BREAKING! Russia Begins Handing Out Russian Passports to Donbass Residents!
Long awaited news and big Russian surprise for Ukraine Elections! Something many of us have talked about since 2014! The residents of Donbass are beginning to receive Russian passports!
This was leaked today, March 22, by a Russian Donbass war correspondent Semyon Pegov, on his Telegram site, WarGonzo.
Here is his interview to the Rossia1 show 60 Minut – watch starting at 4:30:
There is no official announcement yet, but the leak already created a media storm.
Per source: the info was confirmed by multiple high-profile sources in Donetsk, and some government officials on the Russian side. First batch of passports has already been delivered. They will first be handed out to LDNR officials, self-defence officers and members, police and state security. After that, to the elderly. Then, all regular citizens of Donbass will get their turn.
I can’t even begin describing how long-awaited this news is for many people. This will create a brand new paradigm in the region. It could be the beginning of the long-awaited shift.
There was an announcement that Russia is preparing a series of surprises before Ukraine elections, whose first round begins on March 31. Second has been scheduled for April. Poroshenko, as I wrote and spoke previously, is in dire straits. Ukraine also banned Russian monitors from the elections, a violation of international law.
Also latest: about 10 million Ukrainians have been banned from voting, against any Ukrainian or international laws. At the same time, the number of ballots printed exceeds the real number of voters by at least 15 million. This means widely expected violations, when millions of the ‘dead soul’ ballots will be entered.
Another ‘surprise’ move awaited by many, is that Russia will disavow the results of Ukraine election, unless Russia sees a marked difference in new president’s approach. This however, is practically impossible due to the double pressure from both US and ukro-nazis.

REMEMBER THAT LEGENDARY RUSSIAN SONG FLASHMOB?..
Two years ago a giant flashmob spread like fire across borders. It started in Zaporozhie, Ukraine, where local students performed an old Soviet/Russian song ‘My Native Street’ from the legendary 1950s blockbuster film, Spring on Beyond-the-River Street (aka, Spring on River Street).
This was Zaporozhie flashmob that started it all:
Almost immediately, despite prosecution of the Kiev government and ukro-nazis, the flashmob spread to Odessa, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk and Kiev. The famous Russian/Soviet songs were performed in train stations and they began appearing on the Internet. Then Moscow decided to send a return hello to Ukraine by performing two Ukrainian songs at the Kiev Train Station.
It became known as the Train Station Flashmob, or the Russian Song Flashmob, or the Friendship Flashmob.
Then besieged by Kiev, Donbass joined in with some very powerful performances that spoke of courage, hope and memory no one can take away.
Very powerful: Donetsk flashmob – theme song from the legendary Soviet film ‘Officers’:
Wherever there were no train stations, people performed in bus terminals. In the small village of Snezhnoe, Donbass, people gathered at such small bus station to perform the legendary Soviet song, ‘On the Unnamed Altitude.’ The old Soviet song narrates the heroic act by a company of the Red Army soldiers during WWII. They defended the ‘unnamed altitude’ until only three of them were left.
Very touching! If you look carefully at the Snezhnoe flashmob video, you’ll see in the beginning that legendary ‘Unnamed Altitude’, a hill located in Donbass. It shows a huge memorial park with monuments and people laying flowers to commemorate the heroism of their ancestors. Then the scene changes to show how Kiev army destroys that hill, complete with monuments. It was during Kiev junta attacks between 2014 and 2016, and more heroes died defending that same altitude. The sight of the new destruction is striking, as if Nazis suddenly were back, and not as foreign invaders but as those the Donbass people once called their neighbors, brothers and sisters.
I think this was one of the most memorable and powerful performances of the entire flashmob. Note the guy and a woman in the video wiping tears as they listen! For these people the wounds are too fresh, too real, too close…
Flashmob spread all over the former USSR and throughout the world. Within less than one year there were thousands of Russian song flashmobs. No one had done the statistics, but this completely grassroots spontaneous phenomenon must have united tens or even hundreds of thousands in dozens of countries.

Meantime, those who had the gift of the gab began writing poetry about this unique global flashmob. This excellent poem was written as soon as the flashmob gained traction two years ago. It became viral in its own right. Here it is in Russian – read translation below:

Coincidence of Open Season?
Dodon’s ‘accident’ follows the recent assassination by the pro-US Kiev junta of the Donetsk People’s Republic leader Alexandr Zakharchenko (see my several articles on Patreon, and FT). As I wrote on Patreon, Zakharchenko was also the most popular politician in the whole Ukraine, who would have won next year’s presidential elections, should he be allowed to run by Kiev!
But it gets worse! Dodon’s ‘accident’ comes just hours after Gennady Gagulia, the prime minister of Abkhazia, a Russian-backed republic that broke away from Georgia in the 1990s, died in a car crash in a similar way.

All that is known so far is that Alexandr Zakharchenko, the heroic Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic, was killed today in the center of Donetsk as a result of terrorist act by Kiev junta. A restaurant blast just a few hundred meters from his home killed Zakharchenko and wounded at least two or three other people: RT video.
ADDED: Just got this first snapshot of the Cafe Separ where Zakharchenko was killed:
The first reports say that it was an extremely strong explosion, heard for kilometers. The cafe caught on fire and is practically destroyed. The place is in the very center of Donetsk, just 400 meters from OSCE headquarters and very close to Zakharchenko’s residence. Incidentally, the sarcastic name of the cafe, Separ, is short for ‘Separatist’ (that’s what Kiev calls the Donbass people). The cafe was called so in defiance. The symbolism of the terrorist act happening inside the Separ Cafe is significant. It’s clearly a message from Kiev.
My deepest and most sincere condolences to Zakharchenko’s family and the people of Donbass. It indeed is a shocking news and huge loss! RIP!

The interim Head of the DPR has been named Viktor Trapeznikov (on the right on this video).
There is a dark celebration taking place in Kiev as we speak, rejoicing at their ‘victory.’
Another bit of sad news: yesterday passed away after a long illness the iconic Soviet/Russian singer and activist, Iosif Kobzon. He was the People’s Artist of the Soviet Union and a Russian and Ukrainian institution, originally from Donbass. Kobzon was known for doing a lot of humanitarian work in Donbass and for being actively anti-ukro-nazi junta. He was banned from entering Ukraine by Poroshenko government.
Iosif Kobzon died at 81. He sang almost until the last day. Listen to Kobzon singing:

Zakharchenko was last seen publicly less than a day ago, laying flowers to the monument to Kobzon in Donetsk, after the artist’s death.
The indecent glee is taking place in Kiev on account of the deaths of Alexandr Zakharchenko and Iosif Kobzon.
Elections are coming to Ukraine soon. Poroshenko, whose rating is below 5%, is desperate. He’ll do anything to get a better showing in the polls, and this terrorist act is one of those things.
Poroshenko also announced that he is annulling the ‘Friendship and Cooperation Agreement’ with Russia, signed in the ’90s by Yeltsin and his then Ukrainian counterpart. This is another populist step to appease the ukro-nazis ahead of elections.
It may seem surreal: Kiev continues branding Russia as ‘aggressor,’ while the ‘Friendship Agreement’ allowing Ukraine trade preferences with Russia is still in existence. Ukraine’s trade with Russia again grew this year, and Russia continues being the No. 1 investor into Ukraine.

Very Disturbing News From Donbass: Ukraine is Massing Army For Attack Near Donetsk
This has been in the works for months and DPR and LPR have been warning that Kiev is preparing an all-out attack against both Donetsk and Lugansk during World Cup 2018 in Russia. I warned about it since last year, too.

Zakharchenko Announces Sovereign State of Malorossia, with Capital Donetsk, to Replace Ukraine
In today’s hugely surprise announcement, the Head of Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Alexandr Zakharchenko announced the creation of the new sovereign state of Malorossia, to replace the failing state of Ukraine. The announcement was made in the presence of representatives of all remaining 19 regions of Ukraine.

Malorossia translates correctly as ‘Russia Minor’ (not ‘little Russia’ as some do). This designation was assigned to differentiate it from the Great Russia, or basically, today’s Russia. The Malorossia region within the Russian Empire was formed by Catherine the Great around central, and partially, western regions of what we call today ‘Ukraine.’ The historic Novorossia (New Russia) was formed our of southern and eastern regions of today’s Ukraine, also by Catherine the Great.
The proposed flag of Malorossia will resemble the historic flag during Bogdan Khmelnitsky’s rule of Malorossia. The national hero of Ukraine, Cossack leader Bogdan Khmelnitsky, approached Catherine the Great, asking her to accept Malorossia along with ancestral Cossack territories called Zaporozhie (hence ‘Zaporozhskie kozaki’ – cossacks) as part of Russia. This offer of becoming a subject of the Russian State, in exchange for military protection against the Ottoman Empire’s, Crimean Tartar, Polish, Vatican and general Western invasions, was accepted. What we now call central and parts of western Ukraine became the new subject of the Russian Empire. By choosing the name Malorossia and the flag of Bogdan Khmelnitsky, the hint is made that eventually Malorossia aims at re-joining Russia.
Zakharchenko even identified the term: 3 years. During these three years DPR, with the help of experts from Russia, Belarus and other countries intends to form tribunals for crimes against humanity and treason committed by various Ukrainian elites. Zakharchenko has stated that Russia will be asked to extradite ex-president of Ukraine Yanukovich, to be tried in Malorossia. Others to be put on trial after the transition occurs are Poroshenko, Turchinov, Yatsenyuk and a long list of others. The crimes of Kiev and associated nazi battalions and organizations to be exposed, including the ATO and the genocide of the Donbass people, the burning of people in Odessa, and others.
Zakharchenko announced that Malorossia will encompass all oblasts of former Ukraine, excluding Crimea. It is to become a direct opposite alternative of the existing ukro-nazi state formed under the Kiev junta. It will be a non-fascist, free of oligarchs, democratically loose confederation of former Ukraine’s territories, with only the flag, army and federal finances concentrated in the hands of the state, and with a lot of power left in the hands of local authorities. The principles on which the new Malorossia state is to be formed are friendship and mutual cooperation. (Remember, these are the 5D principles!). As opposed to dominant around the world and in today’s Ukraine, exploitation, oppression and inequality.
Most importantly, The new Malorossia project offers the citizens of Ukraine a clear alternative: to be again friendly and close to Russia, something that the Kiev junta has completely denied its population.
Zakharchenko proposes the rule of direct democracy. The decision to join Malorossia has to be up to each citizen and each oblast of Ukraine. For that, internationally monitored referendums have to be held in each region, city and oblast of Ukraine. Let the people speak, the right they have been denied under Poroshenko Kiev regime.
Zakharchenko declaration implies that the new state of Malorossia is to become the rightful heir to the former, pre-Kiev-junta Ukraine. The capital of Malorossia is to be in Donetsk, and Kiev is to simply remain a cultural and historic center.
LADA’S 2 CENTS
It’s clear that both Russia and Donbass are searching for a new and more successful format for the future of the territory we so far call Ukraine.
I like the new proposal. It makes perfect sense, helps exit the dead-end Minsk talks. Via an electric shock, it awakens certain processes and creative juices, and gives hope to the long-suffering population of Donbass. It also challenges the West, as well as Russia, to respond and act. It also establishes the fact that Donetsk is a subject, not an object, of global politics and various negotiations. It affirms that Donetsk wants to lead, not to tag along. I like it, and I wish them all the success with the Malorossia project. It has a future.
Another thing that comes to mind is that this announcement has taken Kiev and just about anyone in the world by huge surprise.
But it wasn’t really a surprise. First, remember what I’d told you since February 4, 2017 in Webinar 1: Will Trump Survive his First Term? I said that US was preparing and looking for ways to quietly disengage from Ukraine, without losing face. Remember I described the Kissinger Plan for Ukraine and post-Soviet Space?
What is happening here, and what happened recently, as I described in: Moldova President Igor Dodon Issues Bold Indictment to the West. Ukraine update — these things are closely related.
The old borders and outdated geopolitical formats, which failed to withstand the test of time, won’t work any more. We are in the midst of the Great Earth Shift. Anything that hasn’t been well conceived, such as the slapped together controversial territory called Ukraine, can and will be swept away. New borders, states and new international formats have to emerge, and they are doing so.
I can also tell you that a significant chunk of those 2.5 hour closed-door negotiations between Putin and Trump at G20 in Hamburg were dedicated to Ukraine, Donbass and how to get out of this stalemate. Warning: Zakharchenko announcement has already made a big controversial splash, including in Russia. There are forces who don’t want this to happen. But a push for change is needed — very badly.
Another problem: Zakharchenko hasn’t coordinated his announcement with Lugansk (LPR), which is not good. And according to some sources, it wasn’t coordinated with Moscow either, which is possible, but a little hard to believe.
And problem No. 3: remember what I said in G20, Putin, Trump, Ivanka, Merkel, Xi, BRICS: Lada Ray Quantum Calibrations and Predictions! ? Russia is not in a rush to be saddled with the destroyed territory of former Ukraine and to deal with its zombified population.
Zakharchenko quote: ‘We’ve been told by Kiev that we must return back to Ukraine. Sooner Ukraine will return to us.”
Recall my timeline for Ukraine turning back to Russia: by the end of 2018. I don’t mind if it takes a bit longer, as long as it’s done, and done right.

Fake News vs Truth: ‘Power Shortages’ and Crimean Bridge – How the West Sabotages Crimea
LADA RAY SAYS: Dear readers, the referenced article is fake news and lame propaganda. And it’s written with an indecent kind of glee, which attests to a low calibration of the ‘journalists’ behind it.
The real truth:
Crimean power now is already enough to sustain the needs of citizens, plus the present tourism volume, which is going up and has reached 6-7 million guests a year. There were severe power shortages after the Ukraine ukro-nazis and Crimean Tartar Mejlis terrorists blew up powerlines to Crimea in December 2015. This left 2.5 mln people without power and heat for two weeks during winter.
I don’t recall the ‘liberals’ and ‘humanitarians’ in the West expressing indignation over such terrorism, helping alleviate the Crimean humanitarian catastrophe, or protesting the actions of their puppet Kiev regime.
Russia quickly built the underwater ‘power bridge’ to Crimea, consisting of four bundles of power lines and telephone cables. Russia quickly delivered additional power generators (incidentally, with Chinese help). Also, Crimean old power stations have been revamped and expanded. As a consequence, power shortages are completely gone.
However, there is a truth to this: more power is needed and the new local power stations must be built… in order to grow and expand tourism to Crimea. This is the main developmental goal for the peninsula. Crimea has the capacity to receive over 10 million tourists per year, but under Kiev it only was able to receive a fraction of this number. During Soviet times the annual inflow was 10 million and above. During the 25 years of Ukraine ‘independence’ under Kiev regime Crimea turned into a pale, fledgling copy of its former flourishing self. When the neglected Soviet infrastructure has been refurbished, currently constructed new infrastructure is fully up and running, and additional power plants are built, Crimea will get back to the Soviet tourism numbers. Most likely, those numbers will be exceeded within several years.
The new power plants are a strategic investment in Crimea’s future economy.
Sure, it’s hard to disagree with this statement: the West will do absolutely everything to sabotage Russia and Crimea. That said, the Crimea power plant ‘turbine situation’ is a storm in a teacup. It’ll be resolved easily and soon. Won’t say how, so some potentially unfriendly forces who may read this don’t have time to sabotage it.
Let’s never forget that fake news is the new chosen weapon in the global info war against Russia
I basically predicted, or perhaps rather preempted, this would happen when I wrote the following pieces in 2014, 2015 and 2016. There was no term fake news yet – I called this phenomenon ‘hoaxes’ and ‘targeted info dumps.’

Weapons of info war
There is an all out info war against Russia. Ukraine and other E. European ‘countries,’ such as the Baltics and Poland, are at the forefront of this info war. Ukraine and others’ ministries of propaganda spread fake news about ‘protests’ in Russia, ‘hunger and shortages’ in Donbass and Crimea. Western publications happily parrot all this. Western sources are routinely caught quoting obscure Ukrainian publications, known for spreading hoaxes, fake news and targeted info dumps. No facts are checked.
Please be careful what you read and whom you trust. Many so-called ‘alternative’ publications are as, or even more, guilty of spreading fake news and lies! I warned my readers about this growing problem as early as in EARTH SHIFT REPORT 1, as well as in other above-referenced articles. Now, in 2017, I see that many people finally began talking about the fake news problem. I recommend my above-linked articles as eye-opening reads to avoid falling for it in the future.
The truth about Crimean Bridge
The above-referenced article was a very clear example of the fake news at work. Another such example is fake news about The Crimean Bridge. I’ve heard lots of fake news originating from Ukraine and supposedly Russian ‘opposition’ sources, such as Navalny, who in fact are on the payroll of Washington. These fake news contended that Russia is lying and that no Crimean Bridge is being constructed as it’s an impossible engineering feat; that all the money has been stolen; that Crimea will always remain a hostage of Ukraine… This usually goes accompanied with fake pics and videos. It appears that even the Western fake news propaganda didn’t so much fall for it. The reason is simple: any satellite footage will prove these fake news wrong. Therefore, the Crimean Bridge in the West is met with a stony silence, accompanied with futile attempts at anti-Russian sanctions.
The truth is, The Crimean Bridge is being built well ahead of schedule and it will soon alleviate the transportation pressure on the peninsula. Another investment in the bright future of Crimea it has been dubbed ‘The Construction Project of the Century.’ It is a rare engineering feat indeed.
There were many famous attempts to build a bridge from mainland to Crimea in different eras: by Russian Tsars, Stalin and even Hitler during WWII. All had failed. The stories are fascinating and I’ll tell them to you in a future book. This is the first time such bridge will become a reality – and what a reality it will be soon!

Ukraine starts energy blockade of Donbass, but Crimea volunteers to help
On another note, two days ago Ukraine has disconnected electric power supply to Lugansk Republic (LPR). Lugansk is now experiencing power shortages, much like Crimea did in 2015. Donetsk (DPR) power lines from Ukraine are still working, however, it is expected that Kiev will turn off the electric power to Donetsk as well.
In this situation, Crimea has volunteered to share its know-how in dealing with energy blockade by Kiev. It is expected to dispatch to Lugansk and Donetsk those surplus portable emergency generators Russia had purchased to save the people of Crimea in 2015.
Why did Kiev disconnect power to LPR? After recent blockade by ukro-nazis of Donetsk and Lugansk coal, Kiev ‘discontinued’ purchases of the Donbass coal. As a result of this new stupidity by Kiev junta, Ukraine’s own power stations and industrial giants are going cold one after another. Kiev is quickly losing what little industrial base it had left after 2014 coup. Let’s recall what I discussed in other Ukraine articles: the energy grid and industrial production of Ukraine was built by the USSR as one integral system, and Donbass was part of this big system. The power plant located on Ukrainian side that used to send energy to Lugansk in exchange for coal and a hefty payment is down to 1 month or so in coal supplies, and prospects for more coal are very dim. By not delivering energy to LPR, the power plant may survive a month or two longer. But that’s all the time it has: after that it will go cold, with workers losing their jobs.
What will Kiev’s energy blockade of Lugansk and Donetsk achieve? Nothing, except irrevocably distancing DPR and LPR from Ukraine and expediting the republics’ integration into Russia. Crimea has already announced that it’ll help the break-away republics achieve this goal.

Horrific catastrophe unfolding at Ukraine’s largest Balakleya arms depot!
For the second day the horrific cannonade is continuing, as the missiles and arms stored at Ukraine’s largest arms depot in Balakleya, Kharkov Oblast, mass explode. Allegedly the wholesale destruction of the largest storage of offensive weapons in Ukraine began as a result of a fire. Ukraine military is being accused of creating the catastrophe.
Over 20 thousand people have evacuated from the nearby city of Balakleya. Locals continue fleeing in haste. Casualties are unknown, being hushed up by Ukraine authorities.
The infamous Balakleya arms depot stored weapons used to kill the people of Donbass. Fewer weapons left in Ukraine means fewer deaths in Donetsk and Lugansk. Among weapons stored at this facility were the feared Tochka-U and Grad missiles, which Kiev army had unleashed on LDPR.
The video below is a good quality compilation of footage shot from various vantage points. These are all eyewitness videos by locals from surround residential areas. At one point in the video you can see a stream of cars fleeing the exploding city.
In the end of the video, a male voice can be heard saying, ‘We must leave this country. This is the only correct solution.’
Radiation disaster in the making!
As a side note, the intel I receive is that Kiev army experiences a huge shortage of tanks and armored vehicles to attack Donbass.
To compensate for that, Poroshenko ordered to retrieve the old tanks and military vehicles once used by the USSR in Chernobyl remedial efforts and abandoned inside radioactive zone. Thousands of radioactive vehicles have been stored there. Now these are being repurposed by Kiev. Some are used as scrap, melted to manufacture new weapons; others are fixed up and sent straight to Donbass. Reportedly, a large percentage of the Kiev army ATO soldiers now suffer from radiation poisoning. Of course, the real condition and percentages of those affected are hushed up.
The newest worrying development: it appears Kiev decided to do the unthinkable – build a radioactive barrier between LDPR and Ukraine. Witnesses have been posting videos of Ukraine army hauling radioactive vehicles from Chernobyl and dumping them on the front line between LDPR and Kiev-controlled side. This includes heavy trucks and other machinery used by the USSR in Chernobyl remedial efforts. The result may be disastrous. All that radioactive machinery is moved through Ukraine countryside and cities, then maliciously dumped in E. Ukraine fields, possibly close to where people live and grow crops.
I want to reiterate and expand on my 2014-15 analysis and predictions for Ukraine:
The remnants of Ukraine, once a peaceful place I used to know years ago, is continuing on the road to self-destruction. I am sorry to say that for the territory we so far still call Ukraine, the worst is still to come.
Ukraine, formed as an integral part of the USSR, was always an artificial entity consisting of incongruent and mismatched parts. It could only exist in peace and prosperity under the strong umbrella and guidance of Russia and as part of a unified Russian state. Having acquired independence, it couldn’t deal with it. The breakup and rethinking of the future direction became unavoidable.
It would have been a lot better if the process of the breakup was peaceful and reasonable. However, the process of rethinking of the future of this South-Russian territory has to happen, whether we want it or not.
In less than 10 years time the name Ukraine (Ukraina) will become obsolete. It’ll happen gradually, probably several years into the future. Instead Novorossia and Malorossia will re-emerge, along with other long forgotten names, such as Tavria, Galitsia and Carpathian Rus. Most or all of these territories will rejoin Russia either as parts of Russian territory or closely-associated states.

Energy catastrophe and shut-down of Ukraine
Ukraine has ‘celebrated’ its 3rd anniversary of the Kiev Maidan. Many were predicting and expecting Maidan 3.0 and the ousting of Poroshenko. And then Maidan 3.0 went puff.
Meanwhile, a week ago Ukraine radicals from ukro-nazi battalions and various fascist organizations blockaded the rail and auto roads between Donetsk-Lugansk People’s Republics and Ukraine. Their idea – very logical from the standpoint of the Maidan – is this: why does Ukraine continue buying coal from ‘separatists’ with whom Ukraine government says it is at war?
Of course, the violent ukro-nazis, most of whom are high school drop-outs and jailbirds, have no idea about logistics, economy and systemic thinking. Trouble is, the infrastructure of Ukraine was built during Soviet times as one whole system, where various parts support each other. If the high quality and plentiful coal stops arriving from Donbass, then dozens of metallurgical, machine-building and chemical plants elsewhere will shut down.
What will also shut down are the thermal energy plants running on coal, and there are lots of those in Ukraine due to the cheap and high quality coal supplied by Donbass. What will happen when power stations shut down in the middle of winter? What will happen to Ukrainian citizens, who are already hardly surviving, each winter being harder and harder?
Last year Ukraine tried to buy coal from S. Africa. With great pomp a shipload of coal was unloaded in Odessa, just to be found later that this particular – much more expensive – coal doesn’t burn well in power plants designed specifically for Donbass coal.
As of today, several important metallurgical and chemical plants had to shut down in E. Ukraine. Dozens of other plants are about to close down due to the lack of coal.
This means tens of thousands are about to lose their jobs.

Meanwhile, an emergency electric power economy regime has been announced in the country. Authorities warn that most towns and cities are down to 1 week or less in supplies of coal. Domino effect electricity shut-offs in Kiev and other major cities are being announced.
Multiply this by the following facts:
Ukraine’s other important sources of electricity, its aging nuclear power stations, are in bad condition, not being maintained properly. They are also being overloaded and worked beyond capacity to pick up the slack from the dying coal power plants. We all know what may happen in such cases: Chernobyl.
The now deceased head of Europe’s largest Zaporozhie Nuclear Power Plant was a whistleblower, who tried to deliver the truth about the sorry state of Ukraine’s nuclear energy. He also blew the whistle on the fact that Ukraine has been trying to replace compatible Russian parts and nuclear fuel, for which the Ukrainian nuclear plants were built, with the incompatible American parts and fuel. He warned of the potential catastrophe, which would make Chernobyl look like a child’s toy. Last year he suddenly died, supposedly due to health reasons…
The blockade of Donbass rail and auto roads is conducted by only a few dozen militants from the right sector and ukro-nazi battalions. But despite such measly numbers, there appears to be no force in the country, or beyond, that can control them or make them go away. The law in Ukraine died on the day the Kiev Maidan began.
Ukraine president Poroshenko has been ‘pleading’ with ukro-nazis to stop the blockade. Drunk on power and self-importance, they refused.
Here’s the problem. Since 2014 Poroshenko and Kiev junta have adamantly maintained that in Donbass they are fighting ‘against the entire might of the Russian Army.’ In reality, of course, Poroshenko and Kiev junta have been attacking the people of Donbass who have rejected the Russophobic ukro-nazi ideology, and who simply wanted to be left alone to live on their land, honoring their true history and speaking Russian language.
Suddenly, the same Kiev junta and same Poroshenko who keep demanding money from the EU and US, based on their assertion that Ukraine continues successfully deflecting the ‘brutal aggression of the entire Russian Army’ in Donbass, are unable to do anything with a few dozen ukro-nazi bullies, who are about to send what’s left of Ukraine into a stone age? Sound plausible?
Moreover, in the past day or two Poroshenko’s junta has violently dispersed in Kiev the beginnings of Maidan 3.0. They are capable of dispersing thousands in Kiev, yet the whole Ukrainian police, special forces and army, which they don’t mind using against civilians in Donbass, cannot reign in on a few dozen ukro-nazi railroad blockaders?
Note this interesting detail! While all this has been happening in Ukraine, Poroshenko tried just in case to escape to the USA, but he was told that he wasn’t invited yet. Still, as of today, Poroshenko is missing from Kiev and from the country – location unknown. Same goes for Kolomoysky, Avakov and other junta bosses. Faced with the possibility of Maidan 3.0 they prefer to spend time in the security of some obscure ‘offshore haven.’
Make no mistake, they’ll be back as soon as the storm wears out. And why would the storm wear out? Why the new Maidan isn’t possible? Why was it successful in 2014 to install Poroshenko and the junta, yet, why is it not working against Poroshenko?
Because the 2014 Maidan was wholeheartedly supported and financed by the West. The 2017 3.0 anti-Poroshenko Maidan is not supported by the West.
All of the world’s color revolutions, the majority of mayhem, and practically all ugly international wars have been perpetrated by the West. The West doesn’t invest in one = it doesn’t happen. Such is the simple math of the bitter truth.
Everyone knows Poroshenko is missing from the country, yet – NOTICE THIS IMPORTANT DETAIL! – no one’s trying to unseat him. During the 2014 Maidan the West claimed that ‘Yanukovich left Kiev,’ therefore he forfeit his presidency, and consequently, US and EU were right to support the temporary Kiev junta government appointed personally by US State Dept’s Victoria Nuland.
So, should we assume there is no force in the country capable of dealing with a few dozen ‘idealistic’ ukro-nazis, blockading and blowing up railroads? It’s a lot more logical that they have been simply paid off. And make no mistake: no Euro-Maidan or revolution happens in Ukraine without protesters being handsomely paid.
Who pays them off to blockade Donbass coal:
1. Poroshenko himself – to topple rival oligarchs, such as in this case Renat Akhmetov, once ‘the richest man in Ukraine’ according to Forbes, and now virtually bankrupt. It is Akhmetov’s plants located in Eastern Ukraine that are being hit by shut-downs.
2. Kolomoysky, and hiding behind his back until the right moment, Yulia Timoshenko.
3. Foreign parties – we know who they are – who want to continue destroying Ukraine. This is a well-known strategy: they know that they will eventually have to give up Ukraine, therefore, they want to destroy it as much as possible so that Russia would have to spend as many resources as possible to eventually rebuild it.
Incidentally, the same strange inability to reign in on terrorists and criminals is observed all over Ukraine: the most famous example is the continuing blockade of Crimea by the fascist Crimean Tartar Mejlis in Kherson Oblast. The illegal Crimean Tartar battalion Asker and associated ukro-nazis have been raping, robbing, taking away land/businesses and killing local citizens, while Kiev authorities give them cover. This has been proven recently when a Ukraine army major tried to confiscate illegal arms from Isliamov’s Asker battalion in Kherson oblast. Isliamov is a wanted terrorist in Russia, who organized the blowing up of electric power lines to Crimea, leaving 2.5 million people without power in the winter. The Ukrainian major who tried to do his job was fired from his post; all illegal arms were returned to Isliamov’s Crimean Tartar battalion.
Last year a few dozen ukro-nazis blockaded roads in western Ukraine, extensively used for shipping between Russia and EU. Neither Ukraine nor EU would reign into them either, despite the fact that EU companies were suffering losses. The problem was solved only via redirecting all shipping traffic away from Ukraine. In the process, Ukraine suffered millions of dollars in annual loss of transit revenue.
The logic of these ukro-nazis and ‘Ukraine patriots’ is brilliant: who cares that my country is going down the drain, as long as I get handsomely paid for inflicting damage on others and as long as I harm Russia, destroy or sabotage as much as I can.
It is these destructive elements that the West bred, financed and supported in Ukraine for the past 25+ years, just so that they would help undermine Russia.
And another observation: much of the population of Ukraine has been crushed and scared to death after the Kiev Maidan armed thugs gained control of the country in the past 3 years. But the majority have been simply brainwashed. They turned out to be surprisingly easy to brainwash. In front of their very eyes their country is being raped and slowly killed by hordes of invaders: 1. ukro-nazis from Western Ukraine; 2. oligarchs, most of whom aren’t ethnically Ukrainians or Russians; 3. by the West. Meanwhile, the population at large isn’t protesting, watching how their country’s life is being slowly snuffed out by the forces of darkness.
Not all are overtly violent who are in agreement with Maidan and the junta. Some simply live in their own la la land. Take for example Ukrainian singer Ruslana, whose claim to fame is that she once won Eurovision contest – I believe, thanks to Russia giving her the top score of 12 points. Ruslana is now a rabidly Russophobic Ukraine ‘patriot.’ She is sort of ‘Madonna’ of Ukraine. Recently this semi-crazy diva went on TV, promoting alternative energy. It went like this: “We have to free ourselves from dependence on Russian (or Donbass) energy or gas. For example, I use my own windmill factory to generate all the power I need. It’s so easy – just build them on your property and you have free energy!”
All fine and good, but the cost of windmills on ‘Ruslana’s property’ turned out to be upward of $400,000. Average Ukrainian’s salary is $125 a month.
Mass protests took place all over South and East of Ukraine in 2014-2016. These protests were brutally and bloodily suppressed. So far, only the people of Crimea and parts of Donbass found enough courage and stamina to effectively counter the aggression and occupation by west-Ukraine ukro-nazis and foreign forces.
Some of Lada Ray 2014 predictions on Ukraine were:
- Only Russia – the sister nation – can control the dark element in Ukraine; and only Russia can rebuild Ukraine and help it prosper again.
- The West will drop Ukraine like a squeezed-out lemon when it realizes it cannot control the monster they created.
- Ukraine will turn back to Russia and away from the West by the end of 2018.
- But before that happens, Ukraine economy will be completely destroyed.
- People of Ukraine need to learn their lesson. They need to find inner courage and common sense to save themselves. At the very minimum they need to find enough energy to help Russia save them. So far they haven’t.
- I have voiced the next two predictions before, but I want to re-formulate them even more clearly for the future: Ukraine’s salvation from the abyss in which it’s falling is directly tied with two factors: the shift within, and the weakening of the USA and EU – the two entities that have been behind those who are sucking it dry.
- Simple as that: in the next decades US and EU will have to deal full-force with the bad karma they generated in abundance by destroying Ukraine and many other countries. US and EU should prepare to reap what they’ve sown.

FSB FOILS MAJOR TERROR ATTACKS
Just days prior to US Elections on November 8, FSB began announcing detention of suspected terrorists and spies. Subversive cells’ arrests are continuing in Russia and Donetsk.
CIA and Kiev junta’s attempts to sabotage and terrorize CRIMEA turn sour
You may recall that several months ago there was a major attempt by Ukraine to infiltrate Crimea with its subversive operatives, who were supposed to bomb crucial infrastructure objects in order to create a humanitarian catastrophe. Confessions by said subversives, who turned out to be career officers of Ukrainian army, revealed that their acts were specifically aimed at disrupting Russian Duma Elections 2016.

Objects to be bombed included chemical and power plants, as well as hospitals and the famous Crimean Bridge. One-of-a-kind engineering feat, the massive Crimean Bridge, has been dubbed the project of the century. It will connect Crimea with mainland Russia through the Kerch Peninsula, bypassing Ukraine and, thus, alleviating pressure on Crimea. The construction is projected to be completed by the end of 2017-18.
The Ukraine terrorists were also supposed to mass-poison potable water. Crimea suffers from water shortage after in 2014 the Kiev junta destroyed the only ample water source, The North Crimean Canal, running through Ukraine and built by the USSR. You may recall that in August there were real battles on the border, when Kiev military attempted a veritable invasion into Crimean territory. While deflecting the multiple attacks and arresting armed subversive groups near the border, FSB and Russian Border Guard lost two men.
In late October – early November, another major terror group was arrested. This time the subversive acts were aimed at aiding Hillary and undermining Trump during US Elections. The head of this subversive group is a colonel of Ukraine GUR (State Office of Intelligence). It has to be noted that Russian Intelligence is called GRU (State Intelligence Office). It appears that the Ukraine GUR name was parroted after Russian, but so it wouldn’t seem too blatant, the letters were changed around.
Some of these groups were embedded since 2014, as sleeper cells. They were left behind by Kiev as Crimea transitioned to Russia, with stated purpose of later aiding the future attack on Crimea from within. Others infiltrated into Crimea in the past couple of years, taking advantage of the fact that the border between Ukraine and Crimea is still easily crossed, due to tight connections between the people on both sides.
The original Plan A was for Ukraine, US, and – as they saw it at the time – Turkey, to attack Crimea together and take it back from Russia. Turkey was supposed to have a pivotal role, manipulating the Turkish discontent with the breakup of the Ottoman Empire. Turkish nationalist groups and Crimean Tartar terrorists, armed by Turkey, began amassing in Kherson Oblast bordering Crimea on the Ukraine side.
But there was a problem: Putin for years managed to smartly neutralize Turkey and Erdogan by lucrative trade deals. To accomplish the US/Kiev plan (Qatar and Saudis were also in on the hit), Turkey needed to be tied to Ukraine-US alliance by blood, so there would be no turning back to good relations with Russia. Turkey had to be ‘subverted’ so a rift between Turkey and Russia would become irreparable.
This was attempted through the downing of the Russian Su24 in Syria in 2015 by the Turkish army. That incident, which shocked Russians and was likened by Putin to a knife in the back, nearly did put a stop to Russia-Turkey cooperation. But that turned out to be insufficient. Both Putin and Erdogan turned out too smart. Not to mention, Russian Intelligence turned out significantly ahead of the CIA.
Having figured out what was happening, Erdogan (with Russian intel’s help?) fired the main US asset in his government, PM Davutoglu (an ethnic Crimean Tartar). He also made insistent steps to reconcile with Russia. He had the intermediary help from Kazakh President Nazarbayev, who served as a bridge. When it was discovered that Erdogan is attempting to win back Putin’s friendship, a coup against him was organized by Turkish army officers on CIA payroll. Erdogan escaped capture and Gaddafi-like end by minutes, because Putin authorized Russian Intelligence to send him a timely warning.
The coup failed and past relations with Russia, including the most important element, energy cooperation and Turkish Stream, are being restored. Meanwhile, the plot backfired and Turkey-NATO cooperation is slowly but surely dying. Give NATO just a few years and it’ll be dead.
Incidentally, for his help in restoring Turkey-Russia relations, Nazarbayev was made pay through a color revolution attempt, which, of course, failed.

In the end, it became clear that Russia wasn’t destroyed economically through sanctions, oil price drop and ruble attacks, as US promised Kiev junta since 2014. Turkish gambit didn’t work out either.
And the result is, as I predicted in 2014! US is sick and tired of the whiny and inept Kiev and Poroshenko, while Kiev and Ukrainians are mad at US and EU for betrayal. As I was predicting since the VERY BEGINNING of the Ukraine saga: EU and US don’t know how to drop Ukraine as a hot potato, or squeezed out lemon they have no use for. When Trump takes office, my prediction will be complete: US will drop Ukraine.
You all recall one of my big 2014 predictions: Ukraine will begin turning away from the West and back towards Russia in 2016-18. By the end of 2018, this process will be complete.
And in this regard, also recall what I said in 2014: it’ll be all of Ukraine, not bits and pieces, as many suggested. No one seemed to hear me at the time, as everyone was bent on dividing Ukraine. Nope, it’ll be ALL of Ukraine. Possibly minus a few tiny pieces in the West, but even that is unlikely. This is my prediction since 2014 and it remains so. If my track record is any indication, you will see this prediction come true, as so many others before.
Having been denied the real war in Crimea, Kiev junta had no choice but to go to Plan B: subversive terror attacks. But, as many may know, Russian FSB and Intelligence are, shall we say, in the world’s top 2, if not 1. As Ukraine subversives activated, they began being apprehended.

Donetsk and Lugansk
Similar situation developed in Donetsk, capital of DNR (Eng: DPR). In the past 2-3 weeks MGB of DNR arrested at least 2 separate ukro-nazi and Ukraine subversive groups on its territory. MGB means Ministry of State Security. These groups were prepared to begin acts of terror and sabotage, similar to Crimea. Also detained were the suspected assassins of the legendary Donetsk commander Motorola, with the telling name «Misanthropic Division». The latest: also LNR (Lugansk) announced that they uncovered a plot to blow up the Schastie power plant. The canal feeding water to the power plant in question was mined by the Ukraine subversives. VIDEO announcement.
Major op in Moscow and St. Petersburg
In St. Petersburg and Moscow terrorist sleeper cells’ arrests continue. Since prior to US Elections, almost daily FSB has been detaining dozens of subversives.
Videos from various sources about detentions of subversives in St.Pete and Moscow. It has been confirmed that they were all members of ISIL, originally from Central Asia (in other words, members of these cells were Uzbeks, Tajiks, Kyrgyzs, Turkmens). They were preparing bombings in public places in both capitals. Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan special services aided in the arrests.
Collusion between ISIL, Kiev and CIA
We know that terror attacks in Crimea, Donetsk and Russia mainland were planned simultaneously. This clearly denotes a collusion between ISIL, Kiev junta and CIA. As if we needed more proof of that…
FOCUS UKRAINE
CIA evacuating from Kiev to Romania
I was asked whether it was true that CIA operatives were evacuating from Kiev. Yes, it’s true. In 2014 CIA took over the upper 4th floor of the SBU building in Kiev, where Ukrainians were banned from entering. American flag flew over that Ukrainian government building. After Trump election and arrests of subversives in Russia, CIA operatives have hastily evacuated all their papers and moved to Romania. Only CIA analysts (read surveillance, spies-monitors) remain in Kiev.
I can tell you more. This reminds me of one of the most shameful pages in human history: WWII. Anticipating the end, in 1944 Hitler Nazis were hastily burning and evacuating their papers and leaving behind sleeper cells to attack Russia later from within. Some of these cells were the Bandera ukro-nazis trained and left behind in Ukraine. It is the heirs of those Bandera followers who spread fascism all over Ukraine and executed the 2014 coup.
Fast-forward to the end of 2016. History repeats! Anticipating the beginning of the end, both CIA and Kiev junta are now busy embedding long-term sleeper cells all over Ukraine.
Odessa and Saakashvili resignation
In ESR8: BLACK SEA GAMBIT of 3/31/16, I predicted that Saakashvili would only be the governor of Odessa till 2017. My exact words were: ‘Meet international criminal, ex-president of Georgia and US agent, Mikhail Saakashvili, governor of Odessa 2015-2017.’ You can read these words in the ESR8 description by clicking above link. In the report you can further read why I said that. Saakashvili resigned his post on November 7, 2016 (this sly fox wanted to position himself for the new US president). Saakashvili resignation will officially go through in the beginning of 2017, right on the dot, per my prediction.
Maidan 3.0 developing in Kiev
Protests headed by opposition leaders Evgeny Muraev and Rabinovich (Party Za Zhisn’ -For Life) demand the sacking of the head of Central Bank Gontareva and Ukraine currency back at pre-2014-coup rate of 8 grivnas per dollar.

Sure, keep dreaming… These are, of course, purely populist slogans. You can’t have strong currency after you’ve destroyed your economy. The problem is also that a catastrophic winter is ahead, while utilities charges keep climbing. Some Ukrainians won’t survive this winter.

Something Positive: May 1 Celebrations on Red Square and Worldwide
In the midst of Ukraine’s horrors and struggles (and not only Ukraine’s), I just wanted to post something positive…
In Russia May 1 (May Day) was traditionally celebrated as both the holiday of spring and nature and as the day of the international solidarity of workers. Many came for holiday parades and then spent the day on the town with their families, amid street entertainment and vendors, who tried to outdo themselves for the cheerful crowds. Others chose to go to dachas (traditional Russian country homes with garden plots), beaches, or nature to officially kick off the warm season. In nature the guitar-accompanied songs were sung and something yummy was usually made in a fire pit. This is how I remember this day.
May 1 today is an official state holiday in about 55 countries and is celebrated in over 140 countries.
This is to the issue of remembering and accepting your past and honoring you traditions that we discussed in SPRING 2016 UKRAINE REPORT: War Against Memory:
The colorful May 1 parade on Red Square and on central streets of all cities and towns was a time-honored USSR tradition. After 1991 it was discontinued for 20 years – thank Yeltsin for that.
Three years ago it was again re-started, following the overwhelming vote by the people. Yesterday, May 1, 2016, 100,000 people marched on Red Square alone – this was the unified march of the Trade Unions, organized together with the ruling United Russia party. Plus, Russian Communist Party had its own mass parade. Other parties had their own rallies, as well.

Poroshenko Prepares New War in Donbass? Why US, EU and OSCE are Blind and Deaf?
DNR and LNR military officials have been warning of the possibility of Kiev renewing its offensive on the republics as soon as the weather turns warm enough. Poroshenko can’t afford not to restart Donbass war amid worsening of the economic and social situation and in order to distract Ukrainians’ from political crisis, per analysts’ opinion.
DNR and LNR are warning that Kiev amassed 90,000 troops on the border and that attack is coming soon.
I agree that Poroshenko and some others in Kiev are itching to re-start a war. But as I had told you all before, I don’t believe Poroshenko has the guts to authorize an offensive. First, he gets huge pressure from EU to stay within Minsk 2 framework; EU won’t like it if he broke peace agreement that blatantly. EU/Merkel/Hollande , in turn, get pressure from Russia to pressure Poroshenko. They also get plenty of pressure from their own voters, business and farmers to lift anti-Russian sanctions.
In turn, Obama administration/Democrats get pressure from Merkel and Hollande, and from Russia. But besides that they have lots of internal pressure due to the upcoming elections. One wrong move and any hope for Hillary is gone. And US stooges in Kiev – Poroshenko and Co. – are bound to make lots of wrong moves.
I think that Poroshenko, as well as his US/EU handlers, are pretty clear that if they attempt another all-out attack on DNR/LNR, this time the republics will make sure they’ll liberate the entire Donbass, and perhaps, neighboring oblasts as well. As DNR’s Zakharchenko said, “This time we’ll counter-attack till we are in Kiev.” These are not empty threats. Previous attacks by Kiev resulted in Debaltsevo and Ilovaisk cauldrons, with tens of thousands of Ukraine soldiers dead or missing. Losses ratio was 1 (DNR/LNR) to 10 or more (Ukraine).
If Kiev can’t attacks directly, what can Ukraine do? Instead, they are attempting to provoke DNR and LNR. To accomplish that they continuously shell peaceful citizens and villages near frontline. The idea is to anger the republics so much that they lose their cool and begin retaliating, thus breaking Minsk 2 agreement. After that Kiev, US and EU get to blame DNR/LNR and, of course, Russia in violating cease-fire. If that should happen, Kiev and US will immediately demand new sanctions against Russia and attempt to vilify Russia and Putin yet again.
This is why DNR/LNR can’t respond to obvious provocations. The especial cruelty of the situation is in the fact that innocent people and animals suffer under shellings, with no recourse. All villagers normally keep a lot of animals, who are also forced to suffer under bombings. Those who left to escape the horrors of war were forced to leave their animals behind!
When will these poor people and innocent animals get justice? Why is the so-called ‘civilized’ world blind and deaf? Where are US/UK/Canada/Australia and EU when obvious violations of human rights are perpetuated by Kiev, Poroshenko, nationalists and ukro-nazis in power? How do they justify their continued political, financial and ideological support of war criminals in Kiev and Ukraine army, while the international tribunal is what they truly deserve?
This is the latest from Donbass, near frontlines…
Citizens of Zaitsevo village, located near frontline, are among many on DNR/LNR side who complain that as soon as OSCE monitoring mission moves to Ukraine side, Kiev army renews the shelling. In other words, Kiev military is quiet, seemingly observing the cease-fire while OSCE mission is on DNR or LNR side. Then, monitors call Ukrainian command to advise that they are leaving DNR/LNR controlled territory to inspect the other side. As soon as their cars leave, Ukraine army and ukro-nazis begin shelling residential areas, schools, churches and hospitals with renewed vigor.
Villagers all around DNR and LNR have been complaining about this devious scheme since the beginning of the truce. It appears, finally OSCE is beginning to pay attention. Head of OSCE mission in Donbass Alexander Hug announced that they would install a 360 view camera in Zaitsevo.
On video below a local DNR commander says that he has had a camera installed for a while, and this camera has registered violations by Kiev. But OSCE doesn’t seem to accept local video proof.
A sign of changes to come! OSCE finally starts noticing cease-fire violations, something they seemed not to see before. In fact, locals call them blind and deaf; anger against OSCE indifference and lack of accurate assessment in Donbass has been widespread. OSCE monitors have been playing games and some even accuse them of spying on Kiev’s behalf. Locals can’t explain in any other way the fact that Ukraine side aims so accurately as soon as OSCE cars leave an area. They in fact may not be spies – just EU stooges – but their curious blindness to obvious facts and certain unsavory avoidance of direct answers makes people suspect the worst.
The fact that they are starting to talk (finally) about installing a camera to register Ukraine army violations is a signal of what I talked about in previous article: EU is beginning to dump Kiev junta. Breaking! Suspicious #Flydubai Boeing-737 Crash in Rostov-on-Don Raises Red Flags
FlyDubai Boeing-737 FZ981 crashed in Rostov-on-Don killing all 62 on board (RT SPECIAL COVERAGE):
Flydubai flight FZ981 has crashed in the southern Russian city of Rostov-on-Don (Rostov Oblast) killing all 62 passengers and crew on board. The flight was en route from Dubai and crashed during its second landing approach amid poor weather conditions.
‘Every detail is important’ – interview with head of the search group. Over 800 Russian investigators, experts and search workers are now at the scene. Rostov Airport remains closed, planes have been re-routed.
Out of 62 people onboard, there were 55 passengers: 44 Russian citizens and 11 foreign nationals; and 7 crew members: one Russian citizen, 6 foreign nationals. Most of Russians on board were from Rostov Oblast. None of the people on board survived the crash.
First of all, I want to offer my deepest condolences to the families of all victims.
#Flydubai is a budget airline owned and operated by the United Arab Emirates state. They fly from Dubai to over 60 countries. It appears the pilot was a Greek national and the crew was international.
The plane attempted two landings, crashing on second attempt. According to the very first account of events, visibility was poor due to bad weather, which, based on some initial speculation, allegedly may have caused the plane to crash. However, a large number of questions remains.
The investigation has only just begun and as usual, Russian authorities will be very careful to admit that foul play is involved. If you recall, Russians admitted that Sinai, Egypt catastrophe, with 224 dead, was a terrorist act only after UK announced they were grounding flights to Egypt due to terrorist threat. In fact, the very first accusation floating around the net, was against the pilot and crew. They were accused of lack of professionalism; the Russian aviation in general was immediately accused of poor pilot preparation. Moreover, the company was accused of poor plane maintenance and Russian authorities in sloppiness. All that was rebuffed by everyone from global aviation authorities to Russian authorities and various international testing agencies. It turned out that the Sinai Airbus pilot was one of the most experienced and top-rated in the business, the whole crew was exceptionally experienced and that the plane just passed full maintenance and testing in Ireland.
Clearly, Russians knew it was a terrorist act early on. The reason for the slow admission was so not to play into the hands of terrorists. One of the main goals of the Sinai terrorist act was to put a wedge between Russia and Egypt, whose close relations were on the upswing. Another goal was to take revenge on Russia for destroying ISIS infrastructure in Syria, financed and built by Qatar, Turkey and Saudis. Third, to instill dread in Russians vacationing abroad. The actual organizers of the Sinai attack have been named (in whispers) in Russia: Qatar and Qatar foreign minister in person. I explain how and why in ESR5 and ESR7.
I suspect that in the case of Rostov-on-Don Flydubai catastrophe Russians will be just as careful to publicly announce the results of investigation. We’ll see how it goes and I do not intend to get ahead of the investigation. I am for allowing professionals to handle it at their pace. Besides, very little is really known to date on how it happened and what went wrong.
Barring any real details, for now I’ll be very cautious with any definitive conclusions. But I want to share the red flags this catastrophe has risen for me. I will leave the technical stuff to specialists. Instead, let’s talk about what is my specialty: geopolitics, Ukraine, Middle East, and attempts to stop Earth Shift and Russia’s rebalancing of the world away from the West.
Let’s call this my preliminary investigation. Let’s consider it my pointing out of the suspicious alarm bells and red flags. The investigators, at a minimum, should take them into account.
For now, I hear that they are considering poor visibility and weather conditions, and/or pilot and crew error as possible reasons.
Incidentally, when the plane is this close to the ground, its speed is the slowest, which increases the possibility of survival for victims. Experts are bemused by the fact that there were no survivors.
But that’s not all. Check out this!
First, look at this CCTV footage of the plane’s crash. Notice the strange angle of descent that appears far too steep: something like 50-60 degrees. What pilot, if he is in control of his machine, would ever descent so steeply so close to the ground, risking hitting it, especially if the weather is bad and visibility poor?
Second, look at the timing of this tragedy!
On March 15th Russia just announced partial troops withdrawal from Syria (a connection with the Middle East, where UAE is also located). In connection with that, a follow up vengeance, using sloppy security at UAE airport, comes to mind.
On March 18, just a few hours prior to this catastrophe, Russia was celebrating the 2nd anniversary of reunification with Crimea (see #Sevastopol #Krim #Rossia: 2nd Anniversary of Crimea’s Reunification with Russia).
Now look at the location of the Flydubai Boeing 737 catastrophe: Rostov-on-Don, the capital of Rostov Oblast. To the west, Rostov Oblast borders ‘Ukraine,’ as it is marked on this map:
And now check out what is actually located on the other side of the so-called ‘Ukraine’ border: Donetsk/DNR and Lugansk/LNR. Yes, Rostov oblast borders not Ukraine, but DNR and LNR. It was here, to Rostov Oblast where 2.5 million refugees from Donbass escaped Kiev bombings; many of them still reside there. Russian humanitarian convoys and other help for the republics went and continues going through Rostov Oblast. When EU delegations and humanitarian help arrives to DLNR, it also goes through Rostov Oblast. Here is another interesting little bit: ex-prez of Ukraine Yanukovich escaped from ukro-nazis to Rostov, where he presently resides.
In short, Rostov serves as a hub and a central for help to DNR/LNR. Ukro-nazis and junta followers of various colorings and creeds have been sending all kinds of threats to Rostov Oblast and its people since 2014.
This map I found on the net shows Novocherkassk, located just next to the Rostov Oblast capital Rostov-on-Don. The body of water in the lower left corner is Azov Sea. Notice distance to Donetsk and Lugansk. Also, notice Mariupol (Donetsk Oblast) just next to the border with Rostov Oblast on the Azov Sea shore, which is now in the hands of Kiev junta and ukro-nazi battalions.
In addition to the above, Rostov Oblast on the Azov Sea is very close to Crimea, which is located just to the south-west, between Azov and Black Seas. The mega-bridge to Crimea through the Kerch Strait (Kerchensky Most) is being built just south of Rostov, in the neighboring Krasnodar Krai.
How’s all that for interesting coincidences!
Another interesting coincidence: Ukraine/Poroshenko and Turkey/Erdogan/Davutoglu are becoming very close, pushed together by their desperation and hatred of Russia and Putin. A recent investigation revealed that after Russia eliminated ISIS oil smuggling infrastructure, which made Erdogan’s family billions and allowed him to manipulate the Middle East, he is actively looking for ways to inflict damage on Russia, and is ready to accept any offers from Ukraine. Ukraine already gave plenty of advances to Turkey. I have first-hand, undeniable intel and proof of Erdogan/Poroshenko collusion and I will present it in upcoming ESR8: BLACK SEA GAMBIT. Additionally, there is direct proof of Kiev/Turkey/ISIS/Crimean Tatar Mejlis collusion, attempts and intentions to inflict damage by all means possible on Russia and Crimea. This video proof will be presented in upcoming ESR9: CRIMEAN AGENDA.
Now, to the fact that Flydubai is from UAE, located in the Middle East. It is a very well known fact that Middle East airports and companies have inferior security and hiring practices. Sinai, Egypt catastrophe demonstrated that it was too easy to install a terror device due to lax security and sloppy hiring practices at the airport.
After the Egypt tragedy, Russian airports, companies and aviation crews became super-vigilant and new, most advanced security measures were adopted. I can say absolutely confidently that no bomb or suicide bomber could have penetrated on a RUSSIAN plane.
But a UAE (Middle Eastern) plane, especially if it’s a Boeing, is a different story.
Why Boeing: just look how many catastrophes happen to Boeings lately. One interesting theory I have is that the manufacturer of these planes, Boeing, may have installed malware or backdoor software, which allows to override pilot’s commands at an opportune moment. Another possibility I see is that US controlled GPS satellite feeds may get manipulated or turned off to disorient the plane.
Alternatively, plane’s internal wiring may have been tampered with by UAE airport employees. Or just plain old bomb, as seems to be the case in Sinai tragedy….
You may ask, why they waited for literally the last second to crash the plane? Why not do it en route? Wouldn’t that be more easy and secure? I think the explanation may be on the surface. Rostov Oblast played a big role in accepting Ukraine refugees, humanitarian help, as Yanukovich residence, and in certain cases, as a transfer point to Crimea and DNR by Azov Sea. And what did Russia just celebrate? The 2nd anniversary of reunification with Crimea. Plus, Russia just announced the withdrawal of troops from Syria after the mission has been accomplished.
If this indeed were a terrorist act, the point would have been to punish Russia by making sure the plane actually crashed on Russian soil; moreover, the idea would apparently be to punish specifically the people of Rostov Oblast by crashing it in plain view of all, close to the airport.
The above ‘coincidences’ potentially implicate the following entities: Kiev junta/Ukraine, Turkey, Crimean Tatar Mejlis and their friends at ISIS-Daesh, plus their Western sponsors. For what it’s worth, Ukrainians I used to know were not devious enough to execute these kinds of terror acts. Sure, they may have changed – for this lost generation all bets are off. But my money is still on Turkey, Mejlis and ISIS.
Was it just a tragic error and confluence of unfortunate events, or was it a chilling terrorist message? Let’s hope investigation will answer that soon.

ENG: You can easily see on video (see CCTV video of the crash) that the plane went into the ground at a sharp angle of about 60 degrees. Just PLOWED into the ground! Wind has nothing to do with that. It was poor visibility and the inexperienced foreign crew. It has been noted that foreign companies economize on paying well the highly qualified pilots by hiring not so qualified ones. Or it may have been technical failure. The company will collect insurance for the plane, but we can’t get people’s lives back. I am very sorry about that. My deepest condolences to families!

Breaking! Lugansk People’s Republic (LNR) Readies to Ask to Join Russia + Hot Intel from Donetsk
This is the latest from Donbass. Rumors have been circulating since August that Lugansk and Donetsk Republics were preparing a referendum to take place simultaneously with the local elections. These local elections will take place in DNR and LNR on October 18, 2015 pursuant to Minsk 2 agreements. Mayors of several key cities and heads of some towns are being elected.
The rumor that a new referendum to join Russia is to take place around this time was denied vehemently on several occasions by the head of Donetsk, Alexandr Zakharchenko.
It also has to be said that Donetsk is presently going through a power struggle at the top level. Speaker of the Donetsk parliament Andrey Purgin was recently replaced with Denis Pushilin. Rumors, spread undoubtedly by the Kiev side, that Purgin was arrested turned out false, but they generated a temporary confusion and turmoil in society, which was obviously the goal of this hoax. Certain questions about how it happened and why remain unanswered, although Andrey Purgin already announced that he and his allies were regrouping. While they aren’t participating in the current elections yet, they are in a soft opposition to the current government, exploring their options.
Purgin came out with some mild critical remarks about the current DNR government, calling it ‘recreation of the Yanukovich’s power structure.’ Zakharchenko has been very reserved about the Purgin situation, basically letting know that it is the issue of the parliament.
Purgin was (is) considered a more radical member of the DNR leadership. He was for the advancement of the DNR/LNR troops, taking back the entire Donbass and moving further, towards Kharkov and Kiev. This put him at odds with those who have been working on implementing Minsk 2 agreements, which basically freeze the conflicts.
Since last year, Zakharchenko and head Minsk 2 negotiator for DNR Denis Pushilin (now also the Donetsk parliament speaker) have been labeled by certain hot heads who wanted to continue fighting, as traitors and sleazebags. It is clear that Zakharchenko, Purgin and Pushilin want the same for their people: better life, peace and prosperity. However, they want to achieve it by absolutely different means.
Andrey Purgin announced that instead of running for office in these elections, he prefers to organize a grand social event on November 4th, which is called the Day of National Unity in Russia (As we see, Donbass has adopted all Russian holidays). He said that he is concentrating on rallying resources and volunteers to organize a grand Russian Orthodox event (Krestniy Hod) for the ‘Unity Day’ on November 4.
The Day of National Unity is one of the new Russian holidays. It reminds of the 16th century Time of Troubles and Polish aggression that resulted in occupation of Moscow, and how the country rallied at grassroots to throw out the aggressors. Purgin also announced that the hotheads I mentioned above shouldn’t expect him to go into a tough opposition to present authorities. He intends to cooperate, not fight. Wise words, in my view.
Incidentally, Andrey Purgin was at the very roots of the Donetsk People’s Republic. He was the one who proposed the term 10 years ago, well before the 2014 Kiev maidan.
Lugansk already went through its own internal power struggle between the head of LNR Plotnitsky and local Cossack commanders. The conflict was handled by Plotnitsky quietly and skillfully, proving his political mettle. Undoubtedly he had help and advice in settling this conflict. The re-shaping of the self-defence volunteer units into a regular army helped a lot.
Certain inner conflicts and misunderstandings are a natural development in such new, untested formations as DNR and LNR. The unpredictability of conflict situations diminishes as the new power structure finds its comfort zone and settles. Of course, due to the lack of political experience of these young republics, these conflicts may be mishandled in the information space. Due to the infowar time in which we live, the temporary confusion may result, but it all calms down in due time.
It has been clear from the very first referendum of May 11, 2014 that all Donbass wanted was to join Russia. When people went to the referendum to vote for independence from Ukraine, they really thought they were voting for joining Russia, following the Crimean example. About 90% or more voted for that. However, due to major geopolitical circumstances, it became impossible. I wrote about those circumstances previously on many occasions. And there is more on that below.
In the question of referendum, Donetsk and Lugansk appear to diverge. However, this may be for show.
A couple of days ago the head of Lugansk Republic Plotnitsky was asked whether a referendum to join Russia is being prepared in Lugansk. He replied that if people wanted to have a referendum and if they decided in the referendum to join Russia, the government and he, as head of LNR would honor the will of the people.
This is a very interesting statement. Basically, Plotnitsky is saying that the ball is in the people’s court. Whatever the people decide, he, as their public servant, will make happen.

Here are several most important things to keep in mind:
When the Ukraine crisis first began in January-February 2014 I said that Russia was interested in the entire Ukraine, or at least most of Ukraine, as a friendly state. Lugansk, or the entire Donbass joining Russia while the rest of Ukraine remains a US-controlled ukro-nazi mess, would not serve this purpose.
While DNR and LNR are still formally a part of Ukraine (although of course de-facto they are separate states), they are akin to a giant thorn in Kiev junta’s back. From the inside they are helping to change the entire set up of Ukraine, also helping weaken the US grip on Ukraine.
As you all know, since the beginning I had felt terrible for the people of Donbass, Odessa, Kharkov and other parts of Ukraine, who have to suffer daily from the inhumane actions of the Kiev ukro-nazis. It’s very hard on the simple citizens Donbass.
But the geopolitical reality is such that Donbass has no choice other than to continue acting as this thorn, until the status quo in Ukraine changes. You’ll all recall my predictions: there will be a shift and subsequent turnaround in Ukraine, to begin in 2016 and to be completed around 2018 (as usual, more in PREDICTIONS on top bar and in 2014 articles under UKRAINE category).
I haven’t changed my opinion since the beginning of 2014. Given the geopolitical situation, Russia is not in a position to admit Lugansk by itself, or LNR and DNR together, at this time, unless Kiev suddenly attacks Donetsk and Lugansk on all fronts, causing catastrophic destruction – and this won’t happen. EU will not let Kiev do that, plus, Ukraine army isn’t capable of any serious operation anyway. All they can do are some pinpricks in the form of occasional shelling of peaceful citizens, but even that they are unable to accomplish on any scale any more. Their hands are getting more and more tied, due to Russia’s skillful diplomacy of the past year and a half – incidentally, again exactly as I predicted.
Eventually, Lugansk and Donetsk, probably together with Zaporozhie, Kharkov, Kherson, Nikolaev, Dnepropetrovsk and Odessa, are likely to join Russia as a Novorossia autonomy, or an autonomy by another name. In that case, Pridnestrovie will also join Russia (something the Pridnestrovie citizens had been eagerly awaiting since 1991).
This may happen as Ukraine will start morphing and shrinking into a different entity closer to the end of this decade. Moldova is a big factor in this spread as well. But we are still a couple of years away from such changes.
However, promoting this referendum is a great bargaining chip. Whether LNR really makes it happen or not, by making such announcements Donbass gains more bargaining power vs. Kiev and EU.
DNR/LNR CURRENCY, RUSSIAN LANGUAGE, SCHOOL PROGRAMS AND PASSPORTS:
Donbass getting closer to Russia is a natural process. The possibility of DNR and LNR residents getting Russian passports is being actively discussed. The process has already begun. Below is a piece in Russian discussing this issue.
Because of Kiev’s financial blockade, initially both DNR and LNR had made several currencies – ruble, grivna, dollar and euro – equally admissible for payment. There was also an attempt to create their own independent currency, which has been scrapped. However, within half a year, ruble naturally pushed out other currencies. Presently, 80% of circulating currency in DNR and LNR are rubles.
LNR has just announced the introduction of the new auto license plates. These plates closely resemble Russian license plates.
Donbass has changed its holiday schedule to reflect the Russian holidays, children now study based on Russian school books and Russian language has made a full comeback to DNR/LNR schools. As we know, for 23 years before 2014, Russian language had been squeezed our of Ukrainian schools; twisted and falsified history was taught to children since early age. It still remains the case, and the anti-Russian propaganda is getting worse, in the rest of Ukraine.

It promises to be a big event. I will try to post the actual speech on FT. As I said in the previous article about Erdogan and Assad, the US is cracking on Syria, changing its stance on Assad and fighting ISIL. This is due to the widespread failure of the US policy in the Middle East, now recognized by the US Congress; it is also due to unprecedented pressure US is experiencing from its allies, from Germany, UK, France and EU in general to Saudis and Israel.
The shift is so drastic that despite being on not-speaking terms, last Friday US Secretary of Defence had called Russian Defence Minister Sergey Shoygu to offer an olive branch and attempt to get Russian cooperation on Syria.
It is expected that during Putin’s visit to New York US will try to negotiate for the Russian cooperation in the anti-ISIL coalition. However knowing Putin, I anticipate that he will use this opportunity to package Syria negotiations together with Ukraine and DNR/LNR. I expect both issues to be addressed simultaneously, regardless of how much US tries to avoid doing so. In these negotiations, Russia is holding all the good cards, but the US won’t give up easily. I’ll post my analysis after we hear more next week. Stay tuned!

Donetsk Republic announced that they had uncovered secret plans for a new massive attack on Donetsk and Lugansk by Kiev.
I have translated/summarised the urgent announcement by DNR Defence Spokesman, Eduard Basurin.
DNR received this secret intel from high level sources within Kiev army ranks.
Kiev amassed 90,000 troops on Ukraine/DNR-LNR (Novorossia) border, preparing to attack. This armed force includes 450 tanks, 2500 armored vehicles, 5 heavy rocket launchers Tochka-U and thousands in various artillery hardware. This army has been concentrated in four key locations. Mariupol, to attack Donetsk from the south; central to attack Donetsk from the west; third one to cut off Donetsk from Lugansk and fourth to attack Lugansk from the north. The reserve group is located behind these four army groupings. The north and south groupings will also cut off LNR and DNR from the Russian border in order to stop humanitarian assistance and close the circle around both republics, thus suffocating them.

Intel 2
On August 24, Ukraine celebrates its independence day. According to intel, today Poroshenko (oligarch, president), Yatsenyuk (oligarch, PM) and Klichko (boxer, mayor of Kiev) will announce a coalition of their three parties in order to run together in the upcoming local elections.
Ukraine will have local elections in October. Poroshenko’s ratings are down and even his former cronies distrust him. The right sector is threatening to start maidan-3 at any moment. Attempts to start a new maidan have been made by various groups, mainly protesting the economic collapse, shortages, hyperinflation and unemployment. However, every protest attempt has been squashed.
But anger and severe disappointment are brewing all over Ukraine. One day they will boil over.
Yatsenyuk’s rating is basically zero. So is Klichko’s, who can hardly string two words together and therefore is considered unfit for office. However, these three have a muscle in the form of their parties, which they lavishly finance out of those billions they stole.
Yatsenyuk is the darling of the US and Klichko is Angela Merkel’s personal protegé. Poroshenko used to be a compromise figure, convenient for both US and EU. But it appears that time has passed as no one accepts him well any more. However, Poroshenko’s ability to cling to power cannot be underestimated. He will do anything to hang on. The alternative is basically the international tribunal for crimes against humanity. Yatsenyuk and Klichko are in the same boat.
At the same time, they all have done very well for themselves, having looted what they could from the country. Oligarch Poroshenko’s wealth went up 7-fold in his one year of presidency (I had a video about that) and Yatsenyuk is now officially a dollar billionaire.
However, these three know they would lose these local elections in many regions. This is why they must try to unite.
My intel says that people in cities of Kherson and Nikolaev (south/Black Sea area) would prefer the Opposition Block. It consists of sort of remnants of the Party of the Regions and certain minor oligarchs who are for better relations with Russia, while also maintaining closer relations with the EU. In addition to the above, there are also some relatively honest people in the Opposition Block.
In Odessa, if elections were semi-honest (and this is a huge IF), the winners could be the pro-Russian, pro-Odessa-autonomy, anti-Kiev party Rodina (Motherland), and possibly also Opposition Block. Rodina is one of the main forces still legally remaining in opposition. They used to have good positions in the city council, however, many of them had to flee Ukraine and are now in exile.
A few do remain, such as my favorite Odessa politician, Grigory Kvasnyuk. Generally, there are very few opposition leaders still remaining in Odessa, who are still capable of staying afloat in today’s environment. Kvasnyuk, for instance, is constantly called to SBU for interrogations. Some of those who were able to provide a meaningful opposition perished in the May 2, 2014 fire on Kulikovo Polie, some were chased out of the country, some thrown in jail. Same picture is true for any other region of Ukraine.
However, Rodina still presents a danger to powers that be. This is why its leader, former Rada deputy Igor Markov was recently arrested by Interpol (!) in Italy, where he was on vacation, based on a trumped-up charge that he caused public disturbance in Odessa in 2007 (8 years ago!). This charge had been overturned several times by various courts, but it still get manipulated for political reasons.
The primary reason for the attack on Markov is his joining of the Committee for the Salvation of Ukraine co-organized by him, ex-PM of Ukraine Azarov and ex-Rada deputy Oleynik. The arrest, which will be overturned eventually, still will slow down the preparation for local elections and discourage the beheaded party Rodina. This is what Poroshenko and Yatsenyuk are counting on. Odessa remains a trouble spot and a huge sore for the Kiev junta, despite putting Georgian ex-president and wanted criminal Saakashvili in charge of Odessa oblast. Everything will be done to prevent decent people from being elected into city council.
Generally, Odessa is very oppressed and suppressed; people are afraid to speak up. The situation is very similar in Kiev, Kharkov and Dnepropetrovsk.
The situation in Donbass is the following: Donbass is roughly divided into two halves. One half belongs with Donetsk and Lugansk Republics and another half is under junta occupation. We all remember that on May 11, 2014, the people of then Donetsk and Lugansk oblasts in their entirety voted in a referendum against Kiev junta and ukro-nazis, and for their independence. That was well before the war started.
It is understood that people all over the occupied parts of Donbass will vote for those candidates who are the closest to the Republics and furthest from the junta. This may create the situation in which these areas are formally under Kiev, but de-facto a part of LNR and DNR.
Widespread electoral fraud is also expected throughout Ukraine. However, my intel suggests that Russia, Eurasian Union and SCO are sending large election monitoring delegations to each polling station on the occupied territory of Donbass. Therefore, at least in Donbass fraud may be very hard to execute.
That’s why Poroshenko, Yatsenyuk and Klichko are scrambling to join forces, attempting to boost their numbers. However, this will likely not help their chances. They are risking losing the rest of Donbass without a single shot fired, based on democratic elections.
This is one of the main reasons for the intensified shelling of Donetsk: Poroshenko and his puppet masters are attempting to make DNR and LNR lose their cool and counter-attack. After that, DNR/LNR get accused of breaking Minsk accords and the new round of sanctions against Russia begins.
According to my intel, if DNR/LNR don’t lose their cool, watching their peaceful population being bombed every day, Kiev plans to re-start war by beginning its own massive attack, as seen above. In either event, the escalation of conflict will allow Kiev to cancel local elections.
The plan is multi-prong and multi-layered, according to the best CIA playbook. The biggest prize is always Russia. The ultimate goal, if DNR/LNR are attacked full force and Minsk agreements are broken, is a renewed attempt to make Russia lose her cool and send troops to protect Donbass.
We know it was attempted multiple times since last year in Donbass, Kharkov and Odessa. The latest provocation this summer was to fully blockade Pridnestrovie, where Russian peacekeepers and at least 100,000 Russian citizens reside. That was a very dangerous moment, which I watched very closely.
The Pridnestrovie blockade was orchestrated by the US agents Poroshenko and Yatsenyuk together with Romania, in order to drag Russia into an open war. However, it didn’t work out due to several skillful maneuvers by Russia and EU. Instead of Ukraine, Moldova opened its borders for Russian supplies, thus releasing pressure, at least temporarily.
The story of Pridnestrovie is still very convoluted and the next big problem is anticipated in December, 2015. All this is connected to the general Black Sea geopolitical fault line that is ripening at this time. I am watching it and will probably do a piece or two on it later in the year. Stay tuned!
Intel 3
Today Ukraine is celebrating its independence-from-Russia day. Some call it: ‘the independence from the common sense day.’
After participating in early celebrations and officially announcing his alliance with Yatsenyuk and Klichko, Poroshenko will the same day fly to Berlin to meet with Merkel and Hollande. Therefore, the announcement of the Porosh-Yats-Klich election coalition has been deliberately orchestrated to coincide with the independence day – for internal consumption, and with the trip to Berlin – for external consumption.
Poroshenko is trying to demonstrate something to the EU. That he is serious about staying in his post? That he means business and wants to win local elections? Or that he can in fact work with others? Or he thinks that’s how he can get more money? All of the above, I think.
There are many speculations why he is meeting with EU leaders without Putin (the Minsk and Normandy formats assume four parties participating). My view is that Lavrov and Putin have tried to instill in Holande and Merkel that Russia won’t tolerate a new escalation in Donbass, especially before the elections. It appears Poroshenko is being called on the carpet for a bit of reprimand and thrashing, but also to promise him more support if he behaves a little better.
Most analysts are sounding alarm over the upcoming new war escalation, predicting a major attempt by Ukraine to re-establish its control over entire Donbass and the Russian border. Access to the Russian border is crucial for the Republics. It is their only lifeline.
I can tell you right away such plan is absolutely doomed and this Kiev junta will never be able to take over DNR and LNR, nor the Russian border. Previous attempts to attack DNR and LNR resulted in Debaltsevo and Illovaisk cauldrons with thousands of Ukraine troops dead or taken prisoner. They won’t succeed, however, they can unfortunately cause a lot more death and destruction.
That said, Russia is now using any and all diplomatic leverage with EU to make EU pressure Poroshenko into backing off. EU isn’t interested in a new military escalation either. EU is now facing African/Middle Eastern migrant crisis of staggering proportions (see my post). They can’t afford any additional instability to the east.
At least in that, Russia and EU are united. However hard the US tries to portray a united front against Russia, EU and US are experiencing a widening rift over Ukraine. I wrote previously that EU cannot rebel openly against the US because every time they are attempting an even remotely independent policy, France or Germany experience a false flag.
They have to tread very softly, thus a very low-key meeting with Poroshenko in Berlin. Ukraine will likely be promised more money from the EU, as a sort of carrot, if it at least attempts to observe certain appearances.
So far, Ukraine has been kept on life support by both US and EU. This ties up US and EU resources. The longer such situation lasts, the better for Russia.
The initial idea was to put a wedge between Russia and EU, exhaust and break Russian economy, create anti-Russia out of Ukraine and tie up the Russian army in Ukraine after Russia would break down and send peacekeepers to Ukraine.
None of the above worked our very well for the ‘planners.’ There is a school of thought that suggests that Russia is tying up a lot of resources supporting Donbass (about 2.5 million people left there since the war started), therefore, weakening her economy.
But Donbass is one of the most developed territories of the former Ukraine, which provided during good times up to 30% of Ukraine’s GDP. Donbass can support itself.
The rest of Ukraine is much larger in size and much less productive. Kiev, western and central Ukraine were subsidised by Donbass and the rest of the South-East.
Pay attention, US and EU taxpayers! US is stuck having to support the entire Ukraine: 30-35 million people and the territory the size of France. Nuland and US State Dept spent $5 bln to subvert Ukraine. How much do they spend daily now to KEEP UKRAINE ON LIFE SUPPORT, especially considering all the crooks and thieves in power, pocketing most of the US and EU infusions?
In addition to IMF and EU loans, EU provides hidden subsidies in the form of reverse gas supplies from Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. Ukraine prides itself on having gotten away from the ‘dependence’ on Russian gas.
The new gas supply route to Ukraine looks like this: first Russia send gas via Ukraine to Central Europe, or via Nord Stream to Germany. Then, part of this gas purchased by the EU gets sent BACK to Ukraine to make it seem as if Ukraine is independent from Russia. The price of what is called ‘reverse gas supply’ is lower than Ukraine pays directly to Russia.
And now a trick question: who do you think subsidises this gas and who pays for it when Ukraine, the country in de-facto default, can’t pay? That’s right, the EU taxpayers, especially Germans.
Of course, Ukraine still has to buy some gas directly from Russia, but Russia has put Ukraine on a strict pre-payment schedule.
Previously, Russia subsidised for years Ukraine’s gas purchases. The money saved on this new gas arrangement can be spent on Donbass.
Having lost some serious electric power capacity after DNR and LNR seceded (they produce 30% of former Ukraine’s electricity), Ukraine also buys electricity from Russia at subsidised prices. Russia still continues subsidising Ukraine’s electricity. Part of it is in fact Donbass electricity, which now goes through Russia and then gets routed to Ukraine in a round about way.
All the above attests to the idiocy of the Kiev junta. Just like in that old sad joke: to spite my enemy I’ll kill my goat so my children would have no milk.
Instead of having good relations with Russia and buying gas directly at a good price, they prefer to beg EU for reverse supply, inconveniencing everyone in the process. Instead of buying electricity directly from Donbass, they declare a war against them so Donbass routes its produced electricity to Russia, after which Kiev begs its enemy No. 1 Russia to sell them some electricity. When god wants to punish someone, he takes away their reason…
Of course, that’s exactly what the puppet masters who are pulling Ukraine’s strings want. They can’t manipulate sane people. They need crazies and crooks for their plan to work. Since Ukraine has turned into the world’s largest insane asylum cum mafia state, they are having a feast.
I know, the news aren’t as rainbowy as many of my readers would like. But every cloud has a silver lining. The crazier they act, the sooner the population of Ukraine will start awakening from this madness. The signs are already there. The diplomacy at large is working better and better. The restrained Russian position is already heard by some in the EU, and more and more are starting to doubt the official party line.
Recall my timeline for the turnaround in Ukraine: 2016-18. We are getting closer and it’s all developing according to plan.

Newest Defection: High-ranking Ukrainian Officer Says Ukraine Army Used Banned Mines in E.Ukraine
According to Kiev’s official data, as voiced by the Attorney General of Ukraine, since last year, eight thousand Ukraine military defected to the side of Donetsk and Lugansk Republics: five thousand policemen and three thousand combat personnel.
I previously wrote about high-profile defections from Ukraine. This is the latest. This high-ranking officer of the National Guard says he was given unlawful orders to install internationally banned land mines in E. Ukraine. When he refused and blew the whistle, he was fired and had to flee the country.
This new revelation is likely to open a floodgate of investigations into the inhumane and illegal practices of the Kiev junta in E. Ukraine. And this is just the beginning!
The newest revelations will do a lot to withdraw the EU support for the Kiev junta. After EU support is gone, it will be harder and harder for the US to justify theirs.

YouTube channel News-Front. It is the best source of up-to-date news from Donbass, Novorossia and Crimea. You have seen me sometimes translate or reference bits from this channel.
The only thing they have with embedded English subs is the 2-min daily Novorossia News Summary (with Elena Krasovskaya) – Rus: Сводка новостей Новороссии. Click on this link to access the playlist on their channel, or go to channel and scroll down till you see this title in Russian. Their subs aren’t super, but you get the idea.
They also have the following programs, but only in Russian (if anyone finds a good way of translating for YT, please do share as then everyone would be able to listen to this channel):

Some interviews are with real residents of various areas of Ukraine, who dare to tell the truth of how they live, some with Novorossia soldiers and politicians, and others – with people internationally and experts.
News-Front also publishes very nitty-gritty and truthful documentaries about the Donbass war, including a lot of pretty graphic stuff. Those who want to see the magnitude of destruction and horror there, go to these playlists:

Generally, there is precious little truth and real deal news translated into English from Novorossia and other parts. It is only the enthusiasts and volunteers such as myself and some others that make it happen.
I want to recommend to you the efforts of one such enthusiast and FuturisTrendcast friend, Nemo, who is originally from Russia and resides in Scandinavia. He just did an important translation, which I recommend everyone checks out.
Lada, some sad heads-up. Today is one year since the massacre near Dmitrovka, where journalist Andrei Stenin was killed along with tens of other civilians. I have translated from Russian an extensive article, which reconstructs the events, based on the survivors’ testimonies:
For those who speak German, I think there is more truth available, as some Germans, including certain German media, as well as some Russians living there, engage in translating. I have to say that Germans are much more awake than people in the English-speaking world; however, their dissent gets suppressed all the time by their own government, working in tandem with the US forces.
Still, certain bits of truth make it to the German MSM. Under no circumstances can I say the same about the English-speaking MSM!

Youtube has a very good built-in universal translator for videos. Firstly, the CC (closed captioned) button on the bottom menu bar of the video must be present. If not then go into your Youtube channel and TURN ON the Closed Caption function. Then click on the the Settings Cog (Wheel) next to the CC button on the bottom of your vid. There will be a drop down menu which allows you to translate whichever language you prefer. Note that some videos do not offer CC b/c the poster did not turn it on from their upload. You can leave a comment and ask them to have CC available for you switched on. Good luck!

Kiev Junta Implosion: Ukraine Deputy Defence Minister and other high-profile insiders defect to Lugansk and Donetsk.
In the past few days, there was a wave of elite defections from Kiev to Donbass. The highest profile was the defection of General Александр Коломиец (Alexandr Kolomiyets), ex-deputy defence minister of Ukraine and a number of senior officers. They joined the Donetsk Republic.

General Kolomiyets said: as a general of the Army of Ukraine, as someone who dedicated my whole life to the defence of the country, I officially state that it is a crime to use the country’s armed forces against peaceful population. We just commemorated the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, when Hitler attacked our country, USSR. The entire population then stood up to defend our Motherland. Officers and generals, don’t participate in the genocide of Donbass, don’t follow in the footsteps of those whom Nuremberg tribunal declared war criminals.
He also said that his family had death threats and he had to secretly move them from Kiev. He also said that many of his former colleagues call him to ask how they could defect as well; however, they are afraid for their families’ lives. His prediction is that soon there will be an exodus from Kiev and many would want to come back to Donbass.
He spoke with many of the generals and they all are against this war. But since anyone who disagrees could be arrested, kidnapped or worse, killed, they just sit quietly. Mostly, the war is conducted by nazis and criminals, he said, not by regular troops.

Brothers Miroshnichenko, both originally from Lugansk: one was an officer of external intelligence services of Ukraine and another – a diplomat, who worked at the Ukraine embassy in Paris: Press Conference
During their press conference brothers explained that they were preparing for the defection for quite some time, as they had to coordinate their simultaneous escape from Paris and Kiev, as well as get their families out of harms way. They returned to their native Lugansk, where they also have family, because they couldn’t work for the junta that was killing their people. The attitude towards those who are originally from Donbass is very bad in Ukraine and Kiev, they said, and they were treated as second class citizens, despite their positions.
They also said that many colleagues want to follow them, but most are either afraid or hope to stay for another year or two till they get their pensions, and then return (LR: big mistake!). They also predict an upcoming avalanche of defections from the Kiev junta as people get fed up.
The intelligence officer also discussed MH17. He said that they were never advised who really shot down the plane, but the entire Ukraine’s intelligence was strictly instructed to construct a narrative blaming Russia and concoct bogus evidence that Russia shot down MH17.
LR: As the junta’s end nears, more and more of those who work for it today, will see the writing on the wall. The rats will start abandoning the ship. It all goes according to plan. By 2016-2018, Ukraine will be a different country, according to predictions.
Let’s recall that I also predicted in 2014 that Ukraine army would retain allegiances to the USSR and Russia, and it will not want to fight against their own people. Unfortunately, the fascist regime in power, supported by the US and EU, successfully intimidated and pulled the wool over many people’s eyes. Nevertheless, people are starting to awaken and we see some movement in the right direction.

Insane Asylum Overload: Ukraine Bans Communism – Goodbye Chinese Investments

Ukraine is very actively and aggressively re-writing history!
On April 9 the Kiev Rada equated communism with fascism. Ukraine president Poroshenko announced that Stalin started WWII together with Hitler. All communist and Soviet symbolism was banned. The leader of the practically illegal communist party of Ukraine, elderly, white-haired Petr Simonenko was arrested and had to endure an 11-hour interrogation at the SBU. Last year, communist faction (present Rada’s only legally elected) was banned and rudely thrown out of Rada. Simonenko and other communists’ homes were burned down.
Let me remind everyone that the very first thing Hitler did after coming to power was to boot out of Reichstag the very popular communists. Subsequently, German communists were killed or sent to concentration camps. Next, Hitler invaded the rest of Europe.
So, everything communist is bad, right?
Great! Then how about Ukraine also demolishes MOST apartment buildings on its territory, since they were built during Soviet times. Wouldn’t Ukrainians rather live in the street than in communist-built apartments?
Ukraine should also return DneproGes to Russia. DneproGes is Ukraine’s largest hydroelectric station build by those damn Russians and bad communists in the 1930s, which still provides 1/3 of Ukraine with unnecessary electricity. DneproGes was the first massive Soviet industrialization project, and it is widely considered the SYMBOL of the Soviet industrialization. I seriously think Ukraine should give it back, since they have no use for such communist symbol!

Also demolish all of your steel factories, tractor factories and defence factories, even the candy and cake-making factories, built by those damn communists.
Please go ahead and give back to Russia, who’s the legal heir of the USSR you hate so much, the Odessa ports, including Yuzhny and Ilyichevsk (named after Lenin, since Lenin’s patronymic was Ilyich). How ironic – the Ilyichevsk port has just been sold to AMERICANS by the cash-strapped Ukraine! Tush, tush, dear Americans. How could you buy such a testament and monument to Lenin? Not good, not good… It’s a communist symbol, after all!

And don’t forget to blow up all of Ukraine’s nuclear power stations providing the rest of Ukraine’s unnecessary electric power… Sorry, but they all were built by your worst enemies, Russians, during Soviet communist days!
You should also destroy the buildings presently occupied by your Central Rada and Ukraine government in Kiev. And the building of SBU, the secret services of Ukraine, where the upper floor has been occupied by Americans and NATO reps, on top of which American flag is placed next to the Ukrainian one. These are all Soviet-built structures, where the Supreme Soviet of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic and the Communist Party of Ukraine held meetings during Soviet times. How come you are still using those?
Please also don’t forget to give back to Russia all the gas and oil pipelines running through Ukraine’s territory, as well as all railroads, together with all the trains, locomotives, power lines and other infrastructure, built by those damn Soviet communists.
Actually, while we are at it, please remember to hand back to Russia the entire industrialized, export producing, developed and educated South and East of Ukraine, including: Odessa, Nikolaev, Kherson, Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov, Zaporozhie, Krivoi Rog, Donetsk and Lugansk oblasts. All these oblasts were attached to then small Ukraine, usually called Malorossia, by communist Lenin. Please give Transcarpathia back to Hungary and Czechia, attached to Ukraine by communist Stalin. Please return to Poland Lvov, Ivano-Frankovsk and a couple of other oblasts, attached to Ukraine by the same communist Stalin.
As to the Crimea once attached to Ukraine by communist Khrushchev, it has already returned itself to its rightful home.
And of course – my sincere congratulations – the cash-strapped Ukraine, with its dying economy, can forget about any investments or cash infusions from the richest creditor nation in the world, China, because a ban on communist ideology obviously includes China’s ruling communist party.
