The Virtuoso Music of GOOD Geopolitics: Spasskaya Tower Military Tattoo 2017

10th Spasskaya Tower Military Tattoo 2017 (Spasskaya Bashnya Festival’ Voennoi Musiki) opened on Moscow’s Red Square on August 26 and it’ll run till September 3. Participants are 30 military and ethnic musician bands, dance and performing groups from 14 countries and EU. Most of the performers are military, but not just. The visionary founder of the festival was the legendary Russian military conductor and composer Gen. Khalilov, who was the artistic director of the Aleksandrov Red Army Choir and who perished together with many of his choir in December 2016, when the plane was sabotaged over Black Sea, en route to Syria.
Participants in this year’s event include military musicians and performers from India, Egypt, Italy, Austria, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Turkey, Russia, and more. The group from Egypt is especially striking in their pharaoh-like outfits. Instead of the military, this time China sent the dancing Taoist monks — another amazing performance. The perma-fixture of the Spasskaya Tower Tattoo are Celtic dancers and pipers, who are international groups comprised of recognized in their field musicians. Some of the performances are truly unique and stunning — check out preview below!
Performances are held every day on Red Square, with the magical backdrop of St. Basils Cathedral and Kremlin’s main Spasskaya Tower. Incidentally, ‘Spasskaya Tower’ means ‘the savior-ess tower,’ and as you see, unlike in English, ‘tower’ (‘bashnya’) is feminine in Russian.
For the occasion, Red Square has been turned into a gigantic outdoor theater. But there are also free daily performances at Moscow train stations and parks. Why is the Spasskaya Tower Military Tattoo significant? For one, these military musicians showcase their respective countries’ cultural best in a peaceful and productive competition. They also have a number of joint performances, where musicians from different countries play both Russian and international music, together. It requires a great talent and professionalism, not to mention willingness and cooperation, to be able to perform everything from classics to Western pop and Russian music with an orchestra consisting of Celtic pipes, drums and ethnic instruments.
In the previous post we have just seen Bull Fadjen resqued from bullfighting: #5D in action = #Love #Humanity #Compassion.
However improbable it sounds, this is yet another example of how 5D — 5th Dimension — can work. It is very fitting that Russia The Great Balancer shows the world through military music how to make love, not war.
The military of any country should exist strictly for protection, and to help those in need. To save and protect… not to attack. And apparently, also for some high class and uplifting entertainment.
This is the virtuoso music of reasonable and GOOD geopolitics.

Before engaging in any webinar, article or book, I usually calibrate the Truth Level, as well as QC, CHI, and Soul Dimension of any information or insight I am about to put out into the world. This has been my usual procedure for a long time, but this is the very first time I am sharing this secret, yet highly revealing system with you, my dear friends, readers and followers!
Those who are familiar with how my Quantum and Geo Calibration System works, have seen this legend:
QC = Quantum Calibration, or cosmic energy available to object or subject
CHI = Chi or earthly energy of manifestation in 3D, of object or subject
In this post I am introducing to you two new calibrations, which have not been presented publicly yet, but which I have used privately for years and which are presently successfully employed as part of LADA RAY PRIVATE PERSONAL CONSULTATIONS.
These are:
Soul Dimension (or Soul Level):
What dimension, (1D, 2D, 3D, 4D, 5D, 6D, 7D, 8D or above) does the soul, or spiritual essence, of any object or subject belong to. This allows us to determine the higher vs. lower consciousness perspective, outreach and veracity of any object, subject, written or spoken material, intention, creation, structure or matrix.
At this point in time, most humans, most man-made objects and subjects on the planet calibrate at 2D and 3D level. 2D is the most common, although there are some new souls at 1D level. 3D is the level of a spiritual seeker, who is looking for something better, such as personal development, better career, better life, etc.
4D is rare and it is the level of a well-adjusted and accomplished soul, oftentimes important in imparting everyday wisdom, holding the grid, and advancing science, technology and knowledge.
5D is very rare, and is the level of an advanced spiritual soul, including wayshowers, people-bridges, humanitarians, wholesome beings, healers, humanity’s sustainers and helpers, justice, animal and earth advocates.
6D, 7D and 8D are extremely rare and are the levels of teachers to humanity & creators and maintainers of important and long-lasting systems & structures. At 9D and above souls almost never incarnate here on Earth, although there are exceptions.

Truth Level:
Using the usual 1000-point Quantum Calibration scale, we determine the level of truth in any written or spoken material, statement, person, intention, creation, man-made or natural structure or matrix, object or subject.
The applications of these two newly introduced calibrations are many, and the level of usefulness is extremely high.

LADA RAY DEEP INTEL: Catastrophic Population Loss. Why Ukrainians stampede into Poland as EU visa-free begins
Stampede to get out of Ukraine and into Poland! The video below is self-explanatory. This is happening on the border between Ukraine and Poland, the moment 90-day visa-free regime (Ukrainian/Russian: ‘bezviz’ = ‘without visa’) between EU and Ukraine comes into effect. The voice behind the camera speaks in Ukrainian: “Look, Mr. Poroshenko, this is what our Euro-integration looks like.”
As I explained since 2014, after the Kiev junta and ukro-nazis came to power, what little talent, brains and active population was still left in Ukraine, has been leaving. Millions moved to Russia. Anywhere between 7 and 8 million either work and live in Russia or have received Russian citizenship between 1991 and 2017. At least 1.5-2 million became refugees in Russia after Poroshenko junta came to power. Up to 3-4 million also left to the EU and US. This process greatly intensified after 2014 Kiev Maidan.
Poroshenko made a grand production, turned into a dog-and-pony show, of the simple 90-day visa free tourist travel allowed by the EU as of June 2017, portraying it as his huge victory and great achievement of Maidan. He and his cronies tout visa-free with the EU as a demonstration that “Ukraine is rejoining Europe, and finally severing all ties with Russia.” “We are finally getting away from the unwashed Russia and rejoining the civilized Europe, Europe, which we, Ukrainians long ago founded,” proclaimed Poroshenko from the podium in Kiev, where thousands of students and state workers were herded, dressed in same T-shirts with EU flag and waiving mini-EU flags they were handed out.
And no, I didn’t mistranslate what Poroshenko said about ‘Ukrainians founding Europe’ — believe it or not, this is what new Ukrainian history books teach. They also teach that there were ancient Ukrs, forefathers of today’s Ukrainians, who had absolutely nothing to do with Russians, and that these ancient Ukrs dug out a giant hole in the ground, which we now know as… the BLACK SEA.
At the same event drunk Poroshenko said ‘goodbye forever’ to Russia over 3 times, returning to the issue of that mean ex called Russia over and over, while repeatedly quoting great Russian poets — in Russian. All this to the pre-rehearsed clapping of the herded-in sheeple, dressed in EU T-s and waving EU flags. Many videos of the above ‘event’ have been posted on YouTube, and there is no other way to describe it other than pathetic. Here’s one such video. The title reads: Kiev authorities tout visa-free with EU as panacea against all problems experienced by Ukraine:

If based on the above you think that a bizarre and lethal collective madness took a firm hold of Ukraine, you are not far from the truth.
It has been noted by the majority of Ukrainian analysts that the vast majority of Ukrainians cannot afford to travel as tourists to the EU on their measly incomes. This has been said even by those who have been initially pro-Maidan, but who now finally are beginning to notice that something went terribly wrong. The only real value of the EU visa-free travel is to pretend you are a tourist, but use your 90 days to latch on to a job so you could remain permanently.
As you see on the video, the crowd is crossing to Poland on foot – to save money. They probably have low-paying jobs, such as agriculture, taking care of the elderly and working as janitors, awaiting them on the other side. Polish slave-drivers and menial-jobs brokers are eager to get their hands on this new wave of slave labor. While these will work in Poland’s menial jobs, Poles are free to go to Western Europe, where they’ll do the same, but for a lot more money.
Some Ukrainians, who have better prospects, better education or who are younger and bolder, may leave by train or bus to Central and Western Europe. Therefore, the remainder of the most able-bodied, active, highest Chi and best skilled population is leaving Ukraine at even a faster rate than ever before.
Since 1992 when Ukraine first acquired independence after the collapse of the USSR, and without a major war it lost a huge chunk of the population. The data of 1993 registered the population of Ukraine as 54 million. As you’ll see below, the new data suggests the population of Ukraine now shrunk by more than half!
Due to the catastrophic loss of the population the new census has been a taboo. In today’s fascist Ukraine it is literally forbidden to research and voice out the truth about the population loss. The official numbers are grossly overstated and bluntly falsified.
Recently, the last remaining in Ukraine decent economists, such as bezviz, leader of the outlawed and prosecuted Progressive Socialist Party (+ a few others), have calculated the true state of events. They based their data on the consumption of bread – traditionally an important staple in Russian and Ukrainian diet, as well that of the nearby Moldova.
Bread, note Vitrenko and others, is so inexpensive and such a big staple, that when people cannot afford anything else, they’ll still buy bread. Other data, such as alcohol, meat, or fruit consumption is unreliable as people can use their gardens, bootleg illegal alcohol, etc., when they become poorer. But very few will bake their own bread as it requires a large usage of natural gas and electricity — both very expensive and in short supply in today’s Ukraine. Therefore, people would still buy bread in stores due to its relative low-cost and good quality.
Since Russian bread consumption per capita is known and it stands around 42 kilos per capita per year, based on that it is easy to calculate how much bread would be consumed in the very similar Ukrainian culture. In fact, notes Vitrenko, Russian bread consumption per capita should be lower than Ukrainian, as Russians make 4 times more money per capita and can afford a large variety of foods.
**I’ll add to this that Russians have been living a much more satisfied and healthy lifestyles than Ukrainians, which also lowers bread consumption.
Yet, the official data puts bread consumption in Ukraine at 24 kilos per capita per year. This is based on the government’s official population count of 42 million. The official Kiev explains this discrepancy by saying that Ukrainians buy less and bake more. However, as I pointed out above, it is impossible for the majority as the gas and electricity are unaffordably expensive.
And then the question is: if Ukrainians eat a lot less bread, a lot less meat and fruit, drink a lot less alcohol per capita compared to 2013 — then what do they consume? Is, as a result of the 2014 Kiev coup, Ukraine then starving in a self-inflicted golodomor (holodomor)?
To set the record straight, instead of the falsified official Ukrainian data of 24 kilos per capita, Vitrenko and other economists used Russian bread consumption base number of 42 kilos per capita per year.
**I should mention that Kiev still counts the population of Crimea and LDPR as their own. In other words, they bomb Donbass and threaten to invade Crimea / sabotage its economy, yet they count them as parts of Ukraine. Crimean population is 2.3 million and LDPR’s is about 3.6 million. Altogether — minus 5.9 million for Ukraine.
Having subtracted Crimea and LDPR populations, and based on the bread consumption per capita, Vitrenko and others have arrived at 25-26 million people remaining in Ukraine. This is down from 54 million in 1993 — without WWIII! This is the loss of over 1/2 of the entire population!
Incidentally, please recall that I have been predicting this catastrophic outcome since 2014! My personal estimate for the remaining Ukrainian population has been 28-30 million. In other words, pretty close to Vitrenko’s numbers.
Another extremely disturbing moment: per Vitrenko’s calculations out of the total 28-29 million lost, 13 million is a pure population contraction. This is the number of people who simply died: in other words, the expedited by hardship death ratio outweighs birth ratio to such catastrophic degree! This is not golodomor — this is simply mor (Rus/Ukr word for mass extinction).
Poroshenko and his cronies must be totally dumb, you may say. Instead of making life in Ukraine better for ordinary people so they would want to remain and build a life for themselves in their own country, they open the floodgates, basically telling people to run to the EU.
Poroshenko is not exactly dumb. He is smart enough to hang on to power all this time, manipulating his Western sponsors and various ukro-nazi forces. And he is smart enough to multiply his fortune more than 7-fold since 2014, while his country is dying.
In fact, Poroshenko is two things in one wrapper:
1. Oligarch who is sucking the last remaining juices out of Ukraine, using his privileged power position as president. Bezviz (visa-free to the EU) is one of Poroshenko’s populist moves to get elected for the next term, despite his catastrophically low approval rating. Premature elections may be scheduled in Ukraine as early as October 2017, ahead of normal schedule. Poroshenko knows he can only continue robbing his country blind, getting fat of the people’s tragedy, if he remains in power.
Recall what I said in EARTH SHIFT REPORT 3 OLIGARCH WARS – ever since the Kiev Maidan 2014, all Ukraine oligarchs lost money and some are near, or in, bankruptcy. All, except Poroshenko.
2. Poroshenko is US Deep State / globalist cabal agent, who does what he is told. He takes orders directly from the US – ok, maybe also a few from Germany/EU. If you think something has changed since Trump was elected — think again.
If you think I am just saying that — you know I never do. My intel tells me the exact numbers: there are between 800 and 900 US advisers pulling the strings in Kiev and whispering stuff into Poroshenko’s ear, including CIA, military, economic, political, media, PR and cultural.
According to my local Kiev intel, there also are — very sadly — Bulgarian advisers. This seems to be a newer addition, just showing how sold out the Bulgarian government really is. My conclusion is that Bulgarian advisers are sent to Kiev by their US bosses for the same reason Ukraine had to be subverted: to deepen and enlarge the rift between Russia and those countries that are closest to her culturally. In the past 3 years there have been ongoing protests and discontent in Bulgaria about NATO bases and US presence, while Russian business and tourism left. There has been an aspiration in Bulgaria to get back closer to Russia. The population of Bulgaria is being gradually remolded to forget its history, roots and Slavic cultural affinities — in order to reorient it slowly but surely towards the West.
The same process is happening in the small Balkans countries, such as Montenegro and FYRO Macedonia. The goal in all cases is to push out any naturally occurring cultural closeness to Russia and Russian influence, replacing it with everything Western.
Ukraine is the biggest victim of the yang aggressive West. I explain my Great Earth Shift — Great Balancer Theory and discuss how the yang West operates and how Russia the Great Balancer is now struggling to rebalance the world in new EARTH SHIFT WEBINAR 2 INVERTED COLLAPSE.
But not all is sad and depressing. We have a huge and bold breakthrough in Moldova, which is gradually turning back to its roots, although the struggle will continue for some time. Vacation in Alanya, Turkey: Kleopatra Beach, bazaar, prices (+Quantum Calibrations)
I enjoy periodically scouting the globe — virtually or in person, as the time and my fancy permit — to find out if various geo locations might be interesting and/or desirable for a global relocation, or simply just for a relaxing vacation. I’ve mentioned previously in EARTH SHIFT REPORT 17: Quality of Life Worldwide: Lada Ray Geo Calibrations that many people at this time of the EARTH SHIFT will be considering relocating to another city, country or continent. Therefore, once in a while, if a geo location intrigues me in some way, I’ll be posting an article about it here, on FT.
In no way such posts should be considered a promo or endorsement. Everyone must make their own decisions on relocation.

Today we talk Alanya, Turkey. Summer vacation time is approaching, and I thought some might be interested in this famous Turkish resort area. This isn’t a promo or recommendation by any means. This is an exploration…
I like to explore off the beaten path. Some rare gems can be found by stepping off the paved road — figuratively speaking, of course.
This is meant to be a positive and relaxing post, so I won’t go much into politics here. I’ll just mention that after a 1.5 year period of strained Russia-Turkey relations, due to Turkey shooting down Russian Su-24 jet, there is a huge improvement. Turkish Stream is back on the map, and other joint infrastructure mega projects are a go. Turkish produce and construction workers are slowly allowed back into the Russian market, and Turkey is gradually distancing itself from the West and getting into a more balanced relationship with Russia. Not all is champagne and roses, but the delicate and complex EARTH SHIFTING geopolitical game being played by Putin is bearing some very nice Turkish fruit.
Alanya and other resort areas of Turkey suffered a devastating blow when tourism from Russia suddenly dried up over two years ago, following the Su-24 downing incident and Russia’s incursion in Syria. But Putin played a virtuoso game of chess, resulting in major shifts in Turkish / Erdogan’s policies towards the West and ISIS vs. Russia. Read about all that in ESR5, ESR7 and ESR13.
Since then, the hotels and beaches are slowly filling in again. The touristy Alanya is international, where you can hear various languages, such as French, English, Italian, German, and of course, Russian. In fact, there are hotels and resorts in Turkey built specifically to cater to the preferences of the Russian tourists: usually all-inclusive packages.
What I like about Alanya:
1. You’ll see Kleopatra Beach footage below – the clear turquoise sea, nice white sand and very few people so far in May, 2017. Tourists are still reluctant to return. We’ll see what it will be like in June-August.
2. Food, hotel and various health spa services prices are 1/2 to 1/3, sometimes even as cheap as 1/4, of those you’d expect to pay in the West. But the quality of accommodations and food is as good, or better. Fresh fruits and veggie prices are especially strikingly low compared to Western, while the freshness and quality is usually substantially higher.
***Just to mention, as everywhere in the Mediterranean, you have to be careful not to get a major sun burn, even in mid-May.
Vids below are by an ex-Ukrainian Mikhail Volin (YT channel ‘ The Notes of Slavs in Russia’) who had to flee prosecution in his native city of Melitopol, following the 2014 Kiev coup. Typical of millions of other Ukrainians, he is now a Russian citizen, enjoying his freedom and much higher standard of living, and happily residing in Moscow.
Sorry for the ‘Ukraine’ slip, I did promise this post to be politics lite… Ah, well, can’t hide from reality.
But back to Alanya. Basically, the main message of this post is that Turkey has decent and new tourism infrastructure at very low prices, warm sea and all the sun you can get. Real estate is equally new and cheap, in part because of the instability of the region. But places like Alanya are tourism oriented and seem to be in another world – far away from conflict.

Video 2: Alanya prices. Beginning of video: bus ride, mall and supermarket. At 18:10 starts bazaar and fruit/veggie prices to die for. Prices are in Turkish Liras. To convert into USD: 1 Turkish Lira equals 0.28 US Dollar, or 28 cents. On the video, the Russian blogger converts everything into rubles, of course, but you can see prices in Liras displayed on camera. I was especially struck by 1.5 kilos of strawberries for $2 (that’s more than 3 pounds!) and 1 kilo (over 2 pounds) of fresh tomatoes for 28 cents and 56 cents!
***One caveat with Turkey: at the bazaar Mikhail mentions ‘standing guard over his girlfriend Elena,’ while she bargains for gifts for relatives back home, because ‘you can’t let a girl out alone in those parts.’ Incidentally, this is the case in any Middle Eastern country, and in Caucasus, as well. So, anyone who decides to explore those parts – do keep it in mind!

INTERPRETATIONS:
It’s a mixed bag, yet with some promise.
Below min. positive level of 200 for QC and CHI. GC is on the level of pride: typical of the West and well below what I want to see – disappointing. However, CHI shows how much the locals are striving to please the tourists. This could be the low season calibration and could go up when and if tourism returns in earnest, and if Trukey manages to stabilize. That’s why at present it’s so cheap there, by the way!
And now look at GOOD positive values for GC, K. Beach and especially the bazaar! Nice, strong CHI for the last 2!

The Plot Thickens! Who’ll Win French Election: Marine Le Pen, Macron, Fillon or Melenchon?
French Presidential Elections 2017 dates: 1st round – April 23; 2nd round – May 7.
According to polls, the winners of the first round are projected to be: 1. Marine Le Pen (National Front), who is against illegal immigration, for strengthening of the French national borders and culture, against EU, for recognition of Crimea as part of Russia and for improving and strengthening relations with Russia; 2. Emmanuel Macron (En Marche!) — pro-EU, represents the Rothschilds and globalists, the darling of Western MSM and neo-liberal establishment.
In my 2012 Year of the Elections Predictions I said the following:
Jan 12, 2012: “French elections will happen at the most inopportune time for Sarkozy. Openly right-wing, he’s deeply disliked in his country, and will lose.”
March 3, 2012: “French elections, April–May 2012 – Nicolas Sarkozy. No change in my prediction. He’ll still lose the election – more emphatically so!”
April 28, 2012: Finalized French election prediction: “On May 6, Nicolas Sarkozy will lose the election. The next President of France, breaking with the long-standing French tradition of allowing a president 2 terms in the office, will be… Francois Hollande.
Most importantly, with the new man at the helm, the direction of French politics will undergo a certain change. However, I wouldn’t expect TOO MUCH of a change at this time. Real change will come later. Some change to the emigration policy from the poor countries, which is a big problem in many European countries. The European countries will attempt to coordinate their emigration policies and certain border controls will be introduced very soon. But the emigration mess will take a very long time to sort out.
Perhaps most notably, with the new president France will change some of its foreign policy. For one, France will stop playing, forgive the expression, “The French poodle” to the US foreign policy, the role it’s been playing during Sarkozy’s neocon tenure. France will re-acquire its more independent stance on foreign affairs, which it used to enjoy under various other presidents since Charles De Gaulle. And hopefully, France’s policy will acquire a more peaceful flavor, as support for invasions and bombings of other countries wanes.
However, if Francois Hollande fails to fulfill these deep-seated hopes of his electorate, the French people will likely vote him out of the office five years from now. In that case, Marine Le Pen, the rising star of the French politics, emphasizing pride in France, its roots and culture, who’s anti-emigration and anti-war, is likely to win the following elections in 2017.”

FRENCH PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION 2017: THE PLOT THICKENS
When I predicted all the above, the French president was still Nicolas Sarkozy and no one believed he could lose to Francois Hollande. I was told that ‘this won’t happen because the French traditionally allow their president two terms.’ A month later Francois Hollande won French Presidential Elections 2012.
But my predictions continued coming true. In 2016 it became clear that Hollande indeed lost so much support that he was forced to withdraw his candidacy from 2017 elections. Still obscure in 2012, Marine Le Pen became the 2017 election frontrunner.
Many have asked me whether my predictions for her have changed since 2012, based on a new reality. Indeed, a number of new faces emerged that weren’t in the picture in 2012… and the plot has thickened.
Conservative Francois Fillon announced a balanced platform, including being in favor of improved relations with Russia. As part of his agenda, he vowed to make sure that there is no new cold war between Russia and the West. His views reminded the French of Charles de Gaulle and the pre-NATO stance of France as a more or less neutral moderator between the West and Russia. As a result, Fillon briefly shot up to No. 1 spot in polls. We know what happened next: an attack designed to bring down Fillon via a corruption scandal implicating his wife and himself. This cost Fillon dearly and his rating plunged to under 20 percent.
Meanwhile, out of nowhere a new face emerged: Emmanuel Macron, who styles himself as an ‘independent.’ Former Rothschild banker, backed by MSM, shadow interests and global corporations, he announced his pro-EU, pro-immigration and pro-NATO stance. He began blaming Russia for hacking and interference in French elections, although when asked for proof, he was unable to present any. Macron also became known for stealing the lines of other candidates, notably from Marine Le Pen and Fillon, and saying whatever his audience wanted to hear at any given moment. This was done in order to undercut rival candidates and confuse voters. The strategy has partially worked and according to latest polls, Macron climbed to No. 1 spot and one point ahead of Marine Le Pen, just one day before the 1st round of elections. His rating hovers more or less in the 24 – 25 percent range.
According to polls and MSM, Macron and Marine Le Pen are most likely to make it to the run-off in May. According to polls, Macron in the second round will beat any other candidate, regardless who it is, Le Pen, Fillon or Melenchon.
Macron has two major advantages: 1. He is the darling of MSM, EU, globalists and shadow forces, with all their unlimited resources and ability to swing elections. 2. He is very young, still in his 30s. During this Period 8 a younger man may have an advantage.
But three factors raise red flags in the rosy picture painted by MSM and establishment on behalf of Emmanuel Macron:
1. In 2016 US Elections, polls and MSM also proclaimed a substantial Hillary’s advantage over Trump, yet Trump won. Are we seeing a similar case of media and establishment collusion to deceive the people?
2. Until several months ago Macron was a nobody in politics. He was built up by a very talented and expensive team of political image makers, whose job it was to create a candidate who would undercut Le Pen’s new French revolution and Fillon’s traditional reason, somewhat akin to Gen. De Gaulle’s, thus allowing the globalists to perpetuate their usual agenda.
3. Since he was slapped together as a candidate pretty hastily, he had no time (nor possibility) to solidify his support. Therefore, Macron’s base is very fluid and undecided, and it can swing to the other side very easily.
All this gives hope to Marine Le Pen, although the newly emerging left-wing candidate Jean-Luc Melenchon has gained dramatically in the past month. Melenchon is touted by some as a French Che Guevara. He has some seemingly radical views, such as exiting EU and taxing the rich. Although lately he softened his stance on EU and he now proposes to ‘reform the EU’ instead of exiting it. This just goes to show how easily politicians proclaim slogans in order to gain votes. What they say during campaign and what they will do later more often than not does not correlate. Just look at Trump before and after. The only French candidate who has been honest and steadfast since day one and who has not changed her stance on issues, despite enormous pressure and violent threats, is Marine Le Pen. Love her or hate her, she is the only candidate of the four who has a very stable and loyal base.
Another thing about Marine Le Pen is that, just like Trump, she is most definitely underpolling. In other words, she is not given a fair opinion poll rating, while Macron’s numbers are inflated. Same happened in the US between Hillary Clinton and Trump, which was done to create confusion and attempt to stir voters towards voting for the global establishment’s chosen candidate, Clinton.
Marine Le Pen has withstood all the attacks on her character and all attempts of implicating her in a corruption scandal. Unlike Fillon and his wife’s illegal salary scandal, Le Pen has not lost any voter support as a result of MSM claims of her connection with the Kremlin. Instead of killing her political career, this orchestrated attempt to disparage her may have solidified her support base.
The brave Le Pen even went to Moscow, where she was received by Vladimir Putin. A very bold and unusual move indeed; I don’t recall Putin ever meeting with any major Western presidential candidate before elections. It turned out that such meeting helped Le Pen to shut up her critics.
Another point about Le Pen: apart from the usual nationalistic, anti-terrorism and anti-immigration right-wing conservative crowd, she may surprise by drawing her support in unusual places. For example, according to latest polls, her support among LGBT community increased from 9% to 16.5% as a result of terrorist acts and attacks targeting gays in the US and EU.
Yet another segment overlooked: analysts suspect that Le Pen is likely to be supported by the silent majority of women.
In general, even if we assume that polls are not manipulated, it is most likely that during such polls most people would not answer truthfully who they’d vote for, for fear of retribution. But when the polling day comes, they may end up giving their vote for Le Pen or for another dark horse, Melenchon.
At this time, I am operating under an assumption that there will be an attempt to manipulate this French presidential election. Will it succeed? This will depend on how closely the election is watched and by how large the gap between candidates is.
I agree with polls that Marine Le Pen and Emmanuel Macron will be the first round’s 1st and 2nd finishers (not necessarily in this order). As a matter of fact, it would be better for Le Pen to finish the first round in second position.
Therefore, Le Pen and Macron will face off in the second round on May 7.
I usually don’t change my predictions, once they’ve been made. However, let’s remember that when I initially made Le Pen 2017 win prediction in 2012, none of the present candidates were there, Macron generally having come out of nowhere. Such confusing and fast-evolving political and geopolitical scene is typical of the times of great change — typical of the Great Earth Shift.
Who will be the next French president and what can we expect from her or him going forward? Will France exit EU and NATO? Can we expect an improvement of relations with Russia? Perhaps I’ll discuss all this in the follow-up.
QUANTUM CALIBRATIONS OF FRENCH PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES 2017
We have previously discussed that Quantum and Geo Calibrations are the best tool for quantifying and comparatively analyzing the energy manifested in our 3D reality.
In EARTH SHIFT REPORT 16 I calibrated both Trump and Hillary before the elections, and based on those calibrations I confirmed what I’d predicted since 2015, that Hillary could not win US presidential election 2016, no matter how many falsified poll results were shoved in our faces.

QUANTUM CALIBRATIONS INTERPRETATION
Marine Le Pen calibrations are by far the highest and they are all at, or above, the minimum positive level of 200. Le Pen’s HC value is unusually high for a major Western politician, in fact I’ve never seen this in a Western presidential candidate. If such politicians appear at all, it is indicative of a hopeful shift in the political reality of the West. Based on all this, Le Pen should win this election (recall my 2012 prediction!) unless a voter manipulation and/or fraud takes place!
Macron calibrations are all below the minimum positive level of 200 and they are a match to those of the EU, Merkel and globalist forces who are behind him – no wonder he is their chosen candidate. Compared to Le Pen’s they are way too low and he can win only if fraud and results manipulation takes place. His CHI at 191 is indicative of how much he is yearning and striving to win this election in order to prove that his bosses bet on the right horse. They further show that he is not for real: he is a made-up candidate, with no real voter support and he runs on an illusion created for him by his image makers and MSM.
Fillon calibrations indicate how much he is striving to get out of the bad situation into which he was plunged by the engineered corruption scandal, and how much he wants to prove that he remains a worthy candidate. His HC calibration is bad, but understandable due to his anger and bitterness as a result of the corruption accusation resulting in damage to his political career. While a tad higher than Macron’s, these calibrations are all below 200 and are insufficient to win, if honest election is conducted.
Melenchon QC is very telling – at the level of desire: there is a lot of desire (you can call it greed) to get to that coveted spot, which allows one to get to round 2, or at least, to put one on the political map. HC is only at the level of pride, and this is average for Western politicians. Therefore, if Melenchon won French elections, I wouldn’t trust him or his promises any more than I’d trust those of Merkel (more or less on par with her QC), or those of Obama. The CHI level is remarkably higher compared to other 3 candidates. The CHI calibration denotes Earthly Energy Manifestation. His higher CHI level explains why Melenchon suddenly shot up in ratings, gaining on other candidates after his successful debate and social media appearances.
All in all, Marine Le Pen should be a clear front-runner, as I first predicted in 2012. However, I will not predict how dirty and manipulated this election may become. In this regard, all bets are off.

LADA RAY ON EARTH’S ENERGY PORTALS & VORTEXES, NEGATIVE VS. POSITIVE ENERGY AND EARTH SHIFT
MULTI-DIMENSIONAL UNIVERSE, LIGHT AND DARK, POSITIVE VS. NEGATIVE ENERGY
Dear Nancy, an excellent question. In our haste to keep up with major geopolitical developments, the pace of which is greatly expedited during the Great Earth Shift, we often forget about looking at the problem from the multi-dimensional perspective. But only by rising above the ‘battlefield’ Earth, only by elevating ourselves above what is perceived as important when we brew in the karmic soup of human emotions, can we glean the broad cosmic picture and gain a perspective of truth that can help us define our future.
One of the truths impossible to deny, regardless of what creed you subscribe to, is that everything in our world is energy. The constant energy exchange is how our world – and the multi-dimensional universe we live in – breathes and evolves.
This energy exchange can be positively or negatively charged. Who determines what constitutes a positive or negative charge? Criteria are very different, depending on what dimension you are in and what ‘realm’ you are from.
In human 3D – lower 4D society, currently in existence here on Earth, we very briefly may define ‘positive charge’ as that which supports and creates life and allows for growth and expansion of consciousness.
A ‘negative charge’ is the opposite: that which threatens or destroys life, as well as any possibility of positive growth of consciousness.
For short, people often refer to these charges as ‘light’ vs. ‘dark.’ This is an expedient shortcut and usually serves its purpose. However, I have to mention (this is well outside of today’s topic) that this is not always exactly accurate.
We actually need a balance of both light and dark in our lives in order for our world to possess harmony.
Light and dark, in their pure form, can also be identified as yang and yin. By themselves, these are neutral categories of energy. It is how we use them that makes all the difference.
In reality, it is the harmony between light and dark, yin and yang that creates the necessary balance, and therefore supports life, expands consciousness and facilitates a better future.
The truth is that it is a severe imbalance of yin/yang and light/dark that is creating catastrophic situations on our planet. The problem of the Earthly human society is that we have a severe imbalance of the yin and yang energies, which is what creates the preponderance of negatively charged dark energy. This is where the true problem lies, and this is why Russia – the Great Balancer has such a hard time trying to keep this world spinning.
This problem, which many feel on an intuitive level but cannot put their finger on, becomes tangible and visible to a naked eye if you learn to quantify energy through Lada Ray QUANTUM CALIBRATIONS. The new Geo Calibrations theory further expands this ability.
Our universe is relative and based on contrast. Therefore, when you translate any problem into a comparative numeric scale, and if you systematize and define your criteria, you’ll learn a great deal about your subject and the world around you. On a very down-to-earth, rudimentary level, this is what Quantum and Geo Calibrations allow us to accomplish (of course, there is so much more to it).
ENERGY PORTALS, ENERGY VORTEXES & ENERGY KNOTS
Now we are getting into the issue of energy portals and energy vortexes. Since these are new notions for this human civilization, there is no agreement on terms so far. Of course, the main premise is always the same: energy exchange and how said energy exchange is used by us. In that, I am in a complete agreement with the aforementioned article.
Here is how I define the energy portals and energy vortexes (and you’ll see below why my definitions are important):
ENERGY PORTAL is a geo location which serves as a gateway and focal point for Mother Earth’s energy exchange.
This energy exchange is threefold: 1. for the benefit of all entities populating Planet Earth in 3D and other realms, 2. for inner Mother Earth’s needs, 3. between the Cosmos (or universe, or source) and Mother Earth.
Depending on the condition of human society, levels of energy and pollution, how actively and by what forces such portal is being used, it may be well-functioning or not; it may posses the preponderance of the energy of light or dark, or be neutral. Due to the adverse human factor and in order to protect the Mother Earth, many formerly active portals have been sealed. For the same purpose, many portals are also well-hidden from the human eye.
Energy portals have the ability to move around the planet. Some fresh energy portals have opened up and now are predominant (by fresh I mean less than 2000 years; the youngest may be a mere couple of hundred years old). At the same time, other, formerly very important ancient portals lost their potency due to human abuse.
ENERGY VORTEX is the powerful energy created and transmitted by a presently active, well-functioning energy portal (or series of portals). Energy vortex represents an alive and actively breathing, pulsating portal, through which a substantial energy exchange is taking place. On human level, energy vortex possesses a substantial, or spectacular, power to influence and moderate energy on Earth.
As I understand, the article quoted above does not provide a definition of a vortex, however, it implies a different meaning (a vortex is a combination of focal energy points or knots?) than the definition I am offering you.
ENERGY KNOT is an energy entanglement as a result of many contrasting energies converging in one geo location. Energy knot may on occasion be generated by a variety of energies, including cosmic, alien, multi-dimensional, and/or the imbalanced energies of the Earth. But most often such knots occur as a result of imbalanced and self-serving human activity and/or as a result of a long-term human abuse of a portal.
THE ENERGY EXCHANGE OF THE MOTHER EARTH
It is important to understand that our beloved Planet Earth is a living, breathing, evolving being, which hosts us, humans, like she hosts all other types of life. In this regard, it is painful to watch what humans, in their fear, greed and hatred, do to our beautiful planet. This is a very big and difficult topic indeed, and I will leave it for another day.
Today, I want to focus on energy portals and energy vortexes. As you know, I always look at things multi-dimensionally and globally. In this regard, it is hard to separate what is happening in Syria from the rest of the world.
As I pointed out, our Earth is a living, breathing being. Therefore, the entire body of Earth is covered with energy portals, as well as energy lines connecting important portals and energy points. These are called either Dragon Lines or Ley Lines.
Energy portals may be perceived as chakras of our planet – they allow for energy exchange. As such, they exist all over Earth.
Therefore, technically, energy portals/vortexes are located in many places on Earth. Now, this begs the question: why don’t humans perceive them? Why, based on articles such as the one quoted by Nancy, it appears that they are a rare and exceptional occurrence?
The answer to this is multi-fold:
First: Due to the karmic issues resulting from excessive materialism and rejection of a true connection with the spirit (or source) most humans lost the ability to see and perceive energy.
Second: In fact we all know of large energy portals and powerful vortexes. It’s just that the majority of humans don’t perceive them as such due to the fact that these very important and powerful geo locations have been claimed by certain power structures, allowing them to exert their power over large groups and territories, sometimes for better, and sometimes for worse. As a few examples of such ‘claimed’ vortexes: Pentagon and CIA headquarters in the USA; the Vatican; the Moscow Kremlin in Russia.
Third: Energy portals on our planet are of different sizes. Due to many factors, some are a lot bigger and much more important than others. A large and powerful portal/vortex is easier to perceive than a smaller one.
Fourth, and perhaps most important!
Humans had screwed up a huge number of great energy portals in the past, and they continue damaging and polluting them in the present. Therefore, many portals have been sealed by Mother Earth to protect them from human invasion. This certainly limits the ability of humanity to evolve, but it is a must to protect Mother Earth.
Other very important portals have been hidden in such areas on our planet where humans cannot reach. I will give you a hint: many important ancient portals are located in northern Urals, Siberian Taiga, Lake Baikal, and Russia’s Far North, where few humans ever venture. There are some others, located in Antarctica and at the bottom of oceans. Again, these hidden vortexes allow Mother Earth to breathe.
There used to be vortexes hidden in the South American rain forest as well as in Australia, and some are still there. But every year they get more and more polluted as human greed and predatory Western capitalism reaches deeper and deeper into previously pristine geo locations. I am not even going to bring up the painful issue of the oceans and its catastrophic pollution levels. All this clogs and drains the energy of vortexes.
There is so much more to the story, but even from this perspective alone you can see why Russia – the Great Balancer has to possess such large territory and why no aggressor was ever able to take over Russia. For a long time, Russia’s dominance over such large territory has kept pristine and breathing the hidden energy vortexes of Siberia and the Far North.
MIDDLE EAST AND SYRIA ENERGY PORTALS
In Syria and Middle East’s case we are dealing with Energy Portals, rather than Energy Vortexes. According to my definition of the difference between the two, energy vortexes are presently active and well-functioning energy portals. Clearly, except a few locations, Syria/Middle East hardly possess any such vortexes. The portal may be there, but it’s either sealed or diminished.
Due to centuries of strife, neglect and misuse, most, if not all, energy portals of the Middle East are either severely damaged, sealed or dead. The Mother Earth has since relocated elsewhere much of the power associated with the majority of those ancient portals.
The greed-and-aggression-based energy abuse of the past centuries resulted in a very heavy karma for the region. In turn, this resulted in a severe loss of Life Force. The obvious result of such Life Force loss is mass migration out of the region (for more read Mass Migration: What Happens if a Country Gains or Loses its Life Force? (US, EU, Russia, China, Ukraine, Syria).
However, due to human genetic memory often expressed as a built-in longing for the ‘good old days,’ there is still a lot of value attached to ancient portals of the Middle East. Due to their important geo location and historic significance, Syria portals are a big prize among them.
Yes, on a geopolitical/economic level there is a fight for the gas routes to Europe. However, this is only part of the story. It goes much deeper. On the energy level, the region’s past prosperity and glory remains a deep-seated human memory. Palmyra was once magnificent and the region was once a prosperous and bustling geo location. But it’s all in the past. Basically, there is a fight based on the memory of what was and wistful longing for what could have been.
Note, there is a great deal of difference to how the human energy vs. the Mother Earth energy would feel to us. In the case of Syria and Palmyra portals, it is human energy that is predominant (NOT Mother Earth energy). In most cases there is a confrontation between various human energies, oftentimes also either assisted by or conflicting with the Earth energy. It is these screaming for help, ailing and swollen energy knots that may be perceived by some as ‘vortexes.’
However, as I pointed out above, there is quite a bit of the phantom memory of the past glory. Much of the positive energy has been long depleted. Instead, what’s left has turned into negatively-charged energy knots, fortified and expanded due to negative charge of various human forces converging in the region, such as ISIS and Al-Nusra, US/West, Turkey, Israel, Saudis and Qatar.
That’s not to say that, for instance, Palmyra portal may not become healthy again at some point in the future. However, this won’t happen under current circumstances. The energy is presently highly polluted and damaged; it is negative and dark. Basically, the ongoing fight is about the dominance of either light or dark over these ancient portals turned energy knots. Energy knots usually exert much regional influence by spreading the energy around through Ley Lines and inducing more negativity. It is true that if such energy knots fall into the wrong hands, the whole region will be plunged into even more darkness. The back and forth fights over Palmyra and other Syria locations are a sign of very significant swollen energy knots formed in the region.
The complex Syria situation is akin to the global Earth Shift and geopolitical processes in miniature: the same ping-pong goes on between US/West and Russia, and USA and China, albeit with less blood and with much higher stakes. In this regard, the importance of Syria as a litmus test for mankind cannot be underestimated.
Generally, one has to be careful about overusing one of the sacred geometry symbols, in this case a pentagram, to prove a point. There are other energy portals in Syria, most notably the Khmeimim Air Base, which are presently more important and in better condition. The fact that the base is currently under Russian control is indicative of the beginnings of a positive shift in Syria, Middle East and Mediterranean. By extension, it also indicates a shift of the balance of power in the world.
Ancient Palmyra is the biggest energy portal in the area and it’s in horrific condition. This is why the situation around it has been in so much flux. Sensing this, to fortify the portal and infuse it with a surge of positive energy, Russians not only helped liberate Palmyra, but also tried to raise the energy by Gergiev Orchestra performing in the ancient Palmyra ruins. They succeeded, albeit temporarily – the neglect and abuse of the portal is too severe;; it’ll take a while to reverse the damage. Russians also made a lot of effort to restore Palmyra’s ancient sites – for the same purpose. As we see, the Palmyra chakra is still severely ailing, but the energy knot is being slowly unraveled. It has to be said that its terrible state is in big part due to the general state of the Middle East. There is too much infighting, mutual hatred and rivalry between peoples who should be close relatives. Instead of working together and living in peace, they try to undercut or eliminate each other. This severely weakens energy centers, such as Palmyra, which have to constantly absorb this kind of deadly energy.
Many of us are angry (as we should be) at the dark and negative role the US/EU/NATO/West play in Syria and generally, the Middle East. As it has been for centuries, the West makes the bad situation worse.

THE IMPORTANCE OF MOTHER EARTH’S ENERGY PORTALS FOR HUMANITY
The Earthly energy portals have paramount importance not only for our planet, but also for all of us. They are, in fact, energy wells into which humans, animals and plants can tap to replenish their energy and borrow more energy, if needed. But energy portals have to be maintained, protected and respected.
When they are severely weakened or damaged due to excessive and mindless abuse by humans, as is happening almost everywhere in the Middle East, as well as Ukraine, it leads to wars and cataclysms.
It also wide opens the door for the negative dark forces to come in and tear apart those poor tribes, nations or countries that disrespected their heritage and/or their own people. In our day and age, the forces of radical Islamism, fascism (such as Ukro-Nazism) and the aggressive West usually play the part of such dark forces.
Palmyra’s portal is presently too weak, too drained and polluted to replenish the people who are supposed to defend it. This is the reason Palmyra is so hard to defend: it actually drains her defenders, rather than empowering them.
Palmyra’s undecided fate is a strong indicator that the world is constantly shaking and swaying and can’t find its balance during the Earth Shift.
More so, it is an indication that the Great Earth Shift is sorely needed. Unless humans raise their consciousness and heal their karma, there is no future for mankind. The Great Earth Shift is a consequence of human abuse of themselves and their environment. But it is also our greatest hope for a better tomorrow.
In conclusion, I also want to mention that during the Earth Shift there are geo locations in the world that tend to provide stability in the quickly changing world. However, there are also geo locations experiencing stronger turbulence: they are the crossroads of the world. Syria, Turkey and Ukraine are some of the contemporary crossroads. EU may be becoming one, as well. Such crossroads tend to become the knots of violence during Earth Shift.
Just like energy portals that shift around the planet, the knots can suddenly form, but they may also suddenly dissipate. Today’s crossroads and knots may unravel tomorrow, while the new ones may form elsewhere on the planet, where it’s least expected. Of course, it only seems sudden to those who do not pay attention. Those who do, see it coming well before it happens.
The good news, much of our future depends on us, humans.

Was US Syria attack an affront to China?
Due to a broad-range international consequences of Trump’s attacks against Shairat Airforce Base in Syria, for the rest of this week I am publishing a series of my new articles related to the Gordian Knot of entangled relations between the following players:
US / Trump / Tillerson
Syria / Assad
China / Xi
Russia / Putin / Lavrov
I want to again emphasize that the world is going through a giant tectonic shift on all levels of consciousness and everyday existence of mankind. To describe this giant metamorphosis I coined the term THE GREAT EARTH SHIFT.
The first, fictional account of this multi-dimensional process and its possible consequences appeared in my 2012 novel THE EARTH SHIFTER. Although a fictional story, it gives you a glimpse into what is taking place on our planet, beyond the obvious.
As part of my EARTH SHIFT theory, I have defined the role of various global powers, most importantly, RUSSIA – THE GREAT BALANCER. The other geopolitical superpowers, geo locations and countries play their own roles in the composite structure of our world, and they have their own role to play in the Earth Shift – big or small. Some elements of my EARTH SHIFT theory and practice have been discussed in past EARTH SHIFT REPORTS and WEBINARS. Much more will be presented to you in future WEBINARS and non-fiction BOOKS on which I am presently working.
I’ll continue publishing free articles on FuturisTrendcast and free videos on LadaRayChannel. This is part one of the new series, following my recent #Trump and US #Syria Attack: Hate to Say I Told You So!
WAS TRUMP’S SYRIA ATTACK AN AFFRONT TO CHINA?
Of course, it was. It was a true humiliation to China and its leader Xi Jinping, who during the US attack against Syrian Shairat base was in Orlando to talk trade and relations improvement with Trump.
It is well-known that China recognizes Assad as legitimate leader of Syria and maintains that Syrian conflict can only be resolved via peaceful negotiations.
That very poorly executed US cruise missile strike may have even been rushed to coincide with the Xi’s visit. This partially may account for the sloppiness of the execution, when so many targets were missed.
Actually, it was an embarrassing for the US military strike, all things considered. Only 23 out 59 Tomahawk missiles landed within the base, most of them causing little damage. The rest of the Tomahawk missiles disappeared into thin air (were lost in transit or landed in the sea, if you believe the official line). Some hit peaceful villages, killing innocent civilians. Most damage was to relatively unimportant objects, such as canteen and old planes. The air strip and most structures are intact and jets are still flying. Syrian airforce base was back in operation shortly after the attack – another testament to the low effectiveness of the strike.
This tell us: 1. Tomahawk missiles aren’t very good. 2. It was a sloppy operation for two reasons: it was hastily put together and it wasn’t very well thought through.
But I will tell you tha tin my opinion it didn’t need to be thought through that well. The true plan for this strike, as well as the related false flag Idlib ‘sarin gas chemical attack’ was to sabotage any possible improvement in Russia-US relations.
I want to stress yet again something that perhaps not all are grasping. No matter how you look at it, the whole op had to be prepared well in advance. The Idlib chemical attack false flag; Trump’s straight jacket; intel on Syrian base, delivering, prepping, calibrating missiles – all this takes time and coordination. The entire complex op took some time to prepare, as pointed out in #Trump and US #Syria Attack.
You’ll ask where does China and Xi’s visit come into this? Very simple: Trump has a fixation over ‘showing China its place,’ ‘military escalation with China,’ and ‘taking jobs away from China.’ Listen to my Webinar follow up YT video: TRUMP’S WAR vs CHINA AND IRAN. It seems Trump wanted to use the opportunity of Xi’s visit to show who the boss is and to send China a message. This was why the strike was a bit rushed – someone whated it to take place during Xi’s visit.
Since China’s position on Syria and Assad – coinciding with Russia’s – is well-known, a missile strike during Chinese President’s visit can only signify a disrespect of China. If you are receiving another power’s leader in your home, the least you can do is be a gracious host.
The US showed itself as not so gracious of a host (or guest) in the past. But there is a marked difference between what was happening in the past and what we’ve seen with Syria strike during Xi’s visit. The striking distinction is that in previous manifestations, such underhanded actions by the US were usually well-hidden and ingenious in their deviousness. When Kissinger and such were in charge of those devious designs, at least they were smart. What we see with the present situation is sloppiness, unprofessionalism and some sort of juvenile gloating.
Another interesting detail is a seeming lack of proper analysis and strategic calculation in Trump’s actions. At least one huge mistake made by Trump: two enemies were created in one fell swoop: Russia and China (I’m not even talking about Iran). Trying to play Russia against China, as the original Kissinger plan implied, was awfully devious, but smart. The Syria stunt wasn’t smart.
Of course, I have to immediately qualify this by reiterating what I’ve always maintained: Russia and Putin would never allow a hot WWIII to take place. This is one of the roles of the planetary GREAT BALANCER. Russia will do everything to calm the situation and take it out of the realm if the US cowboy hotheads and into the realm of diplomacy.
That said, Russia will make it absolutely clear that no further breach of Syrian air space, or any other illegal acts by US/West, will be tolerated. (At this very moment US Sec of State Rex Tillerson is meeting with Sergey Lavrov in Moscow – I’ll have a separate post about this meeting and what it means.)
Let’s refer again to LADA RAY WEBINAR: WILL TRUMP SURVIVE HIS FIRST TERM? where we have discussed the secret Kissinger plan proposed to Trump when he first took office in January, 2017.
According to this plan, Trump would have tried to entice Russia to distance from China and reduce Russia’s nuclear arsenals in exchange for several major concessions on USA’s part, including: 1. USA’s gradual distancing from Ukraine, with subsequent release of Ukraine from US/EU grip; 2. West’s recognition of Crimea; 3. Repeal of anti-Russian sanctions. 4. There may have been other minor perks, so to speak, such as Russia rejoining G7.
In the WEBINAR we did a full-spectrum analysis of the Kissinger plan. I explained how Russia would NOT fall for any of it. In the past, under Gorbachev and Yeltsin, Russia did fall for ‘US offers.’ It never ended well. I explained why Russia would never agree to any sort of new nuclear arsenal reduction treaty with US, why Russia didn’t really care about Crimea being recognized, and why Russia didn’t mind the sanctions. As a matter of fact, in my opinion, more sanctions would be even better, especially those of financial nature. This would spur Russia to finally deal with the imposed by the West in the ’90s predatory financial system.
In order to prove that he was right in wanting to get on a good foot with Russia, and to silence his critics, Trump needed some substantial international victory or two. In the WEBINAR I explained how Trump made crucial mistakes in international relations from the start. He trumpeted everywhere how he would exchange a nuclear arms reduction treaty for certain deals with Russia. He bragged about it publicly without first checking with Putin if this was something Russia would even consider. That was an unforgivable faux pas. I said Trump was inexperienced and it showed: “wet behind the ears’ comes to mind. Although, I have to say that Obama wasn’t any better and neither would Hillary be.
Remember that famous secret phone call between Putin and Trump? In essence Trump’s inappropriate public assumptions made Putin teach him what to do and what not to do in international relations. He made Putin tell him WHAT WOULD NEVER HAPPEN.
As those of you who listened to the WEBINAR recall, I explained that Trump was used to making deals and that he thought that he would just ride in on his white horse, start making deals left a right and the whole world would be his.
Unfortunately for Trump, Putin is way out of his league. As you know, in the WEBINAR I concluded that Trump really had absolutely nothing to offer Russia. None of the offers (and we discussed them all in detail), gave anything to Russia that Russia truly needed, or wanted enough to sacrifice her strategic interests.
As a side note: sometimes one has to wonder if Trump is just a big child. As a matter of fact, the severe infantilization syndrome has become a common trait of the US and Western politics. Just look at the likes of the UK’s FM Boris Johnson. It’s worrying that so many weapons of mass destruction, global economic and financial instruments are concentrated in the hands of the ‘bipolar teenagers.’
Back to Trump-Putin phone call: Alas, it’s been all downhill since that conversation between Putin and Trump. It seems Trump has decided that since Russia won’t give him what he wanted, namely a great victory and an opportunity to look good while riding into the Capitol on that proverbial white horse, he’d make Russia pay.
Of course, this coincided with the gradual tightening of that proverbial ‘Trump’s straight jacket.’ The result is Trump’s / US Syria Attack and new escalation.
CONCLUSIONS:
No, US strike was not done exclusively or specifically as a message for China, as some suggested. However, it was a meaningful coincidence that Xi happened to visit the US at that moment.
The complex op was planned well in advance, in order to prevent Russia-US relations improvement and to sabotage the pre-announced potential meeting between Putin and Trump, which was initially planned for April or May. After what happened in Syria, the Putin-Trump meeting is likely to be postponed.
Meanwhile, the Chinese President Xi’s visit to Florida was a last minute surprise, agreed upon very shortly before it happened.
Yes, US Tomahawk strike was rushed just a little to be timed to additionally humiliate Chinese leader. But that was a cherry on the cake. The real underlying reason was to re-create and worsen the rift between Russia and US (and also between Russia and UK and Russia and EU), never allowing it to heal.
Did Trump succeed in ‘putting China in its place?’ No, not really. Xi and China aren’t stupid and they’ve made their conclusions. All he accomplished is pushing China even closer to Russia. This, if you recall our discussions, is the opposite of the mega-goal of the Kissinger Plan.
Did the main goal of keeping and worsening the rift between Russia and US (incl. EU and UK) succeed? Only partially, and I can confidently predict that Russia/ Putin /Lavrov will make sure it doesn’t stick.
Did the additional goal of maintaining the rift between Russia and EU and imposing new sanctions succeed? Not at all. As a matter of fact, during G7 EU has said NO to more sanctions. If anything, a rift between US and European allies has solidified.

St.Petersburg Metro Bombing Tribute: Heroes and Grace Under Fire
Grace and Humanity under fire
The terrorist act in St. Petersburg Metro reportedly took 14 lives and injured a large number of people.
The bombed train Driver 1st Class Alexandr Kaverin (Машинист петербургского метро Александр Каверин) received much praise and became an instant celebrity after he reacted correctly and quickly in the face of danger. He managed to take the train out of the tunnel filled with smoke and drive it to the next station. Per reports, his actions saved many lives.
Also received commendations and state awards: Metro inspector who discovered the second bomb at another station Ploszhad Vostania «Площадь Восстания». The second bomb was found in the fire extinguisher at that station. Due to the inspector’s quick actions it never went off. Another award was given to the station manager on duty, who prevented panic and organized the orderly evacuation of passengers.
Account of the event by salt-of-the-earth hero, Metro Train Driver Alexandr Kaverin:
“I heard a loud pop and train stopped in the tunnel. Smoke was filling the tunnel. There was no panic, but passengers initially gave conflicting accounts of what happened.
However, we managed to determine the real cause of emergency within one minute. We lucked out: the train stopped near tunnel exchange. After my emergency signal 3 other Metro employees quickly arrived at the scene and we were able to determine what happened.
After that, I tested the train and determined that movement was not impeded. Made decision to drive to the station. I’m not a hero, just acted according to instructions. We had terror acts before this. Some very smart people wrote our emergency instructions.
When we arrived at the station all doors opened right away, except the doors in the bombed car, which were jammed. I want to thank my train passengers: those who got out didn’t leave but began helping to pry the doors open, they basically had to tear and break these doors to help the victims inside.”

After the explosion the emergency protocol was triggered and all Metro stations were shut down as the search for any potential explosives was underway. Metro closure was tough for the city of 5 million.
After the word of the bombing got out, private drivers and cabbies from all over the city flocked to the site. Not to make money of the tragedy, no. They offered free rides to those in need. City gas stations chipped in by offering free gas to drivers who took stranded passengers home for free.

And in the midst of all this, GERMANY, AND SPECIFICALLY BERLIN, SHOWED ITS TRUE COLORS! I should qualify that it is the government of Germany and of Berlin, and Merkel personally who showed their true colors.
If you recall since day one I said Merkel was damaged goods and predicted sh was not to be trusted. Back in 2014 I received got backlash for it, with Europeans arguing with me. I’ll tell you more about Merkel’s future soon – stay tuned!
Hypocrisy: traditionally, in solidarity with terror attacks victims, the Brandenburg Gate would be lighted with colors of a country where a terrorist act had occurred. It had been previously lighted with the French flag after Paris attacks, Belgian, Israeli, Turkish, American flag (Orlando attack), etc.
When St. Petersburg attack took place – no reaction, NOTHING, Zero! Despite citizens’ demands, Berlin mayor refused to light the gate with the Russian flag colors, thus showing German govt’s and Merkel’s true colors (as if it was a secret before).
To the credit of Berliners, they’ve displayed a small replica of the Brandenburg Gate and painted it the colors of the Russian flag.
This video is a translation of the German alternative journalist’s rant about this shameful behavior, called, ‘Brandenburg Gate, show the colors of humanity.’ Note, on thumbnail you see Brandenburg Gate painted the colors of the Russian flag – this is a fotoshop done in protest by German activists. In reality, the Brandenburg Gate remains IN THE DARK.
AFTERWORD
I calibrated St. Petersburg as one of the cities I selected for my Earth Shift Report 17 Quality of Life Geo Calibrations study, and it turned out to be one of the highest calibrated and desirable major cities on the planet! This is despite harsh winters.
Much of the high calibration of St. Pete undoubtedly comes from its amazing culture and unparalleled beauty. But as we have seen, it also comes from the high quality of its citizens and their grace in the worst circumstances imaginable.
St. Pete is still a Hero City, even if it’s not called Leningrad any more.
During WWII, the Hero City Leningrad experienced the most brutal in human history siege, perpetrated against it by German Nazis, resulting in mass starvation and genocide, and costing 650,000 civilian lives. But it never surrendered and it was never taken by the enemy.

Aida, GC of the Caribbean is on average on the level of Pride. However, there are those islands that calibrate better than 200 and there are those calibrating substantially lower. Puerto Rico is, unfortunately, in the latter category. Quality of Life Geo Calibation varies dramatically. If interested in moving to the Caribbean, finding out exact calibrations of a particular island or area in the Caribbean, and how personally beneficial this move would be for you, I’m inviting you to consider one of personal GC readings above.

About Lada Ray’s Quantum and Geo Calibrations (intro excerpt)
The original Scale of Human Consciousness was developed by late David Hawkins, MD, Ph. D. using the 1000 point base scale. It was explained in his best-selling book, Power vs. Force. Lada wishes to give credit to David Hawkins pioneering work and invites everyone to read his book to familiarize oneself with the original scale.
A calibration is normally performed through Kinesiology test (muscle test), technique traditionally used in holistic medicine and to calibrate consciousness levels.
Lada Ray began working with the Hawkins scale since she first discovered it in 2002, helping many of her private clients through calibrations. Simultaneously, Lada Ray began discovering new and creative ways of using, expanding and perfecting the base Hawkins scale. She also discovered a number of new, original levels that were not a part of the Hawkins scale. Lada redefined some of the calibration levels, based on her expanding knowledge and understanding of the multiverse and multidimensional consciousness. Lada invented new calibration modules and created her own interpretations for each calibration. All this reshaped the base scale for the usage in the 21st Century, added depth and veracity, making the new Lada Ray scale user friendly and versatile.
Further, Lada discovered an important distinction between Quantum Calibration (QC – cosmic force available to a subject) and Chi level (CHI – earthly energy manifest by a subject). She also defined the difference between the two.
Lada began calibrating values such as individual chakra levels and complete energy body levels, energy pollution, emotional/anger pollution, empath levels, soul levels, intelligence levels, global event probabilities, and many others. The values to calibrate are infinite, as long as Lada Ray’s strict methodology is correctly applied.
Lada regularly performs calibrations of cosmic and angelic beings, and of the universal energy levels well beyond the 1000 point scale used for human consciousness. She also routinely monitors through calibrations various truths vs. lies, forbidden history and events in our past, present and future – beyond the obvious.

Along the way of her multi-year research, Lada developed extensive interpretations of her own for each individual calibration value, tailored to specific type of calibration. Although based on the original Hawkins scale, these proprietary interpretations are entirely original.
Lada named her new scale the UNIVERSAL QUANTUM CALIBRATIONS SCALE. Short title: QUANTUM CALIBRATIONS. In addition to the expanded and re-imagined scale, these titles apply to Lada Ray’s re-worked levels and their new names, new types of calibrations and their proprietary interpretations, but are not limited to those.
Recently, Lada developed a new type of calibrations: GEO CALIBRATIONS. These are used on macro levels in order to determine the calibration levels of:
collective consciousness and consensus
global and local events
quality of life worldwide
life force energy available to a country, city or region of the world
prognosis for the development of said geo location
probability of war or peace
likelihood of general success, expansion, decline, crisis or destruction of a geo location
climate and earth change
culture, history, nature and technology
quality of people and community
And much more can be geo-calibrated. The new Geo Calibrations are very helpful in determining personal strategies for global relocation. They are also helpful in figuring out global and regional developmental strategies.

GEO CALIBRATION GUIDELINES (small excerpt)
The Quality of Life Geo Calibrations are essentially non-political and are designed by Lada Ray to pinpoint the best and/or worst places to live on our planet. This report allows you to compare and understand where any geo-location (country, region, city, continent) falls on the scale, relative to neighbors.
For the purposes of this report, Lada would have preferred not to talk about politics at all. However, due to the ongoing tectonic global change facilitated by the Great Earth Shift, the war vs. peace, political, geopolitical and safety factors figure prominently into this study. Depending on how a geo location fares in these parameters, a cumulative calibration may dramatically change.
How the Quality of Life criteria are calibrated:
They are calibrated from the standpoint of the collective consciousness (general consensus) and based on typical standard of living expectations of those residing in the West. However, in cases where politics, culture and aesthetics are involved, the study has been tailored to a more educated, holistic, awakened and enlightened perspective, such as Lada Ray’s and many of her followers.
