And as one of my dear LADA RAY PATREON family members commented, ‘off planet help.’ Even without understanding any words, the song touches you on some deep, pure, subliminal level.

The simple lyrics, coupled with haunting music and the voice of Archangel Michael (well, if he were to sing…). 

These are the shoots of the new: in February 2022 Yaroslav Dronov / Shaman wrote the song that became an overnight hit. It’s called STAND UP! Rus: ВСТАНЕМ! Pronounced: Vstanem! (Sometimes it’s translated as ‘Stand Up for Motherland’). 

From the author: 

С Днём защитника Отечества!  Эту песню я сочинил недавно и неожиданно для себя! Её как будто бы кто-то продиктовал мне сверху🙏🏻

Translation: “Happy Day of the Protector of the Fatherland! I composed this song recently and unexpectedly. It’s as if someone dictated it to me from above! 🙏🏻”

The song made people literally stand up and listen; it moved something in their hearts and minds, gave them hope and restored justice. It is dedicated to the Heroes of Russia and how they remain in our hearts. The song is basically a prayer for remembrance and a call for unity.

I look at this unconventional, very unlikely young man, who’s a poet, songwriter and pop singer, and can’t stop being amazed at how he captured the spirit, how he managed to convey the thoughts and feelings of 150 million in Russia today, and I daresay many more millions around the world, yours truly included!
