Vladimir Putin and President Cristina Kirchner of Argentina Inaugurate International Spanish RT Channel

Cristina Kirchner and Vladimir Putin jointly inaugurate the new Spanish-speaking RT channel which will broadcast 24/7 news in Argentina and beyond. Kirchner said that ‘this is a great moment as finally they have an international channel that will work outside of the Western MSM agenda in Spanish. This will be the channel that will broadcast real news, not the fake news prevalent in the Western MSM. It will express the true Latin American values without the interference of the third parties.’
Putin and Kirchner agreed on opening the Spanish channel to broadcast for the entire Latin America under the auspices of RT (Russia Today) when Russian President visited Latin America with a week-long visit this summer. During Putin’s summer visit, Argentina expressed desire to host the international Spanish RT channel, and at the same time, confirmed that it would be ready to increase dramatically the export of Argentine agricultural products to the Russian market to replace the banned EU products. Shortly after this, Western MSM suddenly started circulating the ‘news’ that Argentina is about to declare another default. According to the US/EU ‘news,’ Argentina failed to pay interest on its debt in a timely manner. It turned out that in order to generate the ‘pre-default’ state, Western banks holding Argentine funds designated for interest payment, froze Argentine accounts. This generated the inability by the Argentine government to pay on time. Argentinian peso immediately plummeted and capital flight started. Together with the Western MSM hysteria, all this could have tipped the country into a crisis.
It was clear that the sabotage was initiated in order to try to destabilize the country and unseat president Kirchner as payback for her independent policy and for signing agreements with Russia. However, this time the old playbook scenario didn’t work as the Argentine population refused to follow Western script and rallied around their government.
Kirchner and Argentina went ahead with both the increased agricultural exports to Russia and with the opening of the international RT channel in Buenos Aires. The default didn’t happen.

This is exactly what should happen. Two countries helping each other instead of trying to find ways to tear each others countries apart, much like what the U.S. and the EU is trying to do to countries all across this planet.
I am so thankful for the sanity of President Putin and his desire to not see countries like Argentina get thrown under the bus by America and the EU!

Great!! I was wondering what would happen to Argentina and if Russia would be able to/wanted to help them out!! This is by far the most uplifting news I have heard in a long time!

Again… yet again, Pres. Putin and Russia create another Win / Win deal.
Everything this guy touches turns to Win / Win.
I imagine that when the people of any country see Mr. Putin arriving on their land they probably all feel very well (probably even very excited) because they all know by now that it means good stuff will follow. When anyone sees USA politicians and USA puppets, etc. arriving on their land they all run for cover, because they all know that exploitation will follow, maybe sanctions, probably even a military invasion at some stage. We’ve all had enough of that negative manipulative nonsense by now.
I have a question for Lada, but it doesn’t relate to the above article that you’ve published here. I’ve read all your articles and I read a lot of other stuff on the Net – so I experience a bit of a blur as to who-said-what on this following point. So, I’ve just done a search of your site, but I cannot find info that you might have put out about the “Pussy Riot” incident some years ago. Perhaps you could direct me to it if you’ve already written about it. But if you haven’t covered that point yet then maybe you could say something about it. The girls / young women in that punk-rock band, were they Fifth Column activists?
I did read somewhere (I cannot remember where) that the “rockers” in question originally sang anti-church lyrics in the church, but that by the time the video was put out on the Net anti-Putin lyrics had been dubbed in over the original.
Any ideas about what was really going on there?
