This whole 1-day, 3-country Middle East turbo-tour is the continuation of Putin’s restructuring and rebalancing of the Middle East, as discussed in my recent interview A New Tsar Arrived. But the timing is also such that this Middle East tour serves as Putin and Russia’s response to Trump’s decision to consider Jerusalem the capital of Israel and to move the US embassy from Tel-Aviv to Jerusalem.
Why did Trump make such announcement right before Holidays? It has already met with much condemnation around the world and generated a new wave of violence and anti-US hatred. There are calls for the 3rd Intifada (Palestinian resistance war against Israel). This announcement is also likely to create new waves of terror attacks in US, Israel and other countries. Just yesterday we had terror attack attempt at the Bus Terminal in Manhattan, and more are expected during Christmas/New Year. Politicians and lay people alike have dubbed Trump’s decision ‘irresponsible and short-sighted.’
The reason Trump saw fit to make such an announcement is very simple and in line with my original predictions from the Trump ESR16 and ESW1: WILL TRUMP SURVIVE HIS FIRST TERM. Trump is in a ‘straitjacket’ and in a fight for survival, being criticized and threatened by various forces. This is by no means a justification of his actions, but merely a reminder that I predicted this since 2016, before the US election outcome was even known.
Trump is trying to avoid impeachment with all his might. In this survival mode he, in a typical American fashion, doesn’t care how his words or actions will impact the world. He is simply thinking about himself. If he were a private citizen, that might be at least understandable, if not forgivable. But it doesn’t work at all if one calls himself a US president.
The Israeli/ Jewish lobby in the US is one of the most powerful. Therefore, for Trump it is crucial to have it in his corner. It is as crucial as having Pentagon and US army in his corner, or at least neutral so they wouldn’t support his impeachment. To appease Pentagon/US army Trump does constant saber-rattling against N. Korea, threatening to begin a nuclear war. If it’s not N. Korea, it is Iran, Syria, or whatever enemy is next in line.
And to appease the Jewish/Israel lobby Trump recognizes Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. All very logical actions from his standpoint — and the hell with the rest of the world. This yet again demonstrates how unfit the USA, this ‘exceptional nation’ and ‘sole super-power,’ is for the role of the global leader.
This is where Russia the Great Balancer comes in. Putin’s announcement of Russian troops withdrawal from Syria stands in stark contrast to Trump/USA’s bullying position.
By contrast with Trump, Putin announced during meetings with Egypt’s el-Sisi and Turkey’s Erdogan that only the joint negotiations between Israel and Palestine should decide the status of Jerusalem. This measured and reasonable position yet again shows who the true world leader really is; who brings peace to the Middle East, and who provokes wars.
Putin is confirming what I often talk about: Russia is the unifying, balancing and pacifying force in the Middle East and globally. This role of Russia the Great Balancer will continue intensifying during the ongoing EARTH SHIFT.

Lada Ray predictions and Ukraine timeline: Can it become part of Israel? Will Russia invade?

First, an update and some rare good news from Ukraine! Under the pressure from the international community and from Ukraine’s own citizens, for now the Ukraine Rada did not pass the proposed Russian Orthodox Church ban. It has been widely warned that such ban would generate an all-out religious war in Ukraine.
The pressure on Ukraine not to adopt such shameful and anti-democratic law has been very tough. Even the Pope got involved, strongly advising against it. However, it’s early to rejoice. They will continue coming after the Russian churches and after everything Russian for as long at this junta is in power. We have seen this dance and song before, say, in the renaming of the streets and cities in Ukraine. Or take the visa regime with Russia – it has been proven that they’ll endanger their own economy by doing it, yet the Bloody Pastor Turchinov and others are back at it full force. They will keep aggressively coming at it, until the public and/or lawmakers cave in.
The aggressive ukro-nazi element has been allowed to proliferate and grow like cancer in Ukraine for 25 years. We are seeing the sorry results of Ukraine’s 25 year ‘independence’ from Russia and common sense.
The only way to reign in this genocidal fascist dictatorship in Ukraine is for Russia and for us, the sane people of the world, to keep constant pressure on their foreign sponsors, who in turn will have no choice but to pressure the Kiev junta and Poroshenko to keep the Nazi element in check. To remind everyone, the main sponsors and supporters of the Kiev junta and ukro-nazis are: USA, Canada, Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Romania, and Brussels/EU as a whole.
*** On another note, Russia has filed a complaint against Ukraine with WTO. If WTO does not fine Ukraine for the continuing border, business and trade violations, Russia may institute a visa regime and new economic sanctions against Ukraine. Russia for years has been awfully lenient towards Ukraine. But if Kiev junta continues aggressive anti-Russian stance, emboldened by the support of the West, Russia may respond in like.
As stated above “This is cultural genocide.” My wife (with Russian roots) is from Kiev and her mother is still there, we tried to shift her back home to Kaluga – Russia, but she says “I am too old” (stubborn more likely)
We travelled to Ukraine every summer from 2003 – 2013 – we live in NZ and now my wife never wants to see Ukraine again!! I am prepared to go back and visit – but she refuses.
What is happening in Ukraine is complete utter madness – getting madder by the day.
This latest ban of VK-Yandex-OK etc. sends a very clear message to those of us who are not DNA etched with Russophobe. I actually believe that this has gone too far to retrieve or stop now, the only options IMHO of reversal are one of two. Russia does what 90% of the Western people believe they are doing anyway and fully invade and take full control. The other (which I personally believe is actually happening now) is that Ukraine will become a new country for Israel.

Why people leave a country; How the Chi and Life force work; The People-Bridges
I know exactly how your wife feels and I know lots of people who thank the universe every day they moved out of Ukraine, and also those who are trying to get their elderly relatives out of there.
I fully understand why people want to leave. But therein lies the crux of the problem. As the higher calibrated, more educated, more active and higher IQ people continue their exodus (many of us had left years ago), they also withdraw their life force. When not enough smart and positive people are available to moderate the energy of such a place, it first stagnates, and then falls to the dark side. As a result, such country falls more and more into (forgive me) the imbecility we are observing in Ukraine today.

The above notwithstanding, those of us who have left Ukraine, Russia, or any other country in order to live in the West are playing a very important and indispensable role of being the People-Bridges. We bridge different cultures, foster mutual understanding and benevolence, and we seed the Western collective consciousness with alternative information.
Can Israel take over Ukraine?
Nope. Russia won’t let that happen. I already answered this question and made a full prediction on that in ESR6 Ukraine: New Kazarian Khaganate and American Zionism. In the same ESR6 I answer various questions about Israel and Zionism. In it I don’t proliferate the popular half-truths nor simplified view of the issue, and I don’t do blame game or fear mongering. I reveal some historic truths, addressing the most convoluted forbidden history moments and controversial issues. A must read for those who are serious about understanding the truth.
That said, I for one would welcome any infusion into Ukraine of higher Chi from anyone. Russians are working with everyone, including Israel, to influence the Kiev junta from without. Israel, as always, is playing a double game, and it’s all very complicated. But Putin and his team are exceptional chess players. And again, every little bit of the restraining higher Chi influence from abroad helps.
Will it get worse in Ukraine before it gets better?
This, unfortunately, is the reality we are seeing. My original prediction has been that between 2016 and 2018 Ukraine will begin turning back towards Russia, but only after its economy is fully destroyed. We are now seeing the brutal process of a wholesale economic and social destruction.
And the changing timeline…
However, there has been a slight shift in the timeline reality due to Kiev junta holding on to power for dear life and due to the US/EU establishment and shadow forces continuing its support.
Due to this slight shift, there can be some delay in Ukraine’s shift towards Russia, albeit a slight one. Moreover, there can be gradual shift of various parts of Ukraine. However, I still DO NOT see the part by part shift outcome. I see most or all of Ukraine shifting at once.
If Ukraine still stagnates under Kiev junta till the end of 2018, there will be a significant change as of the end of 2018 – beginning of 2019, when Russia cancels the gas transit deal with Ukraine and after Nord Stream 2 has been built.
But as a result of the shifted timeline, Russia will not want to drag the dead body of Ukraine (sorry, however cruel it may sound) on her shoulders. Russia will be looking for cooperative solutions with other countries.
Neither would Russia ever invade Ukraine – per my original 2014 prediction. Or let’s just say, Russia would only send troops to Ukraine based on the UN, or similar, mandate. And even then – don’t think so. This prediction for the next 2-3 years only. After that a lot will change in the world.

Silver lining
And now we’ve come full circle. The change in Ukraine has to come from within. This has to be accompanied by Russian support and US/EU withdrawal. So far, this is not happening fast enough. But the situation may change very quickly in the next year or so. Stay tuned!
It has been clearly shown that the people are awakening, as we’ve seen during the Immortal Regiment march of May 9, 2017. In Kiev alone 60,000 people came out and all over Ukraine, anywhere between 600, 000 and a million.

RAKETA NEWS: Russia in Syria, Turkey Accuses US of Aiding ISIL, Obama vs. Trump
On December 18-19 I sent to many of you the email in which I wrote:
LADA RAY’S MINI-PROGNOSIS FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON 2016-2017 & BEYOND
This promises to be an unusually tumultuous and uncertain Holiday Season. In the US the accusations and attempts to overturn the election results will continue. In the following 2017 and 2018 the divisions and fights of global elites and within various countries promise to escalate, becoming more complex and confusing. Please hold on to your chair as the ongoing GREAT EARTH SHIFT gains its momentum during the rest of this decade.
These are the times when we all need a special infusion of light, peace and higher energy, as well as a reminder of our true mission on this planet.
Not sooner I wrote this that the situation on various fronts of this complex global 4D hybrid war began branching out with new and more bizarre twists. ‘Hold on to your chair’ is exactly the right term to use. It is with great sorrow (and not intending any puns whatsoever), I can say that it will be very rocky.
The assassination of the Russian Ambassador to Turkey, followed by a surreal incident in Siberia, where over 70 people died of fake alcohol poisoning. And now, the Tu-154 Black Sea catastrophe, where there are only questions – and seemingly, no answers. As I promised, I will have a separate analytical piece on the Tu-154.
After that, I would like to spend the New Year’s with something joyful and positive, despite all the disturbing events happening in the world at this time. We all need a break from all this madness. Unfortunately, those who plan these ugly and destructive events do not rest. They know that people are more relaxed during holidays and they try to strike at the time when everyone’s not paying attention and when, therefore, we are more vulnerable.
So, my advice to you during this holiday season: be alert and pay attention. If you need to travel somewhere, do so carefully! Stay safe and stay warm!
I’ll be taking a couple of days off for the New Year’s. But I’ll be online and I’ll try to post something positive. I hope nothing truly crazy happens during the next week or so and we can celebrate in peace. I hope you join me for the virtual celebration here on FT and Lada Ray YT channel. There is an avalanche of Ukraine developments as well. Many, many interesting and explosive developments. The situation, per above mini-forecast, is becoming more and more confusing. But for those who understand the logic of the events, it is going exactly as I predicted in 2014. The end of the junta is nearing, the people are awakening and US is preparing to drop Ukraine. Trump is already positioning himself to make it happen in 2017. Savchenko is in the news again. There are so many Ukraine news and events that I’ll have a separate, big piece on that. Expect it around Jan. 1 or 2.

My intel: last ditch effort by Obama admin and Congress to spoil relations with Russia. US tries to adopt new anti-Russian sanctions, Russia promises to respond in like, should that happen. As predicted: Obama acts like a brat that he is, but it goes much deeper than that. He and his handlers go out of their way to make future Trump administration’s life as hard as possible.
Losing the war and showing their true colors, US/EU supported ‘moderate opposition’ poisoned Damascus water supply.
And this is something positive from Syria. The Russian song flash mob has taken over the world and it shows no signs of abating. It travels from Russia and Ukraine, to Moldova, Finland, Spain, Portugal, Egypt, Greece, Switzerland, Germany and Canada. Obama/USA’s many failures in the Middle East and beyond
TURKEY
Erdogan: ‘Confirmed evidence’ US-led coalition supports ISIL & other terrorists in Syria.
This accusation comes shortly after FMs of Russia, Iran and Turkey met and agreed to join forces to fight terrorism. This alliance, absolutely impossible to imagine just a few short months ago due to rivalry and animosity between Iran and Turkey, sent a clear signal that the previously indispensable US and EU have been given a cold shoulder and sidetracked in the Middle East.
But that’s not all.
ISRAEL REBELLION – recall that I predicted this in ESR6!
Israel claims it has clear proof Obama pushed UN settlement vote. Netanyahu accuses US in ‘betraying Israel’ and promises to bring this up with Trump’s administration. Israelis have been generally complaining about US abandoning them in the past 5 years.
I know Israel in itself and the true nature of Israel-US relations are confusing to many. There are lots of hoaxes floating around on that. But hang on to your chair. It’s about to get even more confusing and interesting. Trump will likely try to get relations with Israel back on track. But one can’t step twice into the same river. We are entering very different times.
USA
US media acting as a mouthpiece for Al-Qaeda (Hard to believe – not! After all, it is the terrorist organization they once created against Russia.)
In closing: Obama has said something to the effect that if he ran against Trump, he would have won. Trump tweeted back something like ‘in your dreams.’ Well, I couldn’t agree more.

Yes, we have heard and seen this before. Remember what that fake no-fly zone did to Libya? Remember Qaddafi?
They tried to unseat Syria’s Bashar Al Assad in all ways possible: from accusations of chemical weapons, threats to bomb, arming ISIL and other terrorist groups, to insistence that ‘Assad must go.’ Nothing worked. A typical MO of a dying empire: they are so decadent, so stuck in the their imaginary ‘America is exceptional’ little world that they are unable to assess the reality on the ground. They don’t understand that the ship has sailed.
Listen to what Germany’s PM Frank-Walter Steinmeier and US Secretary of State John Kerry say at the UN: ‘We need no-fly zone.’ Yes, echoes a US general, we agree to a no-fly zone: Russian and Syrian airforces must be grounded, but only them; our jets must continue flying.
Incidentally, listen carefully to how Kerry phrases his statement. He insists on temporarily grounding of all aircraft over Syria. Of course, we all know what happened in Libya after ‘all’ aircraft was supposedly grounded: US and allies came in and began bombing Qaddafi’s forces, followed by the ISIL takeover of the country with subsequent horrid death by Qaddafi himself.
Therefore, certainly no one will fall for this again. However, in the run up to my new ESR11: THE IMPORTANCE OF 2016 RUSSIAN ELECTIONS (to be released tomorrow 9/24), I want to emphasize one point! Центр в регионе Алеппо использовался для координирования действий на земле с разведывательными действиями беспилотников и для нанесения ударов с воздуха. According to Fars News agency, Russian military ships launched three Kalibr cruise missiles; the strike hit the Dar Ezza joint intelligence coordination center for the US coalition, killing 30 Israeli and Western officers. The center, aka, Field Operations Room near Aleppo is staffed with officers from US, Turkey, UK, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Qatar. Canadian researcher Michel Chossudovsky says that the center was hit after US coalition forces bombed the Syrian army. The intelligence center in question provided intelligence and played a leading role in making the bombing happen.

Putin is the most unpredictable politician in the world: he always tells the truth.
As many times before, Putin openly pre-announced Russian objectives in Syria and said that once they have been achieved, Russia will withdraw. It appears the West was under a complete impression Putin was lying. No wonder: that’s how they themselves behave, and they expect the same behavior from others. Their feeble minds can’t fathom that there are few out there who actually tell the truth.
What were Russia’s main objectives? Let’s hear it directly from the horse’s mouth.
This special talk show Evening with Vladimir Soloviev of March 15, 2016, dedicated to Russian withdrawal from Syria (Вечер с Владимиром Соловьевым. Спецвыпуск от 15.03.16), includes an excerpt from the televised October 2015 interview with President Putin. Incidentally, Evening with Vladimir Soloviev is my top recommended Russian political talk show.

S: What are our real goals in Syria and what are the criteria of our success?
P: First, let me re-confirm what is already a well-known fact: we have advised in advance our American and many other partners, as well as the countries in the region, of our plans and intentions. Some say we did it too late, but let me remind everyone that no one ever advises us of their plans or actions in operations of this kind. Yet, we did it.
S: Show of good will?
P: Yes, out of good will, together with common sense. But also to show that we are open to cooperation.
S: Syrian army began advancing. What are their chances of success?
P: This primarily depends on the Syrian army and Syrian leadership. We can’t assume any excessive responsibility upon ourselves, and we never did. I said from the start that the active phase of our Syrian operation will be limited in time by the term of the advancement of this same Syrian army. To return to your first question: our goal is specifically to stabilize the legitimate power in Syria and to create the conditions for the political dialogue and compromise.
That was said in October 2015. The whole Russian plan, timeframe and intentions were laid out clearly, for all world to hear.

LR: To add to the above, Putin and Russian Army command announced from the start that Syrian op would last 5-6 months. There were tons of doom-and-gloomers everywhere, including Russian opposition from Zhirinovsky’s LDPR to pro-West anti-Putin liberals. These predicted that Russia would get stuck in Syria, like US did in Iraq and Afghanistan, that it will be Afghanistan 2.0 for Russia, that casualties would mount…
The active phase of Russian Syrian op actually ended in 5 months! There were only two operation-related military casualties, due to Turkey’s downing of the Russian jet and rescue helicopter. Unfortunately, there were civilian casualties: terrorist act against Russian plane over Sinai, Egypt, with 224 people dead.
On March 14-15, 2016 Putin Announced Russian Troops Withdrawal from Syria. The West is in shock. They are so used to their own lies, as well as the world around them based solely on lies, that they can’t fathom how Putin can actually promise something and keep his word. As we know, the White House, Pentagon, US State Dept and NATO were completely unprepared and didn’t know what to say or how to react to the news.

Main reasons for Russian troops withdrawal from Syria revealed!
I didn’t call Earth Shift Report 5 SYRIA GAME CHANGER by accident. What Russia did in Syria in the mere five months truly was a total game changer and a complete turnaround.
Below is a long list of objectives of the Russian Syria campaign that have been achieved in five months. (I challenge you to compare this list of things promised and delivered to what the multi-year US invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq have done to those countries; what NATO bombings have done to Libya; what the US/EU 2-year+ interference in Ukraine has turned the country into!)
Important things to remember:
Let’s recall that Russia announced from the start that there will be no ground operation. It was clear that Russia doesn’t want to repeat Soviet and US mistakes in the Middle East.
Also, let’s remember that this withdrawal is partial. This is a gesture designed to send a specific message to all parties involved, and to the global community in general. What this message is – we’ll discuss below.
Russia merely announced the end to the active phase of Syria operations. There are two bases and sufficient number of troops/crews left. Russia still controls the Syrian sky. S-400 systems remain there, which means that any flights over Syria have to be coordinated with Russia.
Additionally, it has been hinted that Russian jets, troops and ships can be returned back within hours, should necessity arise. In fact, Vladimir Putin announced that starting March 22 Russia may re-start operations against those who attempt to break the truce. This remark had a fabulous response. Those groups who thought they could begin fighting with Assad troops again once Russia left, got back to negotiations table.
Russia spent on Syrian operation $450 million. That’s all. This constitutes less than 1 percent of the Russian defence budget.
I don’t have handy the Pentagon or NATO budget numbers, but isn’t it something like their weekly allowance? Incidentally, let’s compare this to how much US spent in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Russian accomplishments in Syria and associated withdrawal reasons:
1. ISIS oil infrastructure – destroyed or weakened; ISIS military and terrorist infrastructure – destroyed or weakened. Multi-billion investments of ISIS/Al Nusra/ Muslim Brotherhood’s sponsors Qatar, Saudis and Turkey – destroyed. ISIS, Turkey, Saudi and Qatar oil – synthetic drug – slave – artifact smuggling ring broken, which means that the financing of terrorist activities has been dealt a major blow.
2. What really goes on in Syria has been exposed for the whole world to see. Before, the Western propaganda had a monopoly on Syria stories, presenting its usual false narrative. Now, with Russian direct footage and access given for the Western press to Russian bases and battle ships patrolling Mediterranean much of the false narrative changed dramatically. Having seen the truth, US and EU became unable to accuse Russia or Assad of various actions they didn’t commit. The Western propaganda ring has been broken and the tide has been reversed.
3. Some of the potential new recruits have been scared away from joining ISIS-Daesh and other terrorist organizations by Russian Syria campaign. The idea that they would be bombed by Russian jets, should they join, stopped many. Therefore, the lives of some of the young, lost people residing on the territory of the Russian Federation, EU and various Muslim counties, have been saved.
Per Russian statistics, about 5,000 Russian citizens joined ISIS, mostly Muslims from Caucasus, Siberia, Volga Tatars and Crimean Tatars. Also thousands joined from Muslim ex-Soviet Central Asia and Azerbaijan. These were recruited through mosques and infiltrated propagandists. The flow of ‘fresh cannon fodder’ has been at least slowed down, if not stopped.
One of pre-announced Russian goals was to prevent the already trained ISIS militants from being able to return back home, which they could do with their Russian passports. The official Russian statistics is that out of 5,000 ISIS militants with Russian passports 2,000 have been killed as a result of Russian raids.
4. Another Russian goal was to keep Syria secular and inclusive of other religions, in other words, prevent Syria from turning into another Muslim fundamentalist state. There are many Christians (both Orthodox and Catholics) that lived in Syria in peace for millennia; Assad government was always respectful of other religions. These Christians and their cities received one of the biggest blows during the invasion by ISIS. Result of Russian campaign: secular Syrian state re-affirmed, made stronger and more consolidated. Assad has been re-affirmed as national leader, at least in the interim.
5. Syrian army was able to advance and take back a number of territories, which they were unable to re-take on their own. Now the Syrian government controls about 1/2 of Syria. Just six months ago it was only about 20% of Syrian territory.
7. The trend of Syrian opposition (dubbed by US ‘moderate’) fighting Assad government troops has been decidedly reversed. Truce achieved and holding; moderate opposition has been taken out of the fight mode with Assad and is now working with Assad against ISIS. Moreover, the number of groups and bands in truce with the government continues growing daily. Altogether, there are thousands of such groups and they are all trying to secure a place for themselves in the future of Syria. All this, thanks to the skilled combined effort of the Russian military and diplomacy.
Russia opened a Center for the Syrian dialogue in Moscow, where different Syrian opposition groups can register and speak up.
Russia also put together a list of those opposition groups that want to be taken out of harms ways. If you are on the list, then you agree to the truce and to stop fighting against Assad troops. Everyone on the list agrees to fight only against ISIS. In exchange, they are guaranteed not to be bombed by Russian jets and to be included in Syrian political process.
All the above has been achieved within five months. It’s in stark contrast to the destruction and chaos US/EU and their ME allies achieved through years of inciting wars, hatred and violence.
In fact, Russia reversed the trend of US and allies encouraging ISIS and other terrorist organizations to grow like a tumor. Certainly, it’s too early to talk about ISIS/Al Nusra/Muslim Brotherhood being dealt a deathly blow. We are still very far from a true resolution of the Middle East problems and crises. If you recall, my prediction last year was that the Middle East would suffer from violence and various conflicts for a long time due to many millennial issues that have remained unresolved. Resolution will take a very long time.
But what Russia has shown in Syria is that resolution is possible; that a very discerning and targeted surgical intervention, aiming at stabilizing the country, while isolating and taking out of the equation the destructive forces, can lead to hope of a better future. The smart leaders and countries will heed this and follow the example.
8. In the eyes of various groups in Syria, and in the eyes of the entire Middle East, Russia is now the main peacemaker and the go-to country for all grievances and deals.
A pilgrimage of various Syria opposition groups to Moscow doesn’t cease. Similarly, every week and month there are leaders of various Middle Eastern countries visiting Moscow for negotiations. Russia received leaders of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan UAE, and everyone in between, including those, like Qatar, who just recently tried to undermine Russia, and who were implicated in the Russian passenger plane downing over Sinai, Egypt. Not that Qatar or SA would stop their undermining activities, but at least for now they have to negotiate.
Leaders of the Kurds from Syria, Iraq and Turkey have been visiting Moscow and meeting with Russians. Kurdistan’s first representative office has opened in Moscow.
Incidentally, as described in SYRIA GAME CHANGER, Israeli PM Netanyahu was one of the first to visit Moscow before the start of the Russian Syria incursion in 2015. Back then I said that Israel, with the usual Jewish shrewdness, knew who to ‘call.’ Let’s say that Israel knew ‘the right phone number’ and understood how to position itself before Syria events. This is why Israel was first to sign a Syria cooperation and intel sharing deal with Russia. I said back then that Israel knows where the wind is blowing and is re-orienting itself towards Russia, Eurasia and SCO. For those who want to hear me out: I said many times before that we are going through a massive Earth Shift in all areas of life on the planet. I am your guide in this tectonic Earth Shift. Those who read my FREE articles, Earth Shift Reports and materials on LadaRay.info, especially LADA RAY OMNIVERSE section, will be well prepared for the Shift to come.
8. As a result of years of USA’s failures, especially compared to Russia’s success, US influence in the Middle East is waning fast. Russian influence is growing just as fast.
Non-ISIS/non-Al Nusra opposition is now much less likely to look to the US and much more likely to go to Russia for advice and direction.
US clout in the Middle East is extremely low, even in the countries fully dependent in them. Saudis consider themselves betrayed by the US and continue giving signals to Russia that they want closer cooperation (frankly, I wouldn’t trust them for a moment, but a situational alliance might be useful). Iraq and Afghanistan continue attempting to ask Russia for assistance in fighting ISIS on their territory, while US continues blocking these requests. Russians signaled they would help Afghanistan and Iraq, if asked formally by their governments. One of the big reasons to help is that terrorists and smugglers from those two could potentially infiltrate Central Asia and south Caucasus, from where they can get into Russia proper through porous ex-Soviet republics’ borders.
The latest on that: Russian military signaled that they have secured the Central Asian borders in Tajikistan through the newly expanded base and that infiltration isn’t possible any more.
9. Russia achieved its goal of securing bases in Syria / on the Mediterranean coast. Russia now has two bases, which will continue being maintained. All this will be secured by diplomatic documents that will hold under international scrutiny regardless of what government comes after Assad.
10. Russia got US to take off the table its demand that ‘Assad must go’ – a MAJOR win for Russia and a major show of US weakness.
11. Syria elections – another achievement. This means that Assad has been legitimized in the eyes of the West and Syrian opposition. They all now have to work with Assad, whether they want it or not.
If Assad is reconfirmed as the national leader by elections, they will have no choice but to recognize him. If he isn’t reconfirmed, then there will be new government, which, unlike Libya, destroyed by the US and EU interference, will have to be secular and inclusive, under Russian and international supervision.
12. I wrote about this in SYRIA GAME CHANGER. Federalization of Syria and the Kurds is possible. I consider this a good outcome, if done correctly. Kurds announced they are forming a federation (aka, autonomy) within Syria. At the very minimum, this means they are not trying to secede, further destabilizing the region. This announcement, so far not recognized by Assad or internationally, puts a lot of pressure on Erdogan and Turkey, who are bombing and killing Kurds on their own territory. For the Turkish Kurds now there is an inspiring example in Syria. This weakens Erdogan. I have talked at length in ESR5 and ESR7 about Erdogan, Davutoglu, ans the issue of the Kurds.
In ESR5 I said that Syria needs to move to federalization. Russia, the world’s largest federation, can help Syria like no other.
Assad is afraid to recognize Kurdish autonomy as well, fearing this will lead to further destabilization of the country. He is partially right: US/West/Saudi/Qatar/Turkey’s interference in the affairs of decentralized, autonomous regions will be that much easier. But Assad may have no choice. In the end it all depends on how skilled his diplomats and politicians are. Russia will lend a hand in negotiations.
As a matter of fact, it has been recognized by various opposition and pro-government forces that Russia is the one and only power to talk to. As one Assad’s opponent said, ‘now Russia is again seen as the only peacemaker in the region by all forces in Syria.’
13. Withdrawing at the time when Kerry and Lavrov have decided on the framework on Syria negotiations and when the main list of Syrian ‘moderate’ opposition’ groups has been compiled underscores Russia’s commitment to peaceful, diplomatic solution of Syrian conflict.
Since Geneva negotiations between government and opposition began, the withdrawal and cessation of Russian bombings sent all the right kinds of signals to the parties involved: Russian Army has done its job. Now it’s time for Russian diplomacy to do theirs.
Putin reconfirmed this signal when he met on March 14th with both Russian FM Sergey Lavrov and Defence Minister Sergey Shoigu. The message was very strong and unmistakable: the army has done what was needed to stabilize Syria, now let’s pass the baton to our diplomats, who will deepen and solidify this success.

14. Last, but not least, by announcing partial withdrawal, Russia sent a message to Assad. The message is that Assad shouldn’t rest on laurels; that he can’t think that Russia was there to support him personally.
Russia sent a message, understood fully by all political and military groups in Syria and beyond: we won’t always be in Syria to bail out Assad. He needs to find his own stride for reconciliation. We are here to establish pre-conditions for political process by stabilizing the country and allowing the fair and equal voice to the people. What does this kind of message do? It puts the fire under Assad, making him agree to elections and national dialogue. It also restrains honest opposition from further armed clashes with government forces, making them see the light in the end of the tunnel – the light of possible peaceful resolution and political change in the interests of the country.
The Russian Syria withdrawal timing is genius:
All in all, Russia took away from the West and their Middle East vassals the possibility of escalation of anti-Assad rhetoric and, therefore, escalation of Syria conflict, leading to further destabilization of the country and region.
1. UK is now in a difficult position. Its attempt to build a new army and invade Syria through Libya now makes it look like a bully and invader in the eyes of own citizens.
2. Turkey was preparing its own invasion of Syria. Russian withdrawal announcement was a cold shower to Erdogan. Now US/NATO are forced to restrain Turkey from rash actions. In fact, the entire Russian op put a huge harness on Turkey’s ambitions to chop off a chunk of Syria, promised to him by US/Qatar and Saudis in late 2000s. It also dampened Erdogan’s ambition to resurrect Ottoman Khalifate. Read all about that in ESR7: TURKISH CONUNDRUM.
3. This move by Russia also restrains US actions in Syria, together with those of Saudis and Qatar. Now their hands are tied and they can’t continue trying to unseat Assad, otherwise they look like bullies. Of course, to make this happen Lavrov and Russia first made US admit that negotiations were the way to go, remove from the agenda ‘Assad must go’ mantra and compose a list of opposition forces ready to negotiate. Being tied into the negotiations framework makes it impossible for US to start invading Syria willy-nilly.
4. Besides that, Russia ingeniously timed Syria op, negotiations and withdrawal to the US presidential elections year. Obama and democrats desperately need to show some kind of international successes. This is why they suddenly began playing nice with Cuba, sat down with Iran last year and this is why they are ready to negotiate in Syria.
5. Another reason Russia announced partial withdrawal: sand storm season has begun, which makes flights difficult to impossible for a couple of months. Again – good timing.
6. US has recently gone into Syria, while Russia is already out. This again demonstrates that US continues scrambling to catch up to Russia. Read: Why Is Obama Scrambling to Catch Up to Putin? In ESR5 I said that Syria 2015-16 reminds me of WWII and 1944. It was in 1944 that US/UK suddenly saw the light and opened second front against Hitler, but only after they realized that USSR could take Berlin and liberate Europe all by themselves.
As I said, Putin is always several steps ahead. This is especially true after the devious US game in Ukraine.
Let me tell you something: the fact that Russia was not playing devious games in Ukraine was perceived by US and EU as a weakness and an opening to go in. As usual, they are unable to conceive that there are some who don’t play devious games not because they can’t, but because they are above it.
It’s not dangerous, but actually good – not for the US, but for Russia and the rest of the world – that US is stuck on the ground in yet another conflict in the Middle East. US troops are on the ground in Syria – Russian are not; US has already given a commitment they will fight ISIS, after they were shamed by Russia into doing so (as explained in ESR5). Good, let them finally live up to their promises and do something useful for a change!
Meanwhile, Russian reputation and clout in the Middle East is growing, while US is waning. US is playing a humiliating catch-up, while Russia continues leading.
In fact, I think that in part this Russian withdrawal has been timed so to demonstrate how slow and ill-equipped US and EU are for the modern strategic operations. Sort of: ‘see, we’ve accomplished everything we said we would, and are already out, while these dinosaurs are only getting in.’ The world isn’t blind and can see what’s going on.
When US showed to the whole world that it was absolutely unwilling to respect Russian interests, Russia and Putin began showing that in fact they are very capable of playing games, and much better than the West – if they want to.
Finally, here are two other good reasons for the timing of this withdrawal:
7. March 15th was one day before the 2nd anniversary of the Crimean referendum, which returned Crimea to Russia. This was part of the holiday present for March 16-19, the dates when Crimea and Sevastopol were officially accepted as two new subjects of the Russian Federation. Russia is clean and out of any conflicts on foreign soil – was the loud and clear message.
8. Now, being out of Syria, Russia can deal without any distractions with Ukraine and other problems close to home, such as Central Asia and Caucasus. This also includes Turkey and all of Black Sea.

Introduction:
This Earth Shift Report has been a year in the making. It is a very deep and all-encompassing revelation of everything surrounding the hot topic of Khazarian Khaganate. It connects many dots that have traditionally remained unconnected, either because of ignorance or manipulation.
As events in Ukraine began spiraling out of control last year, I’d been receiving this question: what if the New Khazarian Khaganate conspiracy theories were true? Wasn’t the 7th-10th century Khazarian Khaganate an entity that once assumed Judaism as their religion, as opposed to the surrounding lands; wasn’t it built exclusively on greed, usurious attitude and aggression towards neighbors? Wasn’t it the entity to whom the vast surrounding lands paid tribute? Didn’t they already once enslave the prosperous Kievan Rus, turning it into a cash cow?
What if there were people who were plotting to turn back the clock, re-constituting Khazarian Khaganate in what is today’s Ukraine?
Ukraine is a large landmass located in the geographic center of the European continent. Surely, allowing that to happen would be dangerous to the entire Eurasia, and consequently, the whole world?
Can they do it? How strong are they? How strong is their influence? What are the financial and PR capabilities of the entities involved, whether they operate in Ukraine, USA, EU or Israel? Who are they really? What do they really want?

Why does the establishment of a new Khazarian Khaganate in Ukraine worry so many people around the globe? Because it is likely to have global repercussions. The idea that it is connected with NWO and Rothschilds, or worse, originated from them, makes it a concern for everyone.
You all know how direct, honest and meticulous I usually am with my answers. My goal is always to bring the truth and clarity to any issue. Well, this is one of those instances when there is no clear answer.
Much depends on what meaning one assigns to the ‘Khazarian Khaganate.’ The perspective one keeps is just as important as the words one speaks. And this is why I wrote this report. It will clarify all the confusion and reconcile the facts. It will also reveal the true meaning of events that have been intentionally misinterpreted in history, and connections you’ve never known existed.
The short answer is: yes, there are certain entities and people that are attempting to re-create a Khazarian Khaganate. Some of them have infiltrated Ukraine, and plenty of them are located in other countries. But they are not necessarily those you thought were behind it.
Their PR outreach is far and wide; financing is stellar – the best in the world; ability to wheel and deal – also some of the best on the planet.
In this report we will dispel the deeply ingrained hoaxes and half-truths; here we will reveal the real truth.
