Ukraine, ISIL, Ebola, Hong Kong: The US Traveling Circus of Chaos

Lada’s analysis and prediction:

THE US TRAVELING CIRCUS OF CHAOS

(Ref. : US Government Is Funding The Hong Kong “Student Protests” on PaulCraigRoberts.org)

Hong Kong is on fire. Of course, this should have been expected. You thought they would target Russia via Ukraine, while leaving China alone? These past several months I was just wondering where exactly they would strike. Hong Kong is very logical: it is to China a bit like Ukraine (and by extension, Crimea) to Russia.

The reason this is happening right now is clear: both China and Russia are building anti-dollar coalition and are preparing to dump the Western banking system. Notice that ‘pro-democracy protests’ didn’t happen in Hong Kong at any other time before. They are happening specifically now, although the same exact problems were always there.

Interesting ‘coincidence’: as tensions ease up somewhat in Ukraine, they increase at the same time elsewhere! I said that US will slowly disengage from Ukraine, now that they were unable to get what they wanted there, namely Crimea for their bases and in order to squeeze Russia out of the Black Sea + all of Ukraine for fracking and for bases targeting Russia. They already know they won’t be able to hold on to Ukraine (as I predicted from the very beginning!). See: Predictions and My Latest Intel: Did US Lose in Ukraine? Is Putin the Best Russian Leader? Do People Prefer Conspiracies to Real Truth? The resistance of the population in Ukraine turned out too strong and growing, despite all the intimidation. Therefore, they are moving on to new targets. ISIL, Ebola, and the fresh one – Hong Kong.

What does this tell us? One thing only: ALL THIS IS ARRANGED BY THE SAME TEAM. They have one, two teams max, to create chaos and spread circles of violence around the world! There are only so many circles of violence this hard-working team can juggle at any given moment.

It is a traveling circus of the sort I refered to in my recent post: The Ugly Mask of Fascism in Ukraine 1: Urge to Destroy. Except, this one is of a different kind. The ukro-nazi traveling circus in Ukraine is all about destruction and terrorizing the population so they would be afraid to speak up. It relies on brute physical force. This traveling circus is much more intelligent and subtle. It is about masterminding color revolutions and creating destabilization in various parts of the globe. It is the brain behind the chaos. The similarities are: both hide their faces – ukro-nazis behind black masks, and the geopolitical traveling circus of chaos – just by remaining behind the scenes and therefore, invisible to people. But, make no mistake: they serve one master and they are financed from the same source.

Of course, in order for any riots to take place, there has to be a predisposition, a pre-condition, for such events to take place. There are real problems in Hong Kong, and that’s what they capitalize on. But these problems existed all these years. They have been brought out and exaggerated ten-fold to make this work. The evidence of the outside intervention is very easy to spot. Look how many problems the US has, look how many people are unhappy and talk about it – but very little happens as far as protests. Protests, in order to turn into a bloody coup like in Ukraine, need interference and hefty financing from abroad. And US/UK are so terrific at both!

And another thing: the mask of those who are truly behind the ‘Occupy Central’ movement in Hong Kong, the camouflage of those who orchestrated the right time to act for the leaders of this movement, and who gave the signal – is excellent. The whole thing looks very natural. Therefore, even those people who should know what’s up, are buying it. I just had an interesting discussion with my hubby’s family, the Hong Kong natives…

Every country in the world, especially all those countries opposed to the US-centric world, is now watching very closely what’s happening in Hong Kong and Ukraine. Everyone got the message sent by the Yanukovich’s overturn loud and clear. Except, it may not be the message US hoped for.

China isn’t Ukraine and Chinese government isn’t stupid, or weak.

Moreover, I predicted early on that in Ukraine they bit more than they could ever hope to chew. They should have left Ukraine alone. As a result, more and more countries get convinced that US cannot be trusted.

Prediction: The stampede to join the alliance with Russia and China is about to begin. It will be quiet at first. When it becomes obvious to all, it will be too late.

To illustrate the point further, below is an excerpt from a guest post on PaulCraigRoberts.org, who continues to work tirelessly to inform and bring out the truth. This guest post is by Tony Cartalucci of Global Research.

US Government Is Funding The Hong Kong “Student Protests”

Url of this article:
http://www.globalresearch.ca/us-now-admits-it-is-funding-occupy-central-in-hong-kong/5405680

“Just as the US admitted shortly after the so-called “Arab Spring” began spreading chaos across the Middle East that it had fully funded, trained, and equipped both mob leaders and heavily armed terrorists years in advance, it is now admitted that the US State Department through a myriad of organizations and NGOs is behind the so-called “Occupy Central” protests in Hong Kong.
The Washington Post would report in an article titled, “Hong Kong erupts even as China tightens screws on civil society,” that:

Chinese leaders unnerved by protests elsewhere this year have been steadily tightening controls over civic organizations on the mainland suspected of carrying out the work of foreign powers.

The campaign aims to insulate China from subversive Western ideas such as democracy and freedom of expression, and from the influence, specifically, of U.S. groups that may be trying to promote those values here, experts say. That campaign is long-standing, but it has been prosecuted with renewed vigor under President Xi Jinping, especially after the overthrow of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych following months of street demonstrations in Kiev that were viewed here as explicitly backed by the West.
The Washington Post would also report (emphasis added):

One foreign policy expert, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss a sensitive subject, said Putin had called Xi to share his concern about the West’s role in Ukraine. Those concerns appear to have filtered down into conversations held over cups of tea in China, according to civil society group members.
“They are very concerned about Color Revolutions, they are very concerned about what is going on in Ukraine,” said the international NGO manager, whose organization is partly financed by the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), blamed here for supporting the protests in Kiev’s central Maidan square. “They say, ‘Your money is coming from the same people. Clearly you want to overthrow China.’ ”

Congressionally funded with the explicit goal of promoting democracy abroad, NED has long been viewed with suspicion or hostility by the authorities here. But the net of suspicion has widened to encompass such U.S. groups as the Ford Foundation, the International Republican Institute, the Carter Center and the Asia Foundation.

Of course, NED and its many subsidiaries including the International Republican Institute and the National Democratic Institute do no such thing as “promoting democracy,” and instead are in the business of constructing a global network of neo-imperial administration termed “civil society” that interlocks with the West’s many so-called “international institutions” which in turn  are completely controlled by interests in Washington, upon Wall Street, and in the cities of London and Brussels.

The very concept of the United States ”promoting democracy” is scandalous when considering it is embroiled in an invasive global surveillance scandal, guilty of persecuting one unpopular war after another around the planet against the will of its own people and based on verified lies, and brutalizing and abusing its own citizens at home with militarized police cracking down on civilians in towns like Ferguson, Missouri – making China’s police actions against “Occupy Central” protesters pale in comparison. “Promoting democracy” is clearly cover for simply expanding its hegemonic agenda far beyond its borders and at the expense of national sovereignty for all subjected to it, including Americans themselves…”

  2. Excellent article again Lada!

I remember being told once, and this was years ago in the ’80’s, by a person married to an Iranian woman, that protests in Teheran would be staged by chasing people into a deadend street and then someone would start yelling and screaming and getting te crowd all agitated and angry, then they filmed it and those “protest” we would see on TV, but nothing was actually going on there at that moment! The person who told me had seen this happening with his own eyes, while they were there for a visit to family! That was my first confrontation with how “news” was made and manipulated and it changed my view of the news forever! That was my first point of “awakening” to the truth!

  3. Could the major powers be playing part of the world depopulation game through war? When the desired level is reached, Rockefeller’s Trilateral plan will fall into place for the NWO. I don’t believe China will gladly accept being dominated, and I don’t believe Putin accepts this, but he is stuck trying to keep his balance in a fast-running stream beyond his control. The United States has yet to suffer the horrors of war Russia and China have endured, but our oligarchs plan to hide from the devastation. “Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely,” and absolute power is being sought. A global troika? I think that will allow brief peace, then, sometime in the future, the crazies will fight each other for total control by one. If that is successful, earth will be regarded by those throughout the rest of creation as the planet for the criminally insane.
Another conflict-Islam. Is that accepted for depopulation? Some may want to use it for that and then become the accepted global religion. A caliphate of Muslim Mammon ruled by oligarchic muftis. How will Russia and China deal with that?

    Like

    • Yes, the depopulation agenda does play a part. There is a certain cosmic interference, referred to as reptilian, that is targeted to that. The reasons for this interference are grossly misunderstood.
But it’s more than that – it’s also 3D human programming. You can’t make anyone start a war if they don’t want to. Humans should start with taking responsibility for their own actions.

  7. When I initially saw the demonstrations in Hong Kong on Zero Hedge for a very short time I thought that they may be positive. But very quickly I realized, especially after watching main stream media give full attention to it, that it’s another color revolution sponsored by the US foundations and the villainous Soros. CNN only gives attention to color revolution “protests” and almost always there’s a news blackout on the real organic home grown demonstrations.

I’m very confident that China will handle this very well. One thing to keep in mind: Hong Kong, althought officially a part of China, really maintains itself as a somewhat independent entity. It’s in a kind of limbo land, part of China but also not part of it. You can’t just enter mainland China from Hong Kong like you’re traveling inside China. Going across the border from Hong Kong to let’s say Shenzhen requires either a passport or a visa. It’s noting like going from Shanghai to Shenzhen. Hong Kong is still a vital financial center of Asia and the western capitalist world. This fact has not changed since it officially became part of China. Because of this integration of Hong Kong into the western world, the US better be careful how much chaos they provoke. One slip-up could cause a financial crisis in Hong Kong thereby triggering a cascade of financial collapses in the west. All of the financial big boys are all tied to the hip together and Hong Kong is part of that world. Again, like in Ukraine, the US may bite off more than they can chew. Unlike Ukraine this is primarily a financial attack on China through Hong Kong. It won’t work.

Another thought just came to me. I wonder if this color revolution has anything to do with the fact that many wealthy Russians have taken their money out of US dollars in London and put it into the Hong Kong banks in HK dollars because the HK dollar is pegged to the US dollar. Could this action by the US be done to forestall a potential collapse of the US dollar.

Just in: An international Red Cross worker was just killed by fascist Kiev shelling in Donetsk. I wonder how that’s going to sit with the western public.

    Liked by 3 people

    • Great summary! This is correct about HK being a big center. But the right hand and the left hand in the US don’t always communicate. You are overestimating them. Same with Russian money in HK. No one cares about that. More Russian money is actually moving back home.

  8. Thanks to Ukraine, and the fact that a lot of people made an effort to get to know the former Soviet Union once it opened up, many people have had their eyes opened. Anything associated with NED will be suspicious from now on, even if they change their name.
The protests in Thailand were another eye-opener. The wealthy side of the society held all kinds of disruptive activities, and the government did nothing to discourage them. It was like a festival. Then when repeated elections could not unseat the popular prime minister who represented the poor, the military stepped in and impeached, first, him, and then, his sister, who had been subsequently elected.
I’m looking at so-called “democracy” movements with different eyes now. A lot of the people involved are sincere and have real complaints against the government, as we saw in the Ukraine, but they don’t see what other elements are involved until it is too late, and the power has been shifted.
I read something yesterday, maybe it was on Op-Ed News, or perhaps Counterpunch, about how they managed a different sort of coup d’etat in Japan. A pro-democracy movement would have had no steam here. At least one friend suspects the vote for Prime Minister Abe was rigged. A stubbornly pro-nuke guy is elected in a one-burned, decidedly anti-nuke nation? I can see people wanting desperately to kick-start Japan’s economy, unaware of the background factors that make the whole world a different story from the 1970s. They might be persuaded to give Abe’s ideas a try. Now that Abenomics is causing real misery among the people, who are paying higher taxes, we will see what happens here.
In any case, as economies fail worldwide, people will have their attention directed at various scapegoats by master manipulators who want to install fascists. Unfortunately, most countries will probably fall for it.

He is deeply involved in a number of sustainable society groups, while I am rather isolated on account of being unable to tolerate modern wireless communications. He updates me on what is being said. I could write about that, and then provide additional background. It will be next month at the earliest, however.

I believe the Thai military is on the side of the people, and I hope that Thailand is really moving in the right direction!

      • Emil, I hope you are right! I know there is a lot of evidence of corruption in Thaksin’s case. I think it was Vltchek who wrote an article earlier this year, claiming it was the King’s partisans that were more friendly to America. I have heard from many sources that America has a black ops site in Thailand.
In any case, whether right or left, the Thai are the nicest people. Buddhism strikes me as a real advantage of both Thailand and Japan in moderating the human tendencies that lead to conflicts. After the turmoil earlier this year, the Thai stopped showing up at the restaurants near Mt. Fuji, but I think I encountered one group recently (didn’t confirm–Vietnamese sounds similar). My prayers are with Thailand, and we plan to visit again this winter–if Hajj doesn’t wind up spreading the e-bomb to southeast Asia.

    • Thanks for the info, Pat and Emilr. Unfortunately, I don’t follow the specifics of the Thai events. I can tell you this: nationalistic, left-leaning, fascist/extremist and militant movements are on the rise everywhere. Everything nuclear-related is on the rise as well. US/West interference is also on the rise. Manipulations, scapegoating will also increase, along with polarization of the society. That’s a global outlook.

    • One neocon figurehead with bellicose inclinations was replaced by another, perhaps even worse. They only understand brute force, therefore forcing others to arm themselves as well, wasting our planet’s resources. The only good NATO is disbanded NATO, which won’t happen for a while, although their significance will decline.

  11. re: Thailand

What if the problem is that people get two bad choices? Consider the Ukraine. Radical nationalism from the Western Ukraine (with corruption) or an unclear nationalism like Yanukovich (with corruption) in the Southeast. In Thailand, the elites in Bangkok have treated the north and northeast like “cows”, the word they use for the uneducated peasants, so a crook and his family took advantage of this to build a dynasty out of actually giving some goodies to the peasants. All calculated.

We really need better choices in this world.

    • Paul, E. Ukraine can’t have more clear agenda, as they are unable to implement what they really want, namely, re-uniting with Russia. There is no Yanukovich influence in E. Ukraine any more – he is generally despised. And they are anit-oligarch. They are more for monarchy than anything. The leaders will come later. This is a transitional thing.

Confusion, lack of consensus and polarization is the name of the game THIS DECADE.

Same with Thailand. It can’t have clarity now. These are birthing pains with similar confusion. They have to go through it to make a leap.

Russia has already gone through it.

Don’t think for a moment Japan, US, or any EU country, will avoid that. For them, the confusion will come later. The more such confusion is delayed, the more painful and protracted it will be.

  12. In his book “Duty Memoirs of a Secretary of State Robert Gates, former US Secretary of Defence under George Bush and Obama, Gates wrote about Russia.
Gates descibes what he said to Bush after he returned from the the 2007 Munich Security Conference where Putin had given a provocative and bellicose speech:
Gates also goes into detail what he didn’t tell Bush:
    “Robert Gates wrote; I quote:
US agreements with the Romanian and Bulgarian governments to rotate troops through bases in those countries was a needless provocation….”
“Trying to bring Georgia and Ukraine into NATO was truly overreaching.
The roots of the Russian Empire trace back to Kiev in the ninth century, so that was an especially monumental provocation.
Were the Europeans, much less the American, willing to send their sons and daughters to defend Ukraine or Georgia? Hardly.
So NATO expansion was a political act, not a carefully considered military commitment, thus undermining the purpose of the alliance and recklessly ignoring what the Russians considered their own vital national interests

Which of course President Putin did avoid empty rhetoric, in regards to US, to use an English expression “he called a spade a spade”
In part his speech President Putin accused the US of establishing, or trying to establish, a “uni-polar” world. President Putin explained that “uni-polar” means “centre of power, one single centre of force and one single master,” .
He went on to say that “The United States has overstepped its borders in all spheres – economic, political and humanitarian, and has imposed itself on other states,” and further added that the US has gone from one conflict to another without achieving a successful resolution in any of them. Which looking at US involvement since 1945 is true (although the US could claim the invasion of Grenada October 1983 was a success?)

I was just amazed at how you arrived at the ‘bellicose’ part… And this was a rethorical question of course, usually referred to as irony. 😉

‘Bellicose’ is when someone is calling for direct interference into another country’s affairs, as US has always done, or as EU politicians have done in the case of Ukraine, Russia and so many other countries.

When a spade is called a spade – we call it ‘truth.’
