Lada has told us of the great shift the world is experiencing from West to East. An emerging example of this is the Philippines. Their new President, Rodrigo Duterte, is kicking out the U.S. and embracing Russia and China. His first target in-country is the CIA-backed drug trade. Duterte’s methodology is brutal. His thinking seems to be that one has to break some eggs to make an omelet. Filipinos call him the “Punisher.” Concurrently he is telling the U.S. Military to get out. The Philippines is now buying its weapons from Russia and China. Russian military advisers are not far behind. Russian fleet has already made port calls there.
I’ve lived in the Philippines and have family there so I have a feel for the situation. Duterte is making a lot of enemies by attacking the Filipino brand of oligarchy and admits he could be assassinated any time. A very colorful individual, he has publicly called Obama an SOB, and the U.S. Ambassador a “queer” SOB. Putin is providing Russian influence in the Pacific Region in a manner that will neither antagonize China nor impose a colonial quid-pro-quo on the Filipinos. Russian trade, commerce and other business with the Philippines is in the offing.

Good overview. That’s exactly how it is. Going forward, as part of the Great Earth Shift we’ll see various counties getting braver and braver in asserting their sovereignty from US.

“Russians overwhelmingly voted their support for Putin’s party with some 54% of the vote. In this multi-party country, the next largest vote–for the Communist party–was 13%. The results of this election are extremely positive for the world, as Putin seems to be one of the few rational people on the world’s stage who might actually bring just peace to the world…”
With the approaching Equinox which I can already feel, this is good timing for the execution of balance from a point of balance. Good job, Russia.

Emergencies Ministry to organize all-Russian civil defence drill
Some voices are warning of the growing military tensions between the US and Russia, particularly in Syria. The situation does look troubling.
