The government of Kazakhstan was dismissed, also suddenly, 3 weeks ago.
The long-stranding leader of Kazakhstan has been replaced with the new face, a pro-West, as he is being characterized by some, speaker of the Kazakh parliament.
Therefore, the outside pressure is definitely a factor. Listen to the podcast to hear my assessment of him, along with my urgent overview/assessment and predictions on what’s happening in and around Kazakhstan, including the strategically important Caspian.
But it gets worse…
This is a huge development! US is trying to make Kazakhstan agree to a US base on Caspian, following a series of blackmails, as described in my new book!

Russian MoD CONFIRMS: S-300s Already in Operation in #Syria, SAA Troops in Accelerated Training!
How funny! The news of Russia supplying S-300s to Syrian army stopped cold turkey the bombings and threats to bomb Syria by Israel, US and their cronies. Russia tried very hard to work with Western ‘partners,’ as Putin calls them, only to see backstabbing in return.
US/Israel tried to find out how to outsmart S-300s, through Kiev’s new betrayal of Russia, by buying old Soviet S-300s from Ukraine. Kiev eagerly assisted by welcoming Israel/US pilots and jets to test how S-300s work in Ukraine. All this trouble, only to find out that those are NOT at all the same S-300s Syria is getting today. The secret is in electronics and control systems, where the new Russian designs are light years ahead.
The training of Syrian army specialists in accelerated. For the time being, the S-300s in operation already are manned by Iranian specialists, under Russian army instructors’ supervision.

Notice the very fancy footwork by Merkel in many answers. Trying to sit on 2 chairs at once comes to mind. I actually understand her – her position is shaky and she needs to please opposing points of view at the same time.
What Merkel says in the beginning is a very telling example. Also notice how illusive her answer is to the question about the crackdown on freedom of speech in Ukraine and the arrest of Russian journalist there (the head of RIA Novosti-Ukraine), plus deportation of two other Russian journalists.

Eurasia: the New Global Axis of Power Has Formed (Russia, Iran, Turkey + China)!
I’d been talking about this since 2014-2015. The big events happening in the Middle East are certainly a part of the GREAT EARTH SHIFT.
Revisit my prior post for links to relevant ESRs, with detailed intel, analysis and predictions: Goodbye US and NATO? Putin and Erdogan sign nuclear mega-deal and agree on fast S-400 delivery. Remember, that my ESRs and ESWs never duplicate each other! All material is new and unique!
At the same time as the above Putin-Erdogan deals were signed, Iranian president Hassan Rouhani was also there, and the joint statement by Russia, Turkey and Iran was made. As one of our FT followers, Gary, just mentioned in a very poignant comment, “The whole events in Turkey are just breathtaking in their historical importance.”
The statement issued by the three is affirmation of the territorial integrity of Syria, and of the fact that the war in Syria must end.

Essentially, what we see here is that the US and West are slowly bus surely being squeezed out of the Middle East, as the new alliance of powers is taking hold. I talked about it in detail and explained much in my interview:

Going back to the main topic:
I want to stress that this is a BALANCED alliance, taking into account the many interests and intricacies of the region! This is in stark contrast to the imbalanced and one-sided previous Western dominance.
The fact that such different three powers managed to get together and form such an unlikely coalition is epic. The driving power and the unifying factor behind this new, unthinkable before alliance is Russia The Great Balancer. I wrote about it in ESR13, and other Turkey/Syria ESRs.
It is clear that none of this would have been possible without Russia. What we have here is a vivid demonstration of the demonstration of how The Great Balancer works.
The 2017 Russia-Turkey-Iran summit in Sochi, where the framework for the new deal was developed, is already dubbed the second Yalta. (In 1945, near the close of WWII, three then world powers gathered in Yalta to outline the post WWII global structure, which is crumbling today, as we are progressing through the Earth Shift.)

IF YOU WANT TO FIND ME, READ ON FOR WHERE I WILL AND WON’T BE!
Many of you, who have listened to my last week’s interview: Lada Ray TimeMonkRadio Interview: The Putin Enigma and The Coming Western Perestroika, know what I am going through and what kind of attacks are happening. Actually, you don’t know even 10% of what’s happening, because I am not the complaining type. One day, for educational purposes I’ll share the nature of the multidimensional attacks I’ve been subjected to. I will do so only so to teach you what to be on the lookout for and how to protect yourself.
For the details of what kind of pressure YouTube, Google, Facebook are putting, listen to the above-linked interview. This pressure and various sabotage attempts began as early as last year, but they really reached new heights since approximately August 2017, and even more so since October 1, 2017.
Today, I just want to tell you what I have decided:
1. I only opened facebook account for Lada Ray/FuturisTrendcast in July 2017. Before that, I once had facebook account, but because I knew they were in bed with CIA and Dark State, as a matter of fact, they ARE an intrinsic part of said Dark State, I pretty quickly closed it. This time I did it only because a number of my big followers begged me to do so, since they had relevant groups on facebook, and therefore, they wanted to share my content with their own followers in an easier fashion. After much deliberation, I decided to open my new facebook fan page, with the idea that perhaps my high energy would do something to change the low energy of facebook from within and perhaps if I stayed in my little corner of it, I would be safe. No dice, they get to you pretty quickly — and a good thing I only put a minimal amount of work into it.
Facebook has been meddling with my mentions and FuturisTrendcast repost counts ever since 2015, whenever my readers shared/linked-up to my articles, and well before I had facebook account. I noticed as early as 2015 that some of my 2014-15 posts that told the truth about Ukraine and that had a 1000 or more facebook mentions and reblogs, suddenly had just a few, or even zero. The rest would be wiped out by facebook.
But recently, facebook went for broke. They told me that I was impersonating ‘a celebrity’ — in other words myself (!); that proof that I was in fact me was needed. When I sent the required proof, they simply deleted my account.
Specifically, they deleted my account after this recent article: Analysis: Consequences of Russia’s Mirror Response to US Witch Hunt Against RT – and so much more!
Regardless of whether they ever decide to reinstate my account or not — I could care less — I have made a decision to NEVER DEAL WITH FACEBOOK AGAIN.
If any of you still have facebook accounts and want to share my posts on your wall, or to share, link-up or mention me, by all means do! The facebook share button will continue being posted below each post on FT. But I will never re-open my facebook account.
I will be looking for an alternative to facebook. I have been looking into Russian VK, which is similar to facebook format — see more on VK below.
For now, this is a low priority: I am happy and comfortable staying right where I am. Although, I have to say the way it’s going, I will continue monitoring all social media, website and blogging platforms, and duplicate my content, in case something changes.

Lastly, I want to mention Google search engine as a separate point. As one of the sabotaging attacks I was unable to do any searches on Google for about 6 weeks. When they ban you, they ban you.
Along with facebook, I would like to boycott google search engine for their underhanded tactics! However, this is proving difficult. I am considering transitioning for all my searches to the Russian search engine Yandex, which many say gives more accurate results. However, look at this bit of latest news about Yandex and Uber merger. For now, a few question marks. We’ll see where all this leads. There is some hope that Russia may remold the US-controlled internet from within — on standby to see where it leads, and we’ll talk more about that in the future!
Consequently, keep in touch through available venues. As I said, in 2018 I will have major news, and we will continue working on alternatives.

Summary
The heart of this report is the story of Putin’s Plutonium Ultimatum to the US. This is one of those stories that have been shunned by the Western press and politicians, despite its global significance.
The reason it has been shyly avoided is because the US has no idea how to respond and they are afraid that by acknowledging it, they’ll vividly demonstrate to the world their intrinsic weakness. In other words, they are deathly afraid the world will finally get it that the king is naked. Not only that, they are extremely afraid that this will diminish the chances of the chosen NWO and US elites candidate Hillary Clinton and give a new boost to Donald Trump.
As a result, even though the Plutonium Ultimatum has been widely discussed and analysed in the Russian in-the-know and laymen circles, it is a total hush-hush and a complete unknown to the Western public. Out of sight out of mind, close your eyes, pretend the new reality isn’t there and pray it all goes away: this seems to be the new childish tactic of the US and EU elites, who are way over their heads in the new shifting reality, as control they have taken for granted slips out of their hands, while they have no idea how to react.
The Plutonium Ultimatum story is very important and indicative of the unfolding Earth Shift and the rebalancing of global power. But this is just the beginning and hardly the only story in this report. Equally important to the future of the world, and equally silenced are the stories that are intrinsically connected to it. In Earth Shift Report 15 we will also discuss the following.
1. The Plutonium Ultimatum has its continuation: the deliberately unrealistic and therefore mocking demands by Russia follow – on par with the openly unrealistic, mocking accusations and sanctions US/EU implements towards Russia because of Ukraine and Syria.
2. But Putin’s ultimatum goes further, and this is crucial to know for anyone residing in the US: I explain how Russia can, if so desired, leave the USA without electric power, and in complete darkness.
3. I further explain why Russia is to begin supplying S-300 anti-missile anti-aircraft systems to the Syrian government, which was impossible to imagine just recently due to pleas of neighboring governments not to change the balance of power in the region. The S-300 anti-missile systems have begun arriving. What are the Russian S-300 and S-400 systems? Why are they so feared that governments stand in line to purchase them and others beg not to supply them to neighbors?
4. Why Russia is building a new Naval base in Syria. Why Russia is returning to the Soviet bases in Egypt, Vietnam and Cuba. And this is just the beginning – more to follow.
5. Russian Defence Minister Sergey Shoygu announced that in response to USA’s playing with fire and moving troops and weapons towards Russian borders, Russia will have a base right next to the US borders as well. Shoygu left it at that, and it made US generals go into a panic mode, inquiring whether the betraying Mexico or Canada (LOL) opened their territory to Russians. I’ll reveal the ingenious Russian plan.
6. All these events are interconnected. How it all began: the true facts and secret intel about the real reasons for the US bombing of the Syrian army and the underlying reason for Russia’s retaliation with Kalibr cruise missiles against the US Field Operations Room near Aleppo. Lots of crucial, brand new intel from my deep sources you haven’t heard before!
7. It goes further: Russian Defence Ministry’s newest intel on the provocation with the bombing of the Aleppo ‘humanitarian UN convoy.’ What really happened and why this false flag was needed.
8. This report also includes the newest from Turkey: despite the US pressure, Russia and Turkey signed the Turkish Stream deal, in addition to a whole slew of energy deals, which will re-draw the map of the energy balance in the Middle East, Eurasia, and the world.
In this segment we’ll discuss why the US was shunned at the World Energy Summit in Ankara, why Erdogan received Russian President Putin as the guest of honor, and why Saudis and Qataris suddenly prefer to talk to Russia (incidentally, per my prediction in prior Earth Shift Reports).

9. As usual, I will connect all the seemingly separate dots and give you my original take on the whole story. The escalation of tensions is the result of crazy and inadequate behavior of the US and its allies. They even managed to drag into the fray the poor silly French President Hollande, no doubt by threatening him in the upcoming 2017 French Elections. As a result of a spat with Putin, Hollande endured excruciating criticism from his own country: the right-wing and French MSM crucified him for damaging relations with Russia and making France a laughing stock. In this regard, recall my 2012 prediction that Hollande will fail to cater to the wishes of his electorate and that he’ll likely lose the next French elections! (See PREDICTIONS.)
10. The full picture analysis includes the connection to the US November 2016 Presidential Elections. But that’s not all! The story has an equally big connection to the Russian Presidential Elections of 2018. Read about it, as well.

BREAKING NEWS! Iraq announced that it has opened free passage through its airspace for strategic Russian bombers flying to bomb Daesh terrorists in Syria. I’ve just heard this and decided to share a few of my initial thoughts.
Just a day prior, Iran announced that it now hosts Russian troops at Hamadan Base.

While Russia has bases in Syria, the airfields there aren’t equipped to host Russian heavy strategic bombers. Up till now, these bombers had to fly from Russian territory. By flying from Hamadan airfield and directly through Iraq territory, Russian heavy bombers cut down by 60% on fuel and flight time.
So, a true coalition to deal with ISIL is finally being formed by Russia? Shouldn’t US rejoice Russia is finally doing what USA’s fake 40+ country coalition was ‘unable’ to accomplish for two years?
US called the whole thing’ unfortunate.’ Another sign, as pointed out in ESR13: ERDOGAN’S WAR that US Empire is starkly out of options in the Middle East.

Iraq has been angling to ask Russia for meaningful help with fighting ISIS on its territory since Russia’s first successes in Syria, but Iraq was forbidden to seek Russia’s help by the US. The reason Iraq is suddenly so audacious, is the one I outlined in ESR13: the US elections distraction.
As I also explained in ESR13 and in my latest piece Explosive Consequences of Putin-Erdogan St.Petersburg Meeting and Earth Shifting Changes it Foretells!, Erdogan has been insistently offering its flagship Incirlik Air Base, presently occupied by US/NATO, to Russia.

Putin never does anything just for the sake of just sending one message, even a message as important as the one of new alliance with the Iran-Azerbaijan axis. The deal with Iran was a secret part of multi-directional practical negotiations Putin conducted with Iranian president on 8/8/16 in Baku, Azerbaijan: for complete details and my analysis read ESR13: ERDOGAN’S WAR. As it so often happens lately, US again has been embarrassingly caught, excuse the apt American expression, with its pants down. They simply had no idea both Iran and Iraq could pull this off, just like previously US completely missed Russia’s Syria move.
The inability to analyze and anticipate the moves by USA’s main ‘threat’ and No. 1 ‘enemy’ – their words, not mine – is yet another sign of the slowly rotting death of the failing US Empire.
The side benefit of mega-proportions Iran gets from hosting Russian base is that now Iran is 100% protected from any possible aggression by US and/or Israel. Obviously such Russian operation on its territory requires Russia’s cutting-edge full-scale surveillance and protections in place.
Now, Iraq next door is drooling over this. Their biggest dream is to somehow boot out the entrenched US military and host Russians on their territory instead – not much of a ‘thank you for liberating us from Saddam’ is going around those parts. Incidentally, Afghanistan government and military, as was hinted on many times, is dreaming of same.
We are going through a monumental Earth Shift. Get ready for a lot more changes you’ve never dreamed were possible!
P.S. China announced that it’s sending its troops to help Syrian government and Russians/Iranians in Syria. A true coalition is forming in front of out very eyes, and a true cooperation is afoot – something US has refused to do for years. The latest announcements by Iran, Iraq, China and Turkey are yet another loss of face for US and yet another sign of how weak and useless NATO is.

Another Obama Fail! Russia-Iran-China Triangle: Oil Deal, Currency Swap, S-300/ S-400

You may recall my two past articles: the 2015 piece, Mystery Revealed: What frightened the USS Donald Cook so much in the Black Sea? and from early 2014, Striking Geopolitical Similarities: Georgian War – Beijing2008 and Ukraine – Sochi2014.
In the latter, I explained the long-cherished US plan to attack Iran and how Russia since mid-2000s was quietly protecting Iran by all means possible. The reason Russia had to continuously run interference was due to the fact that US invasion of Iran was set in stone after Iraq and Afghanistan, and it was clear that Iran would not be unable to withstand a massive simultaneous attack by US from sea and air. In the former, I expanded on how Russians arranged the protection of Iran via the elimination of US base and military hardware in Georgia, and how certain apt demos of Russian electronic warfare capabilities for the US Navy and airforce cooled off Pentagon and Washington hotheads.
Russia couldn’t watch over Iran forever. Iran, a sovereign country, needed to be given the means of protecting itself. Only Russian technology can effectively shield anyone against a US airstrike. Therefore, in mid-2000s the deal for the supply of Russian S-300 missile defence systems was signed.
After the S-300 agreement materialized, the West immediately expanded anti-Iran sanctions to include such defence weapons, which at the time prevented Russia from fulfilling the contract. It was understandable: US needed Iran defenceless against their attack. At the time Medvedev was Russian president and he tried to work with the West, therefore agreeing to the S-300 deal freeze. Medvedev’s decision was met with criticism in both Russia and Iran. That said, I can tell you with confidence that if US did attack Iran Russia would have supplied the S-300 and anything else necessary. But at the time, other, quiet and even more convincing means were found for preventing the US aggression. It has to be noted that S-300 is the older, shorter range model that covers 200-300 km radius. S-400 is the newer, longer range system; the latest model is S-500, and yet more advanced systems are in the works.

After US/NATO began flexing their muscles in the Baltics and Poland, and after the Kiev ukro-nazi coup, Russia finally placed S-400 systems in Kaliningrad, the Russian enclave sandwiched between today’s Poland and Lithuania on the Baltic shore. Since 2015, after Turkey shot down Russian jet, Russia now uses S-400 in Syria to protect its military.

There is no weapon in existence that can counter Russian S-class missile defence systems. Speaking of their effectiveness and impact: US and NATO complain that the Kaliningrad S-400s cover large parts of Central, Northern and Eastern Europe, thus severely limiting the ability of NATO/US airforce to fly there. Similarly US/NATO and Turkey complain that S-400s in Syria cover half of Turkey and parts of the Middle East, including NATO military bases.

This means that anyone flying over Syria needs Russian permission. It also means that any US/NATO, Saudi or Turkish jets can be shot down on takeoff on their territory (more about that in ESR5: Syria Game Changer and ESR7: Turkish Conundrum).
Needless to say, S-400 in Syria and Kaliningrad act as convincing ambassadors of peace and the most effective reminder to all parties not to try anything funny.

You may recall the 2014 joke that Putin played master chess, while Obama played marbles. I said back then that after Crimea and Donbass fiascos, when turning Ukraine into a long-term anti-Russia failed, US began employing smarter people… but not smart enough. Seemingly a win for Obama Administration, the 2015 Iran deal culminating in lifting of Iran sanctions in exchange for Iran abandoning its uranium enrichment program is, in fact, yet another hidden fail.
Here is why.
Last year, Washington paraded as one of its successes the fact that an agreement with Iran was reached, which capped Iran’s ability to enrich uranium sufficiently in order to produce nuclear weapons. In exchange, old Iran sanctions and oil embargo were lifted and Iran regained its ability to freely sell its oil on world markets.
Russia, US and EU were united in their eager desire to sign such agreement with Iran, but for very different reasons. USA: 1. to show a rare success of Obama’s international policies before the end of his term, 2. to dump more oil on the market that would lower world oil price and, therefore, hurt Russian economy. EU: 1. wanted cheap Iranian oil, 2. wanted to make sure Iran couldn’t build a nuclear weapon, 3. not a bad idea to hurt Russian economy.
Many scratched their heads as to what was in it for Russia. After all, Iranian oil flooding the market would lower oil prices and Russian oil exports would suffer. Oil prices did plunge dramatically, thus indeed hurting Russian economy.
But in reality, the oil price plunge was little related to Iran. I wrote about that in detail in Earth Shift Reports ESR5: Syria Game Changer and ESR7: Turkish Conundrum. What did impact the price of oil were several factors: natural boom/bust cycle and related lower demand by China, Saudis/OPEC playing quota games to get rid of competitors, US mass manipulation of oil futures, and ISIS dumping cheap oil through Turkey.
The embargo has been lifted; however, Iran is still not making an impact on oil prices one way or the other. I’ll tell you why below.
The geopolitical games being played are very complex and the intended result isn’t always obvious. Sometimes it becomes obvious to an average person years later, and sometimes, never.
Behind the scenes, Russia and Iran made a deal, according to which Iran would sell most of its excess oil to Russia. In exchange Russia would supply to Iran the coveted S-300 missile systems, which Iran has been requesting for years.
Why would Russia need more oil, you ask? Isn’t there already more than enough?
This deal ensures Iranian oil is taken off the market, thus eliminating its impact on the global price of oil. Because of this deal it is clear that Iranian oil simply could not impact the price of oil. Therefore, ONLY targeted manipulation of oil futures by the US, including Soros/ various hedge funds, and of course, the super-secret USA’s market crash team, all working together, could plunge the price of oil by that much. The target of this manipulation is very well known: it’s Russia, Russia and RUSSIA.
It was a stated goal of Obama and his administration to weaken and destroy Russia through turning Ukraine into anti-Russia and anti-Russian sanctions. They imagined that such catastrophic events would be followed by all-Russia discontent, culminating in national uprising and color revolution -all designed to remove Putin. This, in turn, would lead to Russia’s break up into small, easy to divide and conquer, pieces. This was the original Stratfor plan (read ESR8).
The fact that US, through Kerry or Kissinger, is suddenly again starting to want to talk cooperation with Russia is only because of:
1. Russian success in Syria and the most effective peacemakers I’ve described: S-400 in Kaliningrad and Syria.
2. Putin and Lavrov’s effective diplomacy and the fact that former US allies in the Middle East prefer to talk to Putin rather that Obama.
3. How embarrassing for the US, Obama and his cronies: despite continuing attempts to vilify Putin he is still the world’s most popular leader, while people in the US and EU would prefer Putin as their president.
If this is not the ultimate fiasco and indictment for ‘we are change’ Obama, Kerry, Nuland, Pentagon, Soros, Stratfor/George Friedman, McCain, and their cronies, I don’t know what is! Incidentally, let’s not forget to include on the list Bill and Hillary Clinton, together with their hidden handlers.

But what happens next to the Iranian oil? It goes through Russia to China. As I said, the deal is complex. China buys Iranian oil through Russia, Russia supplies S-300 to Iran. The deal also includes Russia’s very profitable nuclear cooperation with Iran due to Iran’s uranium enrichment cap agreed upon in 2015, which makes Russia a necessary partner. In other words, Iran needs Russia to get enough fuel for its nuclear stations and medical needs, to recycle fuel, and more. In turn, China pays Russia for oil via investments and national currency swaps. Such a neat Eurasian triangle based on mutual interests, I’d say.
Russia supplied S-300 to Iran as soon as the West lifted anti-Iran sanctions. But wait! After the old sanctions were lifted Iran immediately slapped new anti-US sanctions on two thousand American products, including Caca-Cola, American movies, etc. US, in turn, slapped some fresh sanctions on Iran!

Quantum Calibrations of Major Events: Iran Deal, SCO/BRICS Summit, Russian Sanctions, Ukraine, Armenia and Greece
This post is a logical extension of my latest article: Color Revolutions: Who and Why Takes Advantage of Border Disputes and Historic Resentments?
In the article, I suggested that my readers should use my Quantum Calibrations of Consciousness System, as described in the videos below. This system is extremely helpful for determining the truth or falsehood of any action by any country, or for determining a calibration (energy and intension) of any event in history. This system is accurate both for personal and global, large-scale, usage. I calibrate geopolitical issues in the examples below. But just as successfully, I can use my system for personal issues, whether internal or external.
The key is to ask correct question, so that calibration would deliver an accurate answer.
My Quantum Calibrations scale is based in part on Dr. David Hawkins Power vs. Force Scale of Consciousness, but it goes much further and deeper. It works together with my Chi Kinesiology – the system I use for calibrating.

I thought it would be helpful for my readers if I posted an illustration of how calibrations work, complete with telling examples. This is the first time I am actually calibrating these events. It will be fascinating to see how it will all come out.
It’s a double-blind experiment: I just type out a statement and calibrate the issue at hand live, then type in a numeric value of the answer received, adding my interpretation. I don’t ‘think’ about it. This isn’t about random thinking. I focus and produce the result. Some call it channeling. This is the function of the organized and focused cosmic mind, not the ever-doubtful human mind.
The examples used in this experiment are based on the questions and issues posed in the aforementioned article. Because the Quantum Scale is a relative (comparative) numeric scale, it’s easy to see where each action, event, person, or object falls relative to other events, persons and objects, therefore, allowing us to interpret and understand deeper the underlying motivations and consequences of each occurrence.
In other words, calibrations serve as quantum tool for getting to the very core of the issue and for extracting the real truth.
Below, you’ll see me provide a statement, its numeric value calibration, as well as sometimes also the Chi numeric level (underlying energy level) of the situation/event. You will also see me provide additional interpretations.
Let’s have some examples of quantum calibrations, shall we!

Calibrating the truth of a statement (What is the truth behind…):
Here, we will calibrate official positions of governments:
The position of the Kiev junta government in regards to Donbass: 10 (near death). In other words, practically no truth at all. They simply want Donbass dead, including people and infrastructure. However, when someone is on that level (be it individual or state), they will always end badly. Wishing death on someone else eventually bounces back to cause death and destruction of the perpetrator (per my PREDICTIONS, we won’t have to wait more than 2-3 years for that to happen).
Russia’s position towards supporting Donbass through humanitarian aid and refugee help: 980 (enlightenment, near absolute truth). No surprise. The generosity is obvious.
Russia’s position towards Ukraine in general: 185 (pride). While below the minimum positive calibration of 200 (courage), PRIDE is the first calibration level where confrontation isn’t desired and peace is a prerogative. Therefore, while Russia is critical of Ukraine’s behavior, considering Ukraine basically ungrateful and what is going on there deplorable, the calibration clearly shows that Russia definitely doesn’t want confrontation with Ukraine, trying to resolve everything peacefully.
But let’s see what US, EU and Ukraine positions on Russia are:
Ukraine’s position towards Russia: 1 (practically the level of death). Death = 0 in the Quantum Scale. In other words, they want Russia dead. Chilling, isn’t it?
EU’s (average for all of EU) position towards Russia: 40 (guilt). Guilt is a very debilitating, paralyzing feeling. In the video above I give examples of how some Christians experience the feeling of guilt, which makes them subdued, resentful and debilitated. Guilt, along with shame (calibration 20) are the two highest suicide producers among people. The judgement is so clouded that people simply cannot find the right solutions to problems even if such solutions stare them in the eye.
USA’s position on Russia: 6 (near death). Surprise to anyone that US wants Russia dead?…
Germany’s position towards Russia: 45 (guilt)
Greece’s position towards Russia: 298 (neutrality). A very high, and truly positive energy, but not high enough energy to make active deals happen. By the way, this means, as you’ll see later, that Greece isn’t ready to abandon EU and join Eurasian Union, as some suggested.
Poland’s position towards Russia: 2 (near death). Same as my explanation for Ukraine’s position towards Russia.
Finland’s position towards Russia: 49 (guilt – on the cusp of apathy). Apathy (50-74) is the level of the desperately poor and destitute in Calcutta. It is also the level of absolute and total disregard of another’s position and needs. Just below that (30-49) is a very low and unpleasant calibration of guilt. Guilt is a very stifling energy and it can be very destructive.
Russia’s position towards EU: 180 (pride). Same as my explanation for Russia’s position towards Ukraine.
EU position on Donbass: 10 (shame, near death)
US position on Donbass: 4 (almost death) So… Is it possible that just like Ukraine, US wants Donbass dead?…
The truth of the Kiev junta statement that Ukraine is separate from Russia, while common history is denied: 0 (death). This means that there is zero truth to this statement.
The truth of the statement that Russians and Ukrainians are one people: 995 (high enlightenment), or absolute truth! (the value of 1000 is the top of the human 3D scale)
The truth behind Poroshenko’s insistence that there are 200,000 (they have grown from 8,000 just recently) Russian troops that invaded Donbass: 4 (near death). Obviously, no truth to this statement.
Russia’s position re. re-establishing peace in Ukraine and ending civil war calibrates at: 280 (neutrality). A very nice and positive calibration. Russia essentially is wishing Ukraine well and wants to help out in a detached way, keeping distance and not willing to get deeper into the Ukraine mess. Recall how many times I wrote that both Ukraine/Poland and US are doing everything to drag Russia deeper by making them send the troops.
EU’s position on Ukraine conflict: 10 (shame, near death). This means that EU’s position is borderline absolute falsehood.
Deep within, how EU feels about their role in the conflict in Ukraine: 85 (grief). EU isn’t admitting it, but they are deeply unhappy and depressed about the role they played in Ukraine conflict. However, they feel desperately stuck in the situation, seeing no way out.
USA’s position on Ukraine: 4 (near death). This is what US brings to Ukraine!
Now, let’s calibrate some of the recent geopolitical events
Here we are calibrating the cosmic consciousness level of the event. I also added the Chi level calibration in a few cases. Chi levels in my system signify the intrinsic energy levels manifest in our Earthly 3D reality; it is a practical level of energy available to each situation.
The calibration below will help us understand who and why organized these events, the truth or falsehood of each event; what each event wants to achieve and the prediction for the consequences.
Kiev maidan: 4 (near death). Obviously, that’s what it achieved – the ongoing destruction of a republic that was once the richest per capita in the Soviet Union, having been built-up by Russians.
Crimean referendum: 295 (neutrality); Chi: 580 (joy/creation). The people wanted to live and let live; by voting for a better life outside of the destructive ukro-nazi Ukraine, they didn’t want to fight; they were opting out. The underlying Chi is spectacularly high: these people went to vote in order to create a better future for themselves and their children. For 23 years they dreamed of the day they would be re-united with Russia, and the referendum became the day of true joy for them.
The act of Crimea’s re-unification with Russia: 980 (high enlightenment – an almost absolute truth). Wow, this is much higher than I anticipated! I never took a moment to actually physically calibrate any of this before. What can I say – it was the enlightened decision on Putin’s part and on the part of the people and government of Crimea and Russia. Clearly, that’s where Crimea belongs.
Greek position re. EU debt: 180 (pride); Chi 150 (anger)
Tsipras personal position on debt negotiations: 180 (pride); Chi 150 (anger). Same exact calibration as his country in general. This means that Tsipras behavior is in line with how his country feels. Anger about the terms is prevalent in Greece, hence the anger energy. Deep down Greeks hate the EU and their stranded situation, which, as I predicted, would eventually lead to their exiting the EU. However, for now they have no choice but to negotiate. Pride is below the minimum positive calibration of 200 (courage), but it is the first peace-seeking calibration due to self-preservation. Greece is trying to find a compromise and resolve the debt situation without exiting the EU (but only for now – recall my prediction). I actually never calibrated this issue before, so I note that it confirms what I predicted about the Grexit timeline in my recent articles.
But look how differently US/EU feel about Greece!
EU position re. Greece: 80 – it rose to 85 in the last couple of days (grief/desperation/denial/no way out). Not a good calibration to have while trying to negotiate. Any deals they make with Greece won’t last too long.
US position re. Greece: 45 (guilt). They feel Greece is guilty of all mortal sins and don’t want IMF/EU to compromise with Greece. Recall that Greece is also leaning to Russia and participates in Turkish Stream. US wants Greece punished.
Attempted electric maidan in Armenia: 85 (angry grief/desperation). People felt they had no say in how much they would be charged tomorrow, desperate because of their low-income levels. However, private energy companies geared towards profit felt equally desperate and trapped due to large investments into the infrastructure and expenses they would never recoup. The government felt equally trapped between the two ‘rights.’
Latest settlement in Armenia, which defused electric maidan through temporary subsidies and investigation calibrates at: 185 (pride). Better than nothing – this means that everyone is trying to find a compromise and doesn’t want escalation out of self-preservation.
Finland denying visas to Sergey Naryshkin and Russian delegation to OSCE: 40 (guilt); Chi: 0 (death) – Very, very bad calibration. This will cause misunderstandings and mutual relations problems in the short to mid-term between Russia and Finland, to be resolved only when Finland changes its position towards Russia; when Finland’s energy level increases enough to (excuse me) give a damn.
Anti-Russian sanctions: 100 (fear); Chi 80 (grief). This is self-explanatory, I think.
We talked a lot about color revolutions as the technology to divide and conquer. Let’s calibrate color revolution as a phenomenon: 85 (violent grief) Chi 95 (also violent grief). No surprises. Therefore, even when participants of color revolutions honestly believe they are fighting for a better future, they’ll fail to achieve it.
BRICS and SCO Summit that just took place in Ufa, Russia: 410 (reason – a very high calibration); Chi: 295 (neutrality)! Clearly, all those countries that came to Ufa had a positive and forward-looking agenda, including India and Pakistan making peace and getting admitted into SCO as a tandem; Iran attending as SCO candidate; Belarus soon to be admitted to SCO. BRICS are developing a SWIFT alternative system and the BRICS Bank started its work. There were certain criticisms of the BRICS and of certain actions by China by some Russian analysts. This is probably why the summit didn’t calibrate higher than these values.
New Iran deal just reached between Iran and the sextet – Russia, USA, UK, Germany, China and France (plus EU): 410 (reason); Chi of the Iran deal: 480 (humanity)! This is very high for international relations, which often linger on the level of pride, or worse. There is no other way to describe it other than a major breakthrough!

Quantum Calibration Readings have been in the making since last year, when I first started talking about the Scale of Calibrations and Chi Kinesiology. For a long time I was in doubt whether I should get involved in it due to my busy schedule. However, over the past year this idea has kept coming back to me, which means it is the idea whose time has come.
As you can see from the above examples, calibrations can be an incredibly revealing and helpful tool when interpreting global events.
But they are equally – and sometimes more – useful for understanding and interpreting personal events and issues, as well as making important decisions in one’s life.
