Thresholds in Time and Space: Visioning a Multidimensional Permaculture Paradigm (with Ann Kreilkamp, Ph.D.)

To #Jumpstart2018, I want to post something I’ve never done before on FuturisTrendcast. However, this topic has been on my mind for a long time and I proposed it to Ann Kreilkamp over a year ago.
The world we live in is unsustainable. The economy we brew in is a destructive disaster. Our agriculture is based on cruelty and poisons the planet. Humanity has become the force that sucks resources from our Earth and future generations, producing mountains of waste, polluting our land, oceans and air.
Some of us understand the consequences of what is happening, and we also know how to solve the problem, but very few listen. Yet, we don’t give up. There are some 5D and higher-dimensional souls, who are engaged in trying to help humanity out of the downward spiral it is in, trying to shift from the gluttonous consumption paradigm to that of conservation, sustainable permaculture, honoring Mother Earth, our bodies and our future.
Oftentimes this insurmountable global work starts small. It starts by example; it starts locally. And today I want to introduce you to one such local community called Green Acres Village, and to its visionary founder, Ann Kreilkamp, Ph.D.
Ann has offered us her recent essay, written for the Permaculture Design Magazine. It was also posted on Ann’s blog, Exopermaculture.com.
Dear readers, I am inviting you to step into a different world of intentional community and permaculture. You have probably heard of Eco Villages. This is a somewhat similar experiment in an alternative lifestyle and sustainable agriculture, although Eco Villages seem to me more commercial, while Green Acres — from what I see — appears a rather informal project which is hands-on and community oriented.
Another popular name used for such projects is ‘Intentional Community.’ There are many types of intentional communities, but usually they are based on shared spiritual, lifestyle and/or life mission principles.
Soul level and calibrations
Knowing me, you probably are wondering if I calibrated all that, and if so, what soul level and calibrations such intentional communities would be.
I will tell you that ‘Intentional Community’ as an idea is a typical 5D experiment. The intentional community concept, in its ideal form, calibrates at 510 – LOVE.
(Mind you, various 3D manifestations of said idea would calibrate differently, based on cumulative calibrations of the people involved. Most would be lower than the ideal, as unfortunately many humans do calibrate lower).
My goal in posting this on FuturisTrendcast
You’ve heard me talk about multidimensional universe and different dimensions. I often talk about 5D and why it is necessary for human consciousness to make a leap, and SHIFT into that higher dimension. You heard me explain this in the course of the Earth Shift Webinars, in LadaRay.com FREE Multidimensional section, in FuturisTrendcast posts, and throughout my Personal Consultations.
Today, I want to show you what 5D consciousness may look like in practice.
Please always remember that the key words for 5D are: cooperation, community, sustainability, honoring and living in harmony with Mother Earth, positivity, willingness, healing, hope and love.
The project we are talking about, Green Acres Village, is a 5th Dimension project. This is why it caught my eye and this is why I wanted to feature it on FuturisTrendcast.
Through this post I want to demonstrate to you a practical experience of what a 5D consciousness community, trying to manifest in our 3D reality, may look like. Not everything is smooth and not everything may work out the way it’s envisioned. But that is the nature of our 3D here and now, fully-incarnated experience.

WHO RUSSIANS TRUST
1. The Russian Army (Russian: BKC) – approval rating 90%
It is clear why, especially in view of Russia’s brilliant operation and a sweeping victory in Syria.

Since he first came to power in 2000, Putin, understanding that this is one of the two first priorities if Russia is to survive and rebuild as The Great Balancer, invested a lot of energy into rebuilding the Russian Army, Navy & Fleet, torn to pieces by Gorbachev & Yeltsin.
Credit also goes to Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, who turned it around, based on the foundation built by others. Shoigu is so effective that the going joke in Russia is that he should be cloned to replace other ministers.
‘Russian Army’ or the ‘Russian Armed Forces,’ are the old names. It is presently officially referred to as:
Russian: BKC — spelled out as Voenno-Kosmicheskie Sili; Eng: Army & Space Forces.
Russia as the Great Balancer & great power cannot exist without exceptionally strong BKC.

2. Vladimir Putin – approval rating 82%
Ever since he came to power in 2000, Putin never had a rating below 50% and for the last several years it was always above 80%, jumping to over 90% in 2014 and after Crimea reunified with Russia.
Despite constant character defamation and personal attacks, as well as insidious 4D hybrid wars and relentless attempts to compromise Putin’s support groups, the population’s support for Putin never dwindled. After it was understood that Russians could not be influenced through direct attacks on their leader and through trying to provoke him to react rashly and without considering consequences, a switch was made to trying to harm what Russians consider dear to their hearts, such as the Russian sport, Russian flag and anthem. Putin’s 82% trust rating is very good news before March 2018 elections. Make no mistake, attacks will continue and intensify before elections — I’ll have my analysis article on the Olympics ban / Russian Elections / Putin some time next week. We’ll also have a big interview in time for the Russian Elections next year.

3. Russian MSM — approval rating 64%
This was a surprise for many. You all know how much the Western MSM is distrusted.
This is also interesting since the USSR’s government media was rather distrusted during the years I grew up – 1970s-80s – and many young people, such as myself, rebelled against it. Only later we all realized that it was propaganda, yes, but a lot more honest than what the West has always spewed. We realized that what the USSR news told us about the West was largely and usually true.
Central Russian MSM, such as VGTRK (holding company for Channel1 Russia), as well as RT, are rather well trusted. Many of you know RT, and now you know why there is trust — they report the truth.
Note, this trust is assigned specifically to the State-owned media outlets, and NOT to privately-owned media!
VGTRK, by far the biggest Russian media holding, has already announced that they will not broadcast 2018 Winter Olympics without Russian team’s participation. I will talk more about the implications next week.
4. Russians at large trust FSB (former KGB).
We must go back to the point I made above. Russians have learned their lesson since the breakup of the USSR. They now get it how important FSB is for Russia’s defenses. The personal reputation and trust of Putin, ex-KGB officer, also plays a role.
This may have been a surprise for many. Not for me. I’ve been following the progress of this organization for a long time. There had been some criticisms and even minor scandals. I’ve said this before: it almost seems that some of these criticisms and scandals are artificially blown out of proportion in order to make FSB seem less effective than it actually is.
Why? We are talking Russia’s ultimate defense against terrorism, spies and saboteurs. This activity was always relentless against Russia The Great Balancer, in any manifestation, even when Russia was totally dysfunctional in the ’90s. Back then such forces simply dictated their rules to the country.
Ever since 2014, terrorism and anti-Russian spying and sabotage activities intensified 10-fold. This happened in connection with the Kiev junta coup, Crimea, and of course, Russia’s Syrian success. Moreover, all this is multiplied by the fact that we are in the new era of an especially devious 4D hybrid war.
Hence, FSB has to be especially devious in return. One of the tactics that worked well was to make adversary underestimate you, which makes them relax and act bolder, thus making it easier to reveal the perpetrator.
In reality, FSB has been unbelievably efficient and effective in countering various threats. In the past 3-4 years I heard almost weekly, sometimes daily, of such and such terror group or spies apprehended in various parts of Russia. The majority of terror groups were temporary workers from post-Soviet Central Asia (and they were a part of Islamist jihad/ISIL). Many terror groups, especially in Crimea, as well as a great deal of spies, were from Ukraine.
Exact numbers are unknown, but in my estimates, FSB managed to prevent over 100 terror acts since 2014. Russia is more secure than it has been for a long time.
5. Russian government-made or -built objects and state projects
In Russia, anything that is government-built and or state-owned is much more trusted than private-made or private-owned.
I’ve heard from a large number of people who moved to Russia from Kiev, Lvov, Dnepropetrovsk and elsewhere in Ukraine after 2014. Based on the old Soviet stereotypes, and based on propaganda, Ukrainians still think that in Russia there is as much mayhem, stealing and lawlessness as there is in Ukraine, just ‘better disguised by Putin.’ They think so until they cross the border… They are always extremely shocked as to how efficient and organized everything is in Russia compared to Ukraine (and I daresay compared to many other countries, as well).
It is interesting to note that in some ways Russia took the good example of Singapore, drawing on its experience on how to organize and manage the country in the 21 century. Singapore’s organization is much respected in Russia. There is still much work to be done, but progress is amazing, especially compared to the ’90s.
And that gives us a hint as to why Putin really is so popular and why Russians trust the government at large. Perhaps they have just been doing a good job?
Example: a young family from Kiev looking for a good apartment to settle down in Kazan’ with their 2 young children was shocked to find that all locals recommend state-built and operated apartment complexes, as opposed to those built by private companies. In Ukraine it’s just the opposite, they say. People trust private-built and distrust anything having to do with state, considering it low quality. State in Ukraine = thievery.
Ukrainians are so used to bribery and tax evasion that they are very shocked to find that in Russia you need to abide by law and do things by the book. Once you do, the state leaves you alone and you have much personal freedom.
When Crimea re-joined Russia it was a shock for many Crimeans used to tax avoidance in Ukraine, that in Russia you actually have to pay taxes to be in good standing. Incidentally, Russia’s income tax continues being one of the lowest in the world, at a flat rate of 13%, but those who avoid it get punished.
Certainly, the level of life-enjoyment and happiness in Russia is very high, and that’s despite sanctions and a hit Russians’ incomes took because of that, despite Olympics scandal and constant 4D hybrid attacks against Russia. I can tell you Russians are much happier and life there is much more agreeable than, say, in the US.
Meanwhile, Ukraine, which did very well during the USSR, was recently rated as the most unhappy country in Europe and one of the 3 most unhappy in the world. Ukraine is stuck in the worst version of the destructive ’90s, and plunging deeper to self-destruction due to choosing the wrong path.
At the same time Russia has made a huge leap forward since the near destruction of the ’90s. We discuss all that, why and who must be credited in EARTH SHIFT WEBINAR 6: THE PUTIN ENIGMA.
WHO RUSSIANS DISTRUST MOST
1. Police. Despite much effort and no spared expense to re-invent its image and looks, the police is still not very trusted in Russian society, although overall the trust rating has improved compared to the absolute distrust there was several years ago. The all-out fight against corruption and some among police going to jail has helped.
2. Russia’s various political parties.

3. Some of the Russian ministers, particularly those who are responsible for the economic policies — the so-called ‘economic block of the government.’ This applies also to Russia’s Central Bank, still dependent on the FED and Western banking system.
This is a universally important topic. We discussed the future of the Western and global monetary system, plus the FED, in ESW3: THE FUTURE OF MONEY.

However, in terms of my normal everyday functioning in this wold it’s awfully inconvenient. Our provider promised us a new modem by next Wednesday-Thursday, and that’s just unacceptable. However, miraculously, we conjured an extra new modem, which somehow was hiding in my hubby’s electronic reserves, and it WORKS! As of this Monday morning I’m back online and able to publish my long-overdue article!

This eclipse touches me personally closely as far as the scope and global outreach of the knowledge I put out. I expect a broad and profound resonance to what I’ll reveal on that day! And now, without further ado, to our today’s topic!
Shocking Truth! LADA RAY CALIBRATES IQ of UKRAINE and RUSSIA
This serves as a sort of follow-up to my recent article: Ukraine No.1… in corruption! Poroshenko killing off opponents? But it’s rather different from the 3D stuff we touched upon earlier. In this piece I want to use an opportunity to go exploring the multidimensional side of the dynamics present in Ukraine and Russia via QUANTUM CALIBRATIONS. In this article we are calibrating THE CUMULATIVE IQ OF UKRAINE and RUSSIA.
In multidimensional terms I define IQ as a 3D-4D human brain capacity. In 5D we go beyond the human 3D-4D brain, which is a 3D interface for the manifestation of the multidimensional mind, and use our mind directly. Beyond 5D there is no need for the mind whatsoever — the connection with the universe is purely energetic and direct.
However, for as long as we are incarnated in this 3D reality, we will continue to use our brain as the interface.
In our today’s world, where 3D along with lower 4D are dominant, IQ is one of the defining factors, allowing any human, or a group of humans, to successfully function, make and execute correct decisions, and display reason and common sense.
The ultimate function of IQ is to both ensure the survival of the species and to aid in propelling it forward.
This is the first time I’m doing public IQ calibrations on FT, although by client request, IQ calibrations often constitute a part of my PRIVATE CONSULTATIONS.
Generally, I consider IQ calibrations, which are surprisingly accurate, a side show to all my other Quantum and Geo Calibrations. However, IQ calibrations tend to spectacularly confirm the complete picture formed by other calibrations.
According the my Quantum Calibrations Theory, it is a small layer of highly calibrated beings who hold the entire societal system on their shoulders. In this particular article we only refer to humans, although as a rule it’s hardly only humans.
Please don’t confuse these highly calibrated beings with politicians and other officially recognized elites, who, depending on the country, may be low-calibrated, or simply dark entities. That said, elites and politicians in any country do tend to possess higher than average IQ, which is necessary to effectively control the masses.
The lower calibrated are those individuals who are engaged in this very important mission of holding together any society, the more wobbly, dysfunctional and dangerous for the society as a whole the societal structures are. This includes, but is not limited to, political, economic, financial, public works, social, media, educational, scientific, religious and other complex structures that hold any society together like a glue, allowing it to function.
If Quantum and Geo Calibrations plunge suddenly and precipitously, such society is on its way to disaster. If IQ level in a society drops precipitously, this is a strong confirmation that said disaster is at hand.
As we know, the mean IQ is globally accepted to be 100. This is a bare minimum that is needed to allow individual and/or society to function optimally. Anything below that is, let’s just say… insufficient. If IQ drops into the 90s or below, such individual or society may be seemingly functional, but is unable to fully comprehend the consequences one’s actions, nor assess the scope of what is happening with them or around them. This in itself doesn’t make such individuals evil or malicious — not at all.
There are many wonderfully kind and beautiful souls, who appear to have underdeveloped brain and low IQ. In some cases the IQ of such individuals should be absolutely fine, but their soul is rebelling against being in ‘a crude and cruel 3D human world.’ In cases like that, such souls may be hiding a true potential of their brain interface to protect it from what they perceive as the world they cannot trust. These people may in fact be poorly adjusted for our 3D reality starseeds and empaths. Here, we are going far beyond the topic this article, but I do feel compelled to mention this; it has been on my mind as a result of some of my latests consultations, when this issue has arisen. I have decided to use the example of Ukraine in order to illustrate what I am talking about, since Ukraine has also been on my mind. However, in the case of Ukraine we are talking of a very different phenomenon than the one described above. No starseeds or empaths can survive in today’s Ukraine. There was a time when it was quite different. I remember that time: it was 1970s-1980s, when I grew up in Ukraine and when it was together with Russia.
Today, Ukraine is experiencing an alarming phenomenon when a precipitous drop in IQ accompanies fast and catastrophic drop in Quantum and Geo Calibrations. We are talking of a society that is terminally ill, which gets more ill every day.
In fact, Ukraine today is a cautionary tale, which demonstrates to the whole world how collapse evolves: it shows what happens when humans refuse to listen to reason and accept reality, when they live in a warped self-fulfilling prophecy they’ve created for themselves. The same future may await any society refusing to reform according to the times, and it may include USA and EU. For my newest predictions see Webinars on LadaRay.com.
I wrote about this in ESRs and in 2014-2015 FT articles. Unless the people living on the territory we call today Ukraine find inner resources of Chi (which, per my definition is the energy of earthly manifestation) to raise their energy calibration sufficiently in order to reverse this catastrophic fall into abyss, a complete disintegration and destruction follows. We see said destruction unfolding before our very eyes in slow motion. This is why a survival instinct causes individuals and whole oblasts (regions) of Ukraine to attempt an escape from the clutches of the dying beast. Any individuals and families who could, already left. Oblasts that have a potential to unite with another country are trying to secede. These are usually the most active, possessing higher Chi, possessing better education, more skills, better professions, better brain — in short the higher calibrated individuals and regions.
The more Chi and brain drain occurs, the worse off any such country will be. Some time ago, to confirm my thesis about brains leaving Ukraine, I calibrated the cumulative IQ of today’s Ukrainian population, as well as the cumulative IQ of Ukraine in preceding years. My IQ calibrations confirmed what Quantum and Geo Calibrations already told me: Ukraine has been for the past 30 years slowly but relentlessly sliding into abyss: economically, socially, financially, educationally and intellectually.
During the past nearly 30 years anyone with any potential left Ukraine. In the ’90s many went to the West, but also, many went to Russia. Since mid-2000s, but especially since 2014, millions and millions of Ukrainians emigrated to Russia permanently. Many of these are now on track to obtain their Russian citizenship, and many have already done so. Who is left in Ukraine to hold the fort? Is it any surprise that we have what we have?
IQ calibrations confirm this unfortunate truth:
2017 CUMULATIVE IQ OF UKRAINE: 90 (ten points below the mean of 100)
Look at this striking difference! By comparison,
1985 CUMULATIVE IQ OF UKRAINE: 105 (five points above the mean of 100)
For the fullness of the picture, let’s calibrate:
2017 CUMULATIVE IQ OF RUSSIA: 105 (five points above the mean of 100)
1985 CUMULATIVE IQ OF RUSSIA: 106 (six points above the mean of 100)
To truly understand what it means, I’ll tell you that I’ve already calibrated cumulative IQ of many countries as a private research experiment. It is extremely rare for a country to have cumulative IQ as high as 105; this denotes higher than usual education and brainpower. Is it any wonder that in 1980s -1990s Soros and the West specifically targeted Russia, Ukraine and Soviet space in general for the biggest ever brain drain in history?
Most developed countries’ cumulative IQ would be between 101 and 102. It is also extremely rare to have a country IQ below 100 as this is the number that is the global norm. I will eventually publish my cumulative IQ calibrations by country and region of the world as a new Earth Shift Report. Stay tuned!
There was a serious loss of the Russian brain power in the late 1980s -1990s when many talented people left to the West. But as we see, Russia has almost fully recovered. Many of those who left in the 90′ returned; the new brain power was born, or arrived from other post-Soviet republics.
By contrast, Ukraine not only has never recovered, it continues losing its IQ level catastrophically. What kind of illuminated, or just reasonable decisions can you expect of a country that is killing off its best and brightest (see Poroshenko killing off opponents?), while the imbeciles sit in the Rada, drafting idiotic laws, such as banning Russian social media or taking away citizenship from Russian-speaking Ukrainians. Nazi concentration camps are next for Ukraine, which is ALWAYS followed by a complete self-destruction.
Incidentally,
2017 CUMULATIVE IQ OF THE KIEV RADA (PARLIAMENT) is 95 (5 points above the sheeple, which is enough to control them. But it is still 5 points below the global mean of 100 – catastrophic!).
A country with this kind of IQ has no chance of being successful or sovereign. Hence Poroshenko, his ministers and Ukraine Rada deputies begging USA and EU for more protection and handouts. Such regime can only exist by leaching on to someone big and strong. And don’t get me started on Quantum Calibration of Ukraine and Kiev government!
Russia had more than once in the past several hundreds years infused the territory we now call Ukraine with high Chi. But every time Russia withdraws, the territories which today are called central and western Ukraine quickly lose its way and rush towards self-destruction.
On the other hand, every calibration I do of Russia indicates that Russia is on the rise, despite all odds.
You might ask: but what are the IQ calibrations of USA, Germany and others countries of Europe; what about Canada, Australia, Asia, Latin America and Africa? These are all great questions. Vacation in Alanya, Turkey: Kleopatra Beach, bazaar, prices (+Quantum Calibrations)
I enjoy periodically scouting the globe — virtually or in person, as the time and my fancy permit — to find out if various geo locations might be interesting and/or desirable for a global relocation, or simply just for a relaxing vacation. I’ve mentioned previously in EARTH SHIFT REPORT 17: Quality of Life Worldwide: Lada Ray Geo Calibrations that many people at this time of the EARTH SHIFT will be considering relocating to another city, country or continent. Therefore, once in a while, if a geo location intrigues me in some way, I’ll be posting an article about it here, on FT.
In no way such posts should be considered a promo or endorsement. Everyone must make their own decisions on relocation.

Today we talk Alanya, Turkey. Summer vacation time is approaching, and I thought some might be interested in this famous Turkish resort area. This isn’t a promo or recommendation by any means. This is an exploration…
I like to explore off the beaten path. Some rare gems can be found by stepping off the paved road — figuratively speaking, of course.
This is meant to be a positive and relaxing post, so I won’t go much into politics here. I’ll just mention that after a 1.5 year period of strained Russia-Turkey relations, due to Turkey shooting down Russian Su-24 jet, there is a huge improvement. Turkish Stream is back on the map, and other joint infrastructure mega projects are a go. Turkish produce and construction workers are slowly allowed back into the Russian market, and Turkey is gradually distancing itself from the West and getting into a more balanced relationship with Russia. Not all is champagne and roses, but the delicate and complex EARTH SHIFTING geopolitical game being played by Putin is bearing some very nice Turkish fruit.
Alanya and other resort areas of Turkey suffered a devastating blow when tourism from Russia suddenly dried up over two years ago, following the Su-24 downing incident and Russia’s incursion in Syria. But Putin played a virtuoso game of chess, resulting in major shifts in Turkish / Erdogan’s policies towards the West and ISIS vs. Russia. Read about all that in ESR5, ESR7 and ESR13.
Since then, the hotels and beaches are slowly filling in again. The touristy Alanya is international, where you can hear various languages, such as French, English, Italian, German, and of course, Russian. In fact, there are hotels and resorts in Turkey built specifically to cater to the preferences of the Russian tourists: usually all-inclusive packages.
What I like about Alanya:
1. You’ll see Kleopatra Beach footage below – the clear turquoise sea, nice white sand and very few people so far in May, 2017. Tourists are still reluctant to return. We’ll see what it will be like in June-August.
2. Food, hotel and various health spa services prices are 1/2 to 1/3, sometimes even as cheap as 1/4, of those you’d expect to pay in the West. But the quality of accommodations and food is as good, or better. Fresh fruits and veggie prices are especially strikingly low compared to Western, while the freshness and quality is usually substantially higher.
***Just to mention, as everywhere in the Mediterranean, you have to be careful not to get a major sun burn, even in mid-May.
Vids below are by an ex-Ukrainian Mikhail Volin (YT channel ‘ The Notes of Slavs in Russia’) who had to flee prosecution in his native city of Melitopol, following the 2014 Kiev coup. Typical of millions of other Ukrainians, he is now a Russian citizen, enjoying his freedom and much higher standard of living, and happily residing in Moscow.
Sorry for the ‘Ukraine’ slip, I did promise this post to be politics lite… Ah, well, can’t hide from reality.
But back to Alanya. Basically, the main message of this post is that Turkey has decent and new tourism infrastructure at very low prices, warm sea and all the sun you can get. Real estate is equally new and cheap, in part because of the instability of the region. But places like Alanya are tourism oriented and seem to be in another world – far away from conflict.

Video 2: Alanya prices. Beginning of video: bus ride, mall and supermarket. At 18:10 starts bazaar and fruit/veggie prices to die for. Prices are in Turkish Liras. To convert into USD: 1 Turkish Lira equals 0.28 US Dollar, or 28 cents. On the video, the Russian blogger converts everything into rubles, of course, but you can see prices in Liras displayed on camera. I was especially struck by 1.5 kilos of strawberries for $2 (that’s more than 3 pounds!) and 1 kilo (over 2 pounds) of fresh tomatoes for 28 cents and 56 cents!
***One caveat with Turkey: at the bazaar Mikhail mentions ‘standing guard over his girlfriend Elena,’ while she bargains for gifts for relatives back home, because ‘you can’t let a girl out alone in those parts.’ Incidentally, this is the case in any Middle Eastern country, and in Caucasus, as well. So, anyone who decides to explore those parts – do keep it in mind!

QUANTUM AND GEO CALIBRATIONS

ALANYA, TURKEY:
QC: 180 – pride
CHI: 195 – yearning/striving
GC: 200 – courage/expansion
Kleopatra Beach: QC 200 ; CHI 210 – both are courage/expansion
Bazaar in Alanya: QC 280 ; CHI 285 – both are neutrality/friendliness
INTERPRETATIONS:
It’s a mixed bag, yet with some promise.
Below min. positive level of 200 for QC and CHI. GC is on the level of pride: typical of the West and well below what I want to see – disappointing. However, CHI shows how much the locals are striving to please the tourists. This could be the low season calibration and could go up when and if tourism returns in earnest, and if Trukey manages to stabilize. That’s why at present it’s so cheap there, by the way!
And now look at GOOD positive values for GC, K. Beach and especially the bazaar! Nice, strong CHI for the last 2!
