In Honor of Victory Day! Three Best New Russian Songs to Touch Your Soul!
HAPPY VICTORY DAY, MAY 9!
There are many beautiful and heart-touching classic Soviet, as well as modern-day, Russian songs that talk about the memory of WWII/Great Patriotic War and the hard-won Victory Day. The old Soviet classics are well-known for having a distinction of touching the soul and heart of those who hear them. But some new songs are just as good. Out of hundreds and thousands I handpicked three modern Russian songs, all created recently.
The video clips are also very good and worth watching in their own right!
THE CUCKOO
Polina Gagarina – The Cuckoo (footage from recent film, The Battle for Sevastopol)
The film is about a young woman who becomes a sniper during WWII and how she finds love and a will to live through all the horrors of war. The song Cuckoo, or “My Sun, Look at Me!’ is performed by Polina Gagarina, with her epic voice. This clip has 205 million views on YT.
The song lyrics were translated by someone on YT.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THAT SPRING – 2015
«О той весне». Видеоклип. Полная версия
A new 2015 song about the memory of May 1945, suffering that led to it and the difficult but monumental victory in that inhumane war – performed by a children’s choir. I have to say I cried watching this clip and listening to this song. Really touches you deep. Perhaps it’s better if you understand the lyrics, but just watching and listening to the music gets you. Try!
This new song inspired many videoclips and they are all very good, gathering millions of views on YT. I chose this one, it’s the original.
Brief summary to help you out!
The beginning of the video clip shows children in a contemporary Russian school, for whom WWII is something from a long bygone era. Boys and girls are supposed to be watching a documentary about WWII so the memory stays alive; instead they are playing with cellphones and videogames, or are simply looking bored. Until one of the bored boys reaches for a war helmet displayed on a stand, and suddenly the war comes alive, as he gets transported into the trenches of a brutal battle, where he is saved by a Russian soldier, who tells him about his family back home. When the soldier gets shot, the boy tries to drag him to safety. The man gives him his helmet with a bullet hole, as a gift, as the battle rages. Meantime it is the modern kids who are now a mere screen reflection, while the events of that long-gone war are real. The kids sing about a dream they saw about the spring of 1945. As the war ended, their great-granddads, and all officers and privates made it back home safe. There are no bored kids any more – they now remember the long bygone era, as if they really were there.

THE IMMORTAL REGIMENT – 2018 (The River of the Immortal Regiment Flows…)
Олег Газманов – Бессмертный полк (премьера клипа, 2018)
Many great songs were inspired by the modern grassroots tradition of the Immortal Regiment March. The people’s initiative from Siberia took off like a rocket and spread like fire, gathering over ten million people worldwide every year. In Moscow alone over 1 million came out to march and carry their ancestors’ portraits in remembrance of their heroism and saving the world in 1941-45. Last year, due to COVID, people gathered on balconies, porches and yards as a distance Immortal Regiment. An online Immortal Regiment with portraits uploaded as a never-ending river, was joined by millions.
Out of a number of great songs written since the inception of the Immortal Regiment, I picked this one: Russian singer Oleg Gazmanov performs his own song, written by him in 2018. The lyrics is beautiful and the melody is deceptively simple, yet haunting. Touches you to the core.
Gazmanov sings about the generals and privates alike, descending down from the sky to march shoulder to shoulder in the flowing river of the Immortal Regiment. The portraits, like icons of old, look back at us, again protecting the motherland and the world. As the river of portraits flows, the old heroes are reborn in the next generations, carrying their memory.

**The reminders of what really happened back then are especially important now that so many countries are trying to rewrite history, and as generations change, the memory of the truth fades away!
Russian Choir Conquers Moscow, Berlin and New York With Striking Songs! #Victory75 #VictoryDay
Something positive and inspiring, as a continuation of our extended #Victory75 marathon!
A beautiful, energetic and striking compilation from Victory Day open air performances by the Russian Turetsky Choir in Moscow, Berlin and New York in 2019. This is what it looked like when there was on COVID quarantine!
This is the choir I told you about in previous post: The Turetsky Choir Sings the Legendary KATYUSHA online! #ImmortalRegimentOnline #БессмертныйПолкОнлайн.
It consists of two unique world-famous bands: the Turetsky Male Choir and the all-female group Soprano, who sometimes perform together.
This is a compilation of three concerts for May 9, Victory Day 2019. Lots of great and famous Russian songs of war and peace, love and victory. The video switches repeatedly between three concerts, all performed on legendary outdoor stages, carefully chosen for the occasion:
1. Moscow: Belarussky Train Station Square
This is where the first Victory Train from Berlin had arrived on May 10, 1945. You can see and read about it here: 3 Unbelievable Stories & Amazing Historic WWII Videos! 1st Red Square Victory Day Parade; Nazi generals ‘walk of shame’ through Moscow; 1st Victory Train from Berlin!
It was also a famous backdrop of the Soviet film ‘Belarussky Station’ about the reunion of several WWII vets, with its legendary song, ‘We Need One Victory.’ Notice how public reacts to songs!
2. Berlin: Gendarmenmarkt Square
It is the site of the Berlin Concert Hall and the same square on which the legendary 1st concert of the Red Army Choir took place in 1945, shortly after the Victory over Hitler. Huge crowds of Berliners gathered on and around the square to listen to that hit concert, many perched on ledges, steps and tops of buildings. The scene is closely recreated, down to crowds, people perched on ledges of nearby buildings and straddling statues surrounding the square.
3. New York: Battery Park
If you are at all familiar with New York, I don’t need to tell you what kind of place this is! One of the nicest spots in Manhattan, with lovely water views. Widely thought of as the place from which the ‘American liberty’ began. You can see the Statue of Liberty in the background.
Overall the Turetsky Choir did Victory Day concerts in over 12 countries worldwide (possibly more, not sure of the latest stats). Of course, nothing this year, due to COVID. They’ll probably resume next year.

**This post was originally written and compiled on May 9, 2020. I thought I’d post it soon after. Due to the release of my new SERIES 3 EARTH SHIFT WEBINARS and other Lada Ray Patreon events I only am getting around to posting it in July. However, the beautiful video concert, combining all three concerts in one, has been taken down by YouTube, saying there is a copyright strike against it. (A typical thing that might happen during Mercury retrograde.)
I thought uniting three very significant locales in three major capitals in one concert was a great way to present it. But since it’s not available, check out other videos I found on YT.

It’s actually good that at this point at least Germany officially preserves the memory of what was. I guess enough Germans still remember the truth, as more of them were touched by the most brutal war this human civilization ever knew.
Meantime others, for political gain and just because they serve the darkness, are trying with all their might to re-write history.

Due to COVID-19, the very last moment and with a heavy heart Russian President Vladimir Putin issued a postponement of the main Victory Day celebrations, including the annual parade, foreign heads of state visit and the Immortal Regiment march. Instead, many activities moved online, including the Immortal Regiment march, which lasted online something like 12 hours.

Very touching, although without the usual crowds and celebrations much is missing. But no worries! After it all this blows over, Russia will have proper parades and Immortal Regiment, and it will be glorious! Russian ship returning from duty in Syria made a stopover in Alexandroupolis, Greece, where Russian marines were surprised by enormous crowds that lined up the roads, deafening cheer and enthusiastic clapping. I hear it was in stark contrast to how the US/NATO troops were met in Greece just a year prior. And Greece happens to be a EU and NATO country. Watch to the end, note the loud cheer and never-ending crowds!

“Russian Navy ship on a way from Syria, after fighting REAL Islamist terrorists, had made a stop in the Greek city of Alexandroupolis. People of the city had found out and insisted on greeting Russian Marines as true heroes. Almost entire city had gathered up to loudly applaud, cheer and welcome a column of them marching on the main street… A most stark contrast to the “welcome” NATO soldiers had received in the exact same city just a year ago. Common working people are not so stupid and brainwashed, to know and see what NATO is, whose tool it is and who really had and still are financing terrorism and spreads hatred and wars all over the globe… and what country is actually fighting it. No wonder the ruling western elites and the globalists hate Russia so much and doing all they can so to vilify Russia and massively obstruct Trump in every possible way, in his effort of building a friendly relationship with Russia. Parade begins: 3:26:00 – uncut version, followed by Putin talking to the vets and then Putin and others laying flowers to the tomb of the unknonw soldier.
Putin spoke – among other things – on how some shamelessly lie and attempt to re-write history (Reference to the many lies perpetuated by Kiev junta, ex-Soviet republics and some in the West)
**Example of how lies are perpetuated is a comment posted by someone to recent post “So many? Really?” Germans do not know how many Russians were killed by their ancestors – and see our rebuttals and clarifications. I had to delete a number of even more disgusting neo-nazi trolls’ comments. The re-writing of history is becoming lately more and more disturbing!

In 2015 I translated Georgij Zotov’s article Repentance of Berlin. After 70 years, the Germans have an unambiguous attitude towards the Soviet victory.
This year it elicited the following comment:

However, a better reply would have been a translation of an even earlier article by Zotov, one from 2013. I am translating it below, followed by a translation of two reader comments from AiF and my thoughts on them and what Zotov wrote in one particular paragraph.
Today, with racism and calls to war and genocide being the norm on the pages of the Western MSM (“racism” is a common-root synonym of “russophobia”) and the number of the Western troops and war hardware right on the Russian border being the highest since the June of 1941, it is time to remember. For while the West is collectively shrugging off 1941-1945 as “just another invasion of Russia” and preparing for a new one, Russia remembers, watches closely and prepares to defend its land once more.
In this today’s context remembrance is the key to preventing another invasion of Russia by the West, and prevent this time hundreds of millions people being killed – both defenders, attackers and bystanders…

“AiF” correspondent talked in Germany with a lot of people, including the grandson of Rudolf Hess. And found out that the Victory Day is respected, but most residents of Germany do not know how many lives we lost in The War.
The 15-year-old Gunther suddenly had a seizure – an hour after the start of the tour. He fell to his knees beside the barracks and began to sob, smearing tears on his cheeks. A crowd gathered around the boy. Someone from his high school was calling on a cellphone, someone searched the pockets for pills. “Why?!” Gunther shouted. “How could the Germans do THIS to people?! Do we even deserve forgiveness?”

Nervous breakdowns of German teenagers in the ex-concentration camp of the SS Dachau near Munich are quite common. Despite this, a visit to the memorial is included in the compulsory school curriculum for high school. Children are shown the crematorium ovens, where tens of thousands of prisoners burned, gas chambers and photos of savage experiments of SS doctors. “It is necessary in order for this not to happen again,” the Museum employee told me. “After all, the worst of evils is forgotten over time.” That’s, probably, the case. According to polls, 80% of Germans now do not know that their grandfathers killed 27 million people in the USSR…

73-year-old lawyer Rolf Clement was a child when the war began. His cousin, an officer of the Wehrmacht, froze to death in Stalingrad. He says, there can be no hard feelings: “We attacked, you defended. Fair enough.” But Rolf has a different attitude towards the Americans and the British: “In the Summer of 43, their aircraft completely burned Hamburg, killing 42 thousand people. Is this the right kind of war?” The Germans often emphasized in the interviews: Hitler was a monster, but they also had hard times when he was in power. They remember the death of Paulus’s army, the bombing of the cities, and the fall of Berlin. They are well aware of the Holocaust and the millions of Jews killed in concentration camps. However, the inhabitants of Germany do not know much about the seas of blood, which flooded the Soviet Union.
“For the Germans,” says historian Gerhard Büchlein “Russia is a country of ice and snow, where “General Winter” froze poor boys dressed in a uniform with a swastika. But in Germany they shy to argue on the topic that the Wehrmacht and the SS perpetrated on the occupied territory of the USSR. On TV and in press they do not forget to mention: only 6 thousand soldiers (from 100 thousand taken as POWs in Stalingrad) have returned home. However, few people know that 3 million Soviet prisoners of war were tortured in the SS concentration camps. We are horrified by the allied air raids – 600 thousand Germans buried alive under the rubble of buildings in Berlin, Dresden, Regensburg. And we have no idea that exactly the same number of people died from hunger and shelling because of the siege of Leningrad.”

Munich (like Hamburg) was also bombed, though less so. Some “significant places” of the Third Reich survived, but then they were destroyed by the Germans themselves. For example, a demolished pub “Burgerbraukeller”, where Hitler pushed speeches (for the avoidance of pilgrimage for neo-Nazis). The man I’m interviewing is taking me downtown.
“You know,” I say to my companion. “If my grandfather had seen us, he would not have liked it.”
“Hmm,” he says in reply. “And mine even less so. I’m sitting next to a Russian!”

My grandfather was a Soviet military pilot, was shot down in late 1944 and remained in captivity until the German surrender. The grandfather of my interlocutor, 34-year-old engineer Wolf Hess, was Hitler’s Deputy for the party, obergruppenführer Rudolf Hess. Wolf himself is anti-fascist and sincerely believes that May the 9th is the liberation of his country from dictatorship. “I want to know,” he asks. “If I come to Russia, will I have any difficulties?” “Of course not,” I say. “Even those who fought forgave the Germans.” Wolf nods: “I never felt that the Russians were our enemies. And… how many civilians died in the USSR?” I answer him – about 18 million. Executions of hostages, mass executions in Babi Yar, punitive actions, automated suffocator machines in Krasnodar. Wolf pales. “Really that many?!»

This phrase is one that I often hear in Germany. “Do you want to see photos on the Internet?” I enquire. “There are SS men posing next to the mountains of corpses. There are thousands of pictures in the archives.” My companion is lost in thought. “We rarely talk about it,” he sighs. “The main theme of the atrocities of the Nazis is Holocaust.”
In my opinion, we should not forget the Holocaust. It’s the insane destruction of an entire nation, from babies to old people. Another thing – it turns out that repentance for the atrocities of the German army is very selective. Films, talk shows and TV shows are devoted to one fact, while the others are kept under wraps. Even in Austria, in a town near the former SS Mauthausen concentration camp, when I asked passers-bys about who had been killed in the barracks, the opinions are divided. “Jews, I think,” said one man. “Communists,” remembered the second. No one named the Russians, but 39% of the prisoners of Mauthausen were Soviet prisoners of war. The image of the Eastern front in the thinking of modern Germans is the snow, the horrors of storming of the burning Berlin and the the soldiers in Stalingrad, devoid of human appearance. Marking May the 9th as the day of the defeat of the Third Reich, Germany still did not realize the scale of the victims among the population of the USSR. No, we don’t need to be apologized to endlessly. It would be nice to just remember…

One of the students, who arrived in Dachau in a group with Gunther, talked to me while his classmate was given a sedative. “You are from Moscow? Must be a big city. But I don’t even know – were the Germans in Moscow during the war?” “A lot of them,” I said to the boy. “They built a bunch of houses around the “Forum” cinema, helped to build Moscow State University, restored the factories”. “So they were prisoners?” the boy was embarrassed. “Oh… excuse me for asking.” “No problem,” I smiled. “But now you know the truth.”
The following line in Zotov’s article:

sparked righteous anger with two of the AiF readers, resulting in the following comments, which I think are important to translate:

I am from 1949 and neither I nor my children will ever forgive the GERMANS, they buried my grandmother and her children alive in a huge pit of, and forced my grandfather to dig them in, he was Polish. My mother miraculously survived. And my mother-in-law lost all her teeth in the Blockade when she was 30, but rescued two daughters. How can this be forgiven??????????????.
These are very powerful testimonials, and one can collect millions of such testimonials throughout the country that once was USSR. I think, however, that neither Zotov nor these commentators are right. Forgiveness cannot be bestowed upon a Nation as a whole – it can be given to the actual German perpetrator of the war crimes. But what they did cannot be forgiven nor forgotten. The contemporary Germans, the young and those who never fought in that war – there is nothing to forgive them for. We can only hope to build common relations, remember and ensure that the atrocities of WWII are never repeated. Together.
But those Germans who in 1941-1945 came to Russia to kill and conquer, those who inspired them, like Hitler, and those who financed them, like Henry Ford and grandfather of two American presidents – Bush, those Western powers (Britain, France among others) who during the Munich Conspiracy of 1938 gave their active blessing to the start of WWII, thinking that it would not touch them, but would only become a battering ram against the USSR (much like the 2014 neo-Nazi coup in Ukraine).
These are the forces deserving the righteous anger of the Russian people, not the Germans as a whole. It should also be remembered that many Germans themselves perished while trying to fight and stall the rise of Nazism.

Unlike in Moscow and all over the world where it is a genuine celebration, look at the difference in the mood in Ukraine. People are forbidden from carrying any symbols associated with the Great Victory and there is no uplifting music. ALL famous Russian songs of Victory are BANNED by Kiev junta, while Ukraine never managed to produce any of its own! The mood is somber and gloomy.
And on top of that, those who came to lay flowers and remember the fallen ancestors get verbally abused by the Right Sector and other ukro-nazis. I haven’t seen the rest of Ukraine yet, but I hope that there were no physical fights, as in previous years. All in all, what is happening is a disaster.
It’s good at least that some people still remember, as you’ll see in both Kiev and Odessa crowds, where they have the courage to respond to provocations that they live not in ‘Ukraine’, but Malorossia or Novorossia, and that they are Russians.
But some already don’t, such as one woman interviewed in the Kiev march below, who said that her son was in ATO in Donbass and she doesn’t know how to make peace now with Russia(!) because Russia keeps attacking Ukraine(!) – and she says all that in a non-accented Russian. It is worrying how many have been thoroughly brainwashed and how many believe the Kiev junta propaganda.
KIEV May 9 2018 Immortal Regiment – notice, no traditional symbols of Victory, people are only allowed to carry their people’s portraits, Ukrainian flags and flowers:
NOTE THE CRUCIAL DIFFERENCE BETWEEN KIEV AND ODESSA!!! In Odessa people are much more defiant, NOT brainwashed at all, and no true Odessan in their right mind would say that ‘Russia is attacking Ukraine.’ The Right Sector and various ukro-nazis from western and central Ukraine (notably from Vinnitsa, where Poroshenko’s family lived for years before he became an oligarch) are especially vicious in Odessa, partly because they know they can’t subdue Odessa. Viciousness like this is a typical fascist / Nazi attitude in response to people’s defiance.
I just feel terrible for the people and the place I used to know years ago as beautiful, peaceful, inclusive and amicable. I can only imagine what those poor people are going through.
However, they don’t give up. In the video below, unlike in Kiev, you’ll see that people are singing BANNED BY JUNTA Russian/Soviet songs of Victory and they secretly carry into the venue some Victory symbols! Also notice how many people came to the Odessa Alley of the Glory (Alleya Slavi).
ODESSA May 9 2018 — Immortal Regiment vs. Right Sector! Unlike in Kiev people dare to sing Katyusha and Den Pobedy, and chant: ‘Fascism won’t pass’, ‘Zhukov is our hero’ (banned in Nazi Ukraine Marshall Zhukov, who is credited largely with WWII Victory, and who at one time was the governor of Odessa) and ‘Out of Odessa, Bandera devils’ (aka, ukro-nazis). Look how many Right Sector provocateurs are trying to disrupt the march (young men and women who walk backwards in front of the march, trying to impede its movement, laugh and stick their cameras in people’s faces. Also notice that these are all YOUNG and VERY ATHLETIC PEOPLE!! )!
Note that in Odessa people dare to chant things like: ‘Donbass, we are with you’, ‘Odessa is Russian city’, and even ‘PUTIN OUR PRESIDENT’! Odessa Immortal Regiment March was the largest in Ukraine!

As Robert correctly pointed out, it’s time for the iconic Russian Ribbon of St. George (Rus: Georgievskaya Lentochka)! It really is the time to order it (see some links below) if you want to show solidarity with Russia and honor the Victory Day on May 9! But there is so much to the story, and so much can be learned by contemplating everything that is happening around the symbolism of this simple gold and black piece of fabric! Behind it is the story of our lives, and much more! Read on to learn the BIG scoop!
As I do every year, I’ll have a small event here on FT in honor of May 9, 2018.
Why do I do this? Very simple: I personally don’t need a reminder of the truth of the Russian/Soviet sacrifice to rid humanity of its biggest plague: fascism and Nazism. But it appears many people do. I am inviting you to join me for the May 9th events and honor those who died, those who sacrificed their families and their country to allow you to live freely today.

This year’s posts will focus around the positive: I’ll share some wonderful songs, the parade and a few more surprises. Today is the first of them!

BESSMERTNY POLK (THE IMMORTAL REGIMENT)
A new notable Victory Day (RUS: Den’ Pobedy) tradition, which emerged as the Russians’ awesome spontaneous response to the West’s Russophobic sanctions and Kiev Maidan is the Immortal Regiment March ( RUS: Bessmertny Polk). An what a brilliant response it was: peaceful and highly positive! I don’t think we as humans have fully appreciated yet the sheer importance and magnitude of this game changer!
The new Immortal Regiment tradition began in Siberia in 2014, as a grassroots response to Western sanctions and Russophobic Kiev Maidan. Once the initiative was announced, before anyone knew, millions joined in ALL cities and villages of Russia, and in many locations abroad. Putin personally walked with a photo of his ancestor in the Moscow march. The march keeps growing every year as more countries and groups around the world join in. People carry WWII photos of their ancestors, the iconic Victory Banners (RUS: ZNAMIA POBEDY), and of course, they wear the St. George Ribbons.
The Immortal Regiment Marches will again be taking place all over the world on or around May 9, 2018. If you live in Russia, most of the post-Soviet space, China, US, almost anywhere in Europe, Canada or Australia I’m sure you can find one to join near you – just check local bulletin boards or online resources. It should be a safe and fun event everywhere (let’s hope), except a few places. I don’t know what the situation may be in the following countries, which are rabidly Russophobic: Poland, Estonia and Latvia – Immortal Regiment may be banned there (check locally). Although, come think of it, such grassroots peaceful initiative could be hard to ban, considering the enormous number of people who care about it, and considering these ‘european’ countries still pretend to play the farce of democracy, and very badly too.
SIDE NOTE: HOT BALTIC/LATVIA INTEL!
I never got the chance to mention previously what’s happening in Latvia. The US and NATO are shipping more and more troops and hardware to all of the Baltics, notably, to Latvia. At the same time, Latvian Russophobic and pro-Nazi elements forced the new ‘education law’, according to which Russian language is being squeezed out Russian schools, mandating classes being taught in Latvian only, with just 3-4 hours a week allowed for Russian language! This basically amounts to forceful conversion of the Russian-speaking population in Latvia. To give you an idea, the Russian-speakers in Latvia constitute anywhere between 1/3 and 1/2 of the population. My intel says that this new draconian law was closely coordinated with the Kiev junta; Poroshenko and ukro-nazis are directly behind it.
Latvia isn’t the only one succumbing more and more to darkness, as its economic situation worsens… The rest of the Baltics is going the same way. Moreover, as we speak, in Armenia we have a new Maidan, although in Armenia it’s hard to use anti-Russian slogans as the population is largely pro-Russian – so far… But those who organize these things are relentless, just look at Ukraine. This is a story worthy of a separate article – stay tuned for more soon.
UKRAINE, THE MOST DANGEROUS PLACE IN EUROPE!
But it’s only in Ukraine where people directly risk their lives and freedom to participate in the Immortal Regiment March and wear the St. George Ribbon! Based on the new draconian law citizens are forbidden and can be arrested if they dare to wear St. George Ribbons. Moreover, everyone who comes out to participate in the march risks being attacked and injured, or even killed, by ukro-nazis – we had terrible examples of that in Nikolaev last year. Activists and march organizers in Kiev, Odessa, Kharkov, etc., were killed or driven out of the country in previous years.
There were bizarre incidents, caught on camera and shown on YT when ukro-nazis who took over the poor Odessa were stopping passing cars and beating up/humiliating people heading from Moldova to Russia via Odessa, only because they had St. George Ribbons on their cars – a very common symbol in Moldova, where they haven’t lost their minds as completely as in Ukraine. One of the disgusting incidents involved a group of crying Moldavian women who were threatened and made exit their car, then forced to publicly sing ukro-nazi anthem, take off the ribbon and apologize, while the huge, arms-bearing ukro-nazis laughed and humiliated them. All this was recorded and posted on YT by ukro-nazis themselves. The disgusting video of course was later taken down by YT, but only after over a million people saw it. Such videos from Ukraine appear regularly on YT. I try not to look at those – too filthy and disgusting.
And this is your new EURO-ASSOCIATED MEMBER and new best friend, dear Europeans! And dear Americans: this is where your tax dollars are hard at work – to allow this filthy ukro-nazi scum to proliferate, while humiliating women, injuring, killing and stealing from their compatriots, and while driving their disintegrating country into the stone age! What do you think is keeping the sinking ship of the Kiev junta still afloat? The secret infusions from the US, Canada and EU, of course. And this is all done for the sake of keeping a Russophobic thorn in Russia’s side.
So, keep working hard and diligently pay your taxes, so the Dark State/deep state/globalists could grow more regimes like this! Just look at the Maidan 2.0 developing in Armenia; just look at what’s happening in Latvia!
But if you disagree with how your tax dollars/euros/pounds are being spent, do something about it! Write to your representatives, vote the likes of McCain, May and Macron out of office, and vote in better people! Finally, support THIS BLOG, tell others, and share this post! And – wear (or post on your blog/site) the Ribbon of St. George!
Got to give it to Ukrainians! Despite all the threats and dangers, normal people still come out on May 9 by the thousands in Kiev, Odessa and elsewhere! The Kiev junta and its Western handlers tried very hard to squash any genetic memory on the territory of former Ukraine, but as we see, it didn’t work as intended. There is hope for Ukraine yet!
VICTORY DAY PLANS
The Victory Day theme begins today, with this post! I’ll have two or three more in the run-up to May 9, including the culmination on May 9!
On FT, under WWII & Great Victory. you can find my previous years’ posts, including the Immortal Regiment March in Moscow, which alone gathered nearly 1 million people. Previous years’ marches gathered as much as the enormous 14 million+ worldwide annually.
THE GLOBALIST PLAN FIASCO
The sudden appearance and unbelievable all-Russia and global grassroots response to Bessmertny Polk was a HUGE shock to all globalist and anti-Russian forces. Let me remind you that at the time (we are talking 2014) the collective West worked hard trying to oust Putin and execute regime change in Russia through isolation, sanctions and scaring the Russian people into submission. They tried to force a color revolution in Russia in response to a popular discontent they judged would take place if sanctions, Soros attack against the ruble and international isolation made the lives of ordinary Russians harder.
ALL OF THIS BACKFIRED VERY BADLY — as I predicted since the beginning of the whole saga in 2014! As a result Putin and Russia only got stronger, having engaged more actively worldwide, forging a much closer Russia-China alliance, unheard-of new Russia-Turkey-Iran alliance, building Nord Stream-2 and Turkish Stream, on the fly modifying the structure of Russian economy and substituting exports for domestic production, building up Crimea, and emerging victorious in Syria. Oh, yeah – and voting for Putin in unprecedented numbers!
And the cherry on cake: RUSSIA THE GREAT BALANCER FINALLY FULLY AWOKE TO HER TRUE GLOBAL ROLE!
As a result, just four years after what could on the surface seem as the US/EU globalism’s crucial victory in Ukraine against Russia, the opposite appears true. Today we live in a completely different world, but it is much further from the ultimate globalist dream, and much closer to the EARTH SHIFT and a more equitable distribution of global resources. It is a big fiasco for NWO, US/EU and various anti-Russian forces.
And it is a BIG VICTORY for all of us – those who saw what they were trying to do and who successfully prevented their worst dream scenario from materializing!

Intel: Is Kiev About to Break Minsk Accords? New Offensive on Donbass and False Flags to Sabotage Victory Day in Russia
Intel: in two or three weeks Kiev is expected to start a massive new offensive on Donbass. False flags, provocations and terrorist acts to sabotage, or make more difficult, the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory (WWII Victory Day) celebration in Russia on May 9th are also possible. Since Nemtsov murder near Kremlin, Russians are on full alert; therefore, I expect it won’t be possible in Moscow and/or the main Russian cities. But Ukraine and Donbass are a different story.
According to the expert of the Russian Military Sciences Academy Vladimir Prokhvatilov (interview link), confirmed by multiple intelligence sources in Donbass and Ukraine, Kiev is expected to start a new massive offensive on Donbass in order to surround and cut Donetsk off Lugansk, with simultaneous attack on Lugansk. We will recall that a similar recent attempt resulted in the Debaltsevo cauldron, where thousands of Ukrainian troops perished. This time, the result will be the same, but it appears Kiev doesn’t care about the result, it only cares about making the life of the Donbass people as difficult as possible, and about sabotaging Russian holidays.
Kiev has officially broken the Minsk agreements. Instead of pulling its heavy artillery away from the front lines in oder to create a demilitarized zone, Kiev is amassing heavy artillery, tanks and troops.
It is believed that they will attack during the sacred Orthodox Holiday – Pascha (Easter). Previous mass bombings of DNR and LNR, as well as mass attacks by Kiev on both republics, were all scheduled during an important holiday, in order to spoil people’s celebration. This year, Pascha is celebrated on April 12.
It is further believed that Kiev and their handlers will attempt to create as many problems as possible for both Donbass and Russia during the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory. Victor Day is traditionally celebrated in Russia on May 9th, with a parade and show on Red Square. Similar events will take place in many other cities and towns.
Kiev attacks, false flags and provocations are expected between April 12 and May 9.
In January, I wrote about the observers’ warning of a massive false flag in Ukraine, to dwarf MH17 downing.
However, while we were watching Ukraine, instead Boris Nemtsov was killed in Moscow, next to the Kremlin (Lada’s Investigation: Who Benefits from the Death of the Russian Opposition Leader Boris Nemtsov?). This distracted the world from Ukraine. While everyone was looking into Nemtsov’s killing, and then, while everyone was trying to figure out where in the world is Vladimir Putin, Kiev has been amassing troops and heavy artillery for the new attack on Donbass.
One thing Nemtsov killing did is further divide and discredit the Russian neo-liberal opposition, and further consolidate people around Putin.
We are back to my January warnings: warnings of serious false flags or terrorist acts in Ukraine, Donbass, on the Russian border, and possibly in Russia (although that would be difficult as now Russians are extra vigilant). Experts continue warning of possible nuclear power station false flag in Ukraine.
