Criminal Conspiracy? QUI BONO? Suspicious Terrorist Act in Kerch, Crimea, with mass casualties
Per latest I’ve heard, the death toll has climbed to 21 at the site of the tragedy of the Kerch Polytechical College. This is a very suspicious act, which at the very least begs a lot of questions. It’s very hard to imagine that a sole 18-year-old madman could execute a successful act of such magnitude. How he was helped and by whom, that’s a different question… Russian police also has expressed a doubt this could possibly be an act of a sole madman.
There seems to be a shadow of those who are very experienced and determined to cause harm to Russia, seen behind him.
This is an all out war against Russia the Great Balancer, as she continues trying to shift the world to a more equitable state as part of the Earth Shift.
I also want to remind everyone about this diabolic, yet symbolic, coincidence! The newly built Crimean Bridge is also called ‘The Kerch Bridge’ because it for the first time ever connects Russia mainland with Crimea, through Kerch. Ukraine and US have been in a state because of the successful completion of the Crimean Bridge, which completely resolves the problem with Russian communication with Crimea, bypassing Ukraine. Kiev has been frantically trying to sabotage the Crimean Bridge and the US/EU/West have been working hard on sabotaging Crimea and Russia.

Although the real reason for the US/West’s anti-Russian sanctions is much deeper, Crimea was used as the first pretext for the sanctions in 2014. Per my 2014 predictions: sanctions never worked and were even beneficial to Russia in most cases! Therefore, those who want to harm Russia at all cost had to seek out new methods. In this regard: qui bono from this terrorist act? From Skripals and doping scandals, to the attempts at false flags in Syria and the set up of the Russian jet by Israel, QUI BONO?
QUO BONO from the two recent emergencies with the Russian ISS module and the latest with Russian manned space craft, which both thankfully ended without casualties?

Since 2014 FSB has successfully prevented hundreds of terrorist acts in Crimea alone and in Russia in general; none of the past terror attempts have been successful. The details of most we’ll never find out, and only the tip of the iceberg will ever be revealed. All prior terrorist acts have been nipped in the bud and terrorist wannabes arrested. All of the arrested turned out to either be from Ukraine (Kiev junta army or SBU operatives) or Central Asians (followers of ISIS and similar organizations).

Second unexploded bomb found inside Kerch Polytechnical College. The 18-year-old perpetrator shot fellow students and teachers, and exploded a bomb. He also had another bomb planted, which he was unable to use. At least 21 dead and scores injured. All that by one 18-year-old? Watched too many violent American movies? Or is it much worse?

People are currently gathering in front of the Kerch Memorial located next to the Eternal Flame in Alexander Garden. They are bringing flowers, mostly carnations, as well as vigil lamps. The activists of the Young Guard were among the first to come here. The young compassionate people are about the same age as Vladislav Roslyakov, who’s supposedly responsible for today’s massacre at Kerch Polytechnical College.

Acts of International Sabotage: Another Major Fire in Russia as Country Grieves for Kemerovo Victims!
One fire may be (although it wasn’t) an accident; two major and SIMILAR fires within 2-3 days – never an accident!
Today’s major fire inside a car dealership full of people in St. Petersburg. As far as I know, there were no victims and, thankfully, everyone got out on time. Video:
If you want to ask my opinion, and you know I am seldom, if ever, wrong: these are coordinated acts of international sabotage against Russia and Putin. I have predicted this more than once and I said that not only the elections were targeted, but also World Cup.
I firmly believe that the Skripal poisoning false flag, Russian diplomats coordinated mass-expulsion, blaming Russia for the ISIS/terrorists’ chemical weapons false flag in Syria and escalation in E. Ghouta, plus the Kemerovo fire and this new incident — all these things are tightly interconnected in one orchestrated mega-sabotage and vilification drive against Russia.
The culprits are well-known and I won’t go into details here, although I have a very good idea what entities and from what countries are behind each case.
The goal is many-fold:
1. Punish Russians for voting for Putin in such unprecedented numbers;
2. Spoil the World Cup celebrations – for the same reason, to punish Russians for supporting Putin;
3. Making Putin’s and any elites’ who support him lives hell;
4. Make Russians everywhere – inside and outside of Russia – feel depressed, to basically snuff the light out of all of us;
5. Make Russia and Russians too preoccupied with the situation inside the country, rendering The Great Balancer paralyzed and unable to fulfill its important global role;
6. Scare off anyone/any country who might try to revolt against US/UK hegemony;
7. Scare off anyone who may want to try to have any semblance of good relations and normal business with Russia;
8. Continuation of the theme I’ve talked about since 2014, and before that, in my book The Earth Shifter in 2012 – make Russia into a pariah;
9. The ultimate goal is to weaken Russia so much from within and without so that Russia the Great Balancer would be destroyed.
Russian authorities have indicated that they rule out a terrorist act in Kemerovo. This is treated as an incident due to negligence by owners and authorities. I agree with that, but not entirely. There is more!
This is how sabotage is done: you find a weak link and strike there. Sabotage is effective when there are pre-requisites in the form of negligence. First, a sleeper cell on the ground finds the right sabotage venue, such as the Kemerovo mall, where security measures are not observed properly and where the very nature of the place makes it a challenge to escape in case of emergency. Then a few people are bribed, and they really don’t need to know why they are being asked to do something for a few hundred bucks. And then the fire is set during rush hour, when the mall is filled to capacity.
Otherwise, how can one explain these strange facts from the Kemerovo tragedy: the lights suddenly went out during the fire, making it hard to see where to go in the darkened and smoky environment; emergency exits were locked; some uneducated maintenance guy, as it became known, has turned off the alarm when the fire started; the doors of one of the three movie theaters were locked from the outside. To top it off, the fire consumed the entire building in such a short time that this in itself if very suspicious. The timing and everything else together look more than suspicious.
Now look at this chain of events! On the heels of the Kemerovo tragedy, a major Russia-wide investigation is starting into how various high-public-traffic businesses observe fire safety rules. If the saboteurs in question have identified another place with lax safety procedures, say a certain dealership in St. Petersburg, which can also be set on fire on cue, they now have to rush and perhaps do it ahead of schedule. Why? Because inspectors will certainly show up at said dealership soon, and they will make the owners fix all the problems. Then it’ll be too late. And so they do it on the day of the national mourning for Kemerovo victims.
And all this is happening to the accompaniment of the heartless mass expulsion of Russian diplomats:

And it is also happening in the midst of the UNSC battle, where US/UK and their vassals are trying to pin E. Ghouta and whatever else they can on Russia, the only country with a fully legitimate, authorized presence in Syria. It is the US and other Western countries who are in Syria illegitimately; it is US who nurtured and protected ISIS and other terrorists — yet it is Russia who is to blame for their actions.
Another interesting thing that is re-surfacing. I am hearing renewed rumors that US/UK are trying YET AGAIN to turn Russia off SWIFT, the international system of electronic transactions. This was attempted in 2014, as part of anti-Russian sanctions, but SWIFT refused. The pressure and blackmail of SWIFT continues to be enormous. So is the pressure and blackmail of all international companies and governments trying to do business and have normal relations with Russia.
And one more thing: it is USA’s mega-goals to stop Nord Stream-2. They will continue this unprecedented intimidation campaign until they succeed – at least they think they can succeed. They will use the dirtiest methods in existence to try to accomplish this goal. There is no limit to how ugly they can get!
This is how ugly it looks when the old hegemon such as the aggressive and imbalanced USA + UK are going down. This multi-tentacled Kraken monster wants to drag everyone with it into the abyss — and don’t tell me I haven’t warned you previously!
As I explained to you in my Multidimensional Geopolitics Webinars (see ESW2), this mega-monster will never go away quietly, unlike the NICE and naive Soviet Union did, to its own detriment. It will try to suck the life out of everything and everyone, to save itself at the expense of everyone else.
I had predicted and warned this would happen since 2014, and multiple times thereafter! You thought it would have been a nightmare? Well, my dears, you are in it!
They won’t attack Russia directly, as I also predicted repeatedly. They will do that through proxies and underhanded sabotage, they’ll continue escalating this 4D hybrid war, which in fact is the new World War. It’s not a Cold War anymore. It is much worse.
Russia the Great Balancer will continue trying to keep the world spinning, practically alone — as I also predicted many times. Putin and his team are here to prevent the ultimate catastrophe – also as I predicted. They’ll do their job.
But why is it always at Russia’s and Russians’ expense? Why do we, the Russian people, always have to pay such a disproportionate price for saving the ungrateful and ignorant humans? Personally, I am sick and tired of that!

But that’s not what the Dark State of the Anglo-American persuasion wants to hear!

Theresa May’s lies are very easily dispelled by anyone who has half a brain. Turns out, the so-called “Novichok” isn’t even a Russian name, although it is made sound Russian – to easily put the blame on Russia, of course. Moreover, anyone could buy the formula of this particular chemical formulation for $28 online, from a book published in the USA. Moreover, the actual place this agent was registered was the USA in late 1990s, after which it was mysteriously de-registered.
Moreover, UK, at it’s infamous super-secret Porton Down lab, located just next to the supposed Skripal poisoning site, has both this substance and its antidote. Read my full article. Meanwhile, Russia has neither, as Russia gave up all chemical weapons and destroyed them years ago.
Can you imagine how desperate they are? How scared of Russia the Great Balancer? Can you imagine to what lows they can still stoop? The answer: to any lows imaginable and unimaginable. And don’t think they won’t!
In short, I am majorly disgusted, and I am sick and tired of all this negativity and all this one-way street.

PREDICTION – and a warning!
Disgusted or not, I’ll still give you my closing prediction! Expect Putin and Russia to respond to these crazy attacks unexpectedly and in a very unusual way. Just expelling some Western diplomats in response won’t do the trick. There will be more, and they won’t see it coming.
Unfortunately, this won’t stop the crazies sitting in Washington and London. I am afraid they went unchallenged for so long they forgot in their dumb arrogance that they are not invinsible. In the past such things ended in hot World Wars, with devastating results. Should these idiots get us yet again in the situation of no return, the next hot world war will be the last one!
Remember my Prophecy from THE EARTH SHIFTER novel, published in 2012? Remember what happens in the book to New York City, and as a consequence to most of the planet, as a future probability? If they go too far, this won’t be just probability.

The new Washington scandal is breaking! And of course, it’s again all about Russia! It has become known that Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Chief, Sergey Naryshkin, secretly visited the CIA. He flew incognito a regular commercial Aeroflot flight from Moscow to New York, then got into a car and traveled to Washington and from there, to the CIA Headquarters, where he had some interesting discussions with the CIA chief, on undisclosed topics.
You may be shocked, but it has to be noted that it was the CIA who helped prevent a recent major series of terrorist attacks in St. Petersburg, planed for the New Year’s Eve 2018 celebrations. As a result of the uncovered mega-plot, a major ring of Central Asian/ISIS/Islamist extremists and wannabe terrorists was apprehended in Russia.
FSB has in the past few years uncovered hundreds of different plots and prevented attempted terror attacks. The one in St. Petersburg was one of the largest and Russians publicly thanked the CIA for help.
Of course, this info was a total hush-hush in the US and no MSM reported on it, as far as I know. I’ll tell you more: there is a possible secret revolt against deep / dark state brewing in the US intelligence community.
In the usual Great Balancer fashion, Russia is always trying to reach out to the other party for cooperation. Once there is a sliver of hope that such cooperation is possible, Russians will always try to seize the opportunity. This explains why Russian Intelligence chief flew to the US incognito and on short notice. I would say that the incognito flight was at the CIA chief, and probably the White House’s request, so not to stir up even more anti-Russian hysteria. But hysteria still began. Also note that this visit took place as US was adopting a new round of sweeping sanctions, where practically everyone and my granny were included on the sanctions list.

1. The Russian Army (Russian: BKC) – approval rating 90%
It is clear why, especially in view of Russia’s brilliant operation and a sweeping victory in Syria.

Since he first came to power in 2000, Putin, understanding that this is one of the two first priorities if Russia is to survive and rebuild as The Great Balancer, invested a lot of energy into rebuilding the Russian Army, Navy & Fleet, torn to pieces by Gorbachev & Yeltsin.
Credit also goes to Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, who turned it around, based on the foundation built by others. Shoigu is so effective that the going joke in Russia is that he should be cloned to replace other ministers.
‘Russian Army’ or the ‘Russian Armed Forces,’ are the old names. It is presently officially referred to as:
Russian: BKC — spelled out as Voenno-Kosmicheskie Sili; Eng: Army & Space Forces.
Russia as the Great Balancer & great power cannot exist without exceptionally strong BKC.

2. Vladimir Putin – approval rating 82%
Ever since he came to power in 2000, Putin never had a rating below 50% and for the last several years it was always above 80%, jumping to over 90% in 2014 and after Crimea reunified with Russia.
Despite constant character defamation and personal attacks, as well as insidious 4D hybrid wars and relentless attempts to compromise Putin’s support groups, the population’s support for Putin never dwindled. After it was understood that Russians could not be influenced through direct attacks on their leader and through trying to provoke him to react rashly and without considering consequences, a switch was made to trying to harm what Russians consider dear to their hearts, such as the Russian sport, Russian flag and anthem. Putin’s 82% trust rating is very good news before March 2018 elections. Make no mistake, attacks will continue and intensify before elections — I’ll have my analysis article on the Olympics ban / Russian Elections / Putin some time next week. We’ll also have a big interview in time for the Russian Elections next year.

3. Russian MSM — approval rating 64%
This was a surprise for many. You all know how much the Western MSM is distrusted.
This is also interesting since the USSR’s government media was rather distrusted during the years I grew up – 1970s-80s – and many young people, such as myself, rebelled against it. Only later we all realized that it was propaganda, yes, but a lot more honest than what the West has always spewed. We realized that what the USSR news told us about the West was largely and usually true.
Central Russian MSM, such as VGTRK (holding company for Channel1 Russia), as well as RT, are rather well trusted. Many of you know RT, and now you know why there is trust — they report the truth.
Note, this trust is assigned specifically to the State-owned media outlets, and NOT to privately-owned media!
VGTRK, by far the biggest Russian media holding, has already announced that they will not broadcast 2018 Winter Olympics without Russian team’s participation. I will talk more about the implications next week.
4. Russians at large trust FSB (former KGB).
We must go back to the point I made above. Russians have learned their lesson since the breakup of the USSR. They now get it how important FSB is for Russia’s defenses. The personal reputation and trust of Putin, ex-KGB officer, also plays a role.
This may have been a surprise for many. Not for me. I’ve been following the progress of this organization for a long time. There had been some criticisms and even minor scandals. I’ve said this before: it almost seems that some of these criticisms and scandals are artificially blown out of proportion in order to make FSB seem less effective than it actually is.
Why? We are talking Russia’s ultimate defense against terrorism, spies and saboteurs. This activity was always relentless against Russia The Great Balancer, in any manifestation, even when Russia was totally dysfunctional in the ’90s. Back then such forces simply dictated their rules to the country.
Ever since 2014, terrorism and anti-Russian spying and sabotage activities intensified 10-fold. This happened in connection with the Kiev junta coup, Crimea, and of course, Russia’s Syrian success. Moreover, all this is multiplied by the fact that we are in the new era of an especially devious 4D hybrid war.
Hence, FSB has to be especially devious in return. One of the tactics that worked well was to make adversary underestimate you, which makes them relax and act bolder, thus making it easier to reveal the perpetrator.
In reality, FSB has been unbelievably efficient and effective in countering various threats. In the past 3-4 years I heard almost weekly, sometimes daily, of such and such terror group or spies apprehended in various parts of Russia. The majority of terror groups were temporary workers from post-Soviet Central Asia (and they were a part of Islamist jihad/ISIL). Many terror groups, especially in Crimea, as well as a great deal of spies, were from Ukraine.
Exact numbers are unknown, but in my estimates, FSB managed to prevent over 100 terror acts since 2014. Russia is more secure than it has been for a long time.
5. Russian government-made or -built objects and state projects
In Russia, anything that is government-built and or state-owned is much more trusted than private-made or private-owned.
I’ve heard from a large number of people who moved to Russia from Kiev, Lvov, Dnepropetrovsk and elsewhere in Ukraine after 2014. Based on the old Soviet stereotypes, and based on propaganda, Ukrainians still think that in Russia there is as much mayhem, stealing and lawlessness as there is in Ukraine, just ‘better disguised by Putin.’ They think so until they cross the border… They are always extremely shocked as to how efficient and organized everything is in Russia compared to Ukraine (and I daresay compared to many other countries, as well).
It is interesting to note that in some ways Russia took the good example of Singapore, drawing on its experience on how to organize and manage the country in the 21 century. Singapore’s organization is much respected in Russia. There is still much work to be done, but progress is amazing, especially compared to the ’90s.
And that gives us a hint as to why Putin really is so popular and why Russians trust the government at large. Perhaps they have just been doing a good job?
Example: a young family from Kiev looking for a good apartment to settle down in Kazan’ with their 2 young children was shocked to find that all locals recommend state-built and operated apartment complexes, as opposed to those built by private companies. In Ukraine it’s just the opposite, they say. People trust private-built and distrust anything having to do with state, considering it low quality. State in Ukraine = thievery.
Ukrainians are so used to bribery and tax evasion that they are very shocked to find that in Russia you need to abide by law and do things by the book. Once you do, the state leaves you alone and you have much personal freedom.
When Crimea re-joined Russia it was a shock for many Crimeans used to tax avoidance in Ukraine, that in Russia you actually have to pay taxes to be in good standing. Incidentally, Russia’s income tax continues being one of the lowest in the world, at a flat rate of 13%, but those who avoid it get punished.
Certainly, the level of life-enjoyment and happiness in Russia is very high, and that’s despite sanctions and a hit Russians’ incomes took because of that, despite Olympics scandal and constant 4D hybrid attacks against Russia. I can tell you Russians are much happier and life there is much more agreeable than, say, in the US.
Meanwhile, Ukraine, which did very well during the USSR, was recently rated as the most unhappy country in Europe and one of the 3 most unhappy in the world. Ukraine is stuck in the worst version of the destructive ’90s, and plunging deeper to self-destruction due to choosing the wrong path.
At the same time Russia has made a huge leap forward since the near destruction of the ’90s. We discuss all that, why and who must be credited in EARTH SHIFT WEBINAR 6: THE PUTIN ENIGMA.
WHO RUSSIANS DISTRUST MOST
1. Police. Despite much effort and no spared expense to re-invent its image and looks, the police is still not very trusted in Russian society, although overall the trust rating has improved compared to the absolute distrust there was several years ago. The all-out fight against corruption and some among police going to jail has helped.
2. Russia’s various political parties.

3. Some of the Russian ministers, particularly those who are responsible for the economic policies — the so-called ‘economic block of the government.’ This applies also to Russia’s Central Bank, still dependent on the FED and Western banking system.

Lada Ray Analytics: Revolution in FYRO Macedonia after Albanian installed as parliament speaker
It wasn’t my first choice to bring up such subject before the weekend. But Macedonia is boiling over. I believe important and volatile events are taking place in the countries that used to be parts of the former Yugoslavia, and people should know about them. My forecast is that the situation in the Balkans will continue heating up.
There are objective reasons for that: 1. A large number of people in the former Yugoslavia feel duped and they want to right the historic wrongs that were forced on them by the West; 2. The Balkans have historically been a very volatile and controversial region; it’ll continue being so during this Earth Shift.
The Balkans and former Yugoslavia are usually overlooked, silenced or completely misrepresented in the West; therefore I feel the need to explain what is happening.
A did a video about attempted color revolution in Macedonia – see more at the bottom. It took place (oh, surprise!) when then president of Macedonia Gruevski was visiting Russia and talking cooperation with Putin. The driving force of the color revolution was the Muslim Albanian minority. Notably, some of the color revolution participants resided in Macedonia, but, per reports, thousands of trained foreign agents were infiltrated through the Kosovo and Albania border. As a consequence, then president of Macedonia resigned – apparently after blackmail and life threats. New government was elected, which gave more seats to Albanians and fewer to the core ethnicities of Macedonians and Serbs, who are Orthodox Christians. The new government has been very subdued and ‘suddenly’ all talk of any cooperation with Russia stopped.
It has to be noted that Russia is a natural trade and cultural partner for Macedonia, as well as neighboring Serbia, Montenegro, Bulgaria and other countries of the region. There is profound and well-cherished cultural, linguistic and religious closeness. (As a side note: remember, I did a couple of articles on FT about Bulgaria and Slovenia and how they feel about Russia). There is a strong mutual affinity between Russia and all of these countries. Same goes for Greece and Cyprus. The only problem, Russia does not share a border with the Balkans region.
Because there is such mutual affinity and strong desire to be closer to Russia, the West (US/EU) has made it its mission to sabotage any such attempts and has done absolutely everything in their power to prevent meaningful and productive relations between Russia and the Balkans. But the pull remains strong. Therefore, US/EU continue sabotaging it every step of the way.
***Some corrections to the map of the Balkans above – the map was found on the internet. Slovenia was also a part of Yugoslavia, it is technically a part of the Balkans, and although Catholic, certainly an integral part of the South-Slavic world. Slovenia’s break-up with Serbia in the ’90s was the only peaceful and orderly, except Macedonia. Also, Greece and the European part of Turkey are part of the Balkans.
Macedonia borders both Albania and the illegally torn from Serbia Kosovo. Kosovo is a historic, ancestral Serbian land. However, in the past 50-100 years or so, slowly, more and more Albanians seeped across the border and settled in Kosovo, until they constituted a large minority, and after having unseated most native Serbs, a majority. This allowed Albanians to overtake Kosovo and claim it as their land.
Kosovo Albanians have been used in this conflict as patsies and as a thorn in Serbia’s side (much like today’s ukro-nazi Ukraine has been designed to be a thorn in Russia’s side). By extension, the Kosovo terrorism threat and instability also hurts Macedonia and Montenegro. Every time either of the three former Yogoslav remnants tries to ‘misbehave’ such as get closer to Russia, the strings are pulled and a violent coup, color revolution, civil war, economic/political blackmail and threats against leaders take place.
The driving force behind Kosovo being torn from Serbia and recognized as independent state were Bill Clinton and his wife Hillary Clinton. Along with them – the usual suspects, such as senator McCain and the majority of both democrats and republicans in the USA. EU wasn’t far behind. In fact, everything was done by the collective West to create permanent hostility and embed a profoundly unresolved conflict in the region. All this was necessary to weaken Serbia, and by extension, Russia.
During the Yugoslav wars of the ’90s, taking advantage of the fact that Russia was at her weakest and Serbia committed a lot of errors, EU and US broke up Yugoslavia, but didn’t stop at that. They wanted to break up what was left of core Serbia as well. They largely succeeded: first the war crimes committed against Serbs were silenced and Serbian government and population were vilified. Then Kosovo was declared an independent state, immediately recognized by EU and US, but still unrecognized by many countries, including Russia and Serbia. Later in 2006, Chernogoria (Montenegro) was also torn away from the weakened Serbia.
Macedonia, one of the fall-out tiny republics formed in 1993 as a result of the breakup of Yugoslavia and the dismemberment of Serbia, is ethnically, linguistically and culturally an Orthodox, Slavic country, very close to both Serbs and Bulgarians.
We are now observing what happens to a small place such as Macedonia, which isn’t designed to function as a separate state. Every small piece torn from the whole weakens the whole along with all of the breakaway parts. Macedonians, who were lured away from Serbia by the promise of a wonderful life as part of the EU (which, incidentally, never happened) are now reaping the consequences of a bad decision.
In the past 20-30 years the Albanian minority in the country grew from single digits to 25-30 percent. When this minority became large enough, it began demanding more and more political power. Lately, the Albanian minority demanded the post of the head of the government. The current president, whose last name is Ivanov (can’t get any more Russian/Slavic) refused to cave in to Albanians’ pressure.
You may ask, what pressure if they are a minority? The problem is, as I explained above, Albanians enjoy a wholesale support of Brussels, Merkel and US. This emboldens them to demand more than they should. They know that the entire force of the EU/USA/NATO is behind them. This, sadly, yet again reminds me of the behavior of the Kiev junta, who go around EU and US demanding more sanctions, tough rhetoric against and public spanking of Russia – and they get indulged by both EU and US! Why? Because you’ve got to throw the bones to your chosen agents so they continue performing the dirty work.
Much like the Kiev junta against Russia, Crimea and Donbass, Kosovo and Albanians are used by the EU and US as a ram in the Balkans. Kosovo is a bonified terrorist state, specializing in drug, weapons and organ trafficking. Kosovo houses Camp Bondsteel, the USA’s largest military base abroad. It also specializes in training radical Islamists for terrorist acts in Europe.
Albanians, some of whom have fallen under the influence of radical Islamists and ISIS, are dangled in front of Macedonian and other governments in the region as a constant threat, should they make one wrong move. The sad fact is, Macedonians have become hostages in their own country.
The present crisis arose when ethnic Albanian was elected as speaker of the parliament, bypassing all legal procedures. It appears the votes were rigged and/or not counted. It was so obvious that the revolution began and people stormed the parliament. As of now, Macedonian parliament is occupied by protesters.

The illegality of his election notwithstanding, EU rushed to recognize the Albanian speaker of Macedonian parliament; EU’s FM Federica Mogherini came out immediately in his support. The EU also expressed an ‘outrage’ over the protesters actions. Where was EU’s outrage when the 2014 bloody color revolution and parliament storming took place in Ukraine?
Macedonia has been boiling over for months. Similar mass protests have been happening in Montenegro. Serbia is also balancing on the brink. All of these small countries are being dragged into the EU and NATO, against the will of their populations. In fact, these countries present no value to either the EU or NATO. There is no big economy or strategic assets to be had there. The only asset is the natural affinity with Russia. In the minds of the dark forces ruling the West, this ancient affinity and this ancestral memory must be destroyed at all cost. What is happening in the Balkans is the mirror image of the Russia-Ukraine situation, albeit on a smaller scale.
The breakup of Yugoslavia was a terrible mistake. It’s much easier to destroy several small countries than one large. The people are discovering this the hard way. So far meek and subtle, I detect an underlying desire of some of the former Yugoslavia countries to re-unite. There is also a desire to be closer to Russia; after all, some in the Balkans consider Russia their Mother.

St.Petersburg Metro Bombing Tribute: Heroes and Grace Under Fire
Grace and Humanity under fire
The terrorist act in St. Petersburg Metro reportedly took 14 lives and injured a large number of people.
The bombed train Driver 1st Class Alexandr Kaverin (Машинист петербургского метро Александр Каверин) received much praise and became an instant celebrity after he reacted correctly and quickly in the face of danger. He managed to take the train out of the tunnel filled with smoke and drive it to the next station. Per reports, his actions saved many lives.
Also received commendations and state awards: Metro inspector who discovered the second bomb at another station Ploszhad Vostania «Площадь Восстания». The second bomb was found in the fire extinguisher at that station. Due to the inspector’s quick actions it never went off. Another award was given to the station manager on duty, who prevented panic and organized the orderly evacuation of passengers.
Account of the event by salt-of-the-earth hero, Metro Train Driver Alexandr Kaverin:
“I heard a loud pop and train stopped in the tunnel. Smoke was filling the tunnel. There was no panic, but passengers initially gave conflicting accounts of what happened.
However, we managed to determine the real cause of emergency within one minute. We lucked out: the train stopped near tunnel exchange. After my emergency signal 3 other Metro employees quickly arrived at the scene and we were able to determine what happened.
After that, I tested the train and determined that movement was not impeded. Made decision to drive to the station. I’m not a hero, just acted according to instructions. We had terror acts before this. Some very smart people wrote our emergency instructions.
When we arrived at the station all doors opened right away, except the doors in the bombed car, which were jammed. I want to thank my train passengers: those who got out didn’t leave but began helping to pry the doors open, they basically had to tear and break these doors to help the victims inside.”

After the explosion the emergency protocol was triggered and all Metro stations were shut down as the search for any potential explosives was underway. Metro closure was tough for the city of 5 million.
After the word of the bombing got out, private drivers and cabbies from all over the city flocked to the site. Not to make money of the tragedy, no. They offered free rides to those in need. City gas stations chipped in by offering free gas to drivers who took stranded passengers home for free.

And in the midst of all this, GERMANY, AND SPECIFICALLY BERLIN, SHOWED ITS TRUE COLORS! I should qualify that it is the government of Germany and of Berlin, and Merkel personally who showed their true colors.

Hypocrisy: traditionally, in solidarity with terror attacks victims, the Brandenburg Gate would be lighted with colors of a country where a terrorist act had occurred. It had been previously lighted with the French flag after Paris attacks, Belgian, Israeli, Turkish, American flag (Orlando attack), etc.
When St. Petersburg attack took place – no reaction, NOTHING, Zero! Despite citizens’ demands, Berlin mayor refused to light the gate with the Russian flag colors, thus showing German govt’s and Merkel’s true colors (as if it was a secret before).
To the credit of Berliners, they’ve displayed a small replica of the Brandenburg Gate and painted it the colors of the Russian flag.

I calibrated St. Petersburg as one of the cities I selected for my Earth Shift Report 17 Quality of Life Geo Calibrations study, and it turned out to be one of the highest calibrated and desirable major cities on the planet! This is despite harsh winters.
Much of the high calibration of St. Pete undoubtedly comes from its amazing culture and unparalleled beauty. But as we have seen, it also comes from the high quality of its citizens and their grace in the worst circumstances imaginable.

St. Petersburg Metro Bombing Was a Message for Putin
My deepest condolences to the city of St. Petersburg and all victims of the Sennaya Ploschad Station Metro Bombing!
The most important thing to understand is that this is NOT a coincidence! The immediate ‘verdict’ on the Internet and SM has been that’s it’s ISIS. But let’s look at the facts!
The facts are a stubborn thing. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Putin – Lukashenko St. Petersburg meeting and St. Pete Metro bombing are two links of the same chain!
And here’s the chain in question:
1. An ISIS terrorist would stick out like sore thumb in St. Petersburg. But ukro-nazis or SBU operatives from Kiev or Western Ukraine would blend right in. SBU is Ukraine intelligence, which has been trained, supervised and financed by CIA since at least 2014.
Since Putin has outplayed the Kiev junta on so many fronts, it is a lot more plausible that this is what happened. And it hits so much closer to home.
2. Multiple terror plots and subversive groups from Ukraine have been neutralized in Russia, including Crimea, Moscow and other regions, in 2016 and 2017.
One terror act unfortunately succeeded: the downing of TU-154 near Sochi, when all on board died, including 68 artists from the famed Alexandrov Red Army Choir and famous humanitarian Dr. Liza.
Certainly, there is also an escalation of Islamist terror activity in Chechnya and N. Caucasus. However, all of these events are related.
Related to the Russian terror plots are also the killings of LDPR commanders and leaders in 2016-17.
3. Russian ‘anti-corruption’ protests headed by Navalny took place just a week ago, the previous Sunday. One day prior to that, on Saturday, similar protests, with very similar slogans, took place in Belarus. Although organizers (often hidden) pretended that it was all spontaneous and unrelated to each other, there are very clear signs of coordination across borders. No doubt Russian and Belorussian protests were coordinated.
What is interesting is the incredibly high level of sophistication in the protests organization. The grounds were prepared for at least months prior. Lukashenko’s mistakes were skillfully used in Belarus. In Russia the dislike of PM Medvedev was equally skillfully used. The story of his supposed billions and Tuscany vineyards was invented and made into a documentary by Navalny, making sure it went viral on social media. Social media was in a very sophisticated way used to appeal to the young crowd and to entice young people to come out by the promise of big bucks and mischief with no repercussions.
To organize all this someone had to work for at least months, possibly longer. Most importantly, someone had to shell out quite a bit of cash, because protests and color revolutions don’t come cheap.
Participants of the Russian protests, very young people, some of whom were barely 16-17 years of age, were caught on camera (video was posted on YT) sharing how they must make sure they get arrested during the Sunday protest because those who get arrested will get $10 thousand Euros, plus legal help and possible trips to the West.
Other young delinquents were caught on camera having this dialogue:
‘Coming tomorrow to the protest?’
‘What’s it about?’
‘No idea, but it’s an opportunity to beat up cops.’
Who promised them this kind of payday for causing trouble? The usual suspects: Soros, Clinton Foundation, CIA. I would also include here UK, Poland, Germany and Brussels/EU. In what configuration – that’s a separate discussion. It’s roughly the same entities who have financed other color revolutions and mayhem globally.
The name of ex-oligarch Khodorkovsky has also surfaced in connection with the organization of these ‘protests’ (see this post’s comment section for intel from Nemo!). Khodorkovsky, of course, is a long-standing client of the CIA. I have followed Khodorkovsky for a long time, and as many of you know, he served as prototype for the character of the oligarch Konukovsky in my novel THE EARTH SHIFTER. As I see it, Khodorkovsky lately also became a client of the CIA’s secret EU leg: the German intelligence (let’s be honest, that’s what the German intelligence has turned into).
4. Recent Eurovision scandal was supposed to be a humiliation for Russia, but it backfired. Kiev banned Russian participant Yulia Samoylova’s entry into the country, thus illegally banning her from participation in the Kiev Eurovision 2017. The scandal took a humiliating turn against Kiev: in response contest organizers threatened to ban Ukrainian participant from the contest taking place on her native soil, and possibly even moving the contest to another country.

5. During 2016-2017 in Russia we have seen a large number of terror groups – some related to IS and Islamist terror cells and others related to Kiev – being apprehended. These are shown on Russian news almost weekly. Many terror acts were prevented. All in all, the actions of FSB have so far proven effective.
6. In the run-up to Belarus protests multiple terror plots and various wannabe terrorists were apprehended in Minsk and on the border. One of the attempted terror plots was almost bizarre: a Jeep carrying ingredients to mak explosives tried to break through the border from Ukrainian side. The Jeep was chased by law enforcement, but it managed to get pretty deep into Belorussian territory before most people inside were apprehended. One person managed to escape. How dangerous was the one who escaped? Were the others just patsies, meant to divert attention, while the only important person went free? What kind of explosives escaped with him and what was his ultimate destination?
The border between Russia and Belarus is very transparent. Recently Lukashenko announced a visa-free regime for 80 countries, without coordinating with Russia. This silly decision was a big part of the recent spat between Russia and Belarus.
Clearly, Belarus isn’t a high-profile target, but its value is in it being an inside track into Russia. Between Russia and Belarus there is no border; therefore, it is very easy for a determined terrorist group to infiltrate through Belarus.
7. Lukashenko blinks: Belarus has become a weak link in Eurasian stability and security system when Lukashenko recently initiated a conflict with Russia regarding power and gas pricing and sought to blackmail Russia by suggesting Belarus would re-orient towards the West and Middle East, distancing itself from Russia.
My diagnosis is that it’s largely a bluff by the starved for attention Lukashenko, who wants preferential treatment and who wants to milk Russia as much as possible. There is also a significant economic component in Lukashenko’s outburst: Belarus is cash poor and debt ridden and in need of a postponement of debt repayment. All this, coupled with the worsening economic situation and approaching elections makes Lukashenko nervous. After all, the so-called ‘Belorussian miracle’ was achieved on the account of Russia sharing practically free gas and other privileges with Belarus. Recently Russia began demanding that Lukashenko pays for at least some of the gas.
At the same time, I do not see Belarus drifting towards Ukraine scenario and Kiev-style Maidan any time soon, as I explained and predicted in ESR1: IS PUTIN PART OF NWO? (WITH BONUS: LUKASHENKO’S BLUFF).
Regarding Lukashenko: his act gets old and tiring. He will paint himself into a corner soon. His days as president may be numbered. But the geo-chess master acts on his own time and when no one is expecting it. Putin’s move will come, but only when he’s ready.

8. Russian Presidential Election cycle has begun. Everything that’s happening is a rehearsal and preparation in order to see if Russia can be destabilized enough to prevent Putin’s re-election. But they know it’s a very tall order. Therefore, the goal is at least to bring him into the next term as weakened as possible, with maximum number of discontented citizens. If Russia and Putin blink (which won’t happen) they also hope to begin a real color revolution and civil war in Russia, turn one half of the population against another, like in Ukraine, and destroy everything that has been re-built between 2000 and now. But as I said, this won’t happen.
This is a very old tried-and-true technique of divide and conquer, character assassination and sabotage. It was previously reserved for Russia, the arch-enemy of the West, and those countries the West wanted to subdue. But today, we are experiencing the Great Earth Shift when the old matrix is dissolving and the shoots of the new are trying to get through the concrete.
Today this technique is used just as much in the West by the same neo-liberal globalist cabal against those who do not toe the agenda. Examples are anti-globalists such as Trump in the US and French presidential candidates Marine Le Pen and François Fillon, who are being openly sabotaged. WHY PUTIN – LUKASHENKO MEETING IN ST. PETERSBURG COINCIDED WITH METRO BOMBING:
Putin meets with Lukashenko in St. Petersburg, 4/3/17:
By provoking multiple loud public scandals with Russia regarding gas and oil pricing, diminished oil quotas, loan repayments and open border dispute Lukashenko and his advisors were banking on the fact that Russia already has a huge problem with Ukraine. Therefore, they reasoned, Russia would not risk escalating this argument with Belarus, fearing a loss of an important partner. This calculation was naive at best, which was quickly demonstrated by the following events. Life promptly showed Lukashenko what happens when Russia withdraws support.
To be sure, both Russia and Belarus lose when they argue. The problem is Belarus and Lukashenko personally lose a lot more.
A similar scenario occurred to Turkey and Erdogan after the downing of the Russian Su-24 and Russia’s subsequent withdrawal of Erdogan’s support and all business with Turkey. Within the short several months, this weakened Turkey to such degree that Erdogan almost lost his life in the military coup and much of the Turkish economy dried up. Having gone too far in his spat with Russia, and also having made some serious mistakes internally, Lukashenko now has seen how shaky his position would be without the support of Russia. After Putin and Medvedev’s cold shoulder, after Belarus protests and a threat of being expelled from Eurasian Union, he had to quickly backtrack, humble down and sit down to talk with Putin.

It is clear to me that a great deal of manipulation has gone into convincing Lukashenko to act as a provocateur in Russian-Belorussian relations. Also, a great deal of effort and international coordination went into organizing the aforementioned Russian and Belorussian protests. Much of YouTube, Twitter and various other SM outlets were deeply involved.
Specifically in Russia the average age of participants is highly suspect. What comes to mind when a crowd of 16-17 years-olds marches through Moscow center, stopping traffic and picking fights with cops, while chanting, ‘Putin (or Medvedev), where is our money?’ (This was an actual slogan of the Russian protests, as seen on TV. Others were even more silly and bizarre, some reminding painfully of the Kiev coup and Ukrainian Euro-Maidan.)
‘Putin (or Medvedev), where is our money?’ Greed is a determining factor. Whose money are they really after? Who really pays?
Make no mistake, no matter who sits in the White House or calls the shots in the EU, billions continue being spent on subverting the vulnerable among the young generations of Russians and Belarussians. After all, it seems to have worked in Ukraine; they hope it’ll work in Russia and Belarus.
These billions are being spent by the same parties as before, and in this regard, absolutely nothing has changed. These are same sources that subverted Ukraine, and that attempted unsuccessful color revolutions in Armenia and Kazakhstan. (See ESR9: ATTACK ON KAZAKHSTAN & Armenia).
This is pre-election year in Belarus. More importantly, this is pre-election year in Russia. The activation of destabilization attempts will continue.
The original grand plan, conceived many years ago, but implemented throughout the 90’s and 2000’s was to break apart Ukraine, Russia and Belarus. Part of the plant pertaining to Ukraine nearly succeeded due to Kiev Maidan.
But it proved much harder to break up Russia and Belarus. Yet even this could have succeeded due to Lukashenko’s mistakes. After Lukashenko’s public tantrum and threats to turn away from Russia towards the West, it was assumed that the breakup was underway. And it would have been, if not for Putin.
The attempt to break apart Russia and Belarus has a clear ultimate goal to weaken and disorient The Great Balancer. Russia, The Great Balancer, is presently rebalancing the severely lopsided world towards a better balance between physical/material/personal/self-serving energy on one hand and spiritual/collective/service-to-others energy on another. This is an attempt to stop this rebalancing, or at the very least, to slow it down.
Who benefits? Very simply: the collective West, the old neo-liberal globalist bankster, pero-dollar dominated system that made the West at large rich at the expense of others. To be sure, there are many new and healthy shoots in the West. They will eventually come through and bear fruit, but for now the old is still stronger.
Belarus is playing a very important role in the work of The Great Balancer; it is a part of the Great Balancer structure. Russia is weaker without Belarus, but Belarus cannot survive without Russia.
Has Lukashenko finally got it? After all elaborate and sophisticated preparations, after all indications that a rift between Russia and Belarus is taking place, suddenly, Lukashenko backpedals and Putin meets him in St. Petersburg. They announce that energy and border control disputes are being successfully resolved.
The terror act preceding or coinciding with this kind of meeting signifies a warning. This is a message for Putin, and by association, for Lukashenko. It is a threat issued to Russia, Belarus, and their leaders.
Make no mistake, a response will follow.
Incidentally, during the St. Pete meeting Putin said an interesting thing: Russia and Belarus are preparing a unified energy grid. This ultimately means that the two countries are getting closer, NOT further apart. This is the beginning of Putin’s response.
The game is afoot.

Russian Ambassador to Turkey Andrey Karlov Assassinated in Ankara! Cui Bono?
The Russian Ambassador to Turkey, Andrey Karlov, was fatally wounded after a gunman stormed into a building where the opening ceremony of a Russian photo exhibition was being held. Karlov, a career diplomat of 40 years, who previously was Russian ambassador to N. Korea, died shortly after. Andrey Karlov was instrumental in mending Russia-Turkey relations in the past year. following the shooting down of the Russian Su24 jet in 2015 . He was also a key negotiator in the cessation of hostilities and evacuation of ISIS militants from Aleppo.
Three other people were reported injured as a result of the shooting.
Russian Foreign Minsitry spokesperson, Maria Zakharova: this is a tragic day for Russian diplomacy. It is a terrorist act.
The embassy row in Ankara, Turkey, is located near the government buildings, with the Russian embassy located very close to the US embassy. It is supposedly a heavily guarded, high security area; therefore, ambassadors themselves don’t carry much security.
This happens just one day before Turkish FM is scheduled to go to Moscow. This also happens as Russia attempts to enlist Turkey and Erdogan as mediators to help resolve the Syria and Aleppo crisis and to help convince some of the militants Turkey influences to lay down arms and/or withdraw from the area.
It is clear that the attack is designed to sabotage Russia-Turkey negotiations, rekindle distrust and animosity, and put a stop to the renewed Turkish Stream project.
CUI BONO?
First, who doesn’t benefit? Turkey and Erdogan, who just got the relations with Russia going again. After the downing of the Russian Su24 jet and killing of the Russian pilot, the relations soured, Russian tourism, imports and economic cooperation were withdrawn, creating massive crisis in Turkish economy. Russia also withdrew the Turkish Stream and Akkuyu nuclear plant projects.
After Putin helped Erdogan avert the CIA-organized military coup and Erdogan apologized for the Su24 incident, relations began to mend. The re-opening of the Russian tourism was announced and the Turkish Stream and Akkuyu nuclear plant projects are again a go.
At the same time, Turkey’s ambivalent role and contradictory actions in Syria have continued. Part of it is due to Erdogan’s war on Kurds, and part, the ‘protection of the so-called ‘Turkoman’ contingent, many of whom are part of the terrorist groups in Syria.
By inviting Turkey to play a mediator role and including Erdogan in the peace process in Syria, Russia attempts to change the game and shift the direction of Erdogan’s ambitions in the Middle East.
Ambassador Andrey Karlov was at the epicenter of these negotiations. It is clear that the forces who want to prevent the shift from happening are behind his killing. These same forces managed to derail cooperation and trust between Turkey and Russia by downing Su24 in 2015. Having succeeded then, they want to again try the same number.
The target is: sabotaging negotiations and reviving distrust. They hope that after the killing of the ambassador, Russia again withdraws from negotiations with Turkey on Syria. The game is even more insidious: those who organized this assassination also want Russia to withdraw YET AGAIN from the Turkish Stream.
Who benefits? This is the question we always have to answer in cases like this. Obviously, those who don’t want resolution of the Syria crisis, and those who don’t want Turkish Stream to go through.
These are ISIS and other extremist and militant Islamist groups in the Middle East. But it would be naive to think that such groups could easily infiltrate the high security government and embassy area. Someone who has easy access must help out.
What embassy is located next to the Russian ebassy? That of the USA. Who recently said that Trump is Putin’s agent; who has sour grapes after Russian wins in Syria, loss of their operatives and trained militans; who announced that Russians hacked into DNC and who is trying to push Hillary into the White House? The White House, Hillary/Soros/democrats, and the CIA: all those who are very well positioned to help out a willing terrorist, and who’ve been known to do so on many occasions.
There are also the following entities: Qatar, Saudi Arabia and, of course, the sold-out EU elites. Some, or all, of these are behind Karlov’s assassination.
There is also the issue of retaliation against Russia for the following:
1. Russian retaliation against the Aleppo Operations Room, executed after the US coalition attack on the Syrian army. Russian missile strike killed 30 Western, Israeli, Saudi, Qatari and Turkish officers, who were illegally directing the terrorist strikes against Syrian army.

2. As a result of the Syrian army liberating Aleppo, with Russian assistance, a number of Western coalition ISIS instructors and special troops were captured. Some of them were shown, with names announced – but not all. I got a word from the Russian side that some valuable US/Western assets have been kept behind the scenes as future bargaining chips. I would be amiss not to mention that the Kiev junta of Ukraine also benefits. After the Turkish Stream and Nord Stream 2 are finished, Ukraine will lose its Russian gas transiter status. This is also the reason the EU elites want to sabotage both Nord Stream and Turkish Stream.

Afterthought. Affordable winter holiday spots near warm sea are very important for many Russians. Due to cold Russian winters, Russians need to recuperate and get a nice infusion of the sun during cold season. After the Western-engineered collapse of the ruble, European Mediterranean became unaffordable for many.
Turkey and Egypt provide such well-organized budget destinations. Many resorts in Turkey and Egypt have been almost exclusively geared towards Russian tourism. This is another reason Russians have been targeted in both of these countries (remember the bombing of the Russian passenger plane in Egypt, with 224 people on board dead?). The target is, among other things, the well-being and health of the Russian population.
This is a part of the hybrid war. It is truly sick and could only be born inside sick minds of those who routinely mastermind global disasters. We know who these entities are: apart from the Islamist terrorists, who are just pawns, these are CIA and other Western organizations, Saudis and Qatar.

Trump’s Man in Moscow: Trump sends a message to Russia via his ex-adviser Page
Trump sends a message via his ex-advisor Page that he intends to mend relations with Russia. Page also talks about the ‘swamp’ in the US Trump intends to clean up.
Carter Page, former foreign policy adviser to US President-elect Donald Trump during his campaign, is holding a presentation in Moscow titled ‘Departing from hypocrisy: potential strategies in the era of global economic stagnation, security threats and fake news’.

Because, you know, anyone who sincerely wants to work with, not against Russia, is obviously a KGB agent, traitor to the NWO cause and enemy of the US.
In the above propaganda ‘article’ – if such drivel can be called an article – let me point out two obvious things, which will immediately give you an idea who ORDERED it and for what purpose.
- It refers to ‘no one knowing of Page in Moscow.’ Then further down, shyly, the ‘author’ admits that she is only talking about the ‘US expat community.’ In other words, look at this out-of-this-world arrogance! To her, Moscow apparently is exclusively populated with ‘US expats.’ The rest of the 12 million people, Russians and others who always lived there, don’t matter.
- But it gets worse. As the ultimate expert on all things Russian she parades Bill Browder. ‘“Strangely, I’ve never heard of Carter Page until this Trump connection,” Bill Browder responded to me in an email. He was one of the biggest Western players in the Russian market until President Vladimir Putin turned on him and Browder became his fierce critic. “It’s odd, because I’ve heard of every other financier who was a player on Moscow at the time.”’ Who’s Bill Browder? You may recall I mentioned him once: he was the man who in mid-2000s managed the now defunct Hermitage Capital. This supposedly ‘Russia investment fund’ served as a front for CIA ops in Moscow and Russia. Browder was involved in recruiting agents and subverting Russian business leaders and oligarchs by finding compromising materials to blackmail them. The pinnacle of Browder’s achievement was to recruit and finance a well-known anti-Putin activist Alexei Navalny, who bought minority stakes in Gazprom and other key Russian companies and later mired said companies in lawsuits, thus tying up capital and attemtping to manipulate the companies’ allegiances. The stakes were purchased using Browder’s Hermitage funds, but the op was styled as a fight for ‘democracy and equal rights of minority shareholders’ – Navalny’s specialty. The idea was to shake-up Russia and undermine stability in the country so a color revolution could be executed. Browder was booted out of Russia and his fund was closed down. He now resides in NYC and when asked, he says ‘he doesn’t recall what he did in Moscow.’ I may be able to speak more about the ‘Operation QUAKE’ in future writings.
Although the US election is seemingly over and Hillary initially recognized her defeat, for the first time in modern history, the fight between two candidates (and forces who stand behind them) doesn’t show signs of abating. Clinton advocates still are hoping to find ‘legal means’ of overturning election results. One of the means they feel they can succeed with is swaying the US Electoral College delegates to vote against Trump.

Head of Lugansk People’s Republic (LNR) Igor Plotnitsky’s has been hospitalized with multiple wounds after an assassination attempt. A powerful explosion took place next to his car at the intersection of Karpinsky and Vatutin streets. Several witnesses also received injuries.

Interview with Head of Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR) Zakharchenko LINK. He says he just visited Plotnitsky in the hospital and that wounds aren’t life threatening: ‘Plotnitsky is tough, like all Donbass people, he’ll make it.’ Zakharchenko said that their intel showed for a while that attempts on both of their lives were being prepared by Kiev. He added that there won’t be Minsk 3 and that this is the end of negotiations.
