This is such a cool story, and a charming nod to my recently updated Futurist Trendcast blog’s classic Forbidden History: Are Scandinavians Slavs?

Remember me talk about ancient Russian mystical knights, protectors and strongmen called Bogatyrs and Vityazs?

And with that little intro… Here’s a new story, and it’s cool and cute, and even synchronistic!
A Japanese MMA martial arts fighter Satoshi Ishii surprised everyone when he came out for the weigh-in, wearing Russian symbolism, including the official Russian two-headed eagle crest on his pants. Front and center on his shirt was the Russian symbolism with the words: Russkiy Vityaz’ (Russian Vityaz).
**Satoshi Ishii – Wikipedia: Satoshi Ishii is a Japanese-born judoka, mixed martial artist, kickboxer and submission grappler who has held Croatian citizenship since 2019 — and he’s the guy who knows his Forbidden History!
It has to be noted that the weighing took place in Japan. If it was in any EU country, you can guess what would happen to him: an immediate ban… an easy guess simply because of the word ‘Russkiy’ and ‘Russia’ and because of the Russian double-headed eagle on his outfit.
**Interesting! This looks to me like a predetermined synchronicity, a nod from the universe! I saw this picture exactly when I was updating Forbidden History: Are Scandinavians Slavs? and talking on Telegram about the renewed attempts to cancel the great Russian culture!
This synchronicity means:
PREVIOUSLY HIDDEN AND SUPPRESSED, THE TRUTH IS WAKING UP ON PLANET EARTH!
This seemingly little story also is a confirmation that the Earth Shift and Galactic Dawn are underway!

Something many in Europe want desperately to forget or deny!
Along with many other things, such as: the only successful mass escape from a Nazi German death camp Sobibor located in Poland, by Soviet officers held there, who were worked and starved to death. Many perished in the escape, but many survived. They split into smaller groups to maximize the chance of survival. The groups that went through Belarus joined the partisan underground fight, while the group that went through Poland all perished. Why? Local Poles were giving up the officers who tried to hide FOR MONEY to the Nazis, and they all were killed.
Also, Stanislav in his great-uncle’s story tells what his great-uncle witnessed while his echelon was passing through Poland. Poles pretended to hug Soviet soldiers on platforms as liberators, but then the corpses of stabbed in the back Red Army servicemen were discovered. See stanislavs.org for more!

The very first Victory Day Parade on Red Square. It actually took place on June 24, not on May 9. It was only much later that May 9th parade became a tradition.
Watch the famous footage of the defeated Nazi armies’ banners being thrown to the foot of the Kremlin & Mausoleum, including Hitler’s personal banner, starting @ 33:05!
There is a remarkable story and symbolism attached to it: the soldiers throwing the banners are wearing black gloves, which were sewn especially for the occasion, so they would not touch the ‘brown plague of Nazism’ with their bare hands. After the event, the gloves were burned.

The walk of shame of 57,000 captured German Nazi generals, officers and soldiers through Moscow, July 17, 1944. (They marched them through Tverskaya (back then Gorky) Street – the street they planned to invade Moscow through!
This story is truly remarkable. In 1941, the German Nazi command was preparing to capture Moscow. The German troops were 30 km from Moscow. Several heavy cargo trains were sent from Germany, loaded with parade uniforms for the ‘victorious German parade’ and granite to build the monument to German army on RED SQUARE!
It seemed all was lost. But the government never moved out of Moscow, Stalin never went into hiding, even though he was advised to do so. And on the night of November 6th to 7th, the red ruby stars on top of the Kremlin towers were uncovered and lit up, despite bombings. The famous November 7, 1941 Red Square parade lasted only 25 minutes. For the parade the regiments were pulled from the frontlines, and regiments of Moscow volunteers and cadets joined the ranks. From the parade all of these people went straight to the front lines, and many of them never returned. But the parade and the lit up red Kremlin stars made such an impact on troops that the German advancement was stopped and Moscow was saved.
In 1944 most, or all, territory of the USSR was already liberated and it was clear: next stop, Berlin! In July 1944 the Russian government made an announcement regarding the ‘walk of shame’ of half a million captured would-be-invaders. ‘Those individuals were looking forward to visiting Moscow since 1941 on their tanks,’ said the announcement, ‘and generous Soviet people decided to grant them this opportunity, albeit as captured war criminals and enemy combatants.’ Thousands upon thousands of Moscovites came out to watch those who tried to enslave them, those who killed 27 million of Soviet citizens, being convoyed on a sunny day through Moscow. That included many generals and high-ranking officers.
Watch the footage below: Russian people were extremely, remarkably calm and forgiving. In any other country, any other reality, after what Germans and other Nazi/fascist aggressors did to Russia/USSR and its people, they would be torn to pieces right there. And no one would blame the people.
The symbolism is rich and very telling. At the end, after the walk of shame is complete, the street washing machines, a Moscow tradition since 1930s, had washed away the ‘brown plague’ of Nazism, symbolically cleansing the streets of that deadly malaise. Later in this documentary beautifully made on the spot, people are shown returning to their peaceful daily routines.
The POWs shown were made work to rebuild Moscow and many of the cities and towns they had bombed, destroyed and burned. After that, many of them were allowed to return home, to Germany. The mercy shown to them, in my humble opinion, was out of this world and way above and beyond the call of duty. It was a totally different story with the Russian/Soviet POWs Germans had captured. It only came out in the past 20 or so years that in 1941, during the first several months of aggression, Germans and their allies, such as Romanians, killed between 1.5 and 2 million(!!!!) Soviet soldiers they had captured!!!! It was only later that they realized that by killing everyone left and right they created an enemy that resisted them to the end. They started sending them to concentration camps instead, where they were worked and starved to death. Any captured Soviet generals and officers were tortured and killed when they refused to cooperate with Nazis. Very few Russian/Soviet soldiers, if any, ever returned home. MOST GERMAN POWs DID SURVIVE and returned home!
And after this, they have the nerve to whine that Russians were somehow ‘not nice’ or that Russians ‘occupied’ them. Or the lie of lies, that Russians ‘raped’ a million German women??! No, they raped a billion – the bigger a lie the better. This is a common re-writing of history to whitewash their own sins and crimes: the victim, Russia/USSR, is portrayed as aggressor, while the aggressor, Germany and its allies, are portrayed as poor, innocent victim. And how desperate the EU and West in general are to reverse these polarities, to re-write history, especially now, during the 75th anniversary of Victory!

It happened before – many, many times! But it won’t happen this time. The truth is out there, and it refuses to be overridden!
Actually, German women felt their men betrayed them and their country by starting a war they had lost and destroying their lives. Therefore, it was natural they were grateful to Russian soldiers, who actually fed them and did no harm. (SEE 75 Years Later, Nazism Won in Europe? FOR MORE!)
Russians did not start that war! They ended it and made sure it sticks! As Russians always do! And that’s very much UNLIKE what Germans did in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus! (SEE EARTH SHIFT & RUSSIA THE GREAT BALANCER!)
Frankly, I am disgusted at the comments I sometimes get. Whether people in the West really are that ignorant and don’t know about the extreme atrocities committed by German Nazis and their allies from all over Europe, or they don’t want to know?… Sure, your history books and media lie. But boy, there is internet, and the truth is available, for example, on this blog!
And unfortunately Russians were silent for too many years, which has allowed all kinds of dark forces to take over the internet, books, news and narrative, twisting the uncomfortable for most Europeans truth and perpetuating the convenient lies. But now more and more truth and good info does come out!

1st Victory Train from Berlin, Belorussky Station, Moscow, May 10, 1945.
Very famous footage. Its story is equally fascinating. They say thousands were awaiting Victory Train #1 from Berlin for hours, but it kept being delayed. Traffic in all directions, from and to the USSR was extremely active, as people and troops were moving back and forth. The train was detained near the border and stood on auxiliary platform for hours. People waited and waited at Moscow’s Belorussky Vokzal (Belorussian train station). Trains from various directions arrived. Each train said: “We are from Königsberg” or “We are from Warsaw.” But the long-awaited Berlin train wasn’t coming. Finally, the word on the street was that it was arriving and crowds streamed to the platform. Sure enough, the arriving train, which was immediately covered with flowers thrown by the crowds, said “We are from Berlin!”
The war was officially over, the extreme joy was palpable. Some families were re-united, while others never saw their loved ones.

75 Years Later, Nazism Won in Europe? Czechia Demolishes Monument to Russian Marshal Konev, Liberator of Auschwitz & Prague! (LADA RAY REPORT)

This was until recently the monument to Marshal Konev in Prague, liberator of Prague and Auschwitz. It was built by locals who knew the real truth because they witnessed the heroic liberation of Prague by the Soviet troops. The troops had to do a major detour in order to help the ‘Prague insurrection’. It was past Nazi Germany’s capitulation and past May 9th, the official Victory Day. Konev’s move saved hundreds of thousands of lives of local civilians and it also saved this one-of-a-kind Gothic city from deliberate demolition, which was ordered by German Nazis. Instead of honoring someone who saved so many lives, and Prague itself, the Czech authorities decided quietly, while no one was there due to quarantine, to erase any memory of that historic event.
Congrats! They’ve won a war against the monument of someone who has been dead for over 50 years, someone who once saved them but now cannot defend his memory. And they won a war against hundreds of thousands of Russian/Soviet servicemen and officers who sacrificed themselves so that these worms could convert oxygen into CO2.
Well, those who spit on their history, are doomed to repeat it 100-fold.
The Konev monument was demolished, a cynical and mocking reason given by the Prague authorities: “He isn’t wearing a mask and therefore has to go.” That’s ‘civilized’ prague. That’s czechia, a proud member of NATO and EU.

I previously wrote to you about the blog/site called Stanislavs.org. It is written by a friend of mine, Stanislav Sokolov, who’s originally from Russia, but has been living in Norway since the ’90s. He has done an absolutely tremendous amount of work to keep the memory and record for all of us those things that could be forgotten or distorted, if not for selfless people like him!
Stanislav uncovers the forgotten, and often forbidden, truths covered up with lies about Russian and world history, old and new. He has translated lots of interesting videos, articles and pieces, to which the English-speakers would have never had any access, if not for him, or others like him! The feat even more remarkable due to the fact that the scope of material he tackles is often enormous, but even more so, because English is Stanislav’s THIRD LANGUAGE!! (As it is mine!)
Stanislav has emailed me recently, saying that he may not keep his blog for too long, going forward. He writes that he is losing heart because his efforts seem in vain; that history repeats itself; that few ever want to hear or know the truth!

“Disappointment? Yes, maybe… Or, rather, disillusionment. A feeling that there is very little that can be done to change the outcome of this global “whack-a-mole” game, though it is worth trying when the worst happens. First time I was broken out of the everyday revere, was in 1999 when NATO attacked Yugoslavia. And then next time was when the war on Ukraine and Russia started during the winter OG of 2014. Both in 1999 and 2014 it was the acute injustice of the events that made me raise my voice. But whereas in 1999 there were many other voices raised against the attack on Yugoslavia, the attack on Ukraine was met with apathy at best – and with approval at worst – in the society around me. It felt, and still feels, like being a lonely warrior on a vast field.
Rewriting of WWII history… Yes that pains me greatly since it hits especially close to home (https://stanislavs.org/the-road-to-victory-my-grand-uncles-path-from-moscow-to-berlin/).
I’ve come across it in communication with some American acquaintances. Some quite intelligent people, who suddenly come with those 180 degree turned WWII postulations. Europeans are less subjected to it, but given the history of Holland that I wrote of here: https://stanislavs.org/russians-are-coming-restoration-of-the-dutch-kingdom-year-1813/ I am pretty sure that the Russian role in WWII will become maligned and twisted in the whole of the West given some more time, and with the lies so big and on so many levels, that you feel helpless as to where to start so as to unravel them.

I think you reflected the events in your Gold Train novel. It is still a shock to watch the scale of the wholesale robbery of Russia that took place in the 90s. 57kg of gold were just a tip of the iceberg. A lot of jewellery, which were not even displayed at museums because they were so unique, were shipped to the US, where they were dismantled, the diamonds sent to Europe for re-processing, while the precious metals were treated as scrap. (I wonder if the same fate has befallen the Scythian gold…(LADA: which the Netherlands stole from Crimean museums in 2014, using the pretext of not knowing who to return the priceless artifacts to, after Crimea became a part of Russia. The museum curators are still crying and very upset about losing there precious exhibits due to Holland’s unscrupulousness and greed!)
And all this happening while the country was starving, when the precious items could have at least been used to buy food as was done after the 1917 revolution.

I love this new post. Amazing, practically forgotten piece of history! How many selfless and generous deeds by Russians have gone unnoticed, or worse, maligned for years! However, a better reply would have been a translation of an even earlier article by Zotov, one from 2013. I am translating it below, followed by a translation of two reader comments from AiF and my thoughts on them and what Zotov wrote in one particular paragraph.
Today, with racism and calls to war and genocide being the norm on the pages of the Western MSM (“racism” is a common-root synonym of “russophobia”) and the number of the Western troops and war hardware right on the Russian border being the highest since the June of 1941, it is time to remember. For while the West is collectively shrugging off 1941-1945 as “just another invasion of Russia” and preparing for a new one, Russia remembers, watches closely and prepares to defend its land once more.
In this today’s context remembrance is the key to preventing another invasion of Russia by the West, and prevent this time hundreds of millions people being killed – both defenders, attackers and bystanders…

“AiF” correspondent talked in Germany with a lot of people, including the grandson of Rudolf Hess. And found out that the Victory Day is respected, but most residents of Germany do not know how many lives we lost in The War.
The 15-year-old Gunther suddenly had a seizure – an hour after the start of the tour. He fell to his knees beside the barracks and began to sob, smearing tears on his cheeks. A crowd gathered around the boy. Someone from his high school was calling on a cellphone, someone searched the pockets for pills. “Why?!” Gunther shouted. “How could the Germans do THIS to people?! Do we even deserve forgiveness?”

Nervous breakdowns of German teenagers in the ex-concentration camp of the SS Dachau near Munich are quite common. Despite this, a visit to the memorial is included in the compulsory school curriculum for high school. Children are shown the crematorium ovens, where tens of thousands of prisoners burned, gas chambers and photos of savage experiments of SS doctors. “It is necessary in order for this not to happen again,” the Museum employee told me. “After all, the worst of evils is forgotten over time.” That’s, probably, the case. According to polls, 80% of Germans now do not know that their grandfathers killed 27 million people in the USSR…

“What do I think about the Victory Day? Oh, the Russians seem like mysterious heroes from science fiction films to me. That’s, probably, how the people, who overturned Hitler should appear. Many Germans still do not understand why Germany decided to fight with you. We have much in common as peoples – take, for example, at least a love for sausages and beer!»
73-year-old lawyer Rolf Clement was a child when the war began. His cousin, an officer of the Wehrmacht, froze to death in Stalingrad. He says, there can be no hard feelings: “We attacked, you defended. Fair enough.” But Rolf has a different attitude towards the Americans and the British: “In the Summer of 43, their aircraft completely burned Hamburg, killing 42 thousand people. Is this the right kind of war?” The Germans often emphasized in the interviews: Hitler was a monster, but they also had hard times when he was in power. They remember the death of Paulus’s army, the bombing of the cities, and the fall of Berlin. They are well aware of the Holocaust and the millions of Jews killed in concentration camps. However, the inhabitants of Germany do not know much about the seas of blood, which flooded the Soviet Union.
“For the Germans,” says historian Gerhard Büchlein “Russia is a country of ice and snow, where “General Winter” froze poor boys dressed in a uniform with a swastika. But in Germany they shy to argue on the topic that the Wehrmacht and the SS perpetrated on the occupied territory of the USSR. On TV and in press they do not forget to mention: only 6 thousand soldiers (from 100 thousand taken as POWs in Stalingrad) have returned home. However, few people know that 3 million Soviet prisoners of war were tortured in the SS concentration camps. We are horrified by the allied air raids – 600 thousand Germans buried alive under the rubble of buildings in Berlin, Dresden, Regensburg. And we have no idea that exactly the same number of people died from hunger and shelling because of the siege of Leningrad.”

Munich (like Hamburg) was also bombed, though less so. Some “significant places” of the Third Reich survived, but then they were destroyed by the Germans themselves. For example, a demolished pub “Burgerbraukeller”, where Hitler pushed speeches (for the avoidance of pilgrimage for neo-Nazis). The man I’m interviewing is taking me downtown.
“You know,” I say to my companion. “If my grandfather had seen us, he would not have liked it.”
“Hmm,” he says in reply. “And mine even less so. I’m sitting next to a Russian!”
“Did we kill so many?!»
My grandfather was a Soviet military pilot, was shot down in late 1944 and remained in captivity until the German surrender. The grandfather of my interlocutor, 34-year-old engineer Wolf Hess, was Hitler’s Deputy for the party, obergruppenführer Rudolf Hess. Wolf himself is anti-fascist and sincerely believes that May the 9th is the liberation of his country from dictatorship. “I want to know,” he asks. “If I come to Russia, will I have any difficulties?” “Of course not,” I say. “Even those who fought forgave the Germans.” Wolf nods: “I never felt that the Russians were our enemies. And… how many civilians died in the USSR?” I answer him – about 18 million. Executions of hostages, mass executions in Babi Yar, punitive actions, automated suffocator machines in Krasnodar. Wolf pales. “Really that many?!»

This phrase is one that I often hear in Germany. “Do you want to see photos on the Internet?” I enquire. “There are SS men posing next to the mountains of corpses. There are thousands of pictures in the archives.” My companion is lost in thought. “We rarely talk about it,” he sighs. “The main theme of the atrocities of the Nazis is Holocaust.”
In my opinion, we should not forget the Holocaust. It’s the insane destruction of an entire nation, from babies to old people. Another thing – it turns out that repentance for the atrocities of the German army is very selective. Films, talk shows and TV shows are devoted to one fact, while the others are kept under wraps. Even in Austria, in a town near the former SS Mauthausen concentration camp, when I asked passers-bys about who had been killed in the barracks, the opinions are divided. “Jews, I think,” said one man. “Communists,” remembered the second. No one named the Russians, but 39% of the prisoners of Mauthausen were Soviet prisoners of war. The image of the Eastern front in the thinking of modern Germans is the snow, the horrors of storming of the burning Berlin and the the soldiers in Stalingrad, devoid of human appearance. Marking May the 9th as the day of the defeat of the Third Reich, Germany still did not realize the scale of the victims among the population of the USSR. No, we don’t need to be apologized to endlessly. It would be nice to just remember…

One of the students, who arrived in Dachau in a group with Gunther, talked to me while his classmate was given a sedative. “You are from Moscow? Must be a big city. But I don’t even know – were the Germans in Moscow during the war?” “A lot of them,” I said to the boy. “They built a bunch of houses around the “Forum” cinema, helped to build Moscow State University, restored the factories”. “So they were prisoners?” the boy was embarrassed. “Oh… excuse me for asking.” “No problem,” I smiled. “But now you know the truth.”
The following line in Zotov’s article:
“Even those who fought forgave the Germans.”
sparked righteous anger with two of the AiF readers, resulting in the following comments, which I think are important to translate:

I am from 1949 and neither I nor my children will ever forgive the GERMANS, they buried my grandmother and her children alive in a huge pit of, and forced my grandfather to dig them in, he was Polish. My mother miraculously survived. And my mother-in-law lost all her teeth in the Blockade when she was 30, but rescued two daughters. How can this be forgiven??????????????.
These are very powerful testimonials, and one can collect millions of such testimonials throughout the country that once was USSR. I think, however, that neither Zotov nor these commentators are right. Forgiveness cannot be bestowed upon a Nation as a whole – it can be given to the actual German perpetrator of the war crimes. But what they did cannot be forgiven nor forgotten. The contemporary Germans, the young and those who never fought in that war – there is nothing to forgive them for. We can only hope to build common relations, remember and ensure that the atrocities of WWII are never repeated. Together.
But those Germans who in 1941-1945 came to Russia to kill and conquer, those who inspired them, like Hitler, and those who financed them, like Henry Ford and grandfather of two American presidents – Bush, those Western powers (Britain, France among others) who during the Munich Conspiracy of 1938 gave their active blessing to the start of WWII, thinking that it would not touch them, but would only become a battering ram against the USSR (much like the 2014 neo-Nazi coup in Ukraine).
These are the forces deserving the righteous anger of the Russian people, not the Germans as a whole. It should also be remembered that many Germans themselves perished while trying to fight and stall the rise of Nazism.
Russian Traditions: Bright Week of Renewal & Pascha Greetings
Russian paskha bread (called paskha in Ukraine and kulich in Russia) and pisanki – the beautifully hand-painted easter eggs
What is the Russian Easter called? The true word is Pascha – pronounced as ‘Paskha.’
This is the Russian spelling: пасха
The same word is used in various languages. There is a lot of forbidden history and linguistics that is behind this word, but I’ll leave it for my special posts on Patreon and for my Forbidden History workshops.
The day of the Russian Easter, or Pascha – a Sunday, is called: Svetloye Voskresenie.
This has a very loaded forbidden history and linguistics meaning:
Voskresenie is Sunday in Russian, but it also simultaneously means ‘resurrection’ or ‘rebirth.’
Svetloye, usually translated as ‘bright,’ also means ‘full of light.’
The Russian word ‘svet’ is a quintessential forbidden linguistics proof of how screwed up and falsified our history is, all discussed in great detail in my FORBIDDEN HISTORY
& FORGOTTEN ORIGINS webinars.
Therefore, Svetloye Voskrsenie means: Bright Sunday.
But it also means the Rebirth of the Light.
The day after, Monday, is called Svetliy Ponedelnik (Bright Monday), then there is Svetliy Vtornik (Bright Tuesday), and so on. The whole week after Pascha is called Svetlaya Nedelia – the Bright Week, or the week of renewal (I’d say the Enlightened Week would be a much better translation).
A Russian priest, who, unlike the Catholic priests, is not only allowed but encouraged to marry, is called Batyushka (Dear Father).

It’s usually called out first by Batyushka, or anyone really, say your neighbor, passerby or a friend may greet you this way during Pascha.
They call out to you: Khristos Voskres(-e)!
It’s spelled like this in Russian: Христос воскрес(-е)!
This means: Christ is Risen!
The answer is: Voistinu Voskres(-e)!
In Russian: Воистину воскрес(-е)!
This means: Truly, He Is Risen!
If a neighbor or friend greets you like this and you answer, usually you kiss each other on both cheeks three times as a sign of the sisterly/brotherly love.
Why ‘e’ is in parentheses:
Both with and without the ending ‘e’ is correct and widely used. With no ‘e’ is a more contemporary version. My observation is (but I never conducted any studies or polls) that in Ukraine they use it more without the ‘e’ and in Russia more with the ‘e’ – the old church Slavic language (hate it when they call it ‘Slavonic’ – I never do).
I think it’s a beautiful newer tradition, which is only about 1000 – 1200 years old. What’s So Unusual About March 8?! International Women’s Day Special!
Dear women (and men too),
HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY!
MAY ALL YOUR SACRED DREAMS AND WISHES COME TRUE!
This holiday in Russia is often also called the Day of Spring, Love and Beauty. On this day women expect to be pampered. According to the survey, this year up to 10% of the spoiled Russian women expect to get a car for March 8. 😉
I find that many people in the West simply don’t get the meaning of this holiday.
HERE’s the real truth! The holiday did start in the beginning of the 20th century as a women’s rights and anti-war political movement. However, in the USSR it eventually evolved as a day of spring, flowers, relaxation and the honoring of the sacred feminine by men (at the bottom click on links to my previous posts to find out more and to see more cool images). And that’s how it’s now largely celebrated in Russia, all of post-Soviet Space and the world.

‘March 8, International Women’s Day’
The important thing Westerners often don’t get is that Russian women get to be honored, treated with the respect, love and tenderness all women and mothers deserve, while at the same time they get to pursue careers and success in life equal to men. There is no BS ‘equality’ fights in Russia. Equality stays where it belongs: in the career and business world. But at the same time a man would still open a door or pull a chair for a woman. If you can imagine (I know it’s very hard if you live in the USA), a woman in that case would graciously say thank you, and she would NOT punch a man in the face or file a sexual harassment lawsuit! A woman would NOT perceive the man’s gallant gesture as a sign of her being considered weak, but she would accept this as a sign of her being honored and respected.
Wouldn’t it be nice to live in a positive world like this everywhere!
March 8 in Russia usually inspires poetry. Lots of businesses and organizations put out special ‘Happy March 8’ posters, often with poetic good wishes for their female employees and/or friends and family. And it all rhymes!
This one reads:
‘Our Lovely Women, let your spring be forever, let the brooks run, let all the world’s flowers blossom just for you. Let the last snow wind take away any troubles, let the snow melting bring only happiness. May your sacred dreams and wishes come true! HAPPY MARCH 8!’
This poster’s poem similarly wishes the end of any sorrows, and lots of love, joy, smiles and flowers. I am smiling just writing this 🙂
There are free concerts on streets and special concerts on TV, as well as major holiday programs in music halls on this day. Generally, Russians loooove their songs, concerts, and various fairs and events. When I was searching for images for this post I came across a large number of announcements for March 8 concerts in the ex-republics, such as Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Latvia. It remains the holiday of choice in all those, despite attempts by the Latvian and Ukrainian authorities to ban it.
Russian children get it since they are little. Cutest Russian March 8 cartoon posters:
‘March 8 – Congrats!’ – probably the most beloved Russian cartoon character, the sweet mystical animal Cheburashka, brings flowers and cake to the little squirrel girl.
Little bear boy brings a barrel of honey to his girlfriend.
And the cute March cats, of course 😉
March 8 is one of the coolest and most positive holidays, with lots of flowers and smiles. Tulips, mimosa, lily-of-the-valley, violets and lilac are the trademark flowers of this holiday. Men normally take over all the chores for the house, including cooking and cleaning, while women enjoy themselves. On this day husbands, boyfriends, fathers, sons, brothers and students honor their wives, girlfriends, sisters, daughters, mothers, grandmothers and female teachers. This is how I remember it growing up.
The cake reads ‘Happy March 8’; the boy’s tee says, ‘Love my mom’; the man’s, ‘My wife’s the best.’
March 8 is celebrated in many countries around the world. It is a national holiday in Russia and some other post-Soviet/Russian World countries. It’s also widely celebrated in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
If you celebrate, here’s another well-wishing March 8 poem! ‘May your life always blossom, may your children be happy and your home prosperous! Wishing you goodness, fortune & happiness!

Russian Christmas is traditionally celebrated on January 7 and the Christmas Eve is January 6, due to the difference between the so-called ‘Gregorian’ vs. ‘Julian’ Calendars.
On January 13-14 Russians also love to celebrate ‘The Old New Year,’ a cute family and friends gathering tradition to commemorate the nostalgic ‘old calendar’ which was replaced with the Gregorian Calendar by Lenin in 1918. So, even though Russia lives by internationally accepted today Gregorian Calendar, Christmas continues being celebrated according to traditional Russian Church (Julian) calendar.
FORBIDDEN HISTORY & LINGUISTICS:
But did you know that that the supposedly ‘Latin’ word calendar is a lot more ancient than its Latinized version. Did you know that it’s actually a RUSSIAN word? It comes from two Russian word roots: kolo + dar. And you won’t believe how many other words in many different languages come from the same roots! What do these roots mean and how it all happened? The story is fascinating!

*I want you to especially note that the ‘Ukrainian’ account above has usurped the names ‘Ruthenia’ and ‘Rus’, which we discussed in the Forbidden History Webinars, and in ESR2 and ESR6.
These are the core Vedic Rus identity markers, and by usurping them from a lower consciousness perspective the forces that have taken over Ukraine are attempting to turn them dark and evil. The contemporary heirs of said Nazis in Ukraine, whom, as you know I call ‘ukro-nazis,’ are using the same symbols and salutations.
**I also want you to note that the ‘snitch’ above is in no way reflective of the majority of normal Ukrainians. The people in the southern, eastern, and even central Ukraine are very different and there is only a small minority of those who are ukro-nazis. Western Ukraine is a completely different story and ukro-nazi ideology is very widepsread there, aided and abetted by the US and Canada.
Per latest poll, the number of Ukrainians who like Russia and Russians is growing in Ukraine, despite all the attempts by the Kiev junta and their Transatlantic sponsors to instill hatred between two parts of the same Rus people!
