This is the shocking first footage of a truck plowing into Moldovan President Igor Dodon’s motorcade on Sunday. The crash occurred when a truck skidded into oncoming traffic, crashing into two cars from the presidential convoy, reportedly near the town of Straseni.

Coincidence of Open Season?

Dodon’s ‘accident’ follows the recent assassination by the pro-US Kiev junta of the Donetsk People’s Republic leader Alexandr Zakharchenko (see my several articles on Patreon, and FT). As I wrote on Patreon, Zakharchenko was also the most popular politician in the whole Ukraine, who would have won next year’s presidential elections, should he be allowed to run by Kiev!

But it gets worse! Dodon’s ‘accident’ comes just hours after Gennady Gagulia, the prime minister of Abkhazia, a Russian-backed republic that broke away from Georgia in the 1990s, died in a car crash in a similar way.

OVERVIEW OF ARMENIA’S VOLATILE SITUATION

Armenia is one of the 5 full members of the Eurasian Union. As a weak country detached from Russia, Armenia is a lucrative and promising playground for Western NGOs and color revolution attempts. Armenia is a very small country, with the official population of 2.9 million. But this data could be exaggerated, as up to 2-3 million Armenians have emigrated and live in Russia alone. Many also live in the US and EU.

But even if we assume there are 2.9 million people residing in Armenia, for such a small population there are upward of 500-700 Western-based NGOs (I’ve heard estimates in thousands). Knowing how NGOs work and how they bribe locals in any given country, just imagine the scope of the pro-West brainwashing in Armenia!

It has to be noted that Russia had a similar infestation of US/UK NGO’s, but it was dealt with by Putin’s government between 2005-2015. However, some of the weak and corrupt post-Soviet space states are very much under siege by Western NGOs to this day. These NGOs buy up elites and the media, and they promise lavish rewards to the young. In Ukraine, we have seen the sad results such situation can lead to.

WHY ARMENIA IS A PRIZE FOR THE WEST

Lately Armenia has been regularly compared to Ukraine. In many ways, the situations in Ukraine and Armenia are similar, but in many ways they are drastically different.

Let’s see how this manifests in practice.

Like Ukraine, after the collapse of the USSR, Armenia gradually lost its compass and started forgetting its direction. The manifestation of its weakness was delayed, much like in Ukraine. For years, Russia continued to carry both Ukraine and Armenia, and that lulled both into complacency as they believed that despite different circumstances they could continue sucking the wealth our of Russia, without giving anything back.

But free lunch was coming to an end, as Russia in the 2000s began demanding responsibility and reciprocity from the former republics. That’s when color revolutions began manifesting in Ukraine (2004 and 2014), Armenia (2015-18) and Moldova (2007), Georgia (2003). There was also a ‘tulip’ color revolution in Kyrgyzstan, as well as unsuccessful attempts in Kazakhstan and Belarus. I described the deep psychological mechanisms of these events in ESR3.

In that respect the Ukraine Maidan and Armenia’s color revolution attempts are similar. But there are differences as well. Ukraine, after all, is a large country, located in the middle of Europe. It borders a number of countries, including several EU states and Russia, thus insuring markets and better cross-border penetration for the population, unable to find jobs inside the country. Ukraine also has access to very good ports in the Odessa region. Overall it inherited probably the best economic and industrial potential of all ex-Soviet republics.

Armenia is very small and landlocked. It borders only 4 countries, at least three of them hostile to it. There is no common border with Russia and no access to ports.

As a weak, poor and in many ways deeply compromised country, Armenia constitutes a lucrative piece for the Western bribery and brainwashing.

But therein also lies a problem for the West.

ARMENIAN MAIDAN ATTEMPTS

The attempts to play anti-Russian card in Armenia were many.

In the past several years Armenia and capital Erevan went through numerous attempts to execute color revolutions, using various false flags and economic hardship as pretexts. One was a violent protest after a serviceman from the Russian base committed a crime (it later transpired he was under the influence of drugs someone with an agenda secretly gave him); another protest, almost resulting in a full Maidan, was engineered around the 15% hike in consumer electricity price. An interesting part of both protests was that they attempted to exploit the anti-Russian card, demanding that Russian base leave Armenia and blaming Russia for the 15% electric bill hike.

WHO DESTABILIZES EURASIAN UNION?

The latest attempt, which took place in the spring of 2018, was centered around public discontent of Serzh Sargsyan continuing tenure in top posts. Sargsyan was till recently the president of Armenia, and when his presidential term was over he was immediately appointed prime minister of Armenia.

During the previous ‘Electric Maidan’ of 2015 the government succumbed to the demands of protesters and made a switch from the presidential republic to the parliamentary republic. I will explain later in this article how it happened and why it was significant.

Serzh Sargsyan was considered a voice of the oligarchs. It has to be noted that Armenian oligarchs in their vast majority made their fortunes either in Russia…

WHY RUSSIAN CONNECTION?

There is no conspiracy here at all. By some accounts, up to 1/2 of the Armenian population (could be more, since many aren’t registered) live and work in Russia. Those who left were the most proactive, fastest, shrewdest and most likely to succeed. Many best educated Armenians also left.

It’s important to note that Armenia was one of the most heavily subsidized Soviet republics. It sucked much more resources from Russia than it gave back, thus drastically over-consuming, while Russia severely under-consumed – all this is discussed in my previous post: PUTIN’SDOCTRINE & EURASIAN UNION SUPER-BLOCK FROM VLADIVOSTOK TO LISBON!

SELF-PRESERVATION OR CIA FAILURE? WHAT WENT WRONG WITH ARMENIAN MAIDAN?

And that’s when something very strange began to happen…

The clear and firm signal from the Armenian people was that protests UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES COULD BE ANTI-RUSSIAN. Just the opposite, Armenians went on record to say how important and close Russia was to them. When Ukrainian or Georgian provocateurs appeared in the crowd, attempting to shift the protests towards anti-Russian agenda, they were outed and expelled by self-policing crowds.

A big Armenian PR action began. Every Armenian who went public ardently proclaimed in interviews to the Russian media that Armenia’s situation was completely different from Ukrainian, and they got very offended if Russians called it ‘Armenian Maidan.’

Russians continued to watch silently and sceptically. The secret signal from the Kremlin was that Russia would act according to the new situation. And the new situation could potentially include pulling the plug on the Russian Gyumry base, Russia’s support of the peaceful resolution in Karabakh, as well as economic implications of an unknown scope.

As a result, the newly installed by the street, unelected new prime minister Pashinyan, who was supported in his activities by Western NGOs and who just recently proclaimed that Armenia would exit EAU and work on joining EU and NATO, performed a full air flip, making a spectacular 180 degree turnaround. The very first international visit he made was to Russia, to take part in the EAU summit, where he proclaimed his allegiance to Russia and EAU.

ARMENIA’S PRECARIOUS GEOPOLITICAL SITUATION

Landlocked in the southern Caucasus, Armenia has borders only with 4 countries: Azerbaijan, Turkey, Iran and Georgia. It does not share a border with Russia. Out of the 4 countries it borders, Armenia is at odds and doesn’t have diplomatic relations with Azerbaijan (the state of cold war due to Gorny Karabakh conflict) and Turkey (where the genocide of Armenians took place in the beginning of 20th century).

Big parts of the territory in this map presently belong to Turkey (a huge lump of ‘Western Armenia’), and a small part in the north belongs to Georgia, who already lost 1/3 of its territory after Abkhazia and S. Ossetia secession.

Not to mention the eastern-most ‘Armenia’, aka, Nagorno-Karabakh, populated mostly by Armenians, which was during the USSR an autonomous part of nearby Azerbaijan. The secession war against Azerbaijan began in Karabakh as soon as the USSR fell apart, or more precisely, it began even before 1991, but went into its hot phase after. The Karabakh situation can be compared to the Donbass situation.

It is so weak that without Russian military base it likely wouldn’t survive for long as a sovereign country. It can easily be swallowed by the 4 neighbors: Turkey, Iran, Azerbaijan and Georgia.

In this context, Armenia should be grateful forever to Russia for keeping balance in the region. Yet, in the past several years we have seen plenty of anti-Russian attacks.

1. ‘Electric’ Maidan 2015 – due to the 15% hike in electric fees the near coup was executed. Russian business, who I very much suspect has clear Armenian roots, behaved very reasonably and agreed to rescind the hikes, at a financial loss to its bottom line. So did Russian government, who was forced to subsidize Armenian electricity market to avoid Kiev-style Maidan developing. Yet, anti-Russia/anti-Putin slogans were present at the Electric Maidan, actively encouraged by foreign interests.

3. Below are the 2018 Armenian ‘Velvet revolution’ pics. But no, don’t believe your lying eyes… it certainly wasn’t a typical ‘Maidan color revolution.’

Truth be told, compared to Kiev and Ukraine, the Armenian ‘velvet revolution’ was a lot more peaceful and more controlled.

It ended in a civilized manner, despite certain elements pushing for violence. It failed to achieve its anti-Russian goals.

This is a big victory for Russia the Great Balancer and yet another step towards the Earth Shift!

Masks Off: Super-Bully of the World US Threatens Germany and Russia over Nord Stream-2

I coined the term ‘Super-Bully of the World’ several years ago. Now the masks are finally off and the king is fully naked. The US openly threatens its ‘ally’ Germany with a trade war if Germany doesn’t stop the Nord Stream-2 project. The threats began before Merkel’s trip to Sochi where she met with Putin, and they are escalating after her return.

We had discussed in previous years how crucially important Nord Stream-2 is for all of Europe, and first and foremost, for Germany. And of course it’s very important for Russia. Essentially, now both EU and Russia are held hostage by Ukraine gas pipeline. Nord Stream-2 will completely change this status quo, taking most leverage away from the US for the control of Ukraine and EU.

US wants to continue holding EU and Russia hostage to the whims of the Kiev junta, whom they control. They also want to push their own expensive and dirty fracking gas onto Europe — and never mind that fracking pollutes the American lands!

Most of all, US desperately needs to prevent Germany-Russia alliance from forming, which will eventually be fortified by the mighty China joining it. This ultimate fear of Russia and Germany (and by extension the whole Europe) working together is in large part why the US/globalists orchestrated the Ukraine Maidan and ukro-nazi takeover 2014. This was also in large part the true reason behind WWI and WWII.

I, for my part, hope Germany and EU have enough balls not to cave in to the US pressure this time, like they did so many times before, while hurting their own interests. I think this is the one time when it won’t happen. Make no mistake, the US will continue its threats and 4D hybrid war will continue. I know the EU/Merkel/Germany will try to sit on two chairs at once, as so many countries try to do during EARTH SHIFT. We have discussed how it works in PUTIN’S DOCTRINE & EURASIAN UNION SUPER-BLOCK.

But the EARTH SHIFT is still progressing in the right direction, even if it feels a little slow. I will be very happy to see when Eurasia is again re-united in one single cooperative space and Putin’s vision of Eurasian Union from Vladivostok to Lisbon becomes a reality!

Moldova Elections: US Will Do Everything to Keep Anti-Russian Government

Later in October 2016 Moldova will be voting for a new president. The confident leader of the presidential race is Igor Dodon, whose party stands for integration with Russia and Moldova’s membership in the Customs Union (as they still call it in Moldova – in reality it’s now Eurasian Union). Preliminary polls give Dodon 38.3% of votes. Very distant second and third are two pro-EU, or better described as pro-Romania-absorption and anti-Moldavia-sovereignty, parties with 13% and 12.5% respectively.

People are very unhappy with the government and mass protests have never stopped since 2014, when it was first discovered that government stole $1bln from the coffers and laundered it abroad. However, the present government is propped up by the US and Romania, who continue indicating they’ll do anything to keep it in power. The main reason they are so keen on keeping outright thieves in power is the same as always: they are anti-Russian.

How Dodon was swindled out of his previous victory:

I wrote about history, today’s reality and prospects of Moldova and nearby Pridnestrovie, as well as the political conundrum prevalent in those parts, in several past articles on FT. The entire spread is described in EARTH SHIFT REPORT 8: BLACK SEA GAMBIT. I also did an educational video report on Moldova and Pridnestrovie. Links to these are at the bottom of this post.

Pro-Russian Dodon’s Party of the Socialists won previous parliament elections, but was swindled out of its win via a formation of a pro-West coalition. The situation was complicated by the fact that anti-Russian parties, financed by Romania, US and EU, ganged up on Dodon. Another complication was, and continues being, that the pro-Moldova sovereignty and pro-Russia forces are fractured. Further and wider rift among those forces was successfully generated by pro-West and oligarchic forces through paid agents and through CIA intervention. Honestly, the whole story reads like a thriller (and you can read it in ESR8 below).

Old right vs. left stigma – Lada Ray sound advice for those who want to hear it!

Incidentally, I notice that many still operate under the old stigma wherein the world is divided on ‘left’ vs. ‘right.’ Within this stigma a label, such as ‘left’ vs. ‘right’, socialist vs. conservative reign supreme.

I strongly recommend those who still hold this stigma to drop it, in order to avoid much disappointment and confusion in the future. Those were 20th century constructs, and much of what they used to describe doesn’t work any more. These are really constructs designed to lure in the gullible dupes and keep them within a matrix of false reality.

If a very conservative Trump is pro-Russia, if Hungarian right-winger Orban and French right-winger Marine Le Pen are pro-Russian too, how do you reconcile that with the fact that the left-wing German Die Linke and Greek Syriza are equally pro-Russian? How do you explain such phenomenon under the outdated left vs. right stigma? Or take the only honest Ukrainian politician left Natalia Vitrenko, leader of the banned Progressive Socialist Party, of whom I wrote in the previous post.

At the same time, how do you explain the supposed ‘liberals’, whom some silly confused dupes even call ‘communists,’ Obama and Hillary Clinton, being rabidly Russophobic?

Here’s the truth, of which I wrote previously:

1. Old stereotypes don’t work any more – throw them out!

2. Each country is very different in how they consider someone left-wing or right-wing and each country’s politics and politicians need to be taken on their own merits.

3. Most importantly, forget the outdated political labels! The new criteria are: what does this or that party or individual think about Russia, Eurasian Union, China, NATO, US aggression and sole super-power status, to name a few.

My advice, don’t go by old stereotypes and what someone wrote in some book. Go by what a party or individual really stand for. Otherwise, you’ll always be behind the curve.

Back to Moldova:

Last year, Victoria Nuland predictably left her visible trace when during a secret night meeting in Romania she and Romanian top brass picked the new Prime Minister of Moldova, who was then illegally approved under the cover of the night by the Kishinev marionettes. When the population found out about that scheme, the country became engulfed in mass protests.

Couple that with the fact that several months prior, $1 billion – 5th of this poor and tiny country’s budget – was stolen and laundered offshore by powers that be. The country of 3mln+ citizens is bleeding not only money, but also population. At least 700,000, possibly up to a million, Moldavians work and live in Russia; plus 300,000 in Romania and EU. Essentially, half of the country prefers, or has no choice but, to live abroad to make ends meet. Many in this poor country still make only $5 a day.

These presidential elections will be equally divisive. Pro-EU parties continue pushing for euro-integration at all cost. Romania wants to swallow Moldova’s territory very badly, and it doesn’t care about consequences. US supports Romania’s aggressive ambitions because there is one overriding goal US has in this region: create as much turmoil as possible in the Black Sea region, which will continue destabilizing the fringes of EU and Russia.

No, make that two goals! Another one is the oldest in the book: weaken and destroy Russia.

Of course, just like in the case of neighboring Ukraine, neither US nor Romania think of the people. IF Romanian annexation of Moldova ever went through, this would mean a civil war, much worse than the civil war in Donbass. Parts of Moldova will secede for sure. But while US can hide out from this war behind the big pond, Romania is right there. The foolish Romania would be hit by this civil war much stronger than it realizes.

Presently, as I predicted in my past Moldova writings, the country manages to balance in a relative equilibrium of forces. Moldova is currently a smaller and more peaceful reflection of Ukraine. In 1990-92 there was a brutal civil war, when joint Romanian-Kishinev forces attacked the breakaway Pridnestrovie. After Russian UN-mandated intervention and warning, the war was stopped and the lesson was seemingly learned. As a result, the overall distribution of forces in present day Moldova is healthier than in present day Ukraine.

My past predictions about Moldova are materializing:

As predicted since 2014, a relative uneasy equilibrium exists now between pro-Russian and anti-Russian forces. I previously said that this uneasy equilibrium will continue at least till 2016-17, possibly until 2018.

Uzbekistan was always famous for its cotton and its food: cotton harvest

Famed Uzbek Plov, a very delicious dish, consisting of rice, meat, garlic and spices; carrots, raisins or other dried fruit could be added as well.

Vibrant Central Asian / Uzbek bazaars haven’t changed much since the times of the old Silk Road: local breads, vegetables and spices are sold.
The only difference: now women sell produce, while in medieval times only men were allowed to trade. A woman’s place was at home, cooking, cleaning, rearing children, while her face and body had to stay hidden at all times underneath a burqa.
It has to be strongly emphasized that this was a life of a woman in Central Asia before the 1917 Russian Revolution.
With all its shortcomings, the Revolution and new ideas by Lenin brought a true social revolution to backwards areas like Central Asia. Women suddenly could go to school, vote, gain professions and work outside of home.

Per Muslim custom, only males are allowed at President Karimov’s lavish funeral ceremony inside the historic Samarkand cemetery

PM Dmitry Medvedev, who has represented Russia at the late President Karimov’s funeral, consoles Karimov’s wife Tatyana Karimova and younger daughter Lola Karimova-Tillyaeva.

Notice that Karimov’s wife is Russian, and his daughter is married to a Russian, which we can tell by their names. Like in Kazakhstan, despite 25 years of ‘independence’ and attempts to distance away from Russia, national elites remain Russian-speaking and largely connected to Russia via education, culture, wives and various relatives.

The USSR invested untold billions into meticulously restoring and preserving the historic Silk Road city of Samarkand and another gem, Bukhara. If not for Soviet restoration and preservation, today little would be left of both.

Today, Samarkand is a UNESCO World Heritage site.

The gem of today’s Uzbekistan, historic Samarkand, was once a pivotal transit point of the ancient trade route called the Silk Road. Below are historic photographs and old paintings depicting life in Samarkand.

Summary

On September 2, 2016 the government of Uzbekistan officially announced that Islam Karimov, continuous Uzbek president of 25 years, who had been in this post since 1991, suddenly passed on after a massive stroke. There were rumors that he, in fact, had died earlier but the real date was concealed.

The significance of what happened is three-fold.

1. Uzbekistan is a pivotal crossroads of Eurasia. In medieval times, its famous cities of Samarkand and Bukhara served as key connector points on the ancient Silk Road to Russia and Europe.

Today, this former Soviet Republic has a different significance. Still the richest and most influential state in Central Asia (except Kazakhstan), it serves as a key connector between republics which are in line for ascension into Eurasian Union. Therefore, it is a lucrative strategic location to stage a color revolution in order to prevent the re-unification of Eurasia.

2. It is a tough test for the legacy left by Karimov and for the sturdiness of structures he was able to build after this Soviet republic literally fell in his lap during the breakup of the USSR.

Will his power and state security structures be able to deal with the aftermath of his death? There will definitely be attempts to create Islamic State (IS) and/or nationalistic Maidan in Uzbekistan. Some called Karimov ‘a dictator.’ Others consider him a Western sell-out. Whatever one may think of him, it is undeniable that he managed to preserve the republic he received 25 years ago intact, and didn’t allow it to descend into the chaos of Muslim fundamentalism.

Uzbekistan has been primed for the Kiev-style Maidan since 1991, where many failed color revolution attempts took place. This activity in the past 2 years has intensified dramatically, coinciding with Ukraine 2014 coup and subsequent moves by Russia and Putin to expand Eurasian Union. I’d warned of the upcoming attempts at color revolutions in Central Asia and Caucasus in ESR9: ATTACK ON KAZAKHSTAN – WHO DESTABILIZES EURASIAN UNION.

Like its neighbors, Uzbekistan began its progress towards EAEU, while distancing itself from the former ally USA. And that’s when Karimov suddenly passed on.

3. Was his death natural, or was it a foul play? At 78, Islam Karimov was the oldest of the post-Soviet space leaders. What has happened exposes a massive weak link in the power structures of Russia and post-Soviet / Eurasian states.

This glaring weakness has been known for years; however, to this date a fool-proof solution hasn’t been found yet. I am talking about the fact that unlike in the West (say USA), where the country’s leader is mostly, or entirely, a figurehead, with real puppet masters hiding in the safety of the behind-the-scenes obscurity, there is no shadow government in Russia and former republics. The real, and usually very strong leader is on top, for all to see. Consequently, such leader becomes a lightning rod for attacks.

It happened exactly as predicted in Brazil Color Revolution: Lada Ray Report & Predictions!

Once they’ve got her, they won’t let her go!

Brazil senate’s clear majority voted to impeach President Dilma Rousseff, removing her from power. The pro-US right-wing Michel Temer will serve the rest of her term as president till 2018. RT video link.

US analysts tout Brazil as ‘vibrant democracy.’ I see it just a tiny bit differently: Dilma Rousseff, president voted into power by 54 million Brazilians, has been removed from power by 81 senators. This is a slow and incidiously quiet state coup, which has nothing to do with democracy (read full analysis in the report linked above).

There are many parallels with Ukraine and the 2014 coup. Albeit, Brazilian coup is so far a great deal more peaceful.

Meanwhile, who are the judges? 60% of Brazil senate members and lawmakers are under investigation for corruption.

Will Brazilian people wake up and protest? Is anti-color revolution possible?

Has Anti-Color Revolution Started in Brazil?

They will probably protest, and perhaps even vigorously. Alas, it’s a little late. They’d missed their best chance, which they had when the whole thing began. Incidentally, the same way as Ukrainians missed their chance to nip the Kiev coup in the bud in 2014.

It’s too late to revert back to the past. At this point, the country will have to go through a full cycle of learning from its mistakes. Dilma may have another chance in 2018, but I wouldn’t hold my breath. US and pro-US forces had worked years on orchestrating this coup. Once they got power into their hands, they won’t let it go that easily. It’ll take years for Brazil to redefine itself and reshape its economy, finances, social relations. I can only hope that after vigorous soul-searching Brazil will come out of this crisis a winner.

However, for the next few years I expect Brazil to be one huge mess (this is for those clients who have asked me if it was a good idea to move to Brazil).

While all this is happening in Brazil, on the opposite side of the planet, in Armenia, a new color revolution is brewing. This has been in the making for years, especially intensified since Armenia joined Eurasian Union. I’d warned about it since 2014. The details and proof have emerged of a deep and hands-on involvement of the US State Dept and CIA in the destabilization of Armenia. The info has been released by the Association of Armenians Abroad. The organization warns Armenian government that it’s on collision course with repeating a Ukraine scenario.

A similar disclosure regarding US activity in Donbass has been made by a different source. This disclosure is about an arm of USAID and UKAID (UK arm), an NGO called ‘People in Need.’ This organization recently asked for license to ‘help people of Donbass.’ Donetsk/DNR authorities authorised their permit. The independent investigators have discovered that ‘People in Need’ has been involved in subversive activity and anti-Russian propaganda in several countries, including Czechia, Ukraine and Russia. Under the guise of humanitarian help in Donetsk and vicinity, they recruit anti-Russian propagandists, internet trolls/shills and sleeper terrorist cells.

New Armenia Color Revolution Attempt Begins!

This happened on Sunday, July 17, 2016:

One person was killed when armed men stormed a police station in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, on Sunday. Police have surrounded the building and are negotiating with the group, who took several hostages. The Yerevan’s and country’s deputy chiefs of police were taken hostage, among others. The internet in the country is also currently down.

Ruptly is LIVE from Yerevan on the fourth day of a hostage siege on Wednesday, July 20, after an armed group stormed a police station in the Armenian capital and took control of the building on Sunday, July 17. One person was killed and several injured during Sunday’s attack. Soldiers have been dispatched to surround the building and police have continued negotiating with the group.
Armenia’s Deputy Police Chief General Major Vardan Egiazaryan and Yerevan’s Deputy Chief of Police Valeri Osipyan are believed to be among the hostages. Two hostages were reportedly freed on Tuesday, July 19, with seven or eight believed to remain inside. Local media are reporting that the group, which calls itself the ‘Daredevils of Sassoun,’ is demanding the release of jailed opposition leader Jirayr Sefilyan, who was arrested in June for illegal arms trafficking, as well as the release of other political prisoners, including Gevorg Safaryan, Valodia Avedisyan, and Shant Haroutynyan.

This post should be read in conjunction with my previous Deadly Extremist Attack in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

The situation in Armenia and Kazakhstan – previously two of the most stable members of Eurasian Union – is escalating. The events in these two former Soviet republics, one located between Central Asia and Siberia and another in Caucasus, mirror each other and are connected. The real target in both cases is the weakening of Eurasian Union, and consequently, weakening of Russia.

The events in Armenia are retaliation for Armenia joining Eurasian Union, coupled with the goal of destabilization of Caucasus and punishment of Russia for successes in Syria, Turkey and the Middle East. Kazakhstan is being punished for being a founding member of EAEU, plus Nazarbayev’s key role in bringing to fruition the reconciliation of Russia and Turkey.

This is the continuation of attacks in Kazakhstan, which we discussed in Earth Shift Report 9: ATTACK ON KAZAKHSTAN. WHO DESTABILIZES EURASIAN UNION?

On July 17, 2016 armed group of extremists attacked the city center and police station in Almaty. Per reports, 4 policemen are dead.

In Earth Shift Report 9 you’ve watched my video compilation for the previous attacks in Aktobe earlier in June and the attempted color revolution in May. The compilation was composed of raw amateur videos shot by various citizens and then uploaded on YouTube. This new compilation is similar.

The new events confirm that the attempts to destabilize Kazakhstan – one of the important support elements of the Eurasian/global rebalancing system and the support system for Russia, the Global Balancer – will continue.

All-Ukraine Krestniy Khod (pilgrimage) for Peace in Donbass: a beautiful and heroic event – very much needed, which is completely ignored in the West. Tens of thousands of people walk on foot across Ukraine from both west and east to converge in Kiev, despite their lives being threatened by ukro-nazis and Kiev junta. While all this goes on – guess what! The West is completely silent, which only means one thing: it is complicit. I have a tight schedule, but I’ll try to have a comprehensive post about this important event around July 27-28, when it’s scheduled to converge in Kiev.

It’s clear to me that despite Russian sanctions, despite attempts to destabilize Eurasia and EAEU, despite US attempting to generate color revolutions and conflicts between members of the EAEU, the big Eurasian ship is continuing its steady movement forward. And that’s good news.

I do recommend, for those of my readers who never got the chance, to go ahead and read/watch my Earth Shift Reports dedicated to the topic at hand (ESRs are donation-based and you’ll find full instructions on report page). These reports summarize and pull together all the relevant intel, plus my analytics and predictions, thus giving you a complete and diverse picture of everything surrounding EAEU and Eurasia. Here they are:

Goodbye Belorussian Millions! (Belarus Monetary Reform)

Till today, in order to do some basic shopping Belorussians had to carry large wads of cash. Say, a kilo of meat would cost you 120,000 Belo-rubles (incidentally, Belo-rubles is my own witty abbreviation for Belorussian rubles). In reality, the whopping 10,000 ruble banknote has been small change, while the actual metal coins haven’t been seen in Belarus since Soviet times. I traveled to Belarus in 2015 and I can tell you that trying to figure out what costs what in real terms while pulling out of your wallet banknotes worth ‘millions’ to make a minor purchase was awfully awkward. Other than that I enjoyed my trip tremendously. Belarus has problems of its own, but overall it looks pretty good, especially in comparison with neighboring Ukraine and Baltics. I describe how it all compares in ESR1.

For a moment and a half I even considered moving to Minsk, the capital of Belarus, after a lucrative advisory offer I received.

By far the biggest problem Belarus has is rampant inflation and lack of confidence in the national currency. I told my contacts in Belarus that this problem isn’t Belarus’s fault. Moreover, it simply cannot be fixed under today’s global economic and financial conditions, until 4 things change globally:

1. There is no way to correct this problem for as long as the US dollar is the dominant and practically only global reserve currency;

2. In order for Belo-ruble to stabilize, a new multipolar world has to emerge and take hold;

3. Belarus has to integrate much more into the Eurasian Union and the new common currency has to emerge;

4. The new global economy must be based NOT on money, as the Western-centric model does today, but on resources and production. In other words, the predatory Western economic/finance model has to be replaced.

All these processes have to develop together, and once the critical mass is reached the stabilization will occur naturally.

The above 4 conditions apply in different degrees to Russia, Brazil, China and absolutely all economies of the world. Some, due to added political factors, are hit harder than others. So add to the above list the change in the political system of the West.

However, Belarus can’t wait that long. Monetary reform was planned in 2008, yet it was postponed due to the global crisis. The money printed and coins stamped in 2008 sat in the vaults. This new money is being released tomorrow, July 1, 2016.

Belarus is saying goodbye to the easy ‘Belorussian millionaires’ whose real assets would be meager compared to small potatoes in nearby Russia. June 30 was the last day the astronomical multi-million ruble store prices were in effect. Starting tomorrow Belo-ruble slashes four zeros and what has been 10,000 rubles will become just 1 ruble.

It has to be noted that Belorussian ruble is not the same as Russian ruble, although it shares the name. The traditional Russian ruble got divided as a result of the 1991 USSR breakup. In the ’90s the worst plunge the Russian ruble experienced was $1 to 600 rubles, and that was a catastrophe. At the very same time Belo-ruble fell by hundreds of times against the plunging Russian ruble.

The Belorussian monetary reform will be gradual and old money will be accepted for a while next to the new ruble. Here is a video in Russian, showing Belarus and some of the Belorussian money – the old and the new rubles:

Moscow as the world’s most dynamically developing city

Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin has announced that Moscow tops the global list of seven most dynamically developing cities. A number of new high-profile city development projects were presented at today’s Moscow International Urban Development Forum. Moscow also has been named one of the world’s ten cities with best investment climate – VIDEO.

So much for sanctions, ‘international isolation’ and all that jazz.

(Just recalling Obama’s last year’s pronouncements that ‘Russia’s economy has been blown to pieces’ and that ‘no one goes to Russia any more.’ Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama: what a fabulous match they are, and talk about being a laughingstock.)

Armenia Joins Russian Air Defence Network

Armenian parliament voted to join the Russian air defence network. The development is especially noteworthy because it happens after relentless attempts by US to create a rift between Russia and Armenia, plus multiple attempts of color revolution and political regime change, in order to tear Armenia away from Russia and Eurasian Union, which this post-Soviet republic joined in 2015. I describe all these subversive attempts and how Russia managed to fend off the attacks in ESR9.

Another interesting coincidence of Armenia joining Russian international air defence system at this very moment is that it happens within one day after Erdogan/Turkey issued official public apology to Russia for Su24 fighter jet downing last year. As I discussed in ESR9, Turkey and Armenia are mortal enemies, who happen to share a border. The timing is, therefore, significant and sends a specific message to Erdogan/Turkey and to the West.

It directly names the culprits of the color revolution attempt: Soros, Endowment for Democracy, USAID and other US NGO’s, as well as US government. Other connections named in the documentary are: Ukraine’s fascist ‘right sector’ Islamist fundamentalists and ISIS. Kazakh president Nursultan Nazarbayev announced that Kazakhstan ‘won’t allow ‘Ukraine Maidan’ scenario in the country,’ thus indicating he knew very well where the wind blew from and was prepared to deal with it.

My EXCLUSIVE eye-witness mini-documentary 2: AKTOBE ATTACKS

Complete, packed with action, on-the-ground coverage of what went on on June 5 in Aktobe. Several terrorist groups were involved, some of which attacked 2 gun shops, others – the military installation, yet others hijacked a bus with hostages and a police vehicle.
Panic in the city: note that this amateur footage was shot from different vantage points from lay people’s windows, balconies and from ground level. The whole thing is especially troubling because everything is happening in densely populated areas, where civilians could have been easily hurt, which, thankfully, didn’t happen.
The footage shows the gunmen, attack on gun shop Pallada, the hijacking of the bus with hostages, etc. The opening footage was uploaded on YT by the terrorists themselves. It shows them in one of the hijacked vehicles, being chased by and shooting at police.
