In Honor of the Russian Easter: the Angelic Singing by Sretensky Monastery Choir & F. Fotiy!
HAPPY RUSSIAN EASTER: MAY 2, 2021!
Amazing harmony, power and beauty in this much loved Russian song! The Sretensky Monastery choir sings:
CALL ME QUIETLY BY MY NAME
Хор Сретенского монастыря “Позови меня тихо по имени”
And I decided to include two songs by a Russian monk, father Fotiy, who was a surprise winner of the Russian singing competition Golos (Voice).
He sings two famous Russian songs on the Red Square: a very beautiful The Peel of the Malinovy Bells, as well as Good Night, Gentlemen.
о.Фотий – “Малиновый звон” и “Спокойной ночи, господа…”
