Evil Empire Strikes Back: US Congress Funds New Anti-Russia Channel “Current Time”
Based on the old Cold War anti-Russian Radio Liberty and Radio Free Europe, it is also called ‘The Prague Guantanamo” for being the most secretive and autocratic TV channel in the world, where being a snitch is highly encouraged and people get fired for having their own opinion. Meanwhile, programming is so daft and boring that no one wants to watch it.
There is an opinion that this is yet another US government’s money laundering scheme, making some in the US establishment very rich, at the US taxpayers’ expense.
Meanwhile Ukraine is proposing to transfer the headquarters from Prague to Kiev. The US should go for it! It’ll be a lot cheaper and they’ll have oodles of Russian-speaking ukro-nazis to recruit. Also, someone has to continue feeding the greedy Ukraine junta oligarchs and fascists to keep them on a leash — why not US taxpayers. And finally, when Ukraine is freed from this brown plague, the new, free Novorossia will thank the US for all that nice broadcasting infrastructure they’ll leave behind. So, go for it!

As I have been predicting! Absolutely nothing has changed since the days of the USSR. Russia being supposedly ‘communist’ during Soviet times was just an excuse for the sheeple, in order to justify the animosity towards it and in order for the West to divide and conquer.
Today, only the naive and most stupid still believe that old story. Russia isn’t the old USSR and it isn’t ‘communist’ by any stretch, yet the animosity is not only there, but it’s yet again escalating.
The truth has always been: the US/West are afraid of Russia The Great Balancer in any guise, and Dark State is mortally afraid of the Earth Shift, as Russia continues to gradually rebalance the human world.

Fake News vs Truth: ‘Power Shortages’ and Crimean Bridge – How the West Sabotages Crimea
LADA RAY SAYS: Dear readers, the referenced article is fake news and lame propaganda. And it’s written with an indecent kind of glee, which attests to a low calibration of the ‘journalists’ behind it.
The real truth:
Crimean power now is already enough to sustain the needs of citizens, plus the present tourism volume, which is going up and has reached 6-7 million guests a year. There were severe power shortages after the Ukraine ukro-nazis and Crimean Tartar Mejlis terrorists blew up powerlines to Crimea in December 2015. This left 2.5 mln people without power and heat for two weeks during winter.
I don’t recall the ‘liberals’ and ‘humanitarians’ in the West expressing indignation over such terrorism, helping alleviate the Crimean humanitarian catastrophe, or protesting the actions of their puppet Kiev regime.
Russia quickly built the underwater ‘power bridge’ to Crimea, consisting of four bundles of power lines and telephone cables. Russia quickly delivered additional power generators (incidentally, with Chinese help). Also, Crimean old power stations have been revamped and expanded. As a consequence, power shortages are completely gone.
However, there is a truth to this: more power is needed and the new local power stations must be built… in order to grow and expand tourism to Crimea. This is the main developmental goal for the peninsula. Crimea has the capacity to receive over 10 million tourists per year, but under Kiev it only was able to receive a fraction of this number. During Soviet times the annual inflow was 10 million and above. During the 25 years of Ukraine ‘independence’ under Kiev regime Crimea turned into a pale, fledgling copy of its former flourishing self. When the neglected Soviet infrastructure has been refurbished, currently constructed new infrastructure is fully up and running, and additional power plants are built, Crimea will get back to the Soviet tourism numbers. Most likely, those numbers will be exceeded within several years.
The new power plants are a strategic investment in Crimea’s future economy.
Sure, it’s hard to disagree with this statement: the West will do absolutely everything to sabotage Russia and Crimea. That said, the Crimea power plant ‘turbine situation’ is a storm in a teacup. It’ll be resolved easily and soon. Won’t say how, so some potentially unfriendly forces who may read this don’t have time to sabotage it.
Let’s never forget that fake news is the new chosen weapon in the global info war against Russia
I basically predicted, or perhaps rather preempted, this would happen when I wrote the following pieces in 2014, 2015 and 2016. There was no term fake news yet – I called this phenomenon ‘hoaxes’ and ‘targeted info dumps.’

Weapons of info war
There is an all out info war against Russia. Ukraine and other E. European ‘countries,’ such as the Baltics and Poland, are at the forefront of this info war. Ukraine and others’ ministries of propaganda spread fake news about ‘protests’ in Russia, ‘hunger and shortages’ in Donbass and Crimea. Western publications happily parrot all this. Western sources are routinely caught quoting obscure Ukrainian publications, known for spreading hoaxes, fake news and targeted info dumps. No facts are checked.
Please be careful what you read and whom you trust. Many so-called ‘alternative’ publications are as, or even more, guilty of spreading fake news and lies! I warned my readers about this growing problem as early as in EARTH SHIFT REPORT 1, as well as in other above-referenced articles. Now, in 2017, I see that many people finally began talking about the fake news problem. I recommend my above-linked articles as eye-opening reads to avoid falling for it in the future.
The truth about Crimean Bridge
The above-referenced article was a very clear example of the fake news at work. Another such example is fake news about The Crimean Bridge. I’ve heard lots of fake news originating from Ukraine and supposedly Russian ‘opposition’ sources, such as Navalny, who in fact are on the payroll of Washington. These fake news contended that Russia is lying and that no Crimean Bridge is being constructed as it’s an impossible engineering feat; that all the money has been stolen; that Crimea will always remain a hostage of Ukraine… This usually goes accompanied with fake pics and videos. It appears that even the Western fake news propaganda didn’t so much fall for it. The reason is simple: any satellite footage will prove these fake news wrong. Therefore, the Crimean Bridge in the West is met with a stony silence, accompanied with futile attempts at anti-Russian sanctions.
The truth is, The Crimean Bridge is being built well ahead of schedule and it will soon alleviate the transportation pressure on the peninsula. Another investment in the bright future of Crimea it has been dubbed ‘The Construction Project of the Century.’ It is a rare engineering feat indeed.
There were many famous attempts to build a bridge from mainland to Crimea in different eras: by Russian Tsars, Stalin and even Hitler during WWII. All had failed. The stories are fascinating and I’ll tell them to you in a future book. This is the first time such bridge will become a reality – and what a reality it will be soon!

Crimean Kerch Bridge is a bridge between Mainland Russia and the Crimean Peninsula, built between the Azov and Black Seas – panoramic view.

Ukraine starts energy blockade of Donbass, but Crimea volunteers to help
On another note, two days ago Ukraine has disconnected electric power supply to Lugansk Republic (LPR). Lugansk is now experiencing power shortages, much like Crimea did in 2015. Donetsk (DPR) power lines from Ukraine are still working, however, it is expected that Kiev will turn off the electric power to Donetsk as well.
In this situation, Crimea has volunteered to share its know-how in dealing with energy blockade by Kiev. It is expected to dispatch to Lugansk and Donetsk those surplus portable emergency generators Russia had purchased to save the people of Crimea in 2015.
Why did Kiev disconnect power to LPR? After recent blockade by ukro-nazis of Donetsk and Lugansk coal, Kiev ‘discontinued’ purchases of the Donbass coal. As a result of this new stupidity by Kiev junta, Ukraine’s own power stations and industrial giants are going cold one after another. Kiev is quickly losing what little industrial base it had left after 2014 coup. Let’s recall what I discussed in other Ukraine articles: the energy grid and industrial production of Ukraine was built by the USSR as one integral system, and Donbass was part of this big system. The power plant located on Ukrainian side that used to send energy to Lugansk in exchange for coal and a hefty payment is down to 1 month or so in coal supplies, and prospects for more coal are very dim. By not delivering energy to LPR, the power plant may survive a month or two longer. But that’s all the time it has: after that it will go cold, with workers losing their jobs.
What will Kiev’s energy blockade of Lugansk and Donetsk achieve? Nothing, except irrevocably distancing DPR and LPR from Ukraine and expediting the republics’ integration into Russia. Crimea has already announced that it’ll help the break-away republics achieve this goal.

Who’s Really George Soros and How He Hides His Billions Offshore
American hedge fund billionaire George Soros is back in the headlines for two things: his most recent funding projects and new revelations that the shadowy political donor has been hiding his fortune from US regulators with Mossack Fonseca, the firm behind the Panama Papers leak. Soros has a total of three offshore companies through Mossack Fonseca alone (certainly more to be revealed in the future).

As we know from earlier revelations, Soros financed a large group of journalists (about 400 in total), who were hired to dig up offshore dirt on Vladimir Putin and various other heads of state and celebrities, using the Panama papers leak.
It is clear to me that all others were a smoke screen, while the actual target was Vladimir Putin and Russia, as part of the escalating hybrid 4D info war. This is especially undeniable because all Western, especially British, publications, plus Al Jazeera, came out with big portraits of Putin, implying he was the biggest money launderer, whereas his name wasn’t even mentioned in the leaks.

Almost immediately the questions arose how come there were no Americans mentioned in the leaks at all. However, Fox News did its own investigation and discovered that in the 11.5 million Panama papers, there were multiple mentions of the leaks’ mastermind himself, George Soros.
The journalists he hired to implicate Putin and Russia said that ‘they had no idea Soros was in the papers.’ Oops!
Why would Fox, not really known for its wonderfully progressive and honest stance on things, want to out Soros? Aren’t Fox and Soros supposed to be parts of the same globalist machine? Good questions!
The answer lies in the upcoming US presidential elections. Soros is the biggest donor to Clinton campaign, something between $8 and $13 million. That’s official. Multiply that by, say, ten (or more), using various unofficial channels and proxies. Meanwhile, Fox is a very conservative, right-wing channel.
If you ask me, there is really very little difference between Hillary and Fox: they all are Russophobic globalist hawks. But as always, during elections American ‘right’ and ‘left’ are ready to trash each other for a seat in Congress or a place in the White House. In this case that’s good, because in their ardent desire to harm an opponent, they help us – the people – to find out the real truth, whether it’s their intention, or not.
In this specific case, Fox News is bent on not allowing Hillary to be elected. I have to say, I am with them on that, probably the only thing I would ever agree on with Fox. This is why they will continue dragging out of the closet Hillary’s skeletons, and she’s got plenty of those. The new scandal ties Hillary to Soros and his excessive campaign donations, along with his tax avoidance and shady offshores.
In conclusion, let me answer the questions I received from readers at various times:
Who is really George Soros and whom does he represent?
Does Soros work for CIA? Who does he ‘report’ to?
George Soros is not a CIA asset, although he works with CIA, US State Dept and Pentagon, as well as Wall Street, to coordinate when necessary. He really doesn’t report to anyone per se, at least not the way humans normally understand it.
As you know, I don’t often use the word NWO. Soros is NWO pointman, or as I prefer to say, the globalist elites pointman. I call him ‘the visible face of the globalist elites,’ most of whom are well hidden and shy away from cameras.
His agenda is two-fold:
1. Russophobia – he’s hard-wired as a quintessential Russophobe;
2. Globalist takeover based on the US-style imperialistic capitalism.
Both are intrinsically connected.
Soros uses America and US dollar as convenient tools to fulfill his agenda. He is absolutely disinterested in what happens to America or Americans (or anyone on earth, for that matter), as long as the ultimate globalist agenda is achieved.

Beware of Wikipedia, a Tool in Global Info War!
Here is a great example of how little you can trust Wikipedia to obtain any truthful information concerning Russia, Ukraine, post-Soviet space, or any Eastern European country. The list goes on, and includes anything to do with China and many historic events and countries.
I was looking up the date of the DNR/LNR elections and found this: Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ukrainian_local_elections,_2015
Check it out and you’ll see what I mean!
Because of how search engines are designed, when you put in a search, Wikipedia is always the top entry. This makes it an extremely valuable propaganda tool.
Reading this entry it’s easy to see that someone, most likely in Canada or US, judging by how it’s written, is sitting and typing in these kinds of twisted entries in order to promote a specific political agenda.
This is an example of how propaganda works in our internet world. Taking advantage of the fact that most international internet is English-speaking, they usurp such free-for-all, unverifiable sources, made popular by the search engines. This puts the countries with non-English-speaking cultures at a huge disadvantage. The most disadvantaged in this info war are China and Russia, who always have been the main target of info war attacks in the first place.
But the biggest victims of the global info war are the people of Western, especially English-speaking countries, who are denied access to the truth, while being bombarded with informational falsehoods.
I generally try not to look at Wikipedia, unless I have no choice, since it is being hijacked daily by all kinds of unscrupulous forces.
Once I stumbled upon an entry about WWII Odessa’s occupation by Romania, in coalition with Hitler. The entry about Odessa’s occupation by a foreign country(!) glorified Romania, asserting that Odessans were happy under their rule, that they were ‘nice occupiers’ and that Odessans couldn’t wait to get rid of the cruel Russian rule! Now, who do you think wrote that Wikipedia entry, and for what purpose?
It is well know in those parts that Romania would really love to get their hands on all of Moldova, Pridnestrovie and Odessa oblast, and that their entire propaganda is targeted to that goal.
Needless to say, I went in and deleted the paragraphs that were overt lies (did you know that ANYONE can edit Wikipedia entries?) and added a few words from myself, this time containing truth about Odessa and WWII. Another time, I saw an absolutely horrible and slanderous Wikipedia post about one of Russia’s foremost poets of all time, Pushkin and his work. The tone of that entry was so disgusting that I felt nauseated.
But of course, who has the time to police all the millions of entries out there. I don’t – so I just ignore Wikipedia.
Clearly, one needs a dedicated, well paid staff that would go through Wikipedia with a fine tooth comb and edit; who would add hoaxes and targeted info dumps to existing articles, thus diluting the truth and creating new untruths to promote a specific agenda.
Wikipedia, whether those who started it intended it or not, has long become one of the dngerous weapons in the global info war.
So, beware! Try to avoid Wikipedia at any cost. As we have already discussed in past articles… in our time of brutal info wars trustworthy sources become rare and very precious. If you want to preserve such rare sources that do tell the truth, make sure you support them!
