Lada Ray on ex-Russian Duma Deputy Voronenkov Murder in Kiev & Ukraine Eurovision Scandal
Ex-Russian Duma deputy Denis Voronenkov murdered in the center of Kiev
Earlier today, March 23, 2017, ex-Russian Duma deputy Denis Voronenkov was gunned down in the center of Kiev, next to the luxury hotel Premier Palace. Voronenkov died on site. His bodyguard was wounded by the gunman but was able to shoot him in return. According to first info from Kiev, both wounded gunman and bodyguard were taken to the hospital.
The curious thing was that the name of the killer wasn’t made public for a while, probably because the Kiev authorities didn’t know how to explain that he was a member of Ukraine’s National Guard. Initially, it was only said that he was from Dnepropetrovsk Oblast. Later it became known that this member of the armed forces of Ukraine was also a serial criminal with several violent crimes to his name. There are many questions here, such as: how was he allowed to join National Guard with this kind of history?
Update 3/25/17: Predictably, Kiev authorities announced that Voronenkov killer died in the hospital and that interrogating him wasn’t possible.

Voronenkov and Maksakova – fugitives from justice
In the past two years a very thorough public investigation of alleged corruption and irregularities in the medium-to-high echelons of the Russian power has been conducted. It is safe to say that the majority of charges announced publicly in 2015-16 were preceded by several years of investigations and data collection. As a result of probes, several regional governors were fired, resigned or jailed, major fraud and embezzlement schemes were uncovered, certain high profile police and Minister of Economy Ulyukaev were sent to prison.
This major op was preceded by a complete restructuring and overhaul of Russian police and the creation of RosGvardia (equivalent of National Guard).
Several months ago Denis Voronenkov and his wife, Maria Maksakova, both ex-Russian Duma deputies, fled Russia. The details are a bit sketchy, but my intel says that Voronenkov was under investigation on charges related to financial fraud and embezzlement. Voronenkov, ex-deputy for the Communist Party (oh, irony) was allegedly implicated in certain racketeering and shady business dealings since 1990s, and left behind a string of enemies. His wife Maksakova is an ex-deputy from a different party and ex-singer. She may have been involved with his schemes, although it doesn’t appear she was under investigation.
Several months ago, Voronenkov and Maksakova suddenly disappeared and re-emerged in Kiev. Their hasty retreat from Russia was a total surprise for their friends and colleagues.
The way I see it, someone tipped them off about secret FSB investigation and they were able to escape ahead of an arrest.
In Ukraine they were gladly picked up by the Kiev junta as ‘political refugees and fighters against bad Putin.’ SBU worked with them for a while, and per extensive intel, squeezed out whatever they knew, which probably wasn’t much. Consequently, SBU lost interest in them quickly enough.
Another interesting detail: Voronenkov decided to style himself as Putin’s oppositioner and political fighter, although charges against him were criminal. Upon entry, he received Ukrainian citizenship, which automatically stripped him of Russian citizenship. He probably thought that this would protect him against any demands for extradition to Russia.
Meanwhile, his wife Maksakova never applied for Ukrainian citizenship and retained her Russian citizenship. It has also turned out that she has dual citizenship: that of Germany.
When Voronenkov and Maksakova first appeared in Kiev, a rumor floated in Ukraine’s blogging circles that they would be hyped up by Kiev as political refugees and fighters against the ‘Putin regime.’ The bloggers predicted that after SBU had utilized Voronenkov for all they could and after his notoriety in Ukraine reached its pinnacle, he would be martyred by SBU, while the blame would be put on Russia. This prediction turned out to be right on the money.
While in Kiev, Voronenkov constantly gave interviews to Ukraine MSM about “bad Russia,” persistently alleging that “any moment he could be killed by Putin.” Apparently he was not bright enough to figure out that he thus styled himself as a perfect sacrificial lamb. It was as if he painted a big target across his chest with words, “Kill me so you could vilify Russia and Putin.”
Why was he martyred now? What’s so special about this timing? And who benefits?
It is more than clear that of all parties Russia benefits the least. FSB is a million times more efficient and professional than Ukraine’s SBU. It doesn’t need to gun someone down in the middle of a street, to the accompaniment of a risky scandal. Moreover, if Voronenkov was in any way important and did indeed possess any sort of secret info, FSB could have acted right away, not months later.
Who benefits the most? It is the Kiev junta and Poroshenko. Correction, I should say: ‘who thinks they can benefit?’ because my prediction is, this false flag will backfire. There are a number of scandals exploding simultaneously in Ukraine, and they spell disaster for Poroshenko and his government.
There is a word that ukro-nazi parties and battalions threatened Voronenkov and Maksakova with retribution because they voted for Crimea’s reunification with Russia. Just imagine the irony!
For this reason it was natural to use a patsy who happens to be ukro-nazi sympathiser as a gunman.
However, the real puppet masters are in Kiev and across the big pond. The reason they needed to act quickly is banal: there are so many huge blows the Kiev junta is sustaining that they have lost any perspective and sanity, if there indeed was any.
Their masters across the ocean either left them hanging or don’t really know what to do with them. Poroshenko and Kiev government must somehow distract people in Ukraine and abroad from multiple scandals and problems.
Among these:
- Blockade of Donbass, which has resulted in dozens of factory shut-downs, power shortages, unemployment and risk of nuclear power plant implosions.
- Attacks and Kiev sanctions against Russian banks.

- Russia’s recognition of LDPR passports, which is a major humiliation for Kiev. It is tremendous propaganda for LDPR and against ukro-nazi Kiev regime. Read DPR ultimatum to oligarchs: Pay taxes or nationalization. Russia recognizes LDPR passports; to introduce visa regime for Ukraine.
But there is more! Yet another reason is to distract the world, especially Europeans, from the unfolding Eurovision scandal.

World’s largest song contest, Eurovision 2017, will take place in Ukraine, following the scandalous win in 2016 of a Crimean Tartar/Ukrainian singer Jamala. There had been a lot of doubt Kiev would be able to host the event adequately and on time. Yet, for political reasons European organizers allowed Kiev to go ahead with the show. I’ll leave aside the merits of Eurovision as a contest. In truth, I think it’s extremely subpar. It has also been turned into a hysterical political farce, when singers aren’t judged on merit but propelled forward or held back by politically charged juries, based on the agenda of the West.
Voices sounded in Russia for years to pull out of Eurovision; these voices were especially persistent this year. Kiev continuously threatened to ban Russian representative – in violation of contest rules. Still, Russia decided to send a singer, a young, severely handicapped woman in a wheelchair with a beautiful voice, Yulia Samoylova. Among other achievements, Yulia sang at the opening of Sochi Paralympics. Yulia may have a very short time to live and she has sacrificed a lot to prepare for the contest. For this courageous young woman this is a huge dream and only chance to participate in a major international event, something that will fill her heart with joy for the rest of her short life.

A couple of days ago Kiev announced that Yulia Samoylova is banned from Eurovision contest and from entry into Ukraine for 5 years because she recently performed in Crimea. Despite gross violation of the law, OSCE has declared they see no problem. The organizers of Eurovision are trying to bury the scandal, while Western MSM has collectively developed sudden blindness.
I’ve just recalled the out-of-this-world howling that took place before the Sochi Olympics about alleged gays’ rights violations in Russia. In response, Russians went out of their way to welcome everyone, including gays, who were parading around Sochi to the welcoming smiles of their Russian hosts.
Just imagine if a cripple in a wheelchair was denied participation in an international event in Russia. The stink from the ‘civilized world’ would have been heard for years. Here, not a single voice of any European ‘human rights’ or ‘handicapped defense’ organization. Complete silence. Where are petitions, protests and boycott of Kiev Eurovision?
In addition, Kiev is banning Armenian participant because she also performed in Crimea. Despite the attempts to hush the scandal, it seems to be growing and gathering steam, both in Ukraine and abroad. Kiev needs to distract the world from this scandal. In their mind it appears to be a good idea to kill Voronenkov and then blame it on Russia.
I promised to tell you how it would backfire. Killing someone in the very center of Kiev, where the country’s richest reside and posh hotels are located, shortly before Eurovision… Not a very good advertisement for the foreign guests. Incidentally, Premier Palace, the hotel where Voronenkov was killed, is reportedly booked by a large number of Eurovision guests and participants.
In other words, welcome to Kiev Eurovision! Make sure you bring your guns and bulletproof vests!
Why choosing Yulia Samoylova was genius
This isn’t the focus of this report, but let me just tell you briefly that choosing Yulia Samoylova for Kiev Eurovision was a stroke of genius, and I didn’t expect any less of Russia. Apart from Yulia’s obvious gift, she is a great choice because no matter what Kiev junta does, they lose. If they ban her, the aftertaste will linger for a long time, regardless of how much they try to hush it up, and the true colors of the Kiev regime will become obvious even to those in the EU who are in complete denial. This will continue the process of the US/EU distancing from Kiev, accompanied by a gradual withdrawal of support. If Yulia Samoylova is allowed to compete, the controversy created by Kiev has made her so popular that I won’t be surprised if she wins. That will be a pinnacle of humiliation for the Russophobic Kiev junta and ukro-nazis.

EU is busy with own problems and can’t wait to take off anti-Russian sanctions. Kiev tries everything to persuade Europe to keep those sanctions for as long as possible.
How does Kiev benefit? They don’t. Kiev junta consists of petty people; they do it simply out of spite. In their small minds they must do it to keep Russia down.

Trump has authorized a comprehensive audit of all those billions US spent on ‘subverting’ Ukraine. This includes whatever Nuland, Clinton, Kerry, Biden, CIA and Obama ‘invested’ in regime change in Ukraine, US taxpayer money that went to train Ukraine media, NGOs, ukro-nazi battalions in Western Ukraine, to develop anti-Russian propaganda, payoffs to politicians and military. The number being floated is about $10 billion. There is a suspicion that most of it was stolen.
Poroshenko, Kiev junta and all those who got fat on Ukraine’s tragedy know very well where this money is. They are trying very hard to distract the world and to, yet again, redirect the US and EU attention towards ‘bad Russia.’ It worked before. But this time, it will backfire.

The real reason Putin pardoned Nadezhda Savchenko
Background
Nadezhda Savchenko is a Ukrainian subversive operative and member of the ukro-nazi battalion Aidar. For some incomprehensible reason she is often referred to as ‘pilot,’ which is false since she had never flown a single mission anywhere. The ‘pilot’ title is clearly attached to her to give her more weight. Those who knew her report that she always had sadistic tendencies and enjoyed torturing prisoners.
Savchenko was captured after she subversively and knowingly directed the fire of Ukraine artillery to the territory of DNR, which killed two accredited Russian journalists. She is also accused of directing Ukraine fire against a large crowd of unarmed refugees, many of whom were killed. Savchenko was tried and received 22 years in Russian prison. The Russian trial was accompanied by unprecedented pressure on Russia by the West and the pogroms of the Russian embassy and consulates in Ukraine.
During her trial Savchenko behaved like a crazed maniac, screaming out profanities, showing rude gestures to the judge, jumping up and down chairs. Her ‘support club’ made a lot of noise during court sessions, waving Ukrainian flags and screaming ukro-nazi slogans. All this happened in Russia, which, as we may conclude, is the most liberal, forgiving and democratic country in the world.
I can only imagine what would happen to Savchenko and her bouncing of the wall supporters if they tried such stunts in a US court. Savchenko would have never seen the light of day again, and said supporters would be in jail before they could say ‘oops.’
Certainly, none of this would have been possible in Ukraine at all. If anyone ever dared to publicly support during their Kiev trial the two Russians, Erofeev and Alexandrov, who ended up being exchanged for Savchenko, they would simply be tortured and killed. That’s exactly what happened to the defense attorney representing one of the Russians. A well-known Ukrainian lawyer Yury Grabovsky, originally from Odessa, was defending Alexander Alexandrov. According to testimonials, he managed to make a pretty good case against conviction. While Grabovsky was there, junta simply could not seal the case against the two Russians.
Incidentally, these two Russians were kidnapped by Ukraine subversives inside DNR territory, dragged across the border to the Ukrainian side and put on trial on trumped up charges.
How lawyer Yury Grabovsky was killed by Kiev ukro-nazis
Grabovsky, who was too successful in proving the charges of terrorism to be bogus, was kidnapped, tortured and killed. His only crime was doing his job as a public defender. When he didn’t show for trial, his friends became suspicious. To confuse the investigation Grabovsky’s killers for two weeks made bogus entries into Grabovsky’s Facebook page. In these entries, Grabovsky supposedly wrote that he was tired and that he was leaving abroad on vacation. Two things rose red flags: the fact that he was due in court and the uncharacteristically illiterate style of writing.
Grabovsky’s body was found over two weeks after his disappearance. It was dumped in an abandoned orchard very far from Kiev, where the Russians’ trial was taking place. Ukro-nazi thugs responsible for his death published his video admission, extracted under torture. In it, disoriented and, apparently, in much pain Grabovsky is made to repeat after the invisible man, whose voice sounds very young – no more than 20 or so. This young man forces Grabovsky to say that he was wrong to defend the ‘Russian terrorist,’ that he asks for forgiveness and that he won’t do it again.

I watched Grabovsky’s ‘apology’ video when it first came out (there may still be something left on YouTube, but I wouldn’t hold my breath – YT is usually very good at removing the truth). I had chills watching it.
All smart and good people left Ukraine – only the dregs are left
As I said many times before, all people with brains, hearts and reason left the territory we so far still call Ukraine. The smartest ones left 20-30 years ago. They moved to Russia or other countries, where their talents could be appreciated. Millions of others left later. By 2014, the few decent ones that were still left to hold down the fort were either killed, disappeared, thrown in jail or chased out of the country by Kiev junta and ukro-nazis. The very, very few brave people who are still there and who have not submitted to the open ukro-fascism, are in grave danger.
The murders of Grabovsky, journalist Oles Buzina, activist Oleg Kalashnikov, as well as a long string of high profile fake ‘suicides’ prove this beyond any doubt.
Those who call the shots in Ukraine are the worst dregs of society, outright criminals and vicious thugs. The rest is the silent, scared to death, confused and desperate population. And all this disaster is supported, encouraged and egged on by the US and EU. A very sad and shameful state of affairs indeed.
Humanitarian exchange: Russians Erofeev and Alexandrov swapped for Savchenko
This is the video of the two men landing in Russia, after a year in Ukrainian prison.
Below is a video of the young wives of the Russian officers Erofeev and Alexandrov saying how hard it was for them to live through their husbands’ capture and sadistic trial, in which they were denied any semblance of normal defense and were constantly intimidated. But, the women say, they always knew their loved ones wouldn’t be abandoned by the country. As we see from the Grabovsky story, there was a very legitimate reason to fear for the men’s lives, should they remain in Ukraine.
Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the mother and sister of the two slain Russian journalists, who are dead because of Savchenko, asked to release her for humanitarian reasons in order to exchange her for Erofeev and Alexandrov. Peskov said that the request from the two women came in March 2016.

How Russians feel about Savchenko and her pardon
There are many voices saying Russia should have made Savchenko serve the entire term and that pardoning her and sending her back is like announcing an open season for kidnapping or killing Russians in Ukraine and DNR/LNR. Such people think that this would only encourage more crimes by ukro-nazis. There is some logic to that. Others say Savchenko should have been exchanged for as many people as possible, perhaps, for all political prisoners Kiev has in prisons, and then some.
Presently, there are many unhappy people, who do not accept that Savchenko was let go that easily; people are indignant at how she behaved in court and the fact that she made an open mockery of the court, her sentence and crime.
This mockery was parroted and multiplied in Ukraine, EU and Anglo-American countries. Russians are absolutely outraged at how the West behaves in this matter, as well as others (which we will discuss in the following articles).
Many Russians are now convinced USA and NATO want to start nuclear World War III – and US and EU have no one to blame for it but themselves!
THE REAL REASON SAVCHENKO WAS RELEASED
I’ll give you my view of why Savchenko was pardoned and released.
Savchenko = bargaining chip
Firstly, I believe that she was from the start perceived by Russian leadership as a bargaining chip. She was taken prisoner, tried and convicted, while the hysteria in Ukraine and West around her intensified. While unpleasant, I believe that Russians wanted this hysteria to take place, for one purpose: to hype up her value as a bargaining chip.
There were constant screams from Ukraine and West: ‘free Nadezhda Savchenko.’ Savchenko kept announcing her fake ‘dry hunger strikes,’ which no one believed. After a dry hunger strike a person can’t even stand on one’s feet, while she was jumping up and down during trial and screaming out obscenities. Yulia Timoshenko tried to capitalize on Savchenko’s fame by nominating her to Ukraine Rada from her party. While remaining in Russian jail, Savchenko, bypassing any imaginable laws, suddenly became a Rada deputy. I believe Savchenko was also ‘elected’ in absentia to Europarliament (illegally, of course).
It appears the Rada isn’t a zoo enough – Savchenko will definitely enhance its ‘Lord of the Flies’ look. Europarliament is right behind the Ukraine Rada in that.
All the above hype made Savchenko – nothing in real life – a very valuable bargaining chip.
Poroshenko vs Timoshenko
One of the things many overlook is that Poroshenko is mortally afraid of Savchenko returning to Kiev in her present capacity as a perceived victor. With her loud and black mouth, plus no brains to speak of, she may become someone who may damage Poroshenko’s reputation and wreak havoc in the Rada. She may cause havoc in Europarliament, as well.
Poroshenko is afraid that she will be used to rival him. Yulia Timoshenko will do everything to wind her up and set her loose on her rival. Timoshenko is licking her lips at the presidential post, dreaming about unseating Poroshenko. One possibility: she can announce her candidacy together with Savchenko. Considering how stupid and deranged Savchenko is, it’ll be nice to see these spiders in a jar devouring each other.
Basically, they all do what US ambassador, Nuland and Biden say. I described how it all works in ESR3: OLIGARCH WARS. Incidentally, US ambassador Payet, who orchestrated Kiev maidan and 2014 coup together with Nuland, is out, replaced with another colonial ruler. But it’s still the same drill. That said, it’s getting really hard for the US to keep all these spiders in Ukrainian jar under control. Soon, it will prove impossible.
If Savchenko remained in Russian jail
Another thing to keep in mind about Savchenko is that for the duration of her being in a Russian jail she would be creating anti-Russian propaganda ops all around her persona by constantly going on fake hunger strikes and yelling and screaming for Western audiences how she is being mistreated.
Then, there is the issue of her security. It is almost certain that she would have been killed in Russian jail within 1-2 years.
By whom? Either by Ukraine operatives or by CIA, probably working together. Why? Because to them she is a lot more valuable dead than alive. Her dying in Russian jail would be yet another GOLDEN opportunity to vilify Russia and get a new round of sanctions going.

This is not a supposition, but an almost 100% assurance. Do you recall the death in a Russian jail of Sergei Magnitsky? Supposedly, Magnitsky died of a heart attack as a result of not being given proper medical care. However, it is well-known in Russia that a member of medical personnel was bribed (it was an infiltration, actually) not to provide medical care when prisoner needed it, resulting in his death. Magnitsky is presented in the West as a lawyer to Hermitage Capital. This is false: Magnitsky was an accountant, not a lawyer. Here’s why it’s important.
Hermitage Capital was a US/UK investment company that was accused by Russian authorities in money laundering and tax avoidance. Magnitsky was the accountant who was in charge of the cooking of the books.
In reality, Hermitage Capital was the front for subversive conspiracy focused on regime change in Russia. It was curated by MI6 and CIA. The goal was to unseat Putin and sabotage Russian industry, leading to the country’s complete disintegration. The supposed investment company Hermitage worked with a very influential pro-West Russian opposition leader, whom it supplied with money, secret intel and instructions.
In THE EARTH SHIFTER and in ESR3: OLIGARCH WARS I described the high-profile case involving oligarch Mikhail Khodorkovsky and his cronies. Khodorkovsky was nailed on charges of money laundering, while the real charge should have been treason. The Hermitage Capital story is another one in the same vein, the difference being that pro-West political oppositioner was used as a pointman, instead of oligarchs.
In OLIGARCH WARS I also mention another oligarch Boris Berezovsky and the failed plot to blame Putin for his sudden death in London. In the Hermitage Capital conspiracy Berezovsky is important. This story is even more convoluted than Khodorkovsky’s. I have the full material on the recently revealed scandal, who blew the whistle and who was implicated. I may have an Earth Shift Report on that soon (stay tuned!).
Long story short, Magnitsky was very dangerous to CIA alive in jail, where he could eventually start talking, but he was very valuable dead. He conveniently and suddenly dies and now we have the Magnitsky Act.
Wikipedia tells us what it is: The Magnitsky Act, formally known as the Russia and Moldova Jackson-Vanik Repeal and Sergei Magnitsky Rule of Law Accountability Act of 2012, is a bipartisan bill passed by the U.S. Congress and President Obama in November–December 2012, intending to punish Russian officials responsible for the death of Russian lawyer Sergei Magnitsky in a Moscow prison in 2009.
So, If, by some miracle, Ukraine or CIA didn’t get Savchenko in Russian jail, chances are those who suffered from ukro-nazis, battalion Aidar or as a result of Savchenko’s personal actions, would. Frankly, if I were the president of Russia, I wouldn’t want this kind of high maintenance prisoner on my territory. Try her, give her guilty verdict and maximum sentence and then unleash this furious Trojan Horse on Ukraine to undermine it from within – a much better plan.
If she remained, I’d have fully expected Savchenko to die in Russian prison of some mysterious cause, thus triggering US Congress and Europarliament passing ‘the Savchenko Act.’
When she dies in Kiev, it’ll be their problem. In either event, keeping this hysterical and not very bright ukro-nazi alive and happy will be a very big job. Good luck to them – they’ll need it.

In this specific case, she has been exchanged for two Russians, who’d be in grave danger otherwise. This is already a good outcome.
But there is much more going on behind the scenes, and it’ll never be admitted or advertised…
I have been noticing for a period of time that Western investments into Russia have begun accelerating. Recall that I predicted in 2014 that the West would huff and puff for about 2 years after Crimea: sanctions, anti-Russian hysteria, etc. I said in 2014 that it would be just like the 2008 Georgia/S. Ossetia conflict. After 2 years of hysteria, they would begin remembering that they can’t really do much without Russia, such as various peace negotiations as well as business deals and trade relations.
Although Europe seems to be ready to abandon sanctions, US is really standing in the way, stubbornly attempting to prolong sanctions for as long as possible. Obama’s ego is permanently wounded due to his usually looking like a loser compared to Putin. This wounded little ego is one of the reasons.
Considering Obama’s childish pouting and silly resentment of Russia and Putin, an additional push was needed. I am sure that Savchenko’s pardon was used as a bargaining chip in relaxing anti-Russian sanctions. They will keep those sanctions on for a while, probably till the end of year. This has to do, as I said, with Obama’s wounded ego (what do you expect from such little, tiny man). Obama wants to leave office with sanctions intact. Try to save face, count at least this as his ‘victory’…
But what’s impossible to hide is that suddenly more and more European businesses are investing in Crimea and the flow of new Western investments into Russia is substantially up. This, despite sanctions! There is a definite coincidence between Savchenko’s release and sudden blindness of the EU when their businesses break anti-Russian sanctions. This is not to say that it’s all going to be champagne and roses, but I am certain a deal was struck that sanctions would remain in place in name only.
My opinion: this, at least in part, explains frequent recent mystery visits to Russia by Kerry and Nuland (and Kissinger earlier in the year).
Incidentally, this also likely concerns the Nord Stream-2 construction. I would expect an acceleration of this mega-project between Germany and Russia. After Nord Stream-2 is completed, Ukraine will lose its position as the most important transiter of Russian gas to EU. This will make Ukraine un-interesting to the US as a means of blackmailing and inflicting pain on both Russia and EU. As a result, US will release its grip on Ukraine.
In conclusion:
As to the concern that Savchenko may return to direct Ukraine artillery strikes on Donetsk and Lugansk.
That would be really stupid of her, and here’s why. First, her face is now too well-known. Should she be captured again, this time she won’t get out alive – there are too many in Donbass who have a score to settle.
Secondly: she is too famous and ‘valuable’ now. Her card will be played by Timoshenko, who won’t let her go to Donbass, if she can help it. I’m sure others will also try to play her card. She’ll be wined, dined and courted. They’ll try to groom and mold her into something. But I think she is so dim and so stupid that she’ll definitely get herself in trouble within 6-7 months, or better yet, she’ll get the whole Kiev junta in trouble.
In short, a pawn such as Savchenko is very useful as a tool and bargaining chip. She doubles as an unpredictable Trojan Horse.
She’s about to fulfill her purpose. I intend to kick back and watch how Poroshenko and Kiev will manage to keep this loose cannon under control. US will have to work overtime, too. This should be quite a show.

Moldavia Explodes! Anti-EU, Anti-Government Revolt, Parliament Stormed
The events in Moldavia (aka, Moldova, aka, ex- Moldavian Soviet Socialist Republic) are developing swiftly and resolutely. I have been following the events in Moldavia very closely since 2014 when I first felt it was on the brink of a major change, in part expedited by the Ukraine 2014 coup, and in part by anti-Russian sanctions.
Just like Ukraine, Moldavia has been starkly divided and torn between pro-EU (better defined as pro-Romania) and pro-Russian camps. Some are simply for closer ties with Russia and define themselves as pro-Moldavian sovereignty.
Moldavia’s situation, allegiances and events are confusing at best. It seems there is a lot of flip-flopping and morphing. The impression is that both the government and people are confused and unsure what to do with themselves and their country. The info sipping through into the general world from Moldova is sketchy and inadequate. In such circumstances it’s a great idea to follow what’s happening via someone who knows those parts first hand (I grew up there), follows closely, understands the language, background and intricacies involved; in short, someone you trust.
Background:
I had explained the realities of Moldavia and the breakaway Pridnestrovie, as well as the autonomous Gagauzia, in my video report: Pridnestrovie vs Moldova: Eurasian Union vs EU (LadaRayLive 2)
…and in my article Analysis and Predictions: Battleground Moldova – November 30, 2014 Elections. These predictions are, incidentally, materializing exactly as I said they would. Note, the political landscape in Moldova is very fluid and some of the parties mentioned in that original article have changed their names, such as Patria of Renato Usatiy (Usatii) became Nasha Partia (Our Party). The Customs Union Party also changed its name and morphed into something else, remaining a pro-Russian force and still siding with the left. But the general prediction and direction of the events and energy remain true, developing in line with my predictions. Socialists won the majority in the 2014 elections, but were manipulated out of power, and they continue being the leading force in these protests.
How $1 billion was stolen from Moldavian people
In the summer of 2015 it was discovered that $1 billion disappeared from Moldavian banks. By disappeared I mean: evaporated, vanished into thin air. This money was, per reports, simply stolen and laundered offshore. For a small and poor country like Moldova this amount constitutes 1/4 to 1/3 of its annual budget.
As a consequence, Moldavia’s banking sector collapsed, liquidity dried up and the country plunged into a catastrophic crisis. Economy took a nose dive as a result of that, plus, Russian sanctions.
The government tried to cover up the disappearance of the money, but the scandal grew. Secret criminal connections between the highest government officials and biggest oligarchs, such as Plokhotnyuk, were revealed, causing uproar. One of the people who blew the whistle was the mayor of Beltsi and head of Nasha Partia, Renato Usatiy. I talk about him in the above-linked article, and we’ll continue talking about this rising star of the Moldavian politics, and sort of Che Guevara cum 007, in the upcoming ESR: BLACK SEA GAMBIT. This report is worth reading for many reasons, not the least of them being the international revelations of clandestine dealings and secrets worthy of a thriller! Don’t miss!
By October 2015 mass protests in Kishinev began and they haven’t stopped since. The remarkable thing about these protests is that pro-Romania and pro-Russian forces, both the ultra right and left, are united in their protest against this corrupt, oligarchic pro-EU government.
The leadership in protests was taken by the Party of Socialists with Igor Dodon, who won last elections, but was blocked from forming the government (read all about it in Analysis and Predictions: Battleground Moldova – November 30, 2014 Elections) and Nasha Partia with Renato Usatiy. These leftist parties head the coalition for Moldavian sovereignty, against EU and Romania annexation and for closer ties with Russia. The movement for Customs Union and close ties with Russia is growing daily, as predicted in the linked article and video.
Protests continued through the cold winter despite authorities’ repeated attempts to arrest various leaders, despite sabotage and open propping up of the regime by Romania and USA. As a result of persistent protests, the resignation of Moldova’s PM was achieved. One of the Moldavian oligarchs responsible for the disappearance of $1 bln and former PM Vlad Filat was designated by the regime as scapegoat and sent to jail.
But protesters refused to calm down, continuing to demand resignation of president Timofti, the end of oligarchy and full investigation. The ultimate demand is the new parliamentary elections. Moldovan president refuses to resign and refuses to schedule new elections. In this he’s supported by Romania, which continues its slow, crawling annexation of Moldavia. He’s also supported by EU and USA.
Should new elections be scheduled now, by all estimates and polls, the pro-Russian and pro-Moldavia-sovereignty opposition coalition will win. This would put an end to almost 25 years of Romania dragging Moldavia into its fold, kicking and screaming. Then the country is bound to make a turn away from EU and towards Russia. This will also begin the process of de-oligarchization of the country.
Is it any surprise that the present government, financed by oligarchs, is holding on to power for dear life. This may be their last chance to remain in power. While at it, they are trying to push through the EU association agreement, before it’s too late. This is despite widespread protests and the majority being against it.
And here is our old ‘friend,’ again rearing her ugly head! A day prior Victoria Nuland popped up in Bucharest, Romania, where she met with Romanian and Moldavian presidents/ top brass and where she approved the new PM of Moldavia, whose name is Pavel Filip. This painfully reminds us of how Nuland was caught on tape approving and moving around, like pieces on a chess board, Ukraine PMs, presidents, heads of Rada, and such.
The news of Nuland approving Moldavian PM angered protesters further. The protest slogan became: “US approves the crooked Moldavian government, but Moldavian people don’t.” The protesters say that Filip is the front for the oligarchs that have been robbing the country blind. As economic situation in Moldova worsens, an average citizen feels the pinch. This again reminds me of a similar situation in Ukraine, as described in ESR3: OLIGARCH WARS.
Last night Kishinev (aka, Chisinau, Moldovan capital) government publicly lied to citizens that the approval procedure for the new PM would be delayed by a few days. This was done to mislead and lull protesters into complacency. As protesters looked the other way, under the cover of the night, Moldovan elites gathered in secret and hastily approved the new PM and government without any deliberations. The whole approval process lasted 6 minutes!
Today, after the news reached opposition, a renewed wave of mass protests began. Angry crowds attacked parliament building and for a brief time occupied the ground floor, but were talked by protest leaders into vacating it. The leaders maintain they should stick with peaceful protest, demanding new elections.

At least tens of thousands are on streets, despite low temps – minus 12 C. Note: in this video people chant in Russian: ‘vibori’ – elections and ‘svoboda’ – freedom, and in Modavian: ‘viktorie’ – victory. In Moldova people often speak in a mix of Russian and Moldavian, easily transitioning back and forth between the two. This way of speaking and thinking is very natural for locals as they try to make sure everyone understands them.
Meanwhile, the government has expelled Russian language and culture from schools, government and from MSM, which feels very unnatural to people. As a result, Moldavians exist in a warped reality. At school they are told that Russia is the enemy and invader. But at home people most often watch Russian channels and listen to Russian news.
About 1 million Moldavians work in Russia since their own economy is shut, sending money back home. Meanwhile, Russian language, history and relations with Russia are being suppressed, just like in neighboring Ukraine. Russian speakers prefer to leave Moldova and move to Russia or Pridnestrovie permanently, and not only Russian speakers. Moldavians often make the same choice. Angry crowds also surrounded ex-president of Moldova, Gimpu, who was instrumental in trying to drag the country into EU and towards Romania’s annexation. As he was exiting the parliament, the crowd beat him up.

Incidentally, Russian media reports that the accredited Russian journalists, arriving to cover the protests, are being denied entry into the country and deported on the spot. Moldavian authorities tell them they have been ‘blacklisted.’ Russian journalists are scratching their heads as to why. I know for a fact that Ukraine junta regime closely cooperates and shares their info on who should be blacklisted with Kishinev regime. I’ll have some very revealing intel in that regard in Black Sea Gambit!
I am following the events in Moldavia very closely. My original prediction (see more in the Battleground Moldova link above) was that an uneasy and delicate equilibrium would last until 2016 or 2017, when both pro-EU and anti-EU forces will be close to equal. In the same piece I said that thereafter the country would begin shifting more and more towards Russia.
My prediction remains unchanged, but the scandal with the missing $1 bln may have accelerated the timeline. I am all for positive change, but I still believe that it will take Moldavia until at least some time in 2017 to unravel the country’s many problems. Some sort of compromise needs to be reached between opposing views that would be workable for the majority. Only then a decent new balance may be achieved. But it will be hard for a while. Unfortunately, like with Ukraine, Moldova’s economy will be ruined before the population finally sees the light. Due to the fact that Moldavians are largely peaceful people, unlike western Ukraine’s ukro-nazis, I hope bloodshed may be avoided. Read my above article for more predictions.
The country will have to change lots of things, including constitution, history books (Moldavian history has been re-written; in it Russia is the aggressor and instead of real Moldavian, the falsified ‘Romanian history’ is being taught) and alphabet (traditional Cyrillics was replaced with Latin and Moldavian language is now called ‘Romanian’), among many others. Election laws, federalization/autonomy laws, and many others will also have to change. This will take some time.
One thing remains clear: Moldavia is turning away from the failing Romania annexation/EU-association model. Moldavia can and should live in peace and cooperation with both Europe and Russia, as well as all other neighbors. But it is now forced artificially into a situation when it has to break all relations with Russia – its primary trade partner, cultural, language, currency and jobs donor. Moldavians are forced to accept becoming a poor backdoor of Romania and EU, whether they want it or not.
And this won’t happen. The tide is changing – be ready!
The explosion and the tectonic shift in the pre-Balkans: Moldavia, Pridnestrovie, Gagauzia, along with Romania, will be one of the topics of my upcoming Earth Shift Report: BLACK SEA GAMBIT. In it I’ll also cover the strategically all-important Odessa and northern Black Sea, as well as Caucasus and the changes brewing in the Balkans. Important changes in Poland will also be in the report. These are all areas that are boiling over with unseen by most of the world, but very significant change, which eventually will tip the scale of power in Eurasia. These are the areas usually overlooked, whether intentionally or not, by global MSM. Reliable info from these parts is normally hard to come by.
Just a small sampler of lies, followed by the real truth, about Romania, Moldavia and Russia. The whole picture, as usual, will be revealed in the upcoming Earth Shift Report!
Romanian trolls had polluted the entire internet with claims of the ‘great Romania.’ One such claim: they insist that Moldavia belongs to them. They even have the audacity to say that Odessa and Odessa Oblast (Bessarabia) belong to them as well. I’ll talk about Odessa, as well as the entire Russia/Moldova/Romania spread, in the upcoming BLACK SEA GAMBIT.
But just a few quickies to wet your appetite! In fact, Romania didn’t exist before 19th century. There were a few divergent, very feudal, very backwards, and warring between each other territories: mainly Transylvania (yes, Vlad the Impaler’s domain) and Walachia. Dobruja (definitely a Slavic, non-Romanian word) now belongs to Romania as well, but it really should be a part of Bulgaria. Romania also claims Bukovina in Western Ukraine (also definitely a Slavic word and populated almost exclusively by Slavs). I could go on, but I think the picture is clear.
All the above Eastern European/Balkans territories as far as Hungary were under Ottoman Turks for centuries and didn’t exist as normally functioning states. At least there was a Moldavian dukedom with capital in Kishinev as early as 1690s, even if it wasn’t fully independent. One thing I can tell you for sure, Moldavia was certainly in better shape and fully independent of the wrecks that were Transylvania, Walachia, etc.
By contrast, Rumania (Romania) was only formed in 1878.
Don’t even get me started on the etymology of the word Ru-mania or Ro-mania. Same goes for the Romanian language.
Below is the map I used in ESR7: TURKISH CONUNDRUM, to illustrate the decline of the Ottoman Empire. It shows by year when various areas of Eastern Europe were liberated from Ottomans, between 1699 and 1923 (click for bigger map):
But that’s not all!
It was Russia that liberated all of pre-Balkans and Balkans, including what is today Romania, from the Ottomans. Further, if it wasn’t for Russia, there would be no Romania! Russia insisted on creating Romania at the time, over the objections of the British Empire and Austria-Hungary. Russia wanted to create a state that would unite the pre-Balkans Orthodox people and the kind of state that would keep under control the piracy, smuggling and lawlessness predominant in those parts, so the neighboring people could exist in peace, including Russia’s own Slavic population across the border – in South Russia (aka, Odessa), Novorossia and Malorossia. In retrospect, this is a rare case when, perhaps, Russia should have listened to the Brits.
Conclusion: Romania is one of those countries who repay for any help and any good with the blackest ingratitude. What do you expect from the country that joined Hitler when he was winning, lured by the promise of Odessa as the big prize, but promptly betrayed him and switched to the opposite side when he began losing? Not only Russians, but all Europeans, would be wise to remember this!

Due to an avalanche of noteworthy events happening in those parts as we speak, I am putting the completion of the reports on hold – just for a short while. I don’t want to release the reports prematurely; my intent is to capture as many important news and developments as possible. I want to be flexible as to the sequence and time of release for the final content’s maximum benefit. I may decide to release Black Sea Gambit first, followed by Crimean Agenda – whichever will make more sense at the time of release. The preliminary release time for the first of these two reports: by the end of January. In February (or, depending on how things develop, in March) the second one will be out.
Related to ESR8 and ESR9, and as part of this new trilogy of reports, also expect ESR2 reloaded: UKRAINE: TRUTH, LIES & FUTURE. I’ll try to time it close to the second anniversary of the 2014 Kiev ukro-nazi coup on February 22.
Usually my ESRs weave a tale that reads like a series, from report to report. It’s best to read them sequentially. But they can also be read by related categories. Once covered in an ESR, I won’t return to these topics again. My goal is to move to the new topics. EARTH SHIFT is a huge, all-encompassing global event and there are still so many new topics to write about!
After this first series of 9 reports is complete, I will move on to the long-awaited THE PUTIN ENIGMA. Also, in 2016 I want to concentrate on predictions for Russia, USA and China, as well as on completing the full written version of my Earth Shift Theory.

Emails emerge of alleged George Soros involvement in Ukrainian conflict
Not that it’s news to anyone that #Soros’s greedy claws and corrupt mind have been leached onto #Ukraine along with those of his neocon friends #Nuland, #McCain and others, but it’s nice to see a clear, tangible proof in the form of emails.
Ukrainian hacker group #CyberBerkut claims to have emails revealing billionaire George Soros’s close involvement in the conflict between Ukraine and Russia over the past year. In these emails, Soros provides anti-Russian ‘counseling’ and political/financial advice to the Kiev junta and US governments, as well as NATO. He allegedly advises US to provide lethal military hardware to Ukraine and NATO to train Ukraine troops on Romanian territory. He also advises to manipulate the perception of financial stability in the region.

Just a few days later these same policemen will be burned, beaten and humiliated by ‘peaceful euro-maidan protesters.’ In December of 2013, Nuland famously bragged to the Washington Press Club that US spent $5 billion to ‘subvert Ukraine’ in its bid to weaken and sabotage Russia.

THE REAL SOURCE OF VICTORIA NULAND’S RUSSOPHOBIA: ‘EXCEPTIONAL’ AMERICAN IN 1982 SOVIET ODESSA
I left, perhaps the juiciest (and for me, the funniest) bit for last. To many people out there, Victoria Nuland, the woman who arrogantly and carelessly admitted in December 2013 that US spent $5 bln to subvert Ukraine and create anti-Russia out of it; the woman who orchestrated the Kiev maidan and violent coup; the woman who with a flick of her wrist dismissed and appointed Ukraine governments; the woman who said ‘f*ck Europe’ – is one scary American Zionist and neocon. To most, she is known as Assistant US State Secretary in charge of Eurasia. Her job is to go around subverting countries, organizing violent coups and instigating color revolutions.
But very few realize that she is in fact a small-minded, stuck up little b*tch who never grew up and who always enjoyed humiliating others. Oh, you know I wouldn’t say something like this lightly. I’ve known she is exactly that due to the energy she emanates and due to her calibration, which to some people seems too esoteric. Now I’ve got tangible proof – and it’s to die for!
You heard me right! Just like in the case of Poroshenko and his criminal daddy, it all goes back to Odessa, the city of my childhood. The story below references a well-known international young pioneer camp in Odessa. Summer camps for children were called ‘pioneer camps’ in the USSR. The camp was called Molodaya Gvardia (English: The Young Guard, reference to the young Komsomol/Communist members during the 1918 Civil War, who fought bravely). I knew that camp: it was located on the beach at the far-away outskirts of the city. I’ve never gone there myself, since I grew up five minutes from the beach and since I always preferred to travel and explore for my summer vacation. The story below mentions semechki, which means ‘roasted sunflower seeds’ – remember I once mentioned on FuturisTrendcast that semechki is Russians and Ukrainians’ favorite snack. Like popcorn for Americans, albeit healthier.
Russian author, Inna Metelskaya-Sheremetyeva, tells this story:
“It happened in 1982. I worked as a children’s camp guide (Russian: pioner vozhataya) at Molodaya Gvardia in Odessa. Sorry to say, but I had a huge fight in which blood was drawn, with one American girl. She was also a camp guide who came from the US as part of an exchange program. I once caught her entertaining herself by throwing semechki in the dirt under her feet and laughing when little Ukrainian kids picked up and ate these dirty semechki. I remembered forever the name of that b*tch. She was called Vicky. For that fight I received a public Komsomol reprimand and they threw me out of camp.
Earlier today, I read with great surprise in Nuland’s bio that she worked in 1982 in Odessa’s Molodaya Gvardia as pioner vozhataya, being part of the exchange program, and that her impressions of the USSR were of the most negative kind. I always thought I did the right thing giving her that thrashing. I haven’t regretted it then and don’t regret today. Not enough though; should’ve given her more.”

Intel: Kazakhstan’s Snap Elections, Nazarbayev, Color Revolutions and Eurasian Union

From RT: “Exit polls show near 100 percent support for incumbent Kazakh leader Nursultan Nazarbayev in a snap presidential election in the central Asian country. Exit polls have confirmed Nazarbayev has won about 97.5 percent of the vote, while there was a voter turnout of over 95 percent. International and local observers at polling stations across the country have reported no significant violations. There were a total of 858 observers from 19 countries present.
Nazarbayev’s rule is contested by two other candidates, the leader of the Communist party and the leader of the state labor unions federation. However, they are widely seen as non-competitive, with Nazarbayev clinching 95 percent of the votes in the previous election in 2011. Nursultan Nazarbayev, 75, is often accused of suppressing opposition and freedom of speech. In 2014, the French Geopolitical Crime Observatory gave him the title ‘Dictator of the Year’, beating Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe as well as three toppled leaders: Tunisian Zine El Abidine Ben Ali, Egypt’s Hosni Mubarak and Haitian Jean-Claude Duvalier. Opposition journalists accuse him of cultivating a personality cult, to which he owes his high election results. Nazarbayev is promising to take his country into the world’s top 30 best-developed countries.
“Should Kazakhs show me their trust again, my first act will naturally be to create a committee on implementing five constitutional reforms,” he said. Those reforms are aimed at “not letting the global crisis negatively affect [Kazakhstan’s] development, to maintain the speed of growth and prepare grounds for a new leap ahead.” Link to post.

English: Snap presidential elections ended in Kazakhstan. Three candidates participated: current president Nursultan Nazarbayev – leader of the country since 1989; leader of the Kazakh Communist Party Turgun Sizdikov; head of the country’s labor union federation Abelgazi Kusainov.
According to my Kazakh sources, and I quote: ‘in Kazakhstan, in friendship and accord live 130 different nationalities: 50% Kazakhs, 30% Russians, 5% Germans; the remaining 15% are Ukrainians, Belorussians, Uzbeks, Tatars, etc.’
Nazarbayev’s Kazakh nickname is ‘Elbasi,’ which translates as the ‘voice of the people’ or ‘head of the people.’
I hear that this time even those who usually don’t bother, went to vote, the majority – for Nazarbayev. The reason: people want stability. Nazarbayev means just that for his people. The worry for many is that he is getting on with years. However, to this date, there is no worthy substitute for him in his country. I do hear the name of Tasmaganbetov (Тасмаганбетов) as potential successor.
More from my Kazakh sources: people also talk about the fact that they don’t even know other candidates, what they want, what their plan is, in other words, they appear to the people being neither here nor there. Is it because they aren’t given equal opportunity to promote themselves, or is it because there is simply no contest?
About 100 initial candidates entered the race, with 3 qualifying for the elections. It is rumored that Nazarbayev didn’t want to run any more, but that his party Nur Otan (Нур Отан) insisted he runs again. “People want peace and order, it’s dangerous to change anything in the country now” – “Народ хочет мира и порядка. Сейчас опасно что-либо менять в курсе страны.”
As you know from my previous articles, LadaRayLive videos and interviews, Kazakhstan is a member of the Eurasian Union together with Russia and Belarus; member of SCO with Russia, China, etc.; member of the Caspian Club, with Russia, Iran, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan; one of the biggest allies of Russia, with its policies directed towards closer ties. Kazakhstan will also play a role in the new Eurasian Silk Road Project and in the anti-petrodollar revolution. The global geopolitical and mystical role of Kazakhstan and personally Nazarbayev cannot be underestimated. I said previously in this interview, PUTIN’S DISAPPEARANCE AND THE NEW SILK ROAD, that Kazakhstan together with Belarus, serves as a support for Putin and Russia in the rebalancing of the world, Belarus representing the western support and Kazakhstan the eastern one. The futuristic Astana
All the above makes Kazakhstan a prime candidate for color revolution. Look at Ukraine: the bloody maidan and coup of 2014 followed the announcement by Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus of the formation of the Eurasian Union. It was necessary to pry Ukraine away from Russia and prevent Ukraine from joining the union.
Many prior attempts to organize a color revolution in Russia have failed. Seeing that 2012 protests on Moscow’s Bolotnaya Square brought no result, those who are behind color revolutions all over the world, changed their tactic. They organized the assassination of Boris Nemtsov. (Read: Lada’s Investigation: Who Benefits from the Death of the Russian Opposition Leader Boris Nemtsov?)
Nemtsov himself was hardly popular and largely overlooked in Russia, being just a deputy of the Yaroslavl’ city council, a small city near Moscow. His only value was in his death. That death had to be as loud and as prominent as possible. Hence shocking and dramatic assassination next to the Red Square and 200 meters from the Kremlin’s main Spasskaya Tower. They were hoping that Nemtsov’s mourning may be turned into a bloodbath next to the Kremlin, the seat of the Russian President.
During the ‘march in memory of Boris Nemtsov’ organized by opposition and authorized by Moscow authorities to take place next to the Red Square, several Ukrainian politicians and known provocateurs were detained, including a Rada Deputy who was filmed dancing on burned bodies on Odessa’s Kulikovo Polie during the May 2, 2014. With them, these people had American dollars in small denominations, which were supposed to be used for payment to violent thugs, who would turn the peaceful commemoration into a blood bath. They were planning on re-creating the Kiev maidan 2014, when 20,000 ‘peaceful’ protesters, many of whom were used, and even more of whom were simply bought, camouflaged 2,000 choice militants and trained thugs, who were there to provoke violence by attacking and burning police. As we know, it worked out very well in Kiev.
Not so in Moscow. After ringleaders wannabe were detained (and let go after the fact), there was no one to direct the thugs. Russian FSB and OMON also arrested an undisclosed number of suspected militants from Ukraine, Chechnya, Georgia, Baltics. As a result, no maidan in Russia.
While Belarus and Kazakhstan are doing pretty well on this front too, the danger of a color revolution is still high in Armenia and Kyrgyzstan – the new members of Eurasian Union (Kyrgyzstan officially to join in May 2015), and well as in Tajikistan – a prospective member.
It has to be noted that the attack on Eurasian Union states is, and will continue being, multi-prong. Let’s call it a hybrid war. It is understood that Ukraine maidan and the ukro-nazi junta were organized to prevent Ukraine from joining Eurasian Union and to create an area of permanent instability on Russia’s borders. It worked only partially, but unfortunately, my prediction that Ukraine economy would be completely destroyed in the process is coming true all too well.

Armenia and Kyrgyzstan are now balancing an inch from their own color revolutions. My prediction is: attempts to create color revolutions will not succeed in either of these countries. Unfortunately these attempts do succeed in creating distractions, economic hardship, and slowing down the process of building the Eurasian Union.
Another devilish goal they have is to create animosity and hatred between countries, nationalities and peoples. Recent, very strange events in Armenia, when a Russian soldier knocked on a door to ask for water and supposedly killed an Armenian family, led to an explosion of anti-Russian protests and demands that Russian military base be removed. The event practically reeked of false flag. Fortunately, the Russian government acted in a very level-headed manner, promising full trial disclosure. The majority of the population didn’t support the Russian base closure demands and they died down. However, attempts to destabilize Armenia continue.
The same story is true for Kyrgyzstan. According to my data, in small Kyrgyzstan, population 5.72 million, there are 17,000 Western and Western-financed NGOs!! As we know, Western NGOs, financed by the US Endowment for Democracy, Soros, US State Dept, and others, are the instrument of color revolutions.
Prediction: as I said, there will be no success in organizing such color revolution in Kyrgyzstan. But attempts will continue for the foreseeable future, until all these countries manage to create a strong joint political, economic and defence system. This will only be possible as a result of Eurasian Union and the New Silk Road project.
Finally, the biggest intrigue: why were these snap Kazakh elections conducted one year before term, especially considering Nazarbayev was guaranteed a win? The reason is the same as above: color revolution and potential economic crisis inflicted via currency manipulation. Last year, Kazakhstan already went through a major devaluation (25% or more) of Tenge, its currency. It’s still nothing compared to the devaluation of the Russian currency, following the attack on the Ruble in December 2014. I’ll write more about that and what will happen soon, in the upcoming Earth Shift Report: Game of Rubles.
Anticipating that attempts to destabilize the country economically and politically will continue, and that possible hardship is coming, Nazarbayev and his advisors decided to do preemptive elections now, when the country is relatively stable. Organizing snap elections also provided another advantage. Kazakhstan knows they are in line for a maidan of their own. They have their own Western-sponsored NGOs and their own opposition.
By the way, on FT when we refer to ‘opposition.’ we mean practically without exception, Western-paid and Western-trained opposition.
Nazarbayev and his people know (a little birdie must have whispered this advice into their ear) that while US State Dept, CIA and Victoria Nuland are busy with Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia, they have a reprieve. Doing snap elections during this period means that Nuland won’t get to Astana on time and local opposition won’t be able to organize themselves.
It turned out they were right.
Incidentally, it is known that US and their allies are preparing a color revolution in Russia for 2018, in the attempt to sabotage Russian presidential elections. Also, preparations are underway to sabotage 2016 Russian Duma elections. Russians aren’t asleep; defences are being prepared. None of this will work.

Why Is Obama Scrambling to Catch Up to Putin?
Thank you, Mr. President! In his recent interview with CNN, Obama admitted that US ‘brokered’ Kiev ukro-nazi coup and Ukraine regime change.
Not that it is a secret to anyone, but it’s nice to hear it straight out of the horse’s mouth.
The world does need to hear this slip-of-the-tongue admission by the Nobel Peace Prize winner Barack Obama that USA in fact was behind the violent ukro-nazi coup of February 22, 2014 in Kiev that unseated Yanukovich and created the bloody civil war in Ukraine. Just one day prior, on February 21, 2014, the EU and foreign ministers from Poland, Germany and France put their signatures under a deal between Yanukovich and Kiev maidan leaders, guaranteeing a stop to violence. One day later, based on the direct US order, as was revealed first in the leaked tape by US State Dept’s Victoria Nuland, and now by Obama, the violent coup overturned Yanukovich, which resulted in the civil war with tens of thousands dead, Donbass infrastructure bombed into oblivion and Ukraine economy destroyed. On nother note: notice how hurt Obama sounds during his State of the Union Address and in this interview, towards Putin. Obama comes across as having a fixation on Putin and feeling personally jealous. Not a good thing for a US president, in which he demonstrates both his weakness and insecurity.
In his State of the Union address, Obama said that when in 2014 ‘Putin took Crimea,’ as he put it, everyone touted that as a brilliant chess move. But where is Russia now, he added. Russian economy is in ‘tatters.’
I’ll leave outside the scope of this piece the fact that Russian economy is hardly in tatters and that mid-to-long-term the EU/US sanctions will benefit the Russian economy tremendously. In the above interview, Obama is back to justifying what were spectacular fails by the US in 2014, namely, Crimea and Donbass. No, Crimea wasn’t any grand master plan by Putin, says Obama. It was merely a reaction to the circumstances AFTER WE BROKERED THE POWER TRANSFER IN KIEV (read: ukro-nazi coup of February 22, 2014 that led to bloody civil war that continues destroying Donbass and killing thousands of people).
Mr. Obama, you bet Putin was reacting to circumstances you and your friends created. If not for the US, there would have been no bloody mess in Ukraine, Donbass would have not rebelled, and Crimea would have still been a part of Ukraine. So, for what it’s worth, the citizens of the Russian Crimea are saying: “Thank you, Mr. Obama!” Thanks to you and your government’s miscalculations, Crimean people’s 23-year-old dream of re-uniting with Russia came true.
Citizens of Russia are also very grateful to you. They are thankful for the sanctions, which allow them to develop their own industry and agriculture that was disadvantaged by the proliferation of the Western produce on the Russian market. Given time, these sanctions will also allow Russia to properly rebuild its financial and monetary system, nationalize Central Bank and re-gain full sovereignty of the Russian currency. This is the beginning of the end of the dollar system.
Citizens of the world are grateful to you, as well. Thanks to the US government’s over-reach and ignorant arrogance, people not only in Russia, South America and Asia have woken up. The rebellion is now starting in the EU. The first country to rebel is Greece; Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Hungary, Slovakia, and eventually France, UK and Germany to follow.
Europe’s natural trade partner is Russia. Eurasia, with countries like China and India, is growing fast. Russia is a natural bridge between Europe and Asia. It is through Russia that Western Europe can connect with the booming Asia. Western Europe, Russia and Asia are a natural alliance, allowing people all over the entire continent (Europe + Asia = Eurasia) benefit from each other’s strength and borrow each other’s expertise.
The development of Eurasia, based on the new cooperative principles, will change the balance of our planet. Abandoning behind today’s predatory capitalism, people of our planet need to move to the cooperative society of the future.
America, both North and South, Africa and Australia can then also become the equal and productive partners of the new, stable and cooperative planet Earth. However, to achieve that, first we need to change the imbalanced situation that exists today when single, overly aggressive country tries to dictate to the rest of the world.

US vassals and ‘allies’ are rebelling all over the world. A loyal vassal and NATO member of many years, Turkey, has effectively switched sides. I remember the Cold War days, when Turkey was the place from where NATO/US bases threatened Russia and the city of Odessa, where I grew up, from the south. Today’s Turkey signed the Turkish Stream agreement with Russia and is in line for ascension into SCO. One of the latest occurrences: when Ukraine announced their US sponsors were building LNG terminal in Odessa to replace Russian gas, Turkey that controls the straits announced they won’t let US tankers into the Black Sea.
Meanwhile in Greece: after winning the Greek elections, the Syriza party already announced that they would consider exiting NATO and EU. I said in my recent LadaRayLive video about Turkish Stream and Greek elections (see link above) that Cyprus would follow Greece, should Greece decide to exit EU (and NATO). Interesting news crossed the wires from Zerohedge. Cyprus, reportedly, has offered its territory for a Russian navy base. The strategic importance of such location cannot be underestimated.
France is being threatened by the US repeatedly because the French are trying to break the mold and serve as a bridge between Russia and the West. US manages to keep Angela Merkel of Germany in line, but the German people are not fooled. The latest trip to Kiev and Moscow by Merkel and Hollande are a signal of EU’s dissent as well. Future will tell us how far this dissent will go, but it’s the beginning.
Even Israel and Saudis are starting to rebel.
It’s not going very well for Mr. Obama on the international arena, which is why his rating keeps dropping and is at an all-time low for his presidency. Meanwhile, Putin’s, already high rating, has jumped up in the past year. Putin’s general approval rating is between 83 and 88. Another recent poll showed that if presidential election were held today, 74% of Russians would have voted for Putin, which is a record number. In 2012 almost 64% voted for Putin, in 2004 – 68%.
Seems like all Obama is doing lately is scrambling to catch-up to Putin all over the world. Putin goes to Cuba – several months later Obama announces that 50 years of anti-Cuban sanctions have been an epic fail and that US needs to re-establish relations with Cuba (check out my articles about Cuba and Putin’s trip to Latin America on this blog). For years, Russia has been working with Iran, lessening the impact of Western sanctions and brokering various agreements between Iran and the West. Suddenly, Obama remembers that anti-Iran sanctions are also a fail and announces that Iran, after all, does have the right to nuclear energy.
Putin recently went to India, signing $20bln worth of trade agreements. Barely a few weeks later, Obama followed in Putin’s tracks. He tried to convince India to leave the BRICS, offering some perks that weren’t fully disclosed.
Signs are important. A red carpet was rolled out for Obama in India. But as Obama descended from his plane, his tank-like limo drove onto the red carpet and blocked Obama’s path. To shake hands both Obama and Indian president had to walk around the limo.
Later, Obama watched a military parade in his honor, while chewing gum, which Indians took as an insult. They should have pitied him instead as chewing gum actually denotes discomfort and nervousness.
I can certainly see why Obama had felt nervous while watching that military parade. For one, Indians were demonstrating rockets, tanks and other serious military hardware. The polite Indians would always make their guest welcome, but in this case, this demo of the Indian military power was no doubt meant as a subtle (well, not so subtle, perhaps) hint not to try anything funny as India would be capable of defending itself. But the clincher was that Indians made Obama sit through the parade filled with latest Russian technology recently purchased by India. Anyone would start chewing gum at such humiliation!
After Obama’s visit to India, China issued a rare official warning to India that they shouldn’t get too close to the US and that they should stick with their BRICS friends. China is obviously acting here on behalf of other BRICS countries. But in reality, China needn’t worry. US won’t get anywhere with India. Same goes for Iran and Cuba.
For all these countries US overtures are too little too late. These jerky moves by Obama denote desperation and admission of the fact that power is slipping away from the world hegemon wannabe.
In the very beginning of 2014 I predicted that US getting involved in Ukraine and orchestrating the illegal nazi coup in Kiev would not get them anywhere long-term. I said that they already lost, but they don’t know it yet. Unfortunately, the energy that is clearly set in stone in the cosmic sense; in other words, something I can clearly see as already manifested as a mystical futurist, takes a long time to play out in 3D. 3D is the three-dimensional reality of the physical dimension in which humanity exists. Therefore, what was clearly visible to me since February 2014, is only now starting to manifest in the physical reality.
I also said that at this time of massive Earth Shift and re-building of the entire human econo-political system, smaller countries and countries that are in-between (the ones whose allegiances could be divided) could benefit by negotiating preferential deals with both sides. It’s sort of like children of divorced parents, who can get twice the presents and ice cream from both. But such things only go so far. At some point everyone will have to decide which way they go.
As to India, I hear my Indian friends saying that Russia is their most loyal friend that had proven time and again their friendship. Therefore, there is no question in their mind which way to go.
Incidentally, FM of India has met with FMs of China and Russia in Beijing to discuss their common affairs, following Obama’s visit to New Delhi. Link to press conference in Chinese and Russian. Translating from the diplomatic tongue it means: “Sure, we met with Obama, but it was all for show. We are with you all the way, rest assured.”
Neither Indians, nor Iranians or Cubans, not to mention Greeks, Italians, Kazakhs, South Americans and Chinese have any illusions about the US. They know very well who their friend is, and who isn’t. When I traveled in Asia in the early 2000, I was amazed at how people felt towards the US in countries such as Malaysia. The past 12 years and latest Malaysia Airlines false flags only reinforced their opinion.
This information is diligently suppressed in the West, but the rest of the world understands very well that it was US, together with its vassals, who orchestrated the bloody nazi coup in Kiev for the purpose of destroying Ukraine, destabilizing Russia and EU, and in order to put a wedge between Russia and EU (for details see my 2014 articles about Ukraine and PREDICTIONS).
People don’t buy the official US lies. The old US playbook has stopped working.
So, Mr. Obama, as they say in Russia, don’t dig a grave for someone else – you’ll fall in it yourself.

The author states the premise that basically the Obama administration has thrown in the towel in the quest to control all of Ukraine. The crazies around Victoria Nuland have been defeated first by the quick Russian annexation of Crimea and then by the rebels defeating the Kiev Junta in the east. So in crude terms the west gets the failed state in the western part and Russia gets the destroyed state in the east (although Russia declines to accept it formerly as part of Russia). So the logic of this article makes me believe that the US and Russia will work to manage the de facto division of the Ukraine as it morphs into a sort of West Germany/East Germany situation. Of course it’s not that simple because what about the other pro Russian regions, including Odessa and Kharkov. It just smells like the US and Russia have an understanding in Ukraine. If the area west of the Dnieper River gets close to the west and east of the river de facto if not de jeure joins Russia which would include Odessa and as long as the western part remains demilitarized and void of Nato then I think it’s great. If that’s how things settle down and there’s more or less peace then it’s a great victory. It appears that Russia scored another impressive diplomatic coup like they did to stop the crazies in Syria last year. Vladimir Putin just does not make mistakes. If things continue like they are for the remainder of Putin’s presidency then he will go down as the greatest Russian leader ever, period. I’m not making hyperbole here. All the talk about Putin and the NWO is really idiotic. It’s great though that you are countering it. Here are three reasons to support the premise of the article.
1. Poroshenko got nothing in his trip to the US
2. The Nato summit, despite some of the hostile rhetoric, was a real dud with nothing substantial regarding Ukraine
3. John McCain is really pissed off about the US not sending military aid to Ukraine”

Gary, you are spot on! And I’ll tell you more. This is my latest intel: an understanding between Russia and US about Ukraine WAS reached in exchange for a few minor adjustments by Russia in a different area of the world. I won’t say more at this time, perhaps later… As we know, politics is all about negotiations.
This happened after US/EU lost on several fronts. US and EU will be slowly backing off. It was hinted by one or two high up Russian leaders. The fact that nothing will come out for the West from their Ukraine adventure was my prediction from the very beginning of the Ukraine crisis, if you recall. More can always be found in PREDICTIONS and INTERVIEWS above, as well as under category UKRAINE in archives. But I am stressing again, this will be a very protracted process and US/NATO/EU will continue their threatening rhetoric, if only to save face AND to see if there is another weak link in the Russian world. So, no resting on laurels for the weary ;).
My long-term prediction remains that Ukraine at large will eventually change gears, leaning towards Russia, including Kiev, central and northern Ukraine. In fact, once Kharkov and Dnepropetrovsk are cleared, Kiev WILL follow suit as there is a strong connection between these cities. About 55% of those who create mayhem in Kiev are really from western Ukraine. Also, a large number is from poor villages of central Ukraine. But even in western Ukraine there is more and more dissent and confusion brewing. Just wait till winter comes. EU right now is panicked as to what to do with Ukraine in the winter. Ukraine will be freezing without Russian gas for which they refuse to pay the $5bln+ they owe. Between siphoning of the EU gas and a possible gas valve shut off by Ukraine, Europe is really, really scared. There comes a point when even the bought-and-paid-for EU politicians can’t continue being obedient US lapdogs for fear of a revolution in their own backyard. Hence the impotence and conspicuous absence of the US in the EU-Ukraine-Novorossia-Russia negotiations in Minsk. Of course, the moment Ukraine delegation is back in Kiev, they run to the boss at the US embassy.
You are right about Putin as well, although again I want to stress (reference to the tagged ‘NWO takeover’ article on top) that no one should be put on an attainable pedestal. Not because a person doesn’t deserve it, but so mere mortals don’t experience a severe disappointment when, from their standpoint, that person doesn’t live up to an unrealistic expectation. That said, it’s hard to disagree based on actions alone. Incidentally, Russians agree too, as Putin’s ratings are going through the roof and are officially the highest in the world for almost half a year.

That readership’s questions were really the reason for my ‘response to a reader.’ However, judging by some comments on this re-post, it appears many people in the West, present company excluded, are not interested in real facts and real developments as they prefer to pursue some illusory conspiracy theories and muddy their brains with confusion. Instead of the truth, and real facts based on true knowledge, they prefer to substitute one illusion for another.
This makes me wonder if what I say in my articles and predictions is falling for the most part on deaf ears, and if it’s worth continuing my work. Or is it as usual, the smallest percentage that creates most noise and confusion?
Is it worth it for me to continue working to enlighten, explain and reveal the truth? I really do hope all my work till now wasn’t for nothing. I do genuinely wonder at this point.

I don’t think I have to add much to the exchange between the delusional #Psaki from the US State Department and a member of the press at the latest briefing. Earlier, in the best #nazi traditions, the Ukraine Prime Minister #Yatsenyuk saw it fit to refer to the citizens of the South-East Ukraine, and to Russians, as sub-human. The Ukraine Foreign Minister #Deshchitsa (most of the above names sound like a bad joke, don’t they?) publicly called Russian President Vladimir Putin a swear word I can’t repeat in front of decent people.
The Ukraine foreign minster’s outburst about Putin happened, not surprisingly, during the Kiev mob’s attack on the Russian embassy. He said he came to calm down the attackers (because that’s how you normally calm down the raging mob – by angrily swearing at the leader of the neigboring country), but his words indicate he may have actually been one of the instigators behind the attack. All this was posted proudly on the official Ukraine govt site, and the Ukraine foreign ministry/US embassy sites.
Psaki and the US government defend all the above remarks, expressing full support of the Ukraine government.
I normally wouldn’t post something like this on my blog, but this just illustrates so incredibly well who is in charge of the US policy, who is in charge of Ukraine – and how little they can be trusted.
Let me remind everyone that the Kiev government US is eager to support, continues bombing #Donbass peaceful citizens, including with the UN banned chemical weapon – white phosphorus (known technology by US and Israel). The Kiev government also flatly refuses to pay for Russian gas (which it has not paid for since the beginning of 2014), and it officially announced that it would be taking without payment all the gas it needs from the Russian transit gas going through Ukraine territory and intended for Europe. These actions are also routinely supported and defended by the US government. Indeed, no comment…

You may wonder where such incompetent psychopaths, who shape US foreign policy, come from? Why, they get educated at the elite US schools: Harvard (Obama and Kerry alma mater), Yale (Bush), Wesleyan University (part of Seven Sisters for women – Hilary Clinton), Stanford (Condi Rice).
Incidentally, former puppet prez of Georgia #Saakashvili, former puppet prez of Ukraine #Yushchenko (who is also married to a former US State Dept employee), current and former presidents of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia all went to school in the US (most) or the EU. That’s when they were “acquired” by the US.
You may say that these are fronts, while others give orders, remaining in the shadows. That doesn’t really matter. Both those who are fronts and those who are in the shadows come from the same “school.” What matters is that unfortunately for all of us, they have control of the biggest war machine in the world, the world financial and propaganda system, and the control of the RED BUTTON.
I personally wouldn’t trust these to boil a cup of water – forget the red button.
Breaking! Ukraine Mob Vandalises Russian Embassy in Kiev
This goes hand in hand with my previous two posts:

It appears a mob of several hundred people, painfully reminding us of the aggressive and angry thugs on Kiev maidan a few months prior, surrounded Russian embassy in Kiev, damaged the building and embassy cars, blockaded all exits out of it, and tore down the Russian flag, replacing it with the Ukrainian and ukro-nazi “right sector’ flags. Russian diplomats are stuck inside the blockaded building. The police is standing idly by, doing absolutely nothing. That’s all I know so far.

Just added report and video about the attack on the Russian embassy in Kiev, plus interview with Vladimir Zhirinovsky, who said that this is a deliberate provocation – ripping off the Russian flag from its embassy is a very grave international incident. Kiev is hoping Russia will act rashly and in response, stops gas negotiations, after which Ukraine will be able to blame its failures on Russia. Then Kiev will continue siphoning off gas intended for Europe and using it on its territory for free. In other words, what I said. Video report in Russian.
Let me remind everyone that US Assistant Secretary of State Victoria #Nuland, who masterminded the whole Ukraine crisis (you can read lots about it in my early articles about the Ukraine maidan), just visited Kiev. During, or immediately after, her visit the following events took place: escalation of the Kiev war with its own people, and phosphorus bombing of eastern Ukraine civilians – white phosphorus is banned by the UN and is used by the US and Israel only; Ukraine armored vehicles breached Russia’s border; Kiev flatly refused to settle its gas bill with Russia despite its whooping $4.5 billion debt and a looming shut-off. And to top it all off, a violent attack on the Russian embassy in Kiev.
Only those who are blind will not see the connection between Nuland’s visit and all these events.
At the same time, US senator #McCain just visited #Bulgaria. After his visit, Bulgaria suddenly announced that it was revoking its participation in South Stream – Russian pipeline being built to bypass Ukraine, and delivering gas directly to southern Europe. This means South Stream can’t continue as it has to go through Bulgaria to reach the Balkans and Italy. Bulgaria benefits tremendously from this pipeline, including transit fees, construction/employment/financing bonanza and cheap gas that goes with the territory. Bulgaria’s economy is in a shambles after joining the EU. It needs this pipeline. Blocking South Stream is nothing but an order from the Washington HQ to their Bulgarian agents, which is contrary to the interests of the Bulgarian people.
As I said in Phosphorus Bombing of Slavyansk and Ukraine APCs Breach Russian Border: all this is done to damage Russian and EU economies, and to drive a wedge between Russia, Ukraine and EU. It is also designed to make Russia react by sending Russian troops to Ukraine. Then US and NATO can re-start the arms race, the new #ColdWar and #NATO expansion to the Russian borders. Worse case scenario: they may start a new BIG war on the European continent, which under worst circumstances can turn into World War III.
Make no mistake, US is after the BIG prize: Russia!
The situation we are observing now bears striking and very disturbing similarities to the beginning of World War I in 1914! This August we will be commemorating the 100th anniversary of WWI. Imagine the twisted minds of those who are attempting to start a brand new armed world conflict to coincide with this gruesome date!

Gas Wars: Why Is Ukraine Refusing to Pay for Russian Gas?
The negotiations between Russia and Ukraine regarding gas price, mediated by the EU, have failed. Russia set the final deadline for Ukraine’s gas non-payment – this coming Monday. Four other deadlines came and went, while Kiev never expressed any desire to pay even a small portion of its debt. Kiev’s debt to Gazprom is now $4,5 bln. Gazprom said it would accept partial payment of debt as a show of good will. In exchange, it would agree to lower the price of gas to $385 from the market price of $485 – which is what Europe pays. More discounts are possible, should Ukraine continue in good faith. However, Ukraine refused to accept this compromise offer.
Yes, the country is broke, but it just received IMF loan, which Ukraine motivated in part by the desperate need to repay its debt to Russia. So, does it mean Ukraine lied on its IMF application too? Certainly, this is a rhetorical question, as we all know why the IMF loan was really given to Ukraine – basically as a repayment to #Poroshenko, #Yatsenyuk, #Turchinov, #Klitchko and other Western stooges, for maidan, for destroying Ukraine and causing serious trouble for Russia (the more trouble, the more payment = IMF loans). But those naive people in Europe and the US who still think the IMF loan was given to prop up the Ukraine economy, for you this is food for thought!
The failure of the gas negotiations was the absolutely predictable outcome! I had no doubt the negotiations were a farce, and a stalling tactic by Kiev junta and their HQ in Washington. The Ukraine side never intended to reach any agreement with Russia. In the old days this would be called: acting in bad faith. And today, it’s called: fulfilling the boss’s order.
Let’s examine what happened and what it means for the future.
I think it is no secret for anyone who is clear-minded and awake what is really going on in Ukraine. Kiev and most of Ukraine, have been taken over by the forces, which are a combination of the western Ukraine fascists and pro-American stooges that are ready to sell out their own country in exchange for money and power, backed by the US guns. Can’t even say it’s backed by the US money, as the US is actually being quite stingy financially. It appears, US wants better results from the Kiev junta than it was so far able to deliver. Killing a few hundred more people in eastern Ukraine? Destroying even more residential quarters? More phosphorus bombs dropped on own population? But regardless of how much US/EU shell out to Ukraine, all of it will end up in the pockets of Poroshenko, #Kolomoysky and other oligarchs.
It is clear that the EU association agreement Ukraine is ready to sign, will rob the country blind. It is clear that #fracking deals signed by Canada PM #Harper and US reps will damage the prized Ukrainian chernozem soils. Fracking has already began in Ukraine and untold riches from the shale gas extraction have been promised to the Ukrainians the same way they were promised to those in Pennsylvania and Texas, who now have to live with poisoned land and flammable water.
Ukraine also signed a deal with the US and EU to bury nuclear waste on their soil. Ukraine has no necessary expertise nor equipment to do so. But it does have Chernobyl. Out of one Chernobyl, they want to create a hundred Chernobyls by burying nuclear waste without proper precautions. One thing Soviet Union was able to prevent in Chernobyl was ground water contamination. Burying of nuclear waste in Ukraine without proper technology will contaminate the water table. And this water table is connected to Russia, Europe and even parts of the Middle East via the Black Sea. It is clear that the EU and US do not care what becomes of Ukrainian land and people, when it’s turned into nuclear / fracking wasteland. It seems they don’t care even about their own people…
It’s also clear that the present rulers of Ukraine don’t care about their population even a bit. Otherwise, they would not be bombing eastern Ukraine with banned white phosphorus. See my previous article about that.
And then, there is Russian gas…
Because of how the economy was designed during USSR, most pipelines transporting Russian gas to Europe were built through Ukraine. In part, it was so Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic’s economy didn’t depend on Russia’s help as much. Gas pipeline provided large employment for locals, and Ukraine also made substantial transit fees. Today, Ukraine still makes transit fees from Russia, while the pipeline was built during Soviet days by Russians and while gas running through it is Russian. By the way, Ukraine recently increased transit fees for Russian gas. This sharing of the wealth, which was a common Soviet ideology, and of which I spoke in one of my previous writings, has really backfired on Russia once the colored revolutionaries #Yushchenko, #Tymoshenko and #Poroshenko came to power in 2004.
Between 2004 and 2010, under Yushchenko and Tymoshenko, Ukraine refused to pay for gas on several occasions, while using Russian gas for free for months at a time. As a result, on two occasions, Russia shut off gas to Ukraine. In response, Ukraine started stealing gas designated for Europe. The theft was so substantial that Gazprom started suffering serious losses. At that point, Russia had no choice but to stop the flow of gas to Europe, which created a stellar opportunity for the West to vilify Russia. Let me say it again: when Russia complained to the EU that Ukraine was stealing gas flowing to Europe, Europe said, “it’s your problem, and has nothing to do with us.” When Russia had to stop gas flow in oreder to contain business losses, EU said, “bad Russia, you are blackmailing us and poor Ukraine with your gas.”
The Western MSM and politicians are pounding into everyone’s heads that Russia uses its gas as a geopolitical weapon. As if getting paid for her goods and services is something Russia has no right to.
These instances also created an amazing opportunity to brainwash the citizens of Ukraine. And US, EU, Western #NGOs, and #Soros pounced. Ukraine authorities, along with Western sponsored and financed NGOs, were yelling day and night that Russia wants to strangle Ukraine by shutting off gas and letting people freeze to death in the middle of a winter – therefore, Russia is Ukraine’s enemy. I have no excuses for those in Ukraine who let themselves be brainwashed with this lie. This kind of brainwashing was only possible for those who wanted to be brainwashed or for those who sold out.
What was clear to me in 1995, 2004, 2007, 2010 and today is this: There never was an independent Ukraine. Moreover, there never was an honest government in Ukraine that cared for the well-being of its people. Back in 2007 and 2010, Yushchenko, Tymoshenko, Poroshenko were acting on orders from their bosses in Washington.
Fast-forward to today! Note Kiev’s incongruously stuck-up and unbending position in gas price negotiation with Russia. This is yet another demonstration of the same. Kiev owes Russia $4.5bln for unpaid gas, which Russia has been supplying for free since last year; Ukraine is facing the gas supply shut-down, which Russia warned about for months. Yet Kiev is dictating to Russia what price they want to pay for Russian gas and on which conditions they will, or won’t, start paying?
Russia is asking for a partial repayment so the gas keeps flowing. Otherwise, Ukraine will be put on strict prepayment schedule, meaning that Ukraine will only receive gas they already paid for – which at this point is none. Ukraine says, no, this won’t work for us – give us the discount Belarus is getting (the country which is part of Customs Union, therefore entitled to the insider price), and then MAYBE we’ll repay you part of our debt. Even Europeans seem to be shocked at this audacity.
The only possible reason Yatsenyuk, Poroshenko, and Co. would be so arrogant and audacious is because they have received direct assurances from the US that it will be behind them 100%. The infamous #neocon Victoria #Nuland just visited Kiev. She didn’t bring any burgers and cookies for maidan this time, but she brought something else – direct orders.
The goals of Nuland’s visit were as follows:

3. To sabotage gas price negotiations at any cost, which in the end will hurt both Russia and EU! Watch report: Gazprom sets last gas payment deadline for Ukraine.
Ukraine PM #Yatsenyuk gave order to all his underlings to prepare for the gas shut-off on Monday – the last deadline given by Russia for past due payment (4 deadlines have already gone by). Yatsenyuk and Poroshenko would rather have the entire country be without gas than agree on something reasonable with Russia.
Here is why.
1. They received a direct order from the Washington HQ to destabilize Russia and Europe, and to drive a wedge between them.
2. They desperately need to paint Russia as a villain who turned off the gas to the poor Ukrainian citizens, so later they can say that Russia is to blame for the economic collapse of the Ukraine. In reality, the collapse has been underway for the past 23 years. When Ukraine became “independent,” its economy was grossly mismanaged. The majority of assets were routinely siphoned off by oligarchs. That includes Poroshenko, #Yanukovich, Kolomoysky, Tymoshenko, #Avakov, #Akmetov, among others. Per reports, the newly elected president of Ukraine Poroshenko’s wealth just a year prior was estimated at $600mln. After the 2014 Kiev maidan and Yanukovich’s ousting (who was yet another oligarch and mafia boss), Poroshenko’s wealth all of sudden jumped to $1.3bln. It is understood that he, along with his cronies, such as Kolomoysky (the original mafia boss), Avakov, and others have taken over the assets of the “Yanukovich family.” In addition, part of the $5bln that Victoria Nuland so loves to brag about that the US spent on “subverting Ukraine” has ended up in the oligarchs’ pockets. There were payments in addition to that: some alternative media sources have talked about multi-million payments by the West to the Ukraine stooges after maidan. I discussed in my previous articles that within several years, Russia will deliver most gas it sells to Europe bypassing Ukraine. It will also deliver the majority of its gas to #China, thus taking away the blackmailing leverage from Ukraine.
USA is 100% aligned with the Kiev government (who are on their payroll anyway): anything to paint Russia as the villain will do. And of course no one either in Ukraine or US cares how all these attempts to weaken and vilify Russia will impact Ukraine’s ordinary citizens – and the impact will be catastrophic! Kiev junta doesn’t care about that, as long as they get to blame Russia, thus shifting the blame and people’s wrath away from themselves when Ukraine economy collapses totally and completely – and this will happen soon. With their crazy actions, Kiev is expediting the country’s downfall.
I explained all this further in PREDICTIONS, where I also said that Ukraine will eventually turn away from the West, and will want to join the Eurasian Union. But unfortunately it will only happen AFTER Ukraine economy is completely ruined. Russia will have to pick up the pieces and the tab to re-build Ukraine’s economy.
The main USA’s goal in Ukraine is to turn it into an area of permanent instability on Russian borders. Ruining of Ukraine is part of the plan. It is possible that those who masterminded this whole mayhem in Washington and #CIA may even realize that they won’t be able to hold on to Ukraine for long. Ukraine, like an over-stretched rubber band, will snap back to a better equilibrium with Russia. Another way of saying this is: the Ukraine pendulum has swung too far in the direction of deception, lies and the West; it is bound to swing back to Russia within 2-4 years. But when it does, Washington wants it to end up in as bad of a condition as possible. Hence fracking, nuclear waste disposal, gas deal sabotage, and bombings of eastern Ukraine.
Further, USA is desperate to hurt not only Russia’s and #Putin’s reputation and prestige, but also Russian economy! This is extremely important to understand. They are simply dying to derail Russian economy. This is not new and the playbook has not changed for years. Although many in the West still have blinders when the words USSR, collectivization, Stalin, etc., are mentioned, I do recommend you read this article, as well as the comment section, with an open mind. It may seriously enrich your understanding of what really went on in the 20th century. I have added my own family history and recollections, which shed additional light on many things. I think this is perhaps the most valuable part of the article from which a lot can be learned. My job is to offer the truth – the rest is up to you!
Last, but not least, USA’s big goal is to weaken its competitor, the EU, and to drive a deep wedge of distrust between Russia and EU.
Look at the chain of events that already happened twice before, and which are about to happen again! Ukraine doesn’t pay for gas. Russia has no choice but to switch to pre-payment schedule, and doesn’t supply gas Ukraine hasn’t paid for. Ukraine starts stealing EU transit gas. EU doesn’t get enough gas to keep its large, gas dependent economy running. At some point Russia has no choice than to shut-down gas to Europe to minimize losses and keep Ukraine from stealing European gas. EU crisis deepens as large companies start suffering losses, as plants stop and as individual consumers can’t cook or heat their houses, which is especially worrisome in winter. Western MSM and politicians, as well as Kiev, start yelling that Russia is blackmailing Europe, using its gas as a weapon, therefore Russia and Putin are villains. Mission accomplished: people brainwashed and confused, EU/Ukraine/Russian economies sabotaged, Russia vilified, Putin hated, Ukraine and EU fracked into oblivion, US/Canada make billions, US empire collapse postponed.

Lada Ray’s Warning: Phosphorus Bombing of Slavyansk and Ukraine APCs Breach Russian Border
Yesterday, Ukraine’s new authorities and its new president #Poroshenko conducted a #phosphorus bombing of the innocent civilians in eastern Ukraine. White phosphorus bombs, banned by the UN, have been used previously by #Israel in #Gaza and #USA in #Iraq and #Afghanistan: see Wikipedia. No one else in the world has used this diabolical type of weapon, except USA and Israel!
Therefore, it is clear where the weapons, and the OK to use them, came from. The bombing took place on the heels of a visit to Kiev of the infamous #neocon Victoria #Nuland from the US State Dept, who just a few months ago openly bragged how USA spent $5bln+ to “subvert Ukraine.”
The internet is full of horrific images of burned down houses and injured children in eastern Ukraine! Here is one video report in Russian about how the village called Semyonovka, near Slavyansk, Donetsk region, was bombed. The phosphorus bombing lasted over an hour. The report says that Russia presented a draft resolution to investigate Ukraine’s use of illegal weapons against its population to the UN Security Council. See the footage of bombing.
Today: Two Ukrainian armored vehicles breached the Russian border, and when Russian border guards tried to arrest them for trespassing, one of the APCs pointed its gun at the Russian guards, after which they retreated into the Ukrainian territory. See video report below.
Analysis and Warning! I feel that I need to issue this warning – please share!
Don’t for a moment think that the breach of the Russian border by Ukraine APCs was a joke, or a mistake! This is very serious and everyone should be paying attention! This is a direct order to #Kiev/ #Poroshenko/ #Yatsenyuk to provoke Russia and make her lose her cool. They want Russia to react to the phosphorus bombing and the border breach by sending Russian troops to Ukraine. Then US and EU can re-start the arms race, the new #ColdWar and #NATO expansion to the Russian borders. Worse case scenario: they may start a new BIG war on the European continent, which under worst circumstances can turn into World War III.
The US is desperate to reverse its collapse and to do that, they need to destabilize the rest of the world. Russia is what is standing in the way of the #NWO plans. Only by implementing their long-cherished NWO plans can the US escape the collapse of the dollar and its usury system.
They need to create such an intolerable situation around Russian borders that Russia would have no choice but to react. Then Russia and #Putin would be vilified AGAIN, and simple Europeans/ Americans will be made believe that Russia is the aggressor, regardless of the fact that all of Russia’s actions have been super-peaceful, while all US/UK/EU/Ukraine actions have been aggressive.

You will notice that the present scenario in Ukraine, which I predicted since the beginning of the Ukraine crisis, closely resembles the 2008 Georgia/South Ossetia scenario. My predictions notwithstanding, we are teetering on the brink of possible WWIII. While Russia is doing everything to prevent the worst case scenario, USA and Kiev are doing everything to escalate it! This is a very dangerous situation and I expect them intensifying provocations against Russia, unless American and European people say no! Considering that we are risking a new Cold War, or possible WWIII, I think all honest and peaceful people should be extremely concerned.

This just in: Video of Russian border patrol watching the segment of the border that was breached. Ukrainian APC that stalled and was left by Ukrainians on Russian territory at 4:10. It appears Ukraine military tried to get their vehicle back later, but Russian border patrol stopped them. Russians found grenades, mines and other non-friendly stuff inside the APC vehicle that stalled just after crossing the Russian border, evidently refusing to follow orders of the illegal Kiev authorities. Seems the Ukrainian armored vehicle is smarter than Ukrainian military. Honestly, this would have been comical, if it wasn’t so sad, and if these dumb marionettes weren’t playing with dangerous fire that’s way out of their league.

Why is Crimea Overwhelmingly Pro RE-Unification With Russia?
Wow, even I did not expect this kind of overwhelming result! Obviously, the stupidity, violence and corruption of Kiev and their Western handlers was not lost on the Crimean people. Looks like I didn’t give them enough credit! See my original prediction.
The Crimean Autonomous Republic voted overwhelmingly – 96.77% for re-joining Russia. The all-time record voter turn-out was 83.1%, 2 or 3 times as many as in previous Ukrainian presidential elections.
Why is Crimea so overwhemingly pro re-unification with Russia?

2. Most people in Crimea are Russians. According to recent polls, 97% are Russian-speakers (even those who are formally of Ukrainian ethnicity). Most residents of Sevastopol, as a separate subject of Crimea, are retired or active officers and servicemen of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, as well as their families.
